Abstract
Description
[0001] Technical field
[0002] The invention relates to the field of thermal power engineering, and concerns, in particular, the operation of heating networks and can be used in combined heat and power plants, including for water treatment needs.
[0003] Technology Level
[0004] A method for removing iron from water is known (RU 2220914, priority from 12.08.2002), which includes the creation of a water-air mixture followed by passing the water-air mixture through a dry filter, characterized in that the water-air mixture is passed through a dry rotating filter in a radial direction.
[0005] The disadvantage of this technical solution is its low efficiency.
[0006] A water iron removal unit is known (RU 49814, priority from 08.02.2005, IPC C02F 1 / 64), containing an ejector, a disperser, a contact tank, a pump and a filter with filter material, connected in series by a pipeline, simultaneously connected by a pipeline to an accumulation tank and to a valve for supplying purified water to the consumer.
[0007] The disadvantage of this technical solution is that the issue of cleaning the filter material on which flakes of sludge with undissolved iron settle is not considered.
[0008] A water iron removal unit is known (RU 86943, priority from 15.05.2009, IPC C02F 1 / 64), comprising a housing with filter elements located therein, an inlet and outlet pipe, characterized in that it contains a magnetic activator connected to the inlet pipe.
[0009] The disadvantage of this technical solution is that the installation clearly has low productivity and cannot provide the required flow rates measured in cubic meters, as indicated by both the materials used and the presented diagram.
[0010] A device is known for removing iron from water (RU 121498, priority from 29.03.2012, IPC C02F 1 / 64) with an initial concentration of iron (II) greater than or equal to 10 mg / l, alkalinity less than 1 mmol / l in cases where the iron in the purified water is mainly in the form of sulfates, containing a reaction chamber equipped with a rotary cavitation device, a contact tank, a filter with a load of natural zeolite and a purified water storage tank.
[0011] The disadvantage of this technical solution is that the water purification device requires water of constant quality, with an iron content of at least 10 mg / l in the form of sulfate compounds, to operate effectively, which excludes the possibility of purifying water if any of the quality conditions are not met.
[0012] A reagent-catalytic water iron removal unit is known (RU 132792, priority from 05.04.2013, IPC C02F 1 / 64), comprising a housing with a plunger, a filter load under which a water distribution system is installed, a tank for wash water, a water supply pipe equipped with a nozzle, a pipe for draining clean water, a collector of purified water, characterized in that it additionally contains a water intake pipe with an outlet pipe, an oxidizer dispenser, an oxidizer supply pipe, a circulation pipe, reverse water supply pipes, wherein the housing is divided into three chambers by means of partitions at an angle of 120 ° relative to the axis of the housing, in each chamber a plunger, a wash water discharge pipe with a funnel and a water distribution system are installed, the wash water discharge pipe has a rigid mount with partitions housing and is connected to a purified water collector, which can be attached to a water discharge valve, the water distribution system is made in the form of a comb, having pipes with upper perforation and a collector; in the first and third chambers of the housing there are a supporting layer and a filter load, the second chamber has a free space; the first and second chambers are connected by means of an intermediate pipe located under the comb; in the upper part of the partition dividing the second and third chambers there are through holes arranged in a checkerboard pattern, the other partitions are made blind; in the center of the upper part of the first chamber there is a baffle-sprayer, towards which the outlet part of the pipe for supplying water with a nozzle is directed; the water intake pipe with an outlet branch pipe is axially located inside the pipe for supplying water and is fastened to its inner walls by jumpers located at an angle of 120° relative to the axis of the pipe for supplying water, equipped with a Laval nozzle, connected by means of a branch pipe to a tee, on one side of which an oxidizer supply pipe with a shut-off and control valve is fastened, having a connection with the oxidizer dispenser, on the other side a circulation pipe with a shut-off and control valve is attached, having a connection with the first chamber of the housing in its lower part; the wash water tank is divided by a blind partition into sections of pre-purified water and clean water, each of which is equipped with a plunger, wherein the section of pre-purified water is connected by means of a reverse water supply pipe to the water distribution system of the first chamber of the housing, the clean water section is connected by means of a reverse water supply pipe to the water distribution system of the third chamber of the housing.
[0013] The disadvantage of this technical solution is that, due to the dosing of an oxidizer for organic impurities, such as chlorine, which is a corrosive agent, the system components must be made of corrosion-resistant materials. Furthermore, this system requires periodic flushing, necessitating the constant maintenance of a purified water tank filled to the required flushing level.
[0014] The closest thing to the claimed utility model is a device for purifying water (RU 2201901, priority from 27.12.2001, IPC C02F 1 / 64), comprising a housing with layers of filter material located therein, a supply pipeline, a lower drainage device, an air supply device and water purification and regeneration pipelines installed outside the housing, connected respectively to the upper and lower parts of the housing and connected to each other and to the supply pipeline by means of a water flow switch, characterized in that it is provided with a catalyst layer that promotes the formation of dispersed particles from metal compounds contained in the purified water, the air supply device is installed on the supply pipeline before the water flow switch, and an upper drainage device is installed above the catalyst layer.
[0015] The disadvantage of this technical solution is the use of an incorrect order of multi-layer filter media, in particular, the use of ion-exchange material before quartz sand, and it is unclear how the regeneration process of ion-exchange material in the multi-layer filter media is implemented.

[0047] The gravitational-magnetic iron remover comprises a housing (3) made in the form of a hollow cylinder, for example, made of steel, the shape of which ensures uniform pressure distribution and stability of the hydrodynamic mode of movement of the water flow inside the housing (3), with magnets (5) located on its outer surface along a circle formed by a section parallel to the base of the cylinder, wherein the section passes through the middle of the axis of the cylinder, for example, representing in the form of segments of a cylinder, made, for example, from a neodymium-iron-boron alloy and forming a ring around the housing (3), fixed in a natural way on a magnetic metal surface or due to ties on any other, creating a magnetic field due to which the particles of iron corrosion products are enlarged by 1.5-3 times, with a layer of filter material (7) with a developed surface located inside the housing (3) in the central part, allowing for a single cycle to provide an iron concentration of 100 μg / dm3, 3 (corresponds to the standardized values) of iron corrosion products due to adhesion on its surface and in the flow sections between the particles of the filter load, which can be a catalyst, and is designed with the possibility of movement between the lower (6) and upper (8) mesh fixing profiles located inside the housing (3) in the corresponding planes parallel to the base of the cylindrical housing (3). The lower (6) and upper (8) mesh fixing profiles can be, for example, a fine mesh fixed on a rim standing in tension to the inner side surface of the housing (3). The gravitational-magnetic iron remover also contains a pipeline (1) for supplying raw water, containing a valve (16) and an ejector (2), connected to the lower part of the housing (3) and provides the supply of oxygen from the air at a concentration of up to 10 mg / dm 3into the treated water. Inside the housing (3), under the lower mesh fixing profile (6) in the lower part of the housing (3), there is a flow turbulator (4), which, for example, can be a ribbon spiral, which can be made of steel and welded to the inside of the housing (4), providing a swirl of the ascending flow, due to which the particle is enlarged to a volume size of 1 mm 3oxidizing products of iron corrosion. Inside the housing (3), in the upper part above the upper mesh fixing profile (8), there is an upper radial drainage distribution device (9), which is a collector, which is a cylinder, sealed on one side, with holes along the edge of the cylinder with cylindrical rays welded to these holes, which are hollow cylinders, sealed on one side, having perforations along their cylindrical surface for collecting water, the outlet of which is connected to the inlet of a pipeline for draining purified water (11), equipped with a valve (17). On the upper base of the housing (3) there is an air valve (15) for uniform emptying of the housing (3) in the cleaning mode.Inside the housing (3) in the lower part under the flow turbulator (4) there is a lower drainage distribution device (10), which is a funnel in the lower part of the housing (3), the outlet of which is connected to a pipeline for draining water (12), equipped with a valve (18), connected to the inlet of the filter press (13), the outlet of which is connected to a pipeline for draining purified water after the filter press (14) in the cleaning mode.
[0048] The lower (6) and upper (8) mesh fixing profiles can be made in the form of low-height lamellas with small flow sections for more effective dispersion of iron corrosion products.
[0049] The operating mode is carried out with the valves (16) and (17) open and the valve (18) closed by feeding water through line (1), into which air is supplied for further oxidation of the iron corrosion products from the ejector (2), the flow of water with air is fed into the housing (3) to the flow turbulator (4) and rises into the zone of the magnetic field created by the magnets (5), where the iron corrosion products are dispersed, water with the dispersed iron corrosion products passes the lower mesh fixing profile (6) and raises a layer of filter material (7) until it is tightly fixed by the ascending flow at the upper mesh fixing profile (8), when passing through the filter material (7), the iron corrosion products from the water are retained on its surface and water purified from iron enters behind the upper mesh fixing profile (8), discharged through the upper radial drainage distribution device (9) through the pipeline for discharge of purified water (11) back into the heating network circuit.
[0050] The cleaning mode (Fig. 2) is carried out by successively closing the valve (17), then the valve (16), opening the air valve (15) to stabilize the pressure, at this time the layer of filter material (7) is deposited on the lower fixing profile (6) under the action of gravity, then the filter press (13) is turned on and the valve (18) is opened, the volume of water filling the filter housing (3) rushes downward due to the force of gravity through the lower drainage distribution device (10), carrying with it the dispersed products of iron corrosion washed off the filter material (7), the upper mesh fixing profile (8), the lower mesh fixing profile (6) and the flow turbulator line (4), due to which the turbulent flow through the pipeline for draining water to the filter press (12) enters the filter press (13), where it is dehydrated, and the purified water through the pipeline for draining purified water after filter press (14) returns to the heating network.
[0051] The filter operating mode calculation is shown in Fig. 4. At a low initial iron corrosion product concentration, above the standard of 100 μg / L (vertical line) but less than 200 μg / L, the filter operating time is at least 60 days. When operating the filter during the conservation and cleaning of the heating network, when the iron corrosion product concentration increases significantly and can reach 4000 μg / L, the operating time is significantly reduced to approximately 24 hours (smooth curve). These calculation results confirm the declared performance of the unit in terms of ensuring water quality in the heating network in terms of iron concentration.
[0052] Thus, the use of the invention makes it possible to maintain standardized values of the concentration of iron corrosion products in the heating network circuit.
