Abstract
Description
Technical area
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of vehicle components, in particular to a clamping strip located under the front windshield. Prior art
[0002] The front windshield under clamp bar is produced by using plastic and aluminum strip co-extrusion technology, and is mainly applied to the lower part of the front windshield of the vehicle to install and fix the lower part of the front windshield.
[0003] For example, patent document No. 200980118734.7 describes a profile element for connecting a window pane to a water collector. However, when the vehicle is moving, the clamping bar and the glass experience impact, which results in noise.
[0004] For example, patent document No. 202010488980.X discloses a sealing clamping strip for a vehicle air intake grille, which has an elastic hollow structure. However, this design does not ensure convenient installation of glass within the clamping strip.
[0005] For example, patent document No. DE102011056955 discloses a profile element for connecting glass components of a stationary vehicle. However, this solution lacks an elastic connecting element for dynamically damping the vibration of the pad.
[0006] Thus, ensuring the convenience of glass installation and the stability of glass installation is a technical problem that requires a solution. The essence of the invention
[0007] Thus, the present invention provides a clamping strip under the front windshield. A radial compensation space is formed by the interaction of a restrictive element made of an elastic material and a specially shaped mounting cavity in the clamping strip. As a result, a J-shaped element of the trim can be easily installed by sliding the restrictive element made of an elastic material into said compensation space. The installation opening of the specially shaped mounting cavity is overlapped by the restrictive element made of an elastic material and the J-shaped element together, ensuring installation stability.
[0008] In order to achieve the said object, the present invention provides a clamping bar under a front windshield, comprising:
[0009] a clamping bar, wherein at one end of the clamping bar a mounting cavity of a special shape is formed, the side walls of which are formed respectively by a first limiting lever and a second limiting lever, located with a gap to form an installation opening, wherein the outer side of the outer wall of the first limiting lever is aligned with the front windshield;
[0010] cover plate, the lower part of the cover plate is provided with a J-shaped element, and the J-shaped element is inserted into a specially shaped mounting cavity through an installation opening for assembling the cover plate with the clamping bar;
[0011] a limiting element made of an elastic material, comprising a locking part, a narrowed section and a sealing head, wherein the locking part is fixed on the upper part of the first limiting lever, wherein the narrowed section is passed through the installation opening, wherein the sealing head is located in a specially shaped mounting cavity with a gap relative to the inner wall of the first limiting lever, ensuring the possibility of moving the sealing head with a J-shaped element to the inner wall of the first limiting lever during the assembly of the lining and the clamping bar.
[0012] In the assembled state of the lining and the clamping bar, the upper part of the first limiting lever and the upper part of the second limiting lever accommodate the narrowed section and the J-shaped element, wherein the curved part of the J-shaped element rests against the sealing head, wherein the total projection area of the curved part and the sealing head in the direction of the installation opening exceeds the cross-sectional area of the installation opening, with the formation of a thrust overlap of the installation opening for fixed fixation of the J-shaped element in the installation cavity of a special shape.
[0013] In addition, the curvature value of the narrowed portion corresponds to the thickness value of the sealing head such that the equivalent stress acting on the restrictive member made of the elastic material is distributed mainly in the sealing head, and said distribution is determined based on the response surface model and the stress distribution map.
[0014] In addition, the sealing head is made of rubber material or thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material.
[0015] In this case, the stress distribution map is a finite element model that describes the degree of deformation of the sealing head by means of a hyperelastic constitutive model.
[0016] Meanwhile, the pressure specified by the stress distribution map and the response surface model represents the force exerted by the J-shaped element on the sealing head.
[0017] In addition, the first limiting lever contacts the lower point of the sealing head, and a line connecting said lower point with the upper point of the curved portion abutting the sealing head determines the thickness of the sealing head, and the equivalent stress is distributed predominantly within the said thickness.
[0018] The said technical solution distributes the equivalent stress mainly in the sealing head rather than in the narrowed section, thereby preventing fatigue failure of the narrowed section, reduction in structural strength and loss of control of the sealing head position caused by the impact of vibration on the narrowed section when the vehicle is moving, and also prevents the loss of fixation caused by the removal of the sealing head from the installation opening.
[0019] In addition, the sealing head is provided with a through damping hole, which is capable of reducing the equivalent stress concentration.
[0020] In addition, the upper portion of the first limiting lever includes an inclined portion.
[0021] The inclined section is formed to taper from the upper end in the direction of the installation opening for fixing the fixing part.
[0022] In addition, a sealing head engagement structure is provided at the lower end of the inclined section.
[0023] The specified technical solution ensures stable fixation of the limiting element made of elastic material.
[0024] In addition, the thickness of the locking part is larger than the thickness of the sealing head, so that when the lining plate vibrates, the lining plate contacts the locking part, causing the locking part to dampen the vibration of the lining plate.
[0025] In addition, a specially shaped tape damping element made of elastic material is provided on the outer side of the bottom wall of the mounting cavity, and the damping element covers the lower surface of the bottom wall.
[0026] In addition, a longitudinal vertical rib structure is formed on the outer side of the bottom wall of the specially shaped mounting cavity.
[0027] In addition, the narrowed section is fixed in contact with the inner side of the installation opening or is located with a gap.
[0028] In addition, the bottom wall of the specially shaped mounting cavity and the second limiting lever comprise a single first metal frame, the inclined section comprises a second metal frame, and the first metal frame and the second metal frame are provided with a coating.
[0029] In addition, the limiting element made of elastic material is formed integrally with the clamping bar.
[0030] In addition, the sealing head and the curved part are provided with an interlocking structure.
[0031] In addition, the sealing head is provided with a stop lever configured to rest against the inner wall of the first stop lever.
[0032] In addition, the second limiting lever is formed to protrude toward the installation opening to form a protrusion, the J-shaped element is formed with a concave portion to form a seat, and the approximation formula for the shape of the protrusion corresponds to the approximation formula for the shape of the seat, and the volume of the concave structure of the seat is larger than the volume of the protrusion to form a damping cavity for damping the vibration of the protrusion.
[0033] In the specified technical solution, by coordinating the formulas for approximating the shape of the protrusion and the shape of the seat, the impact of vibration of the lining on the J-shaped element is dampened.
[0034] Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantages:
[0035] 1. By forming a radial compensation space between the limiting member made of elastic material and the special-shaped mounting cavity of the clamping bar, the J-shaped element of the lining plate can be easily inserted by moving the limiting member made of elastic material into the said compensation space, and the installation opening of the special-shaped mounting cavity is covered jointly by the limiting member made of elastic material and the J-shaped element, which ensures the installation stability.
[0036] 2. The equivalent stress is distributed preferentially in the sealing head rather than in the narrowed section, which prevents fatigue failure of the narrowed section, reduction in structural strength and loss of position control of the sealing head caused by the vibration impact on the narrowed section when the vehicle is moving, and also prevents the loss of fixation caused by the removal of the sealing head from the installation opening.
[0037] 3. The various design forms of the sealing head provide additional installation stability, which prevents loss of fixation caused by vibration.
[0038] 4. By matching the formulas for approximating the shape of the protrusion and the seat, the impact of vibration of the pad on the J-shaped element is damped. Brief description of the drawings

[0058] Furthermore, unless expressly stated otherwise, the terms "installed," "connected," and "connection" should be understood in a broad sense. A person skilled in the art will understand the specific meaning of these terms depending on the specific application conditions.
[0059] As shown in Fig. 1-15, a clamping strip is provided under the front windshield. A radial compensation space is formed by a restrictive member 3 made of an elastic material and a specially shaped mounting cavity 21 of the clamping strip 2, due to which the J-shaped member 11 of the cover 1 can be easily installed in the specially shaped mounting cavity 21 by moving the restrictive member 3 made of an elastic material into said compensation space. In this case, the installation opening of the specially shaped mounting cavity 21 is covered by the restrictive member 3 made of an elastic material and the J-shaped member 11, which ensures installation stability. When the J-shaped member 11 is installed in the clamping strip 2, a damping effect is achieved, thereby increasing the comfort and safety of vehicle operation.
[0060] As shown in Fig. 1-15, the invention proposes a clamping strip under the front windshield, which comprises a clamping strip 2, at one end of which a mounting cavity 21 of a special shape is formed, wherein the mounting cavity 21 of a special shape is formed by a first limiting lever 212 and a second limiting lever 211, located with a gap to form an installation opening, wherein the front windshield 5 is located on the outer side of the outer wall of the first limiting lever 212.
[0061] The limiting element 3 made of elastic material includes a fixing portion 31, a narrowed section 32 and a sealing head 33, wherein the fixing portion 31 is fixed on the upper part of the first limiting lever 212, the narrowed section 32 passes through the installation opening, and the sealing head 33 is located in the mounting cavity 21 of a special shape to form a gap relative to the inner wall of the first limiting lever 212. During the assembly of the cover plate 1 and the clamping bar 2, the J-shaped element 11 moves the sealing head 33 of the limiting element 3 made of elastic material toward the inner wall of the first limiting lever 212, due to which the J-shaped element 11 is easily inserted into the mounting cavity 21 of a special shape.
[0062] The cover plate 1 is provided with a J-shaped element 11 formed in the lower part of the cover plate 1, wherein the J-shaped element 11 is inserted into the mounting cavity 21 of a special shape through the installation opening for connecting the cover plate 1 with the clamping strip 2.
[0063] After installing the cover plate 1 and the clamping bar 2 in the working position, the upper part of the first limiting lever 212 and the upper part of the second limiting lever 211 clamp the narrowed section 32 and the J-shaped element 11, wherein the curved part 112 of the J-shaped element 11 rests against the sealing head 33, and the total projection area of the curved part 112 and the sealing head 33 in the direction of the installation opening exceeds the cross-sectional area of the installation opening, as a result of which the tight closure of the installation opening is ensured and the fixed fixation of the J-shaped element 11 in the specially shaped mounting cavity 21 is ensured.
[0064] In this case, the curvature value of the narrowed section 32 corresponds to the thickness value of the sealing head 33, due to which the equivalent stress perceived by the limiting element 3 made of elastic material is distributed predominantly in the sealing head 33, and the said stress distribution is determined on the basis of the response surface model and the stress distribution map.
[0065] During the design stage of the elastic material restriction element 3, a response surface model and a stress distribution map are generated through approximation, reflecting the relationship between the curvature of the constricted section 32, the thickness of the sealing head 33, and the perceived equivalent stress. Based on the response surface model and the stress distribution map, the equivalent stress distribution in the sealing head 33 is ensured, thereby preventing the accumulation of fatigue damage in the constricted section 32 and the occurrence of structural failure.
[0066] In this case, the sealing head 33 is made of a rubber material or a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material, and the stress distribution map is a finite element model that describes the degree of deformation of the sealing head 33 by means of a hyperelastic constitutive model of the material, and the load specified by the stress distribution map and the response surface model is the force of action of the J-shaped element 11 on the sealing head 33.
[0067] In this case, the first limiting lever 212 contacts the lower point of the sealing head 33, and the line connecting the said lower point with the upper point of the curved part 112 of the J-shaped element 11, which rests against the sealing head 33, determines the thickness of the sealing head 33, and the equivalent stress is distributed predominantly within the said thickness.
[0068] In the said technical solution, the equivalent stress is distributed mainly in the sealing head 33, and not in the narrowed section 32, which prevents fatigue failure of the narrowed section 32, a decrease in the structural strength and a loss of stability of the position of the sealing head 33 caused by the impact of vibration on the narrowed section 32 during the movement of the vehicle, and also prevents a violation of the fixation caused by the displacement of the sealing head 33 relative to the installation opening.
[0069] Specifically, as shown in Fig. 2, the sealing head 33 is preferably made of a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material. To describe the high nonlinearity in approximating the tensile and equivalent stress data of the TPE material, the third-order Ogden hyperelastic model is adopted. The Poisson ratio is set to 0.4 according to the parameters of the TPE material of the sealing head 33. A contact interaction is established between the J-shaped member 11 and the sealing head 33, and a penalty contact function is used to model the interaction. The load is set by the direct pressure application method, and the pressure is from 2.6 MPa to 3 MPa and corresponds to the average impact force of the curved portion 112 of the J-shaped member 11 during the vibration of the J-shaped member 11 caused by the vibration of the lining 1 during the movement of the vehicle.Taking into account the properties of the rubber material, a four-node axisymmetric quadrilateral hybrid finite element (CAX4RH) with reduced integration is selected. A quadrilateral finite element mesh is used, with an improved calculation algorithm applied. During the simulation, the mesh resolution is set to 0.3 mm, with the number of mesh elements set to 1020.
[0070] More specifically, the expression of the strain energy of the third-order Ogden hyperelastic model is as follows:
[0071] In the specified formula, based on the results of elasticity tests of the material of the sealing head 33, it was established that at k = 1 the parameters μ k and α k are 40.012 and 2.221, respectively; for k = 2 parameters μ k and α k are −12.332 and 5.504, respectively; for k = 3 parameters μ k and α kare −26.071 and −1.668, respectively; λ₁–λ₃ are the main expansion coefficients of the sealing head 33. Based on the determined deformation energy, a response surface model is formed, shown in Fig. 2.
[0072] The curvature of the narrowed section 32 is defined as the angle between the upper surface of the inclined section 2121 and the upper surface of the sealing head 33. For the contact surface between the curved portion 112 and the sealing head 33, a response surface model shown in Fig. 3 is constructed. From the model, it follows that with an increase in the curvature and thickness, the equivalent stress on the contact surface increases. A curvature range of 50° to 60° is selected with an equivalent stress of more than 14 MPa and a thickness of 19 mm to 22 mm, based on which a stress distribution map shown in Fig. 2 is formed. As shown in Fig. 3, at a transverse thickness of 20 mm and 22 mm, the stress is mainly distributed in the narrowed section 32, while at a thickness of 19 mm, the stress is completely distributed in the sealing head 33.A possible reason for this is that with an increase in thickness, the sealing head 33 is subjected to increasing compression, which leads to significant deformation; however, due to the design features, the lower half of the sealing head 33 experiences less stress, and the stress is predominantly distributed in the upper half of the sealing head 33. Accordingly, the thickness of the sealing head 33 is selected in the range from 18.1 mm to 19.9 mm, preferably 19 mm. The curvature of the narrowed section 32 is selected in the range from 51° to 59°, preferably 50°, wherein in the specified range the stress is distributed in the sealing head 33 and is located near the contact surface.
[0073] In one embodiment, as shown in Fig. 10, the sealing head 33 is provided with a through damping hole 331 to reduce the effect of equivalent stress concentration. Specifically, the area of the damping hole 331 corresponds to the stress concentration region shown in Fig. 2, due to which, when the sealing head 33 is loaded, it is deformed in the direction of the damping hole 331, which can reduce the occurrence of noise caused by impacts on the first limiting lever 212 due to vibrations caused by stress concentration.
[0074] In one embodiment, the upper part of the first limiting lever 212 is formed with an inclined section 2121, wherein the inclined section 2121 is formed with a narrowing from the upper end in the direction of the installation opening for fixing the locking part 31.
[0075] In one embodiment, a structure of mutual engagement with the sealing head 33 is formed at the lower end of the inclined section 2121.
[0076] In the embodiment shown, a stable installation of the limiting element 3 made of an elastic material is ensured.
[0077] In one embodiment, the thickness of the locking part 31 exceeds the thickness of the sealing head 33, and when the lining 1 vibrates, the lining 1 contacts the locking part 31, due to which the locking part 31 reduces the vibration of the lining 1.
[0078] In one embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1, a tape damping element 4 made of elastic material is provided on the outer side of the lower wall of the specially shaped mounting cavity 21, wherein the damping element 4 covers the lower surface of the lower wall.
[0079] It should be noted that the damping element 4, being an additional layer of the clamping bar 2, prevents damage to the outer surface of the bottom wall of the specially shaped mounting cavity 21 of the clamping bar 2 from external objects or environmental influences, reduces the pressure generated by impacts or friction, reduces the impact effect when the clamping bar 2 contacts surrounding objects, reduces discomfort and provides a more elastic contact effect.
[0080] In one embodiment, a vertical stiffening rib 23 is made on the outer side of the lower wall of the mounting cavity 21 of a special shape.
[0081] In one embodiment, the narrowed section 32 contacts the inner side of the installation opening with a fixation or is located with a gap; in the lower wall of the mounting cavity 21 of a special shape and in the second limiting lever 211, a single first metal frame 22 is made; in the inclined section 2121, a second metal frame is made, wherein the first metal frame 22 and the second metal frame are made with a coating.
[0082] In one embodiment, the limiting element 3 made of elastic material is made in one piece with the clamping bar 2.
[0083] Specifically, the damping tape element 4 is formed integrally with the specially shaped mounting cavity 21 and the limiting element 3 made of an elastic material, thereby enhancing the structural stability of the clamping bar 2 and reducing the likelihood of deformation and cracking. A smooth transition curved surface on the inner side of the first limiting lever 212 and the second limiting lever 211 can reduce friction and impact forces, and improve the smooth operation of the clamping bar 2 and the driving stability of the vehicle. A vertical stiffener 23 formed on the clamping bar 2 ensures a more secure fixation on the ventilation grille and prevents the clamping bar 2 from being detached. The design of the damping element 4 improves the flexibility and damping properties of the clamping bar 2, reduces impact loads during collisions, and improves the comfort and safety of vehicle operation. The limiting element 3 made of elastic material ensures a better correspondence between the shape of the specially shaped mounting cavity 21 and the shape of the J-shaped element 11 and improves the damping properties of the clamping bar 2. At the free end of the second limiting lever 211, a projection 2111 is made for more reliable contact with the J-shaped element 11, which increases the stability of the clamping bar 2. The thickness of the second limiting lever 211 is made variable, due to which the rigidity and elasticity of the clamping bar 2 are adjusted depending on the requirements for adaptation to different front windshields 5.
[0084] In one embodiment, as shown in Fig. 9, the sealing head 33 and the curved portion 112 are provided with a mutual engagement structure 333.
[0085] In one embodiment, as shown in Fig. 11, the sealing head 33 is provided with a stop lever 332 that rests against the inner wall of the first limiting lever 212.
[0086] In one embodiment, the second limiting lever 211 projects toward the mounting opening to form a protrusion 2111; the J-shaped element 11 is made with a concave section to form a seat 111; the formula for approximating the shape of the protrusion 2111 is consistent with the formula for approximating the shape of the seat 111; wherein the volume of the concave structure of the seat 111 exceeds the volume of the protrusion 2111 to form a damping cavity for damping the vibration of the protrusion 2111.
[0087] In particular, as shown in Fig. 4, the approximation formula for the shape of the protrusion 2111 is , where the y-axis is tangent to the side wall on the upper side of the seat 111 of the J-shaped element 11; the origin is located below the seat 111; the x- and y-axes are mutually perpendicular at the origin; the approximation formula for the shape of the protrusion 2111 is a hook-shaped function shifted along the y-axis, where a, b and c are the specified parameters; the parameter a determines the inclination angle of the side wall of the protrusion 2111, the parameter b determines the height of the protrusion 2111, and the parameter c determines the distance from the origin; the parameters a, b and c are preferably equal to 0.642, 0.771 and 5, respectively, due to which the protrusion 2111 has sufficient structural strength and at the same time prevents the J-shaped element 11 from falling out, wherein the parameter c can be adjusted depending on the height of the second limiting lever 211.The hook-shaped function has the advantages of a small side wall angle and ease of formation, thereby ensuring a stable fixation between the projection 2111 and the seat 111, wherein the projection 2111 shown in Fig. 4 by the segment BC forms a mutual engagement structure, wherein the point B is the upper point of the projection 2111 protruding into the installation opening, the point C is the lower point of the projection 2111 located in the special-shaped mounting cavity 21, wherein the projection 2111 is located on the lower end of the second limiting lever 211 with an inclination to the inclined surface of the special-shaped mounting cavity 21.
[0088] The approximation formula for the shape of the landing site 111 is as follows , wherein the seat 111 is formed by connecting several arc functions with the same center and different radii, where d and e represent the coordinates of the center of the arcs and are adjusted in accordance with the length of the J-shaped element 11 to determine the specific position of the seat 111 on the J-shaped element 11 and the length of the part of the J-shaped element 11 that enters the specially shaped mounting cavity 21. The radius ri is determined by the least squares method. Without taking into account the sign of the deviation, the square of the radius ri is used as the objective function when performing the optimization calculation. It is determined that the condition rimin ≤ 0.1d is selected, where d is the maximum value of 5 mm of the distance between the two side walls of the protrusion 2111, due to which the seat 111 shown in Fig. is formed.4 segment DE, where point E represents the lower end of the J-shaped element 11, entering the installation opening, and point D represents the upper end of the J-shaped element 11, located in the installation cavity 21 of a special shape. The seat 111 is located in the area of the J-shaped element 11, corresponding to the connection zone of the installation opening and the installation cavity 21 of a special shape. The thickness of the J-shaped element 11 above the seat 111 is less than the thickness of the J-shaped element 11 below the seat 111. The upper part of the seat 111 easily passes through the installation opening, while the lower part enters the installation cavity 21 of a special shape and is not subject to falling out of the installation opening under the influence of vibration.
[0089] In the embodiment shown, the impact of vibration of the lining 1 on the J-shaped element 11 is damped by matching the formulas for approximating the shape of the protrusion 2111 and the seat 111.
[0090] In particular, since the restriction member 3 made of an elastic material is preferably formed from a rubber material, the shape of the restriction member 3 made of an elastic material during production can be adjusted by changing the shape of the combined mold. It should be understood that the shape of the restriction member 3 made of an elastic material shown in Fig. 1 is a basic shape for producing the combined mold. By adding or removing a fixing strip in the combined mold, the shapes shown in Figs. 7–11 can be obtained.
[0091] Specifically, as shown in Fig. 5, the fixing portion 31 of the restrictive member 3 made of elastic material is formed in a triangle shape, and the largest hypotenuse completely covers the inclined portion 2121. Said hypotenuse covers the rounding at the upper end of the inclined portion 2121 and is fixed thereon, while extending beyond the upper end of the inclined portion 2121 and forming an interference fit with the lower portion of the front windshield 5 located on the other side of the inclined portion 2121. It should be noted that, since the rubber material or the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material of the restrictive member 3 made of elastic material has a certain deformability, the fixing portion 31 is formed in a triangle shape, due to which the fixing portion 31 is clamped and fixed by the front windshield 5 and the cover 1 located on both sides, which ensures the installation stability.
[0092] Specifically, as shown in Fig. 6, the sealing head 33 is provided with a groove located at the lower end of the clamped inclined portion 2121. As shown in Fig. 7, the sealing head 33 is formed in a trapezoid shape with a wide upper base and a narrow lower base; the upper wide plane abuts the lower end of the inclined portion 2121 to limit the up and down movement with a certain degree of freedom; the narrow lower plane abuts the upward plane of the curved portion 112 to limit the up and down movement with a certain degree of freedom. As shown in Fig.8, the plane of the sealing head 33 facing the first limiting lever 212 is made inclined and has no narrowing, due to which the gap between the said plane and the inner wall of the first limiting lever 212 increases, which is suitable for conditions in which the vibration of the lining 1 is more intense, the mass is greater and the acting force is greater, due to which the impact noise of the sealing head 33 is further reduced. As shown in Fig. 12 and Fig. 13, the sealing head 33 overlaps the J-shaped element 11 from the side of the upper part of the installation opening and rests against the upper end of the second limiting lever 211. The narrowed section 32 is connected to the fixing part 31 by means of the connecting part 34, wherein the connecting part 34 forms an arcuate enclosing element for overlapping the J-shaped element 11. In this case, the sealing head 33 and the upper end of the second limiting lever 211, shown in Fig.13, are made with an interference fit and are stably fixed due to the elastic deformation of the sealing head 33.
[0093] It should be noted that the structures shown in Figs. 5-11, Fig. 14, and Fig. 15 can be used individually or in various combinations. For example, the sealing head 33 can simultaneously have a through damping hole 331 and a thrust lever 332.
[0094] In this embodiment, a radial compensation space is formed between the limiting element 3 made of elastic material and the specially shaped mounting cavity 21 of the clamping strip 2, due to which the J-shaped element 11 of the cover plate 1 can be easily installed by moving the limiting element 3 made of elastic material into said compensation space, while the installation opening of the specially shaped mounting cavity 21 is covered by the limiting element 3 made of elastic material and the J-shaped element 11, which ensures the stability of the installation. The equivalent stress is distributed in the sealing head 33, rather than in the tapering section 32, which prevents fatigue failure of the tapering section 32, a reduction in the structural strength, and loss of control of the position of the sealing head 33 caused by the effect of vibration on the tapering section 32 during vehicle movement, and also prevents a loss of fixation caused by the displacement of the sealing head 33 relative to the installation opening. Due to the various design options of the sealing head 33, the installation stability is additionally ensured, which prevents a loss of fixation caused by vibration. The effect of vibration of the lining 1 on the J-shaped element 11 is damped by matching the formulas for approximating the shape of the protrusion 2111 and the seat 111.
