Abstract
FIELD: internal combustion engines.SUBSTANCE: proposed fuel system for a diesel engine with two-phase mixture formation comprises a mechanical system (1) for supplying motor fuel, consisting of a fuel tank (2), fuel lines (3), filters (4, 5), a fuel pump (6), a high-pressure fuel pump (7), hydraulic injectors (8), and an electronic system (9) for distributing a hydrocarbon activator into branches (10) of an intake manifold (11) of a diesel engine, consisting of a tank (12) for the activator, lines (13), a filter (14), an electric pump (15), a power source (16), an electronic control unit (17), a load mode sensor (18), a sensor (19) for the rotation speed and valve timing, a fuel rail (20) with a pressure regulator (21) and electromagnetic injectors (22) for injecting the activator into branches (10) of an intake manifold (11) of a diesel engine. The inlet pipeline (11) in front of the branch (10) of the first diesel cylinder has an inlet opening (23) connected by a pneumatic line (24) to the discharge channel (25) of the air compressor (26). To change the duty cycle of the electrical signal supplied to the electric circuit of the supercharger (26), there is a pulse width voltage regulator (27), the input of which is electrically connected to the output of the load mode sensor (18), and the output is connected to the supercharger (26).EFFECT: ensuring a high-quality composition of the activator-air mixture due to automatic regulation of the electric supercharger's performance based on the mass supply of the pumped air, coordinated with the supply of the activator.1 cl, 1 dwg
