Abstract
FIELD: embryology.SUBSTANCE: mares are given intramuscular injections of progestamag and surfagon. Progestamag is administered at a dose of 200 mg per 100 kg, in a regimen up to the 35th day of pregnancy with an interval of 48 hours, from the 35th to the 44th day every 72 hours, from the 45th to the 65th day every 96 hours. If there is a follicle in the ovaries larger than 35 mm in diameter, surfagon is additionally administered together with progestamag twice at a dose of 50 µg with an interval of 24 hours.EFFECT: method allows maintaining the required level of progesterone in the blood serum of mares in the event of a threat of embryonic death, that is, when the progesterone level decreases to a critical threshold of 1–2 ng / ml both during normal pregnancy and in embryo transfer programs.1 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex
