Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to the field of operation of mobile gas distribution stations (hereinafter referred to as MGDS), in particular when connected to a stationary gas distribution station (hereinafter referred to as GDS).
[0002] A mobile gas supply unit for temporary gas supply to consumers during major repairs of a gas distribution station is known https: / / www.gazprommash.ru / factory / vestnik / vestnik4 / vestnik4_st9 / . It is connected according to a standard diagram to the gas distribution station inlet pipeline on one side and to the gas distribution station outlet pipeline on the other.
[0003] The disadvantage of the mobile gas supply unit, depending on the specification of the mobile gas supply unit, is the lack of a bypass reducing line between the inlet and outlet pipelines.
[0004] The purpose of the invention is to ensure uninterrupted gas supply to consumers in the event of emergency situations and while work is being carried out on the MGRS equipment, by supplying gas through a reducing bypass line.
[0005] The technical result is the elimination of interruptions in gas supply to consumers in the event of emergency situations and when work is carried out on the MGRS equipment, by supplying gas to the consumer through an additional reducing bypass line.
[0006] The technical result is achieved by the fact that before connecting the mobile GDS, after the valve on the branch of the incoming gas pipeline of the GDS and before the ball valve on the branch of the outlet gas pipeline of the GDS, tee coils are mounted on flange connections to which the inlet and outlet gas pipelines of the mobile GDS and an additional bypass reducing line with a regulating valve, a ball valve and a pressure gauge for monitoring the outlet pressure are mounted.
[0007] The method for ensuring uninterrupted gas supply to consumers involves bypassing gas from the inlet gas pipeline of the gas distribution station to the outlet gas pipeline of the gas distribution station through a bypass pressure-reducing line. To achieve this, before connecting the mobile gas distribution station, after the valve on the inlet gas pipeline branch of the gas distribution station and before the ball valve on the outlet gas pipeline branch of the gas distribution station, flanged tee spools are installed. These tee spools are connected to the inlet and outlet gas pipelines of the mobile gas distribution station, along with an additional bypass pressure-reducing line with a regulating valve, ball valve, and pressure gauge for monitoring the outlet pressure.
[0008] The essence of the invention is explained by the figure, where 1 is an inlet gas pipeline of a stationary GDS, 2 is a ball valve of the inlet gas pipeline of the GDS, 3 is a stationary GDS, 4 is a ball valve on the branch of the inlet gas pipeline of the GDS, 5 is a tee-coil, 6 is a mobile GDS, 7 is an additional bypass line, 8 is a regulating valve, 9 is a ball valve of the bypass line, 10 is a ball valve on the branch of the outlet gas pipeline of the GDS, 11 is a ball valve of the outlet gas pipeline of the stationary GDS, 12 is the outlet gas pipeline of the stationary GDS, 13 is a pressure gauge, 14 are spherical plugs.
[0009] The invention operates as follows: when connecting the MGRS 6 to the stationary GDS 3 according to the standard scheme, tee coils 5 are additionally mounted to the inlet gas pipeline 1 on the flange connections between the ball valve 4 of the inlet gas pipeline of the stationary GDS 3 and the MGRS 6, as well as between the MGRS 6 and the ball valve 10 of the outlet gas pipeline of the stationary GDS 12. The tee coils are connected by an additional bypass line 7, on which the control valve 8 and the ball valve of the bypass line 9 are mounted.
[0010] During normal operation of the MGRS, the control valve 8, the ball valve of the bypass line 9, the ball valve 2 and the ball valve 11 are in the “Closed” position, the inlet gas pipeline 1 at the inlet of the stationary GRS and the outlet gas pipeline 12 at the outlet of the stationary GRS are closed with spherical plugs 14.
[0011] In case of an unplanned shutdown of the gas distribution system, open the ball valve on the bypass line 9, then, by opening the control valve 8, ensure the required pressure on the outlet gas pipeline 12. Pressure control on the outlet gas pipeline 12 is provided by the pressure gauge 13.
[0012] Thus, in the event of an emergency at the gas distribution station, a continuous flow of gas to the consumer is ensured through the inlet gas pipeline 1 and the additionally installed bypass line 7.
[0013] This invention is used at the repaired gas distribution stations of the Priyutovsky LPU MG using the MGRS.
