[0038] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the predetermined temperature range can be selected according to actual conditions and is not limited thereto. For example, the predetermined temperature range may be 35°C±1°C, 35°C±0.5°C, or 30°C±1°C.

[0039] As shown in Fig. 1, the heat exchange unit 162 may be provided in the branch cooling water pipeline 160, and the heat exchange unit 162 may be used to cool the circulating cooling water in the circulating water pipeline.

[0041] According to an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of control valves may be respectively arranged in the temperature stabilizing water branch pipe 150 and the cooling water branch pipe 160.

[0042] As shown in Fig. 1, the plurality of control valves may include a control valve 151 and a control valve 161. The control valve 151 may be located in the branch water pipe 150 for stabilizing the temperature. The control valve 161 may be located in the branch cooling water pipe 160.

[0043] According to an embodiment of the present invention, by adjusting the regulating valve 151 and the regulating valve 161, it is possible to adjust the ratio of the amount of circulating cooling water supplied to the branch water pipe 150 for stabilizing the temperature to the amount of circulating cooling water supplied to the branch cooling water pipe 160.

[0044] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control device 170 can be electrically connected to the first temperature data acquisition unit 110, the second temperature data acquisition unit 130, and a plurality of control valves. The control device 170 can be used to adjust the opening degrees of the plurality of control valves in accordance with the outlet water temperature, the inlet water temperature, the flow rate, and the required heat quantity information.

[0045] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the information about the required amount of heat may be information indicating that the user has the required amount of heat, or information indicating that the user does not have the required amount of heat.

[0046] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control device 170 can communicate with a user terminal, and the user terminal can display buttons corresponding to the required heat amount. The different buttons can be buttons that reflect the presence or absence of the user's required heat amount. The control device 170 can obtain information about the required heat amount in response to the user clicking the required heat amount button of the user terminal.

[0047] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control device 170 can adjust the opening degrees of the regulating valve 151 and the regulating valve 161 in accordance with the outlet water temperature, the inlet water temperature, the flow rate and the required heat amount information, thereby adjusting the ratio of the amount of circulating cooling water entering the branch water pipe 150 for stabilizing the temperature to the amount of circulating cooling water entering the branch cooling water pipe 160.

[0048] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the circulating water pipeline comprises a temperature stabilizing water branch pipeline and a cooling water branch pipeline, the temperature stabilizing water branch pipeline and the cooling water branch pipeline are connected in parallel between the water inlet and the water outlet of the heat-absorbing unit, and a plurality of control valves are respectively arranged in the temperature stabilizing water branch pipeline and the cooling water branch pipeline. Therefore, in a case where the control device controls the opening degrees of the plurality of control valves in accordance with the outlet water temperature, the inlet water temperature, the flow rate, and the required heat amount information, it is possible to control the ratio of the amount of circulating cooling water entering the temperature-stabilizing water branch pipe to the amount of circulating cooling water entering the cooling water branch pipe, so that the cooling water branch pipe can be used to quickly dissipate the heat of the circulating cooling water flowing into the cooling water branch pipe.At the same time, the temperature stabilizing water branch pipe is used to directly transfer the circulating cooling water flowing into the temperature stabilizing water branch pipe, so that after the heat-dissipated circulating cooling water and the directly transferred circulating cooling water are mixed in the water inlet of the heat-absorbing unit, the inlet water temperature at the water inlet will not deviate greatly from the user's preset temperature range, and the inlet water temperature of the water inlet can be quickly adjusted to the user's preset temperature range.

[0049] Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a heat dissipation control system according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0050] As shown in Fig. 2, the heat dissipation control system 200 according to the present embodiment may include a first temperature data acquisition unit 210, a heat absorption unit 220, a second temperature data acquisition unit 230, a flow rate measurement unit 240, a circulation water pipe, a plurality of regulating valves, and a control device 270. The circulation water pipe may include: a temperature stabilizing water branch pipe 250 and a cooling water branch pipe. The first temperature data acquisition unit 210, the heat absorption unit 220, the second temperature data acquisition unit 230, the flow rate measurement unit 240, the circulation water pipe, a plurality of regulating valves, and the control device 270 in Fig.2 are similar, respectively, to the first temperature data collection unit 110, the heat-absorbing unit 120, the second temperature data collection unit 130, the flow rate measuring unit 140, the circulating water pipeline, the plurality of control valves and the control device 170 in Fig. 1, in terms of the relationship of connections and functions.

[0051] The heat dissipation control system 200 may also include a heat exchange unit located in the branch cooling water pipeline to recover the heat absorbed by the heat-absorbing unit. The heat exchange unit in Fig. 2 is similar to the heat exchange unit 162 in Fig. 1 in terms of the relationship of connections and functions.

[0052] The branch cooling water pipeline may comprise: a first branch cooling water pipeline 2601 and a second branch cooling water pipeline 2602. The heat exchange unit may comprise: a heat exchanger 2601-2 located in the first branch cooling water pipeline 2601 and a dry cooler 2602-2 located in the second branch cooling water pipeline 2602.

[0053] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the dry cooler 2602-2 can cool the circulating cooling water flowing into the second branch cooling water pipe 2602 in a case where the heat exchanger 2601-2 does not function, or the maximum heat dissipation amount of the heat exchanger 2601-2 is less than the amount of heat generated by the heat dissipation devices 201–206.

[0054] As shown in Fig. 2, the plurality of control valves may include: a first control valve 251 located in the branched water pipe 250 for stabilizing the temperature, a second control valve 2601-1 located in the first branched cooling water pipe 2601, and a third control valve 2602-1 located in the second branched cooling water pipe 2602.

[0055] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the temperature stabilizing water branch pipe 250, the first cooling water branch pipe 2601 and the second cooling water branch pipe 2602 are connected in parallel between the water inlet and the water outlet of the heat-absorbing unit 220, the control device can be used to adjust the opening degrees of the three branch pipes, respectively, using control valves located, respectively, in the temperature stabilizing water branch pipe 250, the first cooling water branch pipe 2601 and the second cooling water branch pipe 2602, to adjust the flow rate of the circulating cooling water flowing into each of the three branch pipes.Since the heat exchanger is located in the first branch cooling water line 2601, the circulating water can be water-cooled to dissipate heat. Since the dry cooler is located in the second branch cooling water line, the circulating cooling water can be air-cooled to dissipate heat. This enables the use of two branch cooling water lines with different cooling methods to dissipate the heat of the circulating cooling water. Thus, different heat dissipation methods can be flexibly selected for different application scenarios. As a result, the water temperature at the inlet of the heat-absorbing unit 220 can be accurately and quickly adjusted, enabling rapid adjustment of the water temperature at the inlet of the water inlet within a temperature range predetermined by the user.

[0056] As shown in Fig. 2, the circulating water pipeline may further comprise: a main water pipeline section 280 at the outlet and a main water pipeline section 290 at the inlet.

[0057] In Fig. 2, the inlet of the outlet main water pipe section 280 can be communicated with the water outlet of the heat-absorbing unit 220. The first temperature data acquisition unit 210 can be located in the outlet main water pipe section 280. The outlet of the inlet main water pipe section 290 can be communicated with the water inlet of the heat-absorbing unit 220. Both the second temperature data acquisition unit 230 and the flow velocity measuring unit 240 can be located in the inlet main water pipe section 290. The temperature stabilizing water branch line 250 and the cooling water branch line are connected in parallel between the outlet main water pipe section 280 and the inlet of the inlet main water pipe section 290.

[0058] For example, in Fig. 2, the temperature stabilizing water branch pipe 250, the first cooling water branch pipe 2601 and the second cooling water branch pipe 2602 are connected in parallel between the outlet of the main water pipe section 280 at the outlet and the inlet of the main water pipe section 290 at the inlet.

[0059] According to an embodiment of the present invention, a control device used to adjust the opening degrees of a plurality of control valves in accordance with an outlet water temperature, an inlet water temperature, a flow rate, and information on the required amount of heat includes: determining a target control valve from among the plurality of control valves in accordance with the outlet water temperature, the inlet water temperature, the flow rate, and information on the required amount of heat sent by a user terminal; closing the control valves except for the target control valve from among the plurality of control valves; and adjusting the opening degree of the target control valve.

[0060] For example, in Fig. 2, in the case where the first control valve 251 and the second control valve 2601-1 are determined as the target control valves, the third control valve 2602-1 can be closed, and the opening degrees of the first control valve 251 and the second control valve 2601-1 can be adjusted. In the case where the first control valve 251 and the third control valve 2602-1 are determined as the target control valves, the second control valve 2601-1 can be closed, and the opening degrees of the first control valve 251 and the third control valve 2602-1 can be adjusted. In the case where the second control valve 2601-1 and the third control valve 2602-1 are determined as target control valves, the first control valve 251 can be closed, while the opening degrees of the second control valve 2601-1 and the third control valve 2602-1 can be adjusted.

[0061] According to an embodiment of the present invention, a control device used to determine a target control valve from a plurality of control valves according to an outlet water temperature, an inlet water temperature, a flow rate, and information on the required amount of heat may include: determining a heat amount of a flow temperature difference according to the outlet water temperature, the inlet water temperature, and the flow rate; obtaining a predetermined maximum heat dissipation value of the heat exchanger; and in the case where the heat amount of a flow temperature difference is greater than or equal to the predetermined maximum heat dissipation value, and the required amount of heat is determined to be present according to the information on the required amount of heat, determining each of the second control valve and the third control valve as a target control valve.

[0062] According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the flow temperature difference heat quantity is greater than or equal to the predetermined maximum heat dissipation value and the required heat quantity is determined to be present according to the required heat quantity information, this indicates that the user has the required heat quantity, and the heat dissipation of the heat exchanger is not capable of fully compensating for the flow temperature difference heat quantity. Therefore, by fully considering the user's required heat quantity and the maximum heat dissipation capacity of the heat exchanger, the second control valve and the third control valve can be determined as target control valves. Then, by adjusting the target control valves, the heat dissipation of the circulating cooling water of the heat exchanger can be adjusted to match the user's required heat quantity. At the same time, the heat generated by the heat dissipation devices is recovered, and the combined heat dissipation of the heat exchanger and the dry cooler can compensate for the heat generated by the heat dissipation devices, so that the inlet water temperature is quickly adjusted within the user-set temperature range.

[0063] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the second control valve and the third control valve are determined as target control valves, an equivalent structural diagram of the heat dissipation control system shown in Fig. 2 is shown in Fig. 3.

[0064] Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a structural diagram of a heat dissipation control system in a case where the second control valve and the third control valve are determined as target control valves according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The branched cooling water pipe may include: a first branched cooling water pipe 3601 and a second branched cooling water pipe 3602. The heat dissipation control system 300 may also include a heat exchange unit located in the branched cooling water pipe. The heat exchange unit may comprise: a heat exchanger 3601-2 located in the first branched cooling water pipeline 3601, and a dry cooler 3602-2 located in the second branched cooling water pipeline 3602. The plurality of control valves may include a second control valve 3601-1 located in the first branched cooling water pipeline 3601, and a third control valve 3602-1 located in the second branched cooling water pipeline 3602.

[0066] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the heat dissipation control system 300 shown in Fig. 3 is substantially similar to the heat dissipation control system 200 shown in Fig. 2 in terms of the structure and the relationship of connections between the structures, except that the circulating water pipe in Fig. 3 does not include a branch water pipe for temperature stabilization.

[0067] According to the structure of the heat dissipation control system 300 shown in Fig. 3, a specific method by which the control device 370 controls the opening degrees of the target control valves in a case where the second control valve 3601-1 and the third control valve 3602-1 are determined as the target control valves will be described in detail below.

[0068] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the second control valve 3601-1 and the third control valve 3602-1 are determined as target control valves, the initial states of the respective control valves are as follows: the opening degree of the second control valve 3601-1 is adjusted to the maximum, the opening degree of the third control valve 3602-1 is 0, and the opening degree of the first control valve 251 is 0. At this stage, the dry cooler 3602-2 operates at the initial operating frequency.

[0069] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control device 370 used to adjust the opening degree of the target regulating valve comprises: in the case where the inlet water temperature is greater than the target inlet water temperature, decreasing the opening degree of the second regulating valve 3601-1 and increasing the opening degree of the third regulating valve 3602-1; in the case where the inlet water temperature is less than the first temperature and this state lasts for a first predetermined duration of time, stopping the adjustment of the opening degree of the second regulating valve 3601-1 and the opening degree of the third regulating valve 3602-1, wherein the first temperature is equal to the sum of the target inlet water temperature and the first predetermined value.

[0070] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the target inlet water temperature is an ideal inlet water temperature.

[0071] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in order to ensure stable operation of the heat dissipation device and prevent the temperature of the heat dissipation device from becoming excessively high, it is necessary for the temperature of the circulating cooling water flowing into the heat-absorbing unit to be lower than a predetermined first temperature.

[0072] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the target inlet water temperature, the first preset value, and the first preset time duration can be selected according to actual conditions and are not limited thereto.

[0073] For example, the target inlet water temperature can be 25°C, 30°C or 35°C, etc. The first preset value can be 1°C or 0.5°C, etc. The first preset time duration can be 5s, 10s or 30s, etc.

[0074] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the opening degree of the second control valve 3601-1 can be reduced and the opening degree of the third control valve 3602-1 can be increased in accordance with a first predetermined proportion of the opening degree.

[0075] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first predetermined opening ratio can be selected according to actual conditions and is not limited thereto. For example, the first predetermined opening ratio may be 5%, 10%, or 15%.

[0076] For example, when the target inlet water temperature is 35°C, the first preset value is 1°C, and the first preset time is 10s, the first temperature is 36°C. When the target inlet water temperature is greater than 36°C, the opening degree of the second regulating valve 3601-1 is gradually reduced by 5% of the opening degree per step, and the opening degree of the third regulating valve 3602-1 is gradually increased by 5% of the opening degree per step. When the inlet water temperature is less than 36°C and this state lasts for 10s, the adjustment of the opening degree of the second regulating valve 3601-1 and the opening degree of the third regulating valve 3602-1 is stopped.

[0077] According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the inlet water temperature is controlled below 36°C for the first predetermined period of time, the inlet water temperature will generally remain within the predetermined temperature range of 35°C±1°C. At this stage, the inlet water temperature is considered to be within the user's predetermined temperature range. Therefore, the adjustment of the opening degree of the second control valve 3601-1 and the opening degree of the third control valve 3602-1 can be stopped.

[0078] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the inlet water temperature is higher than the target inlet water temperature, the control device 370 can gradually and quickly discharge the circulating cooling water flowing out of the outlet main water pipe section 380 into the second cooling water branch pipe 3602 by decreasing the opening degree of the second control valve 3601-1 and increasing the opening degree of the third control valve 3602-1, and also using both the heat exchanger 3601-2 provided in the first cooling water branch pipe 3601 and the dry cooler 3602-2 provided in the second cooling water branch pipe 3602 to cool the circulating cooling water, thereby increasing the rate of decreasing the inlet water temperature.

[0079] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control device 370 used to adjust the opening degree of the target control valve further comprises: in the case where the inlet water temperature is greater than or equal to the first temperature and this state lasts for a second predetermined duration of time, stopping the adjustment of the opening degree of the second control valve 3601-1 and the opening degree of the third control valve 3602-1, and also increasing the operating frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2; in the case where the operating frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2 is less than the first predetermined frequency, the inlet water temperature is less than the first temperature and this state lasts for a second predetermined duration of time, stopping the adjustment of the operating frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2.

[0080] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the second preset time duration can be selected according to actual conditions and is not limited thereto. For example, the second preset time duration may be 5 seconds, 10 seconds, or 30 seconds, etc. The second preset time duration and the first preset time duration may be equal or different.

[0081] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first predetermined frequency can be selected according to actual conditions and is not limited thereto. For example, the first predetermined frequency may be the maximum operating frequency of the dry cooler, or 80% of the maximum operating frequency of the dry cooler, or 90% of the maximum operating frequency of the dry cooler, or 95% of the maximum operating frequency of the dry cooler, etc.

[0082] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the operating frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2 can be increased in accordance with a first predetermined frequency.

[0083] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first predetermined frequency can be selected according to actual conditions and is not limited thereto. For example, the first predetermined frequency may be 3 Hz, 5 Hz, or 6 Hz.

[0084] For example, the first temperature may be 36°C, the second predetermined time duration may be 10s, the first predetermined frequency may be the maximum operating frequency of the dry cooler, and the first predetermined frequency may be 5Hz. The control device 370 may stop adjusting the opening degree of the second control valve 3601-1 and the opening degree of the third control valve 3602-1, and also increase the operating frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2 in stages by 5Hz per stage in the case where the inlet water temperature is greater than or equal to 36°C and this state lasts for 10s; and stop adjusting the operating frequency of the 3602-2 dry cooler in the event that the operating frequency of the 3602-2 dry cooler is less than the maximum operating frequency of the dry cooler, the inlet water temperature is less than 36 °C and this condition lasts for 10 s.

[0085] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the inlet water temperature is greater than or equal to the first temperature and this state lasts for a second predetermined duration, this indicates that an increase in the opening degree of the third control valve 3602-1 does not result in a noticeable cooling effect on the circulating cooling water. Therefore, the efficiency of the dry cooler 3602-2 in cooling the circulating cooling water flowing into the second cooling water branch pipe 3602 can be increased by increasing the operating frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2, so that the circulating cooling water in the second cooling water branch pipe 3602 can be quickly cooled, thereby shortening the time for adjusting the inlet water temperature within the temperature range predetermined by the user.

[0086] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control device 370 used to adjust the opening degree of the target control valve further provides: in the case where the frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2 is greater than or equal to the first predetermined frequency, the inlet water temperature is greater than or equal to the first temperature and this state lasts for a third predetermined duration of time, stopping the adjustment of the operating frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2 and at the same time decreasing the opening degree of the second control valve 3601-1 and increasing the opening degree of the third control valve 3602-1.In the case where the inlet water temperature is less than or equal to the second temperature and this state lasts for a third predetermined time duration, the adjustment of the opening degree of the second regulating valve 3601-1 and the opening degree of the third regulating valve 3602-1 is stopped, and the frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2 is reduced; wherein the second temperature is equal to the sum of the target inlet water temperature and the second predetermined value; in the case where the operating frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2 is greater than the second predetermined frequency, the inlet water temperature is greater than the second temperature and less than the first temperature, and this state lasts for a third predetermined time duration, the adjustment of the operating frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2 is stopped.

[0087] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the third preset time duration can be selected according to actual conditions and is not limited thereto. For example, the third preset time duration may be 5 seconds, 10 seconds, or 30 seconds, etc. In the embodiment of the present invention, the third preset time duration, the second preset time duration, and the first preset time duration may be equal or different.

[0088] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the second preset value can be selected according to actual conditions and is not limited thereto. For example, the second preset value may be -1°C, -0.5°C, or -1.5°C.

[0089] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2 is greater than or equal to the first predetermined frequency, the inlet water temperature is greater than or equal to the first temperature, and this state lasts for a third predetermined duration of time, the opening degree of the second control valve 3601-1 can be reduced, while the opening degree of the third control valve 3602-1 can be increased in accordance with the second predetermined proportion of the opening degree.

[0090] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the second predetermined opening ratio can be selected according to actual conditions and is not limited thereto. For example, the second predetermined opening ratio may be 5%, 10%, or 15%, etc. In the embodiment of the present invention, the first predetermined opening ratio and the second predetermined opening ratio may be equal or different.

[0091] For example, the opening degree of the second control valve 3601-1 can be reduced in stages by 5% per stage, and the opening degree of the third control valve 3602-1 can be increased in stages by 5% per stage.

[0092] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2 is greater than or equal to the first predetermined frequency, the inlet water temperature is greater than or equal to the first temperature, and this state lasts for a third predetermined duration, this indicates that the frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2 has been adjusted to the maximum frequency or close to the maximum frequency. At this stage, the efficiency of reducing the inlet water temperature can no longer be improved by increasing the frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2. The flow rate of the circulating cooling water flowing into the second cooling water branch pipe 3602 can be increased by decreasing the opening degree of the second regulating valve 3601-1 and increasing the opening degree of the third regulating valve 3602-1.The higher-frequency dry cooler 3602-2 can then be used to cool the circulating cooling water at an increased flow rate, entering the second branch cooling water line 3602. This improves the cooling efficiency of the circulating cooling water and reduces the time it takes to adjust the inlet water temperature to a user-defined temperature range.

[0093] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in order to ensure stable operation of the heat dissipation device and to avoid excessive heat dissipation thereof, it is necessary for the temperature of the circulating cooling water flowing into the heat-absorbing unit to be higher than a predetermined second temperature.

[0094] According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the inlet water temperature is less than or equal to the second temperature and this state lasts for a third predetermined period of time, this indicates that the inlet water temperature is below the minimum inlet water temperature value and is not within the user-defined temperature range. At this point, the inlet water temperature must be quickly adjusted back to the user-defined temperature range. The efficiency of the dry cooler 3602-2 in cooling the circulating cooling water flowing into the second branched cooling water pipeline 3602 can be reduced by stopping the adjustment of the opening degree of the second control valve 3601-1 and the opening degree of the third control valve 3602-1, as well as reducing the frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2, due to which the inlet water temperature quickly increases.

[0095] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the second predetermined frequency represents the initial operating frequency of the dry cooler. The second predetermined frequency can be selected according to actual conditions and is not limited thereto. For example, the second predetermined frequency may be 20 Hz or 25 Hz.

[0096] According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the operating frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2 is greater than the second predetermined frequency, the inlet water temperature is greater than the second temperature and less than the first temperature, and this state lasts for a third predetermined duration, this indicates that the inlet water temperature is within the user-predetermined temperature range and the operating frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2 is greater than the original operating frequency. Therefore, the adjustment of the operating frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2 can be stopped, so that the heat dissipation control system maintains this state and the inlet water temperature remains within the user-predetermined temperature range.

[0100] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control device 370 used to adjust the opening degree of the target control valve further comprises: in the case where the operating frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2 is equal to the second predetermined frequency, the inlet water temperature is greater than or equal to the first temperature, and this state lasts for a fifth predetermined duration, performing an operation to adjust the target control valves in the case where the second control valve 3601-1 and the third control valve 3602-1 are determined as the target control valves. This realizes the adjustment of the target control valves and the operating frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2 by circulation, and the inlet water temperature is thus maintained within a predetermined temperature range determined by the user.

[0101] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fifth preset time duration can be selected according to actual conditions and is not limited thereto. For example, the fifth preset time duration may be 5 seconds, 10 seconds, or 30 seconds, etc. In the embodiment of the present invention, the fifth preset time duration, the third preset time duration, the second preset time duration, and the first preset time duration may be equal to or different from each other.

[0102] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in a case where the second control valve 3601-1 and the third control valve 3602-1 are determined as target control valves, and the corresponding control valves and the dry cooler 3602-2 are in the initial states, the control device 370 used to adjust the opening degree of the target control valve provides: in a case where the inlet water temperature is equal to the target inlet water temperature and this state lasts for a sixth predetermined duration of time, closing the dry cooler 3602-2 to reduce energy consumption;in the case where the inlet water temperature is greater than the target inlet water temperature, opening the dry cooler 3602-2 and adjusting the operating frequency of the dry cooler 3602-2 to the initial operating frequency, and also performing the operation of adjusting the target control valves in the case where the second control valve 3601-1 and the third control valve 3602-1 are determined as the target control valves.

[0103] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the sixth preset time duration can be selected according to actual conditions and is not limited thereto. For example, the sixth preset time duration may be 5 minutes or 10 minutes.

[0104] According to an embodiment of the present invention, a control device used to determine target control valves from a plurality of control valves in accordance with an outlet water temperature, an inlet water temperature, a flow rate and information on the required amount of heat, further provides: in a case where the heat amount of the flow temperature difference is less than a predetermined maximum heat dissipation value and the required amount of heat is determined to be present in accordance with the information on the required amount of heat, determining the first control valve and the second control valve as the target control valves.

[0105] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the flow temperature difference heat amount is less than a predetermined maximum heat dissipation value and the required heat amount is determined to be present according to the required heat amount information, this indicates that the user has the required heat amount, the heat dissipation of the heat exchanger is capable of compensating for the flow temperature difference heat amount, and the water temperature at the inlet of the heat-absorbing unit can be controlled within a predetermined temperature range of the user only by using the heat exchanger. Therefore, by fully considering the user's required heat amount and the maximum heat dissipation capacity of the heat exchanger, the first control valve and the second control valve can be designated as target control valves. Thus, the amount of heat dissipated from the circulating cooling water by the heat exchanger can be matched to the user's required heat amount through subsequent adjustment and control of the target control valves. At the same time, the heat generated by the heat dissipation device is recovered, and the heat generated by the heat dissipation device can also be compensated. The inlet water temperature is quickly adjusted within the temperature range predetermined by the user, significantly reducing the energy consumption required for heat dissipation from the circulating cooling water.

[0106] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the first control valve and the second control valve are determined as target control valves, an equivalent structural diagram of the heat dissipation control system shown in Fig. 2 is shown in Fig. 4.

[0107] Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a structure of a heat dissipation control system in a case where the first control valve and the second control valve are determined as target control valves according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0108] As shown in Fig. 4, the heat dissipation control system 400 according to the present embodiment may include a first temperature data acquisition unit 410, a heat absorption unit 420, a second temperature data acquisition unit 430, a flow rate measuring unit 440, a circulating water pipe, a plurality of control valves, and a control device 470. In the embodiment of the present invention, the circulating water pipe may include a branched cooling water pipe, a main water outlet pipe section 480, and a main water inlet pipe section 490. The branched cooling water pipe may include a first branched cooling water pipe 4601. The heat dissipation control system 400 may also include a heat exchange unit located in the branched cooling water pipe. The heat exchange unit may include a heat exchanger 4601-2 located in the first branched cooling water pipe 4601.The plurality of control valves may include a first control valve 451 located in the branch water pipeline 450 for temperature stabilization, and a second control valve 4601-1 located in the first branch cooling water pipeline 4601.

[0109] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the heat dissipation control system 400 shown in Fig. 4 is substantially similar to the heat dissipation control system 200 shown in Fig. 2 in terms of the structure and the relationship of connections between the structures, except that the branch cooling water pipe in Fig. 4 does not include the second branch cooling water pipe.

[0110] According to the structure of the heat dissipation control system 400 shown in Fig. 4, a specific method by which the control device 370 controls the opening degrees of the target control valves in the case where the first control valve 451 and the second control valve 4601-1 are determined as the target control valves will be described in detail below.

[0111] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the first control valve 451 and the second control valve 4601-1 are determined as target control valves, the initial states of the respective control valves are as follows: the opening degree of the second control valve 4601-1 is adjusted to the maximum, the opening degree of the third control valve is 0, and the opening degree of the first control valve 451 is 0. At this stage, the dry cooler does not function.

[0112] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control device 470 used to adjust the opening degrees of the target control valves provides: in the case where the inlet water temperature is less than or equal to the second temperature and this state lasts for a fourth predetermined duration of time, decreasing the opening degree of the second control valve 4601-1 and increasing the opening degree of the first control valve 451; in the case where the inlet water temperature is greater than the second temperature and less than the first temperature, and this state lasts for a fourth predetermined duration of time, stopping the adjustment of the opening degree of the first control valve 451 and the opening degree of the second control valve 4601-1.

[0113] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the second temperature is equal to the sum of the target inlet water temperature and the second preset value. The first temperature is equal to the sum of the target inlet water temperature and the first preset value. In an embodiment of the present invention, the first preset value is greater than the second preset value.

[0114] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the target inlet water temperature is an ideal inlet water temperature.

[0115] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in order to ensure stable operation of the heat dissipation device and prevent its temperature from becoming excessively high, it is necessary for the temperature of the circulating cooling water flowing into the heat-absorbing unit to be lower than a predetermined first temperature.

[0116] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in order to ensure stable operation of the heat dissipation device and to avoid excessive heat dissipation thereof, it is necessary for the temperature of the circulating cooling water flowing into the heat-absorbing unit to be higher than a predetermined second temperature.

[0117] For example, the target temperature can be 25°C, 30°C, or 35°C, etc. The first preset value can be 1°C or 0.5°C, etc. The second preset value can be -1°C, -0.5°C, or -1.5°C. Therefore, the second temperature can be 29°C or 34°C, etc., and the first temperature can be 31°C or 36°C, etc.

[0118] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the inlet water temperature is less than or equal to the second temperature and this state lasts for a fourth predetermined duration of time, the opening degree of the second control valve 4601-1 may decrease, and the opening degree of the first control valve 451 may increase in accordance with a third predetermined proportion of the opening degree.

[0119] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the third predetermined opening ratio can be selected according to actual conditions and is not limited thereto. For example, the third predetermined opening ratio may be 5%, 10%, or 15%, etc. In the embodiment of the present invention, the third predetermined opening ratio, the first predetermined opening ratio, and the second predetermined opening ratio may be equal to or different from each other.

[0120] For example, the opening degree of the second control valve 3601-1 can be gradually reduced by 5% of the opening degree per stage, and the opening degree of the first control valve 451 can be gradually increased by 5% of the opening degree per stage.

[0121] According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the inlet water temperature is less than or equal to the second temperature and this state lasts for a fourth predetermined period of time, this indicates that the inlet water temperature is below the minimum inlet water temperature value and is not within the user-defined temperature range. At this point, the inlet water temperature must be quickly adjusted back to the user-defined temperature range. Therefore, the opening degree of the second regulating valve 4601-1 can be reduced and the opening degree of the first regulating valve 451 can be increased to reduce the amount of circulating cooling water flowing into the first branched cooling water pipe 4601 and reduce the heat dissipation of the circulating cooling water by the heat exchanger 4601-2, and at the same time, the branched water pipe 450 for temperature stabilization can be used to directly transfer a part of the circulating cooling water to the water inlet of the main water pipe link 490 at the inlet, so that the inlet water temperature quickly increases and the inlet water temperature quickly reaches the predetermined temperature range of the user.

[0122] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control device 470 used to adjust the opening degree of the target control valves provides: in the case where the opening degree of the first control valve 451 is not 0, the inlet water temperature is greater than or equal to the first temperature and this state lasts for a fourth predetermined duration of time, increasing the opening degree of the second control valve 4601-1 and decreasing the opening degree of the first control valve 451 until the inlet water temperature becomes lower than the first temperature, in order to cause the heat exchanger 4601-2 to cool a larger amount of the flow of circulating cooling water flowing into the first branch cooling water pipe 4601,thereby increasing the cooling efficiency of the circulating cooling water and reducing the time it takes to adjust the inlet water temperature within a user-defined temperature range.

[0123] According to an embodiment of the present invention, a control device used to determine a target control valve from a plurality of control valves in accordance with an outlet water temperature, an inlet water temperature, a flow rate and information on the required amount of heat, further provides: in a case where, in accordance with the information on the required amount of heat, it is determined that the required amount of heat is absent, determining the first control valve and the third control valve as the target control valves.

[0124] According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the required heat amount is determined to be absent based on the required heat amount information, this indicates that the user lacks the required heat amount and there is no need to use a heat exchanger to dissipate the heat of the circulating cooling water. Therefore, by fully considering the user's required heat amount, the first control valve and the third control valve can be determined as target control valves. By adjusting the first control valve and the third control valve, the heat dissipation of the circulating cooling water by the dry cooler can compensate for the heat generated by the heat dissipation device, and the inlet water temperature can be quickly adjusted within a predetermined temperature range by the user.

[0125] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the first control valve and the third control valve are determined as target control valves, an equivalent structural diagram of the heat dissipation control system shown in Fig. 2 is shown in Fig. 5.

[0126] Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a structure of a heat dissipation control system in a case where the first control valve and the third control valve are determined as target control valves according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0127] As shown in Fig. 5, the heat dissipation control system 500 according to the present embodiment may include a first temperature data acquisition unit 510, a heat absorption unit 520, a second temperature data acquisition unit 530, a flow rate measuring unit 540, a circulating water pipe, a plurality of control valves, and a control device 570. In the embodiment of the present invention, the circulating water pipe may include a branched cooling water pipe, a main water outlet pipe section 580, and a main water inlet pipe section 590. The branched cooling water pipe may include a second branched cooling water pipe 5602. The heat dissipation control system 500 may also include a heat exchange unit located in the branched cooling water pipe. The heat exchange unit may comprise a dry cooler 5602-2 located in the second branched cooling water pipeline 5602. The plurality of control valves may include a first control valve 551 located in the branched water pipeline 550 for stabilizing the temperature, and a third control valve 5602-1 located in the second branched cooling water pipeline 5602.

[0128] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the heat dissipation control system 500 shown in Fig. 5 is substantially similar to the heat dissipation control system 200 shown in Fig. 2 in terms of the structure and the relationship of connections between the structures, except that the branch cooling water pipe in Fig. 5 does not include the first branch cooling water pipe.

[0129] According to the structure of the heat dissipation control system 500 shown in Fig. 5, a specific method by which the control device 570 controls the opening degrees of the target control valves in a case where the first control valve 551 and the third control valve 5602-1 are determined as the target control valves will be described in detail below.

[0130] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the first control valve 551 and the third control valve 5602-1 are determined as target control valves, the initial states of the respective control valves are as follows: the opening degree of the third control valve 5602-1 is adjusted to the maximum, the opening degree of the second control valve is 0, and the opening degree of the first control valve 551 is 0. At this stage, the dry cooler 5602-2 operates at the initial operating frequency.

[0131] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control device 570 used to adjust the opening degree of the target control valve provides: in the case where the inlet water temperature is less than or equal to the second temperature and this state lasts for a fourth predetermined duration of time, decreasing the opening degree of the third control valve 5602-1 and increasing the opening degree of the first control valve 551; in the case where the inlet water temperature is greater than the second temperature and less than the first temperature, and this state lasts for a fourth predetermined duration of time, stopping the adjustment of the opening degree of the first control valve 551 and the opening degree of the third control valve 5602-1.

[0132] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the second temperature is equal to the sum of the target inlet water temperature and the second preset value. The first temperature is equal to the sum of the target inlet water temperature and the first preset value. In the embodiment, the first preset value is greater than the second preset value.

[0133] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the target inlet water temperature is an ideal inlet water temperature.

[0134] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in order to ensure stable operation of the heat dissipation device and prevent its temperature from becoming excessively high, it is necessary for the temperature of the circulating cooling water flowing into the heat-absorbing unit to be lower than a predetermined first temperature.

[0135] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in order to ensure stable operation of the heat dissipation device and to avoid excessive heat dissipation thereof, it is necessary for the temperature of the circulating cooling water flowing into the heat-absorbing unit to be higher than a predetermined second temperature.

[0136] For example, the target inlet water temperature can be 25°C, 30°C, or 35°C, etc. The first preset value can be 1°C or 0.5°C, etc. The second preset value can be -1°C, -0.5°C, or -1.5°C. Therefore, the second temperature can be 29°C or 34°C, etc., and the first temperature can be 31°C or 36°C, etc.

[0137] According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the inlet water temperature is less than or equal to the second temperature and this state lasts for a fourth predetermined duration of time, the opening degree of the third control valve 5602-1 may decrease, and the opening degree of the first control valve 551 may increase in accordance with the fourth predetermined fraction of the opening degree.

[0138] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fourth predetermined opening ratio can be selected according to actual conditions and is not limited thereto. For example, the fourth predetermined opening ratio may be 5%, 10%, or 15%, etc. In the embodiment of the present invention, the fourth predetermined opening ratio, the third predetermined opening ratio, the first predetermined opening ratio, and the second predetermined opening ratio may be equal to or different from each other.

[0139] For example, the opening degree of the third control valve 5602-1 can be gradually reduced by 5% of the opening degree per stage, and the opening degree of the first control valve 551 can be gradually increased by 5% of the opening degree per stage.

[0140] According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the inlet water temperature is less than or equal to the second temperature and this state lasts for a fourth predetermined period of time, this indicates that the inlet water temperature is below the minimum inlet water temperature value and is not within the user-defined temperature range. At this point, the inlet water temperature must be quickly adjusted back to the user-defined temperature range. Therefore, the opening degree of the third control valve 5602-1 can be reduced and the opening degree of the first control valve 551 can be increased to reduce the amount of circulating cooling water flowing into the second branched cooling water pipe 5602 and reduce the heat dissipation of the circulating cooling water by the dry cooler 5602-2, and at the same time, the branched water pipe 550 for stabilizing the temperature can be used to directly transfer a part of the circulating cooling water to the water inlet of the main water pipe link 590 at the inlet, so that the temperature of the water at the inlet quickly increases and the temperature of the water at the inlet quickly reaches the temperature range predetermined by the user.

[0141] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control device 470 used to adjust the opening degree of the target control valves provides: in the case where the opening degree of the first control valve 451 is not 0, the inlet water temperature is greater than or equal to the first temperature and this state lasts for a fourth predetermined duration of time, increasing the opening degree of the third control valve 5602-1 and decreasing the opening degree of the first control valve 451 until the inlet water temperature becomes lower than the first temperature, in order to cause the dry cooler 5602-2 to cool a larger amount of the flow of circulating cooling water flowing into the second branch cooling water pipe 5602,thereby increasing the cooling efficiency of the circulating cooling water and reducing the time it takes to adjust the inlet water temperature within a user-defined temperature range.

[0142] It should be understood that the various forms of the processes shown above can be used to change the order, add, or remove steps. For example, the steps noted in this application can be executed in parallel, sequentially, or in another order, as long as the desired results of the technical solution disclosed in the present invention can be achieved, and this application is not limited thereto.

[0143] The specific implementations described above do not constitute a limitation on the scope of protection of the present invention. Those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications, combinations, subcombinations, and substitutions may be made according to design requirements and other factors. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principles of the present invention shall be included within the scope of protection of the present invention.
