[0001] The invention relates to the field of construction chemistry, in particular, to biocidal compositions, and is intended for the treatment of mineral, concrete, reinforced concrete, metal and other surfaces of buildings, building structures and products for the purpose of cleaning and protecting against biofouling and biofilms formed by bacteria, algae and mold fungi.
[0002] A disinfectant and cleaning agent is known (RU patent No. 2108810, IPC: A61L 2 / 16, published on 20.04.1998), containing hydrogen peroxide, sodium benzoate, water and additionally containing magnesium lauryl sulfate, glycerin, sodium oleate, disodium EDTA (Trilon B) in the following ratio of components, wt. %: hydrogen peroxide - 30, magnesium lauryl sulfate - 6, sodium benzoate - 1, disodium EDTA (Trilon B) - 1, glycerin - 1, sodium oleate - 1, distilled water - the rest. This prolonged-action product is intended for treating contact surfaces, in particular for disinfecting indoor surfaces, sanitary equipment, linens, dishes, and medical products.

[0015] The proposed product outperforms similar solutions in a number of ways: it's less expensive than commercial alternatives, more effective against biofilms, easier to manufacture, and maintains its protective properties longer. Key advantages over the prototype include a simplified composition (3 components instead of 6+), specialization for mineral surfaces, and enhanced fungicidal effect due to optimized component concentrations.
[0016] Thanks to these properties, the use of this product allows you to clean and protect the surfaces of various building structures from the formation of complex microbial biofilms and helps suppress the processes of biocorrosion of building materials.
[0017] The preparation of a product with biocidal activity for cleaning the surfaces of buildings and constructions is carried out in the following sequence.
[0018] To prepare the solution, pour purified water into a container. Add 1.5% non-ionic surfactant and 6% hydrogen peroxide while stirring. Filter the prepared solution and pour into an airtight container.
[0019] The biocidal properties of the proposed product were determined experimentally.
[0020] Tests to evaluate antimicrobial activity used test cultures of bacteria and fungi, which are characterized as typical destructors of materials and structures under different environmental conditions.

[0025] Field tests have confirmed the effectiveness of the composition against a wide range of microorganisms: a significant reduction in biofouling on mineral and other surfaces was noted under conditions of varying humidity, while maintaining the protective effect for a long time.
