Abstract

FIELD: rubbers.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of synthetic rubbers by emulsion polymerization using stabilizers introduced into the rubber during its isolation from latex. A method is proposed for stabilizing synthetic rubbers with a phenolamine resin synthesized by the condensation reaction of p-nonylphenol (PNP) and hexamethylenetetramine (HMTA) in unsaturated fatty acids. Stabilization is carried out by phenolamine oligomers BC-1A with a molecular weight of 1800-2200, synthesized in oleic acid (OA) at a molar ratio of PNP: HMTA: OA, equal to 1.0:(0.25-0.27):0.8, with a supply of 50% rel. HMTA before the reaction and 50% rel. HMTA 1 hour after heating the reaction mass to a temperature of 100-105 °C at the reaction time of 2 hours at a temperature of 100-105 °C and 1 hour at a temperature of 110-115 °C. The stabilizer is introduced into the rubber latex in the form of a stable aqueous suspension with a concentration of BC-1A equal to 8-12% by weight, obtained by saponifying a mixture of BC-1A and OA with an aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide to a pH of 11.0-11.5, in an amount ensuring a content of 1.0-1.5% by weight of VS-1A in the rubber.EFFECT: improved processability of introducing a stabilizer into a polymer, increased efficiency of stabilizing synthetic rubbers obtained by emulsion polymerization, improved physical and mechanical properties of vulcanizates, and longer-term preservation of the high level of performance properties of materials based on them.1 cl, 2 tbl, 6 ex
