[0002] The closest analogue of the claimed solution can be considered to be patent RU 2748708 C1 "NON-SNAG SPOON (variants)", containing a petal-type body in the form of a plate, slightly concave in the central part, and a hook longitudinally mounted on the concave side, while the body has a point hole and a through pry hole through which the sting with the barb of the hook enters the convex side, the hook is fixed on the body with the end of the shank through a spring element aimed at spreading the hook and the body.

The experiment showed that the average hook mounting speed for the spoon according to patent RU 2748708 C1 was 21:92 seconds, while for the claimed solution, it was 7:54 seconds. Therefore, the hook mounting time for the spoon according to the claimed solution is three times shorter than that of a similar design.
Claims
1. A weedless spoon bait comprising a hook and a body made of a plate with an eye and a concave central portion, the body having a running hole, a point hole and a through hook hole, the hook has a head with a through hole and an L-shaped bend of the shank made closer to the head, the head of the hook is located on the convex side of the body, while the holes of the head of the hook and the eye of the body are located coaxially and a fishing line or a fastener passes through them, the head of the hook and the eye of the body are fastened so as to be able to move with an elastic retainer, the L-shaped bend of the shank of the hook passes through the running hole, the shank and the hook hook are located along the concave side of the body, and the sting comes out through the hook hole on the convex side of the body, while in the cocked position the tip of the sting of the hook enters the point hole.
2. A spoon bait according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the opening under the spoon is made in the form of a slot extending from the edge of the body.
3. A spoon bait according to claim 1, characterized in that the tip hole is made in the form of a recess.
