Description

[0001] The invention relates to devices for preparing and transporting food in field conditions, namely for preparing hot food for mobile groups of people in field conditions when performing tasks outside of permanent deployment points and deployed in undeveloped base areas.

[0002] A mobile field kitchen is known, comprising a van body mounted on a vehicle chassis and divided into two compartments - a dining room and a kitchen, wherein the front side of the kitchen is equipped with an exhaust fan and a clean water tank, the dining room is made with ceiling air conditioners and equipped with televisions, wall cabinets, emergency lighting and photoelectric smoke detectors, and the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerated storage cabinet, a shelf, a rice cooker, a disinfection cabinet, a hob and a sink, and the kitchen and the dining room are connected by sliding doors (see patent for utility model CN No. 209535253, class B62D 33 / 04, published on October 25, 2019).

[0003] This design allows the kitchen to be quickly moved under its own power in the field to organize meals for small groups of people.

[0004] However, this small-sized mobile kitchen only allows for cooking for a small group of people with a relatively small set of products, which limits the possibilities of its use.

[0005] The closest to the invention in its technical essence and the achieved result is a mobile kitchen-dining room, comprising a car with a van body installed on its chassis, wherein the latter is made with a door located in the rear end wall of the van body, and kitchen equipment and storage equipment are installed in the van body, while the dining room is formed by a folding dining room floor with folding support posts fixed to each of the side walls of the van body and a folding dining room roof equipped with a mechanism for deploying it, fixed to the side wall of the van body, thus forming two folding compartments (see patent for utility model CN No. 210881815, cl. B60P 3 / 025, published on 06 / 30 / 2020).

[0006] This mobile kitchen-canteen can organize meals for a group of people, can move under its own power to any place to arrive at the location of the group of people and can cook food at the location of the group of people.

[0007] Using both the van body and additional folding compartments for catering allows for increased catering capacity. However, this reduces the kitchen space needed for food preparation and storage, necessitating the constant provision of food supplies, or, when using existing supplies, reduces the number of people catered for.

[0008] The technical problem that the present invention aims to solve is to overcome the above-identified disadvantages.

[0009] The technical result, which the present invention is aimed at achieving, is that it is possible to optimize the capabilities of a mobile kitchen-dining room by using the entire space of the van body for organizing food preparation and storing food supplies, and also allows for a more optimal arrangement of kitchen equipment for the purpose of the maximum possible and rational use of the interior space of the van body, including through the use of all household appliances and equipment in the kitchen using electrical energy, which is generated by an autonomous diesel generator, which has made it possible to simultaneously simplify the use of kitchen equipment and increase the safety of its use.As a result, it becomes possible to organize meals in field conditions for both small groups of 10-15 people and large groups of up to 80-100 people, and the possibility of organizing meals for groups of people with a sharply changing number of people in the group.

[0010] The said technical problem is solved and the technical result is achieved due to the fact that the mobile kitchen-dining room contains a car with a van body installed on its chassis, wherein the latter is made with a door located in the rear end wall of the van body, and kitchen equipment is installed in the van body, wherein the dining room is formed by a folding dining room floor with folding support posts attached to each of the side walls of the van body and a folding dining room roof equipped with a mechanism for deploying it, attached to the side wall of the van body, thus forming two folding dining room compartments, wherein the van body is divided by a partition into a storage compartment located in the front part of the van body with an entrance door in the side wall of the van body and a production compartment located behind the partition, wherein in the latter, in the direction from the partition to the rear wall, on the right side along the side wall of the van body, a stand is placed on the floor on which a combi steamer is installed, and above the latter, a ventilation hood of the combi steamer is installed, the outlet of which is connected to the deflector of the ventilation hood installed on the roof of the van body, installed on the support, then along the right wall, a two-section washing bath with a mixer tap and a water softener filter fixed to the right of it and a production table are installed, and above the latter and the washing bath on this side wall, a shelf for detergents, a magnetic holder for knives, a socket and a microwave oven are fixed, and above the latter, a recirculator-irradiator is installed and to the left of the production table on the rear wall of the van body, a place for storing cutting boards and a hook for clothes are fixed,in this case, in the direction from the partition to the rear wall on the left side along the side wall of the van body there are a production table, two electric stoves, a wardrobe and fire extinguishers, above the latter there is a distribution board, above the stoves there are ventilation hoods and containers for collecting fats from the ventilation hoods, and above the production table there is an electric water heater and next to the latter on the partition there is a box for documentation, a socket and a door stop for the combi steamer, while in the storage compartment there is a refrigerated cabinet, shelves for storing food with luggage nets and a water tank, between the van body and the cabin of the car on the chassis of the latter there is a diesel electric generator, consisting of a diesel engine and an electric generator, on the front wall in front of the diesel electric generator there are air conditioners mounted on the outside, and on the rear wall of the van body there is a folding transition platform with ramps mounted on the outside,Moreover, each section of the folding dining room in its expanded position is made with a front end panel, a rear end panel with a single-leaf door and a ladder with handrails.

[0011] The study revealed that the organization of meals for both relatively large groups of people and relatively small groups of people requires the use of various equipment and, in addition, it is necessary to take into account that food preparation is organized away from energy sources, and therefore, in field conditions, careful attention to energy consumption for cooking is required and at the same time, it is necessary to simplify the use of this energy and ensure the safety of its use, for example, compared to the use of an open fire in the case of using, for example, firewood or coal, or from the use of liquefied gas from gas cylinders.

[0012] In this regard, there was a need to create a mobile kitchen-diner, which allows for the organization of three meals a day for groups of people of different sizes and at the same time to use this energy economically, namely, to use electrical energy, which most people have been using since childhood and are well acquainted with it.

[0013] The mobile kitchen-dining unit design described above allows for the use of only electric power for cooking and a diesel generator as fuel for power generation. This means it uses the same fuel as the vehicle on which the van body is installed, simplifying the kitchen-dining unit's fuel supply. The optimal combination of various cooking equipment allows for more efficient fuel consumption when catering for both large and small groups, both at the group's location and while moving from one location to another. This reduces the time required to prepare meals for these groups.
