Abstract

FIELD: oil and gas production.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of studying gas wells, primarily those operated in underground gas storage facilities. The moisture trap consists of a housing, to the upper part of which a flange is attached, through which the lower branch pipe passes. At the end of the branch pipe, a flow swirler is installed, forming an annular channel with the body, hydraulically connected to the inlet branch pipe by a tangential channel of the body. A cyclonic baffle is located under the swirl element, and the lower end of the nozzle is equipped with a perforated partition. The upper end of the lower branch pipe is connected to a tee, which is connected to the upper branch pipe and flange. Attached to the lower part of the moisture trap body is the moisture accumulator body, in the upper part of which is a diffuser, and attached to the lower part is a flange equipped with a plug and a nut. The tee branch is equipped with a pressure relief valve, and a control and measuring instrument unit is installed on the flange of the upper branch pipe. Flanges are installed at the ends of the inlet and outlet pipes of the device for connection to the wellhead equipment and the well flowline.EFFECT: collection of moisture, mechanical impurities and rock particles in the gas flow under various well operating conditions without release into the atmosphere.1 cl, 2 dwg
