Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to track machines used for the construction and repair of railway tracks, in particular to track machines for tamping the ballast layer, straightening and leveling the track.
[0002] A sleeper tamping machine is known from patent RU 2256736. It comprises a machine frame and a frame for the units located between the running wheels, movable via a running gear with a drive for the units, and connected to the machine frame via a frame mount capable of longitudinal movement. A sleeper tamping unit and a leveling unit are located on the frame for the units, both of which are adjustable in height.
[0003] The disadvantage of this machine is the massive frame for the units, since it bears the load from the sleeper tamping unit and the track lifting unit.
[0004] A tamping and straightening machine is known from patent RU 2392366, adopted as a prototype, comprising a main frame supported by running gear, an additional frame mounted on the machine frame with the ability to move along it with a drive and supported at one end on a drive wheel pair, and at the other end, by means of a spherical hinge with the ability to transversely shift with a drive relative to the longitudinal axis of the track, on two guide beams connected to each other by transverse ties installed in roller supports secured to the main frame; a sleeper tamping working element installed on the additional frame, a straightening working element equipped with hydraulic cylinders for lifting and transverse shifting of the track, installed on the guide beams and secured to their front ends in the longitudinal direction by means of rods with hinges.
[0005] A disadvantage of the known machine is the occurrence of a cantilever load in the guides when the alignment working element is in the position opposite to the working movement, due to which the roller supports are overloaded, the guides sag, which reduces the reliability of the machine and the accuracy of alignment and straightening of the track.
[0006] The objective of the proposed invention is to create a machine of the specified type without the specified disadvantages.
[0007] The technical result of the invention is to increase the rigidity of the installation of the straightening working element relative to the main frame of the machine throughout the entire operating mode.
[0008] The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that: a aligning-tamping-straightening machine, containing a main frame, supported by running bogies, an additional frame, mounted on the machine frame with the possibility of movement by a drive along it and supported at one end on a drive pair of wheels, and at the other end, by means of a hinge with the possibility of transverse displacement by a drive relative to the longitudinal axis of the track, on two guide beams, connected to each other by transverse ties installed in roller supports secured to the main frame; a sleeper tamping working element, mounted on the additional frame, a straightening working element, equipped with hydraulic cylinders for lifting and transverse displacement of the track, mounted on the guide beams and secured to their front ends in the longitudinal direction by means of at least one rod with a hinge. In addition, the guide beams have two roller supports, which are designed with the ability to move along two additional guides, rigidly installed on the main frame, and two other roller supports are rigidly installed on the main frame, coaxially with the guide beams.
[0009] The most rigid installation of the straightening working element is ensured by the use of roller supports, which are made with rollers that cover the guide beams on four sides.
[0010] The drive for moving the additional frame along the straightening-tamping-straightening machine is made with an accelerating mechanism in the form of at least one hydraulic cylinder.
[0011] Fig. 1 shows a general view of the straightening-tamping-straightening machine. Fig. 2 is a section A-A in Fig. 1. Fig. 3 is an enlarged section B-B of the roller supports.
[0012] The straightening, tamping and leveling machine shown in Fig. 1 has a main frame 1 supported by running gear 2, an additional frame 3 which is moved by means of a drive trolley 4 and an accelerating mechanism in the form of a hydraulic cylinder 5 in the longitudinal direction of the machine. The additional frame 3, on the side opposite from the drive trolley 4, is supported through a hinge 6 with the possibility of transverse displacement by a drive 7 relative to the longitudinal axis of the track on two guide beams 8 connected to each other by crossbars 9. The guide beams 8 are mounted in roller supports 10. The roller supports 10 are fixed to the main frame 1. The guide beams 8 contain roller supports 11 which are capable of moving along two additional guides 12 fixed to the main frame 1.The straightening working element 13 with hydraulic cylinders 14 for lifting and hydraulic cylinders 15 for transverse displacement is mounted on guide beams 8 and is pivotally secured by a rod 16 on a transverse connection 9. The sleeper tamping working element 17 with hydraulic cylinders 18 for lifting and lowering it are mounted on an additional frame 3.
[0013] The machine works as follows.
[0014] In the working mode, the machine moves along the railway track at a constant speed in the direction of arrow B (Fig. 1). The additional frame 3 moves in the same direction, with the help of the drive trolley 4 and the hydraulic cylinder 5, at a speed exceeding the speed of movement of the machine, within the gap between the main frame 1 and the additional frame 3. By means of the spherical hinge 6 of the additional frame 3, fixed on the guide beams 8, the guide beams 8 move in the roller supports 10 of the main frame 1 and in the roller supports 11 of the guide beams 8, which move along the additional guides 12 of the main frame 1 with the help of the rod 16 pivotally connected to the guide beams 8.After installing the additional frame 3 and, accordingly, the guide beams 8 in the working position, the hydraulic cylinders 18 lower the sleeper tamping working element 17 and compact the ballast of the track, while the hydraulic cylinders 14 and 15 of the straightening working element 13 lift and straighten the track in the vertical (lifting) and horizontal (straightening) planes, upon completion of the working cycle, the hydraulic cylinders 18 lift the sleeper tamping working element 17 to its original position, and the working pressures in the hydraulic cylinders 14 and 15 of the straightening working element 13 are reduced. The operating time of the straightening working element 13 and the sleeper tamping working element 17 is equal to the time of movement of the additional frame 3 within the main frame 1. The drive 7 is switched on for the transverse displacement of the additional frame 3 relative to the longitudinal axis of the track only when the machine is operating on curved sections of the track.
