Description
[0001] The claimed invention relates to means for loading or unloading self-propelled vehicles onto a railway platform and can be used, in particular, for loading and unloading self-propelled equipment at the site of repair and restoration work.
[0002] Devices for loading self-propelled equipment onto a railway platform are known (see patents: RU No. 2229993, C2, IPC B61D 3 / 18, B65G 67 / 04, published on 10.06.2004; RU No. 2312779, C1, IPC B61D 3 / 18, B61D 47 / 00, published on 20.12.2007; RU No. 168046, U1, IPC B61D 63 / 08, B65G 69 / 30, B60P 1 / 00, B61D 47 / 00., published on 17.01.2017.
[0003] The disadvantages of these devices are the high cost and complexity of the design, high material consumption, difficulty in control, high labor intensity of the operation of bringing the ramps into the transport position (lifting) and into the working position (lowering), and, consequently, the complication and increase in the cost of the operation of loading tracked and wheeled vehicles onto railway platforms in general, which, under the conditions of current maintenance and repair of the railway track, is unprofitable.
[0004] The closest to the claimed solution is a device for loading self-propelled equipment onto a railway platform, containing ramps mounted on the end side of the railway platform, made with the possibility of rotation in a vertical plane, drives for raising and lowering the ramps and means for fixing the ramps in the transport position (see patent RU No. 2025350, C1, IPC B61D 47 / 00, published 12 / 30 / 1994).
[0005] The disadvantages of the prototype are similar to the above-mentioned disadvantages of known devices.
[0006] The technical result of the proposed device is to expand the arsenal of technical means for loading tracked and wheeled vehicles onto railway platforms, reduce the metal consumption and, as a consequence, the weight of the device, simplify the operation and reduce the labor intensity of transferring the ramps to the working and transport position, thereby increasing the productivity of the operation of loading tracked and wheeled vehicles onto railway platforms as a whole.
[0007] The technical result is achieved in that the device for loading self-propelled equipment onto a railway platform, containing ramps mounted on the end side of the railway platform, made with the possibility of rotation in a vertical plane, a drive for raising and lowering the ramps and means for fixing the ramps in the transport position, is characterized in that the device is provided with a traction device and guide rollers installed on the platform, the ramps are provided with a crossbar installed between them, the drive for turning and lowering the ramps is made in the form of a rotary support post, one end of which is pivotally fixed to the base of the platform, the other end of which is connected to the crossbar by means of a guy wire and to the traction device by means of a traction rope through the guide rollers.
[0008] Unlike the known ramp lifting schemes using a vertically installed stand with guy wires, the proposed scheme allows for a reduction in metal consumption and, as a consequence, the weight of the devices, simplifies the ramp lifting operation, reduces the labor intensity of transferring auxiliary devices to the working position, thereby increasing the productivity of the operation of loading tracked and wheeled vehicles onto railway platforms.

[0010] The main units of the device are: ramps 1, pivotally fixed on the frame of the railway platform 2 and connected to each other by a crossbar 3, a rotary support post 4, pivotally fixed on the base of the platform 2, a guy rope 5, connected to the crossbar 3 and the free end of the rotary support post 4, a traction rope 6, connected at one end to the free end of the rotary support post 4, and at the other end through guide rollers 7 to a traction winch 8.
[0011] The claimed device operates as follows. Fig. 3 shows the device in the working position, in which the self-propelled vehicle is driven onto the platform. To bring the ramps into the transport position, the traction winch creates tension on the traction rope 6. This causes the rotary support post 4 to rotate around the support hinge, tensioning the guy wire 5, which pulls the crossbar 3 (Fig. 1) along with it, lifting the ramps 1, which first occupy an intermediate position (Fig. 2), then the transport position (Fig. 1). The ramps are brought from the transport position to the working position in the reverse order. In this case, due to the use of the rotary support post, a reduction in the force in the traction rope 6 is achieved, and accordingly, on the traction winch 8.Unlike similar devices, the elements of the proposed lifting mechanism design do not experience bending loads, which ultimately leads to a reduction in the weight of the lifting mechanism and a reduction in the labor intensity of work to bring the mechanism into working and transport positions.
Claims
A device for loading self-propelled equipment onto a railway platform, comprising ramps mounted on the end side of the railway platform, configured to rotate in a vertical plane, a drive for raising and lowering the ramps and means for fixing the ramps in the transport position, characterized in that the device is provided with a traction device and guide rollers installed on the platform, the ramps are provided with a crossbar installed between them, the drive for turning and lowering the ramps is made in the form of a pivot-support post, one end of which is pivotally fixed to the base of the platform, the other end of which is connected to the crossbar by means of a guy wire and to the traction device by means of a traction rope through the guide rollers.
