[0015] The claimed invention can be implemented as follows. Inside the housing 1, a knife mounting table 3 is installed in the form of a metal sheet with a flange 15 on the corresponding side. A knife drive 2 is attached to the table 3 from below, and a knife holder 4 is attached to the table 3 from above, on which a knife 5 to be sharpened is installed. In the upper part of the housing 1, a grinding block 6 is installed, as well as a polishing block 7 and a burr removal block 8. A tray 9 is provided for draining the used cutting fluid. A signal from the contact sensor of the grinding tool with the blade to be sharpened (not shown) is sent to the control panel 10, which is a control action for the knife drive 2. The software control provides three different programs: for operation in automatic mode - module 14, for operation in manual mode - module 17 and for operation in washing mode - module 16.Safety control module 24 is connected to protective cover 21 in cleaning mode, responding to air pressure sensor 22 in the line. Such a device, characterized by the combination of essential features of the formula, is unknown in the prior art and allows for the creation of an automatic sharpening machine with an automatic cleaning function for the working area, thereby increasing the machine's productivity.
Claims
An automatic machine for sharpening curved cutting edges of a knife, comprising a housing, a knife drive, a knife holder, a knife mounting table, a grinding block with a grinding tool and a sensor for detecting contact of the grinding tool with the knife blade being sharpened, a system for supplying a lubricating and cooling liquid and a control panel, characterized in that it is equipped with an automatic cleaning module, including a brush with a supply of a jet of washing liquid, installed above the surface of the knife mounting table, wherein the knife mounting table is made with a barrier wall located on the side opposite to the direction of the jet of washing liquid, and with holes for draining the lubricating and cooling liquid and the washing liquid, and the control panel of the machine is made with the possibility of controlling modules that ensure operation in automatic mode, operation in manual mode and operation in washing mode.
