Abstract
FIELD: electric power engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for monitoring and diagnosing centrifugal pumping units. The objective of the invention is to create a method for monitoring and comprehensive diagnostics of pumping units, as well as to provide remote monitoring of the pumping unit. The method includes continuous monitoring of the main operating parameters of pumping equipment using pressure, temperature, vibration, noise sensors and a thermal imager. Signals from the sensors are converted into digital form using analogue modules and transmitted to the microprocessor unit. The system analyses data, diagnoses the condition, identifies faults, and generates control signals for actuators. Remote monitoring and data transmission via GSM communication is possible. Key features include comprehensive data collection from pressure, temperature, vibration, noise, and thermal imaging sensors; use of a microprocessor-based system for analysis and control; remote monitoring via a GSM module; automatic generation of control signals to prevent accidents. The proposed method for monitoring and comprehensive diagnostics of pumping units provides comprehensive monitoring using data on temperature conditions, pressure, water flow, vibration, and noise, and also supports remote control, which improves the efficiency and accuracy of diagnostics.EFFECT: increased reliability and energy efficiency of pumping units, reduced operating costs, timely detection of emergency situations, optimization of pump operating mode, intelligent energy consumption management and extension of equipment service life.1 cl, 1 dwg
