An aqueous solution of collagen with a mass fraction of (1-20%) and an aqueous solution of a modifier with a mass fraction of (0.1-2%) are mixed and reacted at a temperature of 20-60 ° C for 15-45 minutes to prepare a stock solution, and then plasticizers, functional additives and antimicrobial growth agents are added to the stock solution and continue stirring at a temperature of 20-60 ° C for 30-60 minutes to prepare a mixed solution, then pour the mixed solution into a mold and dry at a temperature of 30-60 ° C for 3~10 hours, obtaining a collagen mask.
