Abstract
Description
Field of technology
[0001] The present disclosure relates to an air filter structure and a therapeutic treatment device containing it using a vacuum, and more specifically, to an air filter structure that filters and removes foreign substances from an air duct through which air is sucked in and discharged, and can reduce noise during operation of a vacuum motor, and to a therapeutic treatment device containing this structure using a vacuum. Background Art
[0002] Generally, therapeutic treatment devices that use vacuum obtain therapeutic effects by placing a vacuum cup on a specific area of the patient's skin and then creating a vacuum on the skin with a pump, and as the variety of skin treatment (processing) procedures increases, the use of such devices gradually increases.
[0003] As therapeutic treatment devices using vacuum (negative pressure), there are a vacuum massage device, a fat burning device that sucks the patient's skin with a vacuum and then destroys the fat by emitting ultrasonic waves to the sucked area, a cupping device that achieves therapeutic effects based on traditional Korean medicine by sucking the skin, etc.
[0004] Prior art medical devices that obtain therapeutic effects using vacuum treat the skin of a patient by maintaining a vacuum state inside cups (suction cups) that are tightly attached to the skin of a patient by sucking air from the cups when a pump is operated to create a vacuum.
[0005] In other words, the therapeutic treatment devices using vacuum in the prior art obtain therapeutic effects by maintaining a vacuum state for a certain time using vacuum suction cups fixed in close contact with the patient's skin.
[0006] Therapeutic treatment devices using vacuum in the prior art obtain therapeutic effects through a simple structure that maintains a vacuum state for a certain time by using vacuum suction cups fixed in close contact with the patient's skin, but they have had limitations in achieving therapeutic effects.
[0007] As a result, therapeutic treatment devices using vacuum are developed that can improve skin elasticity and reduce wrinkles by repeatedly applying vacuum, i.e., alternating between creating and releasing vacuum to massage the skin.
[0008] Therapeutic treatment devices using vacuum have a problem that the repeated process of creating a vacuum by sucking air through the operation of a vacuum motor and releasing the vacuum by releasing air will generate significant noise and vibration.
[0009] Additionally, vacuum-based therapeutic devices have the problem that foreign particles in the air can enter the vacuum motor, causing problems with the air extraction process. To prevent this problem, a filter is installed in the air duct to remove foreign particles. However, this comes with the inconvenience of periodic filter replacement and the additional noise generated by the filter during the extraction and exhaust process.
[0010] Additionally, vacuum-based therapeutic devices create a vacuum by sucking in air during operation of the vacuum motor and release the vacuum by releasing air. However, while the suction process is rapid, releasing air in the opposite direction takes longer. This poses a problem: the time interval for creating a vacuum is limited, and consequently, the therapeutic effect of the vacuum is lower.
[0011] An earlier patent document related to the present disclosure is Korean Patent Application Publication No. 2021-0147811, entitled “Treatment Device Using Vacuum Cup” (published on December 7, 2021).Summary of the inventionTechnical problem

[0066] Next, the present disclosure is described in more detail.
[0067] Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Before describing the present disclosure, it should be noted that the terms or terminology used herein and in the claims should not be construed as generally accepted meanings or meanings in dictionaries. Therefore, the configurations described in the embodiments and drawings of the present disclosure are only exemplary embodiments, but do not represent the entire technical concept of the present invention. Therefore, it should be understood that the present disclosure should be construed as including all modifications, equivalents, and substitutions included in the spirit and scope of the present disclosure at the time of filing this application.
[0068] Fig. 1 is a sectional view showing an embodiment of the air filter structure 1 according to the present disclosure. Referring to Fig. 1, the embodiment of the air filter structure 1 according to the present disclosure includes a filter housing pipe 10 having both ends open and having an air passage 10a allowing air to pass through, and a porous filter element 20, which is located in the air passage 10a and has a plurality of pores allowing air to pass through.
[0069] The air filter structure 1 according to the present disclosure is installed in an air duct that introduces external air and supplies it to a vacuum motor, and discharges internal air discharged from the vacuum motor to the outside, and can remove foreign substances in the external air supplied to the vacuum motor and absorb noise generated in the air duct when external air is introduced or internal air is discharged.
[0070] It should be noted that the air filter structure 1 according to the present disclosure is installed in the air duct that introduces external air into the device and discharges internal air from the device in addition to the vacuum motor, and can remove foreign substances contained in the external air supplied to the device and absorb noise generated in the air duct when introducing external air or discharging internal air.
[0071] The filter housing pipe 10 has one side serving as a first port through which external air is introduced into the air duct 10a and internal air is discharged to the outside, and the other side serving as a second port through which internal air is introduced into the air duct 10a and external air is discharged to be supplied to the device.
[0072] The porous filter element 20 is, as an example, made of fiber and is formed in a shape in which the outer peripheral surface is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the air duct 10a.
[0073] As an example, the porous filter element 20 is formed in a shape that can block the air passage 10a with fibers such as non-woven fabric or nanofibers, and has a structure that allows air passing through the air passage 10a to pass through the pores formed between the fibers. Furthermore, it should also be noted that it can be modified and implemented using a known porous filter element made of a material capable of forming multiple pores.
[0074] As an example, the porous filter element 20 is made of fiber and has a structure having multiple pores, and absorbs foreign substances contained in the outside air passing through the air passage 10a through the multiple pores, and absorbs noise generated during the input or output of air through the pipe 10 of the filter body, thereby making it possible to minimize the noise generated in the air duct connected to the pipe 10 of the filter body.
[0075] As an example, when the air duct 10a has a circular cross-section, the porous filter element 20 is spherical. Furthermore, the porous filter element 20 blocks the air duct 10a, so that external air introduced into the air duct 10a passes only through the pores, resulting in external air passing through.
[0076] A plurality of porous filter elements 20 are provided in the filter housing pipe 10, which are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the filter housing pipe 10, that is, in the direction in which air flows through the air passage 10a, so that foreign substances contained in the outside air can be more effectively removed and noise generated when high-pressure air passes through the air line connected to the filter housing pipe 10 can be minimized.
[0077] The filter housing tube 10 is made of an elastic material that can be compressed or expanded and return to its original shape when compressed, and may be made of silicone (organosilicon compound), for example.
[0078] The embodiment of the air filter structure 1 according to the present disclosure further includes a first pipe 30 for connecting to the filter, connected to one side of the pipe 10 of the filter housing and having a channel with a smaller diameter than the diameter of the air channel 10a, and a second pipe 40 for connecting to the filter, connected to the other side of the pipe 10 of the filter housing and having a channel with a smaller diameter than the diameter of the air channel 10a.
[0079] As an example, it is shown that the first pipe 30 for connecting to the filter is partially inserted into one side of the pipe 10 of the filter body, thereby connecting with the pipe 10 of the filter body, and the second pipe 40 for connecting to the filter is partially inserted into the other side of the pipe 10 of the filter body, thereby connecting with the pipe 10 of the filter body.
[0080] The first pipe 30 for connecting to the filter and the second pipe 40 for connecting to the filter serve to reduce the diameter of the air channel 10a at both ends of the pipe 10 of the filter housing, respectively, and a plurality of porous filter elements 20 are located between the first pipe 30 for connecting to the filter and the second pipe 40 for connecting to the filter.
[0081] The first pipe 30 for connecting to the filter and the second pipe 40 for connecting to the filter serve to maintain the position of the plurality of porous filter elements 20 in the air passage 10a by reducing the diameter of the passage through which air flows at both ends of the pipe 10 of the filter body, respectively, and prevent the porous filter elements 20 from moving due to the air flow in the air passage 10a.
[0082] A plurality of porous filter elements 20, two of which are located at both ends of the air duct 10a, are respectively securely held in place by the first filter connection pipe 30 and the second filter connection pipe 40, so that the plurality of porous filter elements 20 can effectively capture and remove foreign substances contained in the outside air when the outside air passes through the air duct, without being moved by the air flow in the air duct 10a, while remaining stably fixed in place.
[0083] When external air is introduced and supplied to the device, i.e., the vacuum motor, the filter housing pipe 10 allows the external air to pass through the multiple pores of the plurality of porous filter elements 20 in the air passage 10a, as a result of which foreign substances are captured and removed by the interwoven fibers of the porous filter elements 20.
[0084] Fig. 2 is a schematic view showing an example of the operation of the air filter structure 1 according to the present disclosure, and shows an example of sucking external air into the pipe 10 of the filter housing. Referring to Fig. 2, the pipe 10 of the filter housing sucks external air through the first port and discharges it through the second port, as a result of which, when air is supplied to the device, i.e., to the vacuum motor (vacuum pump motor), foreign substances in the external air are filtered by the porous filter elements 20, while the external air passes through the porous filter elements 20, and the pipe 10 of the filter housing maintains its original shape or is in a compressed state.
[0085] Accordingly, when external air is sucked in, at least some pores of the porous members 20 are clogged with foreign substances contained in the external air.
[0086] Fig. 3 is a schematic view showing an example of the operation of the air filter structure 1 according to the present disclosure, and shows an example of discharging internal air to the outside through the pipe 10 of the filter housing. Referring to Fig. 3, when the pipe 10 of the filter housing sucks in internal air through the second port and discharges it to the outside through the first port, the porous filter elements 20 expand as the pressure inside the air passage 10a increases due to the partial blockage of the pores of the porous filter elements 20, as a result of which the foreign substances filtered by the porous filter elements 20 can be smoothly discharged to the outside along with the air.
[0087] Additionally, with reference to Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the noise reduction structure of the air filter structure 1 according to the present disclosure when external air is sucked in or discharged by the vacuum motor, that is, the device, is described below in detail.
[0088] When the vacuum motor sucks in external air and the external air enters the pipe 10 of the filter housing, a load is generated in the pipe 10 of the filter housing, while foreign substances contained in the external air are captured by the porous filter elements 20, resulting in a low vacuum state. Further, the pipe 10 of the filter housing, which is made of an elastic material, is compressed due to the low vacuum, that is, the air pressure difference generated therein, and the porous filter elements 20 come into close contact with the inner surface of the air duct 10a. Accordingly, the external air passes only through the pores of the porous filter elements 20, and the foreign substances contained in the external air are filtered without passing through the porous filter elements 20, so that only the purified external air passes through the pores and is discharged to the other side of the pipe 10 of the filter housing. As a result, the external air released to the other side of the pipe 10 of the filter housing enters the vacuum motor, i.e., the device.
[0089] Further, when the air sucked in by the vacuum motor, i.e., the device, is discharged to the outside, noise is generated due to the waves (vibration) of the air, and the air filter structure 1 according to the present disclosure can reduce the noise by compensating for the waves (vibration) of the air that contains the waves (vibration) during discharge.
[0090] In other words, when the air sucked into the vacuum motor is discharged to the outside, the air containing the waves (vibrations) generated in the vacuum motor enters the pipe 10 of the filter housing. In this case, since some pores of the porous filter elements 20 are clogged, the pressure in the air passage 10a increases, and the air passage dampens the waves (vibrations) of the air, and the waves (vibrations) of the air are further filtered through a plurality of porous filter elements 20. As a result, the air discharged through the end of the pipe 10 of the filter housing is discharged with the waves removed, resulting in a significant reduction in the noise due to the operation of the vacuum motor.
[0091]
[92] Fig. 4 is a schematic view showing an embodiment of a therapeutic treatment device using vacuum according to the present disclosure. With reference to Fig. 4, an embodiment of a therapeutic treatment device using vacuum according to the present disclosure includes: a cup member 100 that is brought into contact with the skin of a treatment target area and has a suction space for sucking the skin; a vacuum motor unit 200 that has a suction port 210 for sucking air and an exhaust port 220 for discharging the sucked air to the outside; an air duct 300 for sucking air from inside the cup member 100 and discharging the air to the outside or for supplying air to the cup member 100; and a valve unit 400 installed on the air duct 300 and controlling the direction of the air.
[0093] The vacuum motor unit 200 can be modified and implemented as various known vacuum motors having a structure for sucking in air and discharging the sucked air, so note that a more detailed description is omitted.
[0094] The valve unit 400 is a solenoid valve having a plurality of ports to which a plurality of air ducts, i.e., a plurality of hoses, are connected, and regulates the direction of air by selectively connecting the plurality of air ducts at the plurality of ports.
[0095] The valve unit 400 controls the direction of air such that air is sucked in through the suction port 210 and discharged through the discharge port 220 both when a vacuum is created in the cup element 100 and when a vacuum is released from the cup element 100.
[0096] The embodiment of the therapeutic treatment device using vacuum according to the present disclosure further includes an air filter structure 1, which is located on the air duct 300, removes foreign substances contained in the external air that is introduced through the air duct 300, and reduces the noise when air is discharged to the outside from the vacuum motor unit 200.
[0097] The air filter structure 1 is, for example, the air filter structure 1 according to the present disclosure, and an embodiment of the air filter structure 1 according to the present disclosure is not described again here in order to avoid redundant description, since it has been described in detail above.
[0098] Additionally, the embodiment of the therapeutic treatment device using vacuum according to the present disclosure further includes an air filter unit 2, which is located on the air duct 300 and removes foreign substances contained in the external air, which is sucked into the vacuum motor unit 200 through the cup element 100.
[0099] Note that the air filter unit 2 may be the air filter structure 1 according to the present disclosure, and known air filters for filtering foreign substances contained in the air may also be used.
[0100] In more detail, the valve unit 400 is a 4-way electromagnetic valve unit 410 that includes four ports to which air ducts can be connected, and the air duct 300 includes: a first air duct portion 310 connected to the first port of the 4-way electromagnetic valve unit 410 and sucking in external air or discharging internal air to the outside; a second air duct portion 320 connecting the second port of the 4-way electromagnetic valve unit 410 and the suction port 210 of the vacuum motor unit 200; a third air duct portion 330 connecting the third port of the 4-way electromagnetic valve unit 410 and the discharge port 220; and a fourth air duct portion 340 connecting the fourth port of the 4-way electromagnetic valve unit 410 and the cup member 100.
[0101] The first air duct portion 310, the second air duct portion 320, the third air duct portion 330 and the fourth air duct portion 340 are in the form of a hose or pipe through which air can pass, and have a known structure in which a channel is formed inside to allow a fluid to flow, so note that a more detailed description is omitted.
[0102] In addition, the 4-way solenoid valve block 410 is a 4-way solenoid valve that regulates the direction of air in the hose or pipe.
[0103] When the vacuum motor unit 200 operates and creates a vacuum in the cup member 100 by sucking air in the cup member 100, the 4-way electromagnetic valve unit 410 is not supplied with electric power or is supplied with electric power, and the 4-way electromagnetic valve unit 410 connects the fourth part 340 of the air duct and the second part 320 of the air duct and connects the third part 330 of the air duct and the first part 310 of the air duct.
[0104] Accordingly, when the vacuum motor unit 200 operates and creates a vacuum in the cup member 100 by sucking air in the cup member 100, the air sucked in the cup member 100 is sucked into the vacuum motor unit 200 through the fourth part 340 of the air duct, the second part 320 of the air duct and the suction port 210, and the air sucked into the vacuum motor unit 200 is discharged through the outlet port 220. Accordingly, the air is discharged through the third part 330 of the air duct connected to the outlet port 220 and the first part 310 of the air duct.
[0105] When the vacuum motor unit 200 operates and releases the vacuum in the cup member 100 by sucking in external air through the first air duct portion 310, electric power is supplied to the 4-way electromagnetic valve unit 410 or not, and the 4-way electromagnetic valve unit 410 connects the first air duct portion 310 and the second air duct portion 320 and connects the third air duct portion 330 and the fourth air duct portion 340.
[0106] Accordingly, when the vacuum motor unit 200 operates and releases the vacuum in the cup member 100 by sucking in external air through the first air duct portion 310, the air sucked in through the first air duct portion 310 is sucked into the vacuum motor unit 200 through the first air duct portion 310, the second air duct portion 320 and the suction port 210, and the air sucked in the vacuum motor unit 200 is discharged through the discharge port 220. Accordingly, the air is discharged into the cup member 100 through the third air duct portion 330 connected to the discharge port 220 and the fourth air duct portion 340, as a result of which the vacuum in the cup member 100 is released.
[0107] In an embodiment, the therapeutic device using vacuum according to the present disclosure repeatedly creates a vacuum in the cup member 100 by sucking air into the cup member 100 and releases the vacuum created in the cup member 100 by supplying air to the cup member 100.
[0108] In an embodiment, a vacuum-based therapeutic treatment device according to the present disclosure massages or treats the skin of a subject by repeatedly creating a vacuum in the cup member 100 using the vacuum motor unit 200 and releasing the created vacuum.
[0109] Additionally, in an embodiment, the therapeutic device using vacuum according to the present disclosure can quickly suck air into and out of the cup member 100, since it sucks air into the suction port 210 of the vacuum motor unit 200 and discharges it through the discharge port 220 when sucking air in the cup member 100, creating a vacuum in the cup member 100, and sucks in external air through the suction port 210 and discharges it through the discharge port 220 when supplying external air to the cup member 100, relieving the vacuum in the cup member 100.
[0110] In other words, since the therapeutic treatment device utilizing vacuum according to the present disclosure in the embodiment uses air sucked through the suction port 210 of the vacuum motor unit 200 to generate a vacuum in the cup member 100 and release the vacuum generated in the cup member 100, the time required for generating and releasing the vacuum is significantly shortened, and the time interval between generating and releasing the vacuum is shortened, which enables rapid repetition and enhances the skin treatment effect. In addition, the control range of the time interval between generating and releasing the vacuum is significantly expanded, resulting in various therapeutic effects.
[0111]
[112] Additionally, as an example, it is shown that the air filter structure 1 is located on the first air duct portion 310, and the air filter unit 2 is located on the fourth air duct portion 340.
[0113] The first part 310 of the air duct is a final discharge pipe for discharging air sucked out of the cup element 100 when a vacuum is created in the cup element 100, i.e., when air is sucked in the cup element 100, and is an initial suction pipe for sucking in external air when the vacuum is released in the cup element 100.
[0114] Referring to Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the air filter structure 1 can reduce noise by compensating for the waves (vibration) of the air containing the waves (vibration) when the vacuum motor unit 200 sucks in air in the cup element 100 to create a vacuum, and then eventually discharges the air to the outside through the first air duct portion 310.
[0115] Additionally, when the air filter structure 1 sucks in external air through the first air duct portion 310 to relieve the vacuum in the cup element 100, and when the external air enters the filter housing pipe 10, foreign substances contained in the external air are captured by the porous filter elements 20, and a load is generated in the filter housing pipe 10, resulting in a low vacuum state.
[0116] In addition, the filter housing pipe 10 made of an elastic material is compressed by the low vacuum generated inside, the porous filter elements 20 come into close contact with the inner surface of the air duct 10a, the outside air passes only through the pores of the porous filter 20, foreign substances contained in the outside air are filtered out without passing through the porous filter elements 20, and only the purified outside air passes through the pores, is discharged to the other side of the filter housing pipe 10, enters the vacuum motor unit 200, and then is supplied to the cup element 100 again through the outlet port 220.
[0117] In other words, when the air sucked into the vacuum motor unit 200 is discharged to the outside, air containing waves (vibrations) generated in the vacuum motor enters the pipe 10 of the filter housing. In this case, since some of the pores of the porous filter elements 20 are clogged, the pressure in the air passage 10a increases, and the air passage dampens the waves (vibrations) of the air, and the waves (vibrations) of the air are further filtered through a plurality of porous filter elements 20. As a result, the air discharged through the end of the pipe 10 of the filter housing is discharged with the waves removed, as a result of which the noise due to the operation of the vacuum motor unit 200 is significantly reduced. In addition, foreign substances stuck between the porous filter elements 20 and the inner surface of the air passage 10a are also discharged to the outside and removed.

[119] Fig. 5 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of a therapeutic treatment device using vacuum according to the present disclosure. With reference to Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, the embodiment of the therapeutic treatment device using vacuum according to the present disclosure further includes a housing 600 in which a vacuum motor unit 200 and a controller 500 controlling the operation of the vacuum motor unit 200 are installed.
[0120] The controller 50 includes a touch screen panel unit that is controlled so that an operator can control the operation of the vacuum motor unit 200, supplies electrical energy to the vacuum motor unit 200 and controls the operation of the vacuum motor unit 200, i.e., the intensity of the vacuum and the time interval of the repeated creation and release of the vacuum in the cup element 100.
[0121] Fig. 6 is a perspective view showing a supporting structure of a vacuum motor in an embodiment of a therapeutic treatment device using vacuum according to the present disclosure, and Fig. 7 is a sectional view showing a supporting structure of a vacuum motor in an embodiment of a therapeutic treatment device using vacuum according to the present disclosure.
[0122] An embodiment of a therapeutic treatment device using vacuum according to the present disclosure includes a vibration-absorbing support block 700 on which a vacuum motor block is located and which is made of an elastic material and absorbs vibration generated by the vacuum motor block 200.
[0123] The vacuum motor unit 200 generates vibration during the process of sucking in and discharging air, and the vibration generated by the vacuum motor unit 200 is transmitted to the body 600 and spreads throughout the equipment, resulting in vibration transmitted to both the operator and the subject, causing discomfort during the procedure.
[0124] The vibration-absorbing support block 700 is made of an elastic material that can absorb the impact caused by vibration and absorbs the vibration generated during the operation of the vacuum motor block 200.
[0125] The vibration-absorbing support block 700 includes a plurality of vibration-absorbing pads made of elastic material and stacked together, so that it more effectively absorbs the vibration generated during the operation of the vacuum motor block 200.
[0126] In more detail, the vibration-absorbing support block 700 includes a first vibration-absorbing pad 710, which is made of an elastic material and on which the vacuum motor block 200 is located, a second vibration-absorbing pad 720, located under the first vibration-absorbing pad 710 and made of an elastic material, and a base support member 730, located under the second vibration-absorbing pad 720 and fixing the positions of the first vibration-absorbing pad 710 and the second vibration-absorbing pad 720.
[0127] Additionally, the vibration-absorbing support block 700 further includes a pad position fixing mechanism 740 that fixes the positions of the second vibration-absorbing pad 720 and the first vibration-absorbing pad 710, which are sequentially stacked on the base support member 730.
[0128] Note that, as an example, the base support member 730 is made of materials such as metal or plastic, and can be made in various modified shapes from known materials that have rigidity for fixing the positions of the vacuum motor unit 200, the first vibration-absorbing pad 710 and the second vibration-absorbing pad 720.
[0129] The mechanism 740 for fixing the position of the gaskets includes bushings 741 for fixing the gaskets, which are located protruding on the base support member 730 and are located through the second vibration-absorbing gasket 720 and the first vibration-absorbing gasket 710, connecting members 742 for fixing the gaskets, which are connected to the upper ends of the bushings 741 for fixing the gaskets and are in close contact with the upper part of the first vibration-absorbing gasket 710, and connecting members 743 for fixing the engine, which are located between the second vibration-absorbing gasket 720 and the first vibration-absorbing gasket 710 and are connected to the lower surface of the vacuum engine block 200 through the first vibration-absorbing gasket 710 between the second vibration-absorbing gasket 720 and the first vibration-absorbing gasket gasket 710.
[0130] In the first vibration-absorbing pad 710 and the second vibration-absorbing pad 720, a plurality of through holes 700a for a sleeve are respectively arranged, through which the sleeves 741 for fastening the pads pass, and the sleeves 741 for fastening the pads protrude to a height equal to the height of the first vibration-absorbing pad 710 and the second vibration-absorbing pad 720 stacked in a stack, or have a height of 95% to 100% of the height of the stack, as a result of which, as an example, the first vibration-absorbing pad 710 can be pressed by the connecting elements 742 for fastening the pads connected to the upper end.
[0131] When the height of the bushings 741 for fastening the pads is greater than the height of the stack of the first vibration-absorbing pad 710 and the second vibration-absorbing pad 720, that is, the sum of the height of the first vibration-absorbing pad 710 and the height of the second vibration-absorbing pad 720, the connecting members 742 for fastening the pads cannot be in close contact with the first vibration-absorbing pad 710, so the positions of the first vibration-absorbing pad 710 and the second vibration-absorbing pad 720 are not reliably fixed.
[0132] Additionally, when the height of the bushings 741 for fastening the pads is less than 95% of the height of the stack of the first vibration-absorbing pad 710 and the second vibration-absorbing pad 720, that is, the sum of the height of the first vibration-absorbing pad 710 and the height of the second vibration-absorbing pad 720, the first vibration-absorbing pad 710 is excessively pressed by the connecting members 742 for fastening the pads, so the durability of the first vibration-absorbing pad 710 is reduced, and the first vibration-absorbing pad 710 can be easily torn at the places where the connecting members 742 for fastening the pads are attached.
[0133] On the upper portion of the gasket fastening bushings 741, threaded gasket fastening recesses are provided in which bolts can be fixed, and, as an example, the gasket fastening connecting members 742 are gasket fastening bolts fixed in the threaded gasket fastening recesses.
[0134] The bolts for fastening the gaskets are attached to the threaded recesses for fastening the gaskets with their heads being in close contact with the first vibration-absorbing gasket 710, thereby fixing the positions of the first vibration-absorbing gasket 710 and the second vibration-absorbing gasket 720.
[0135] Additionally, on the first vibration-absorbing pad 710, a plurality of through holes 700b for fastening the motor are arranged, through which connecting members 743 for fastening the motor are arranged, and the connecting members 743 for fastening the motor are, as an example, bolts for fastening the motor, attached to the lower part of the vacuum motor block 200 through the through holes 700b for fastening the motor.
[0136] Although not shown as an example, bolt mounting recesses in which the motor mounting bolts are secured are located on the bottom of the vacuum motor block 200.
[0137] The vibration generated during the operation of the vacuum motor unit 200 is transmitted to the first vibration-absorbing pad 710, and the first vibration-absorbing pad 710 primarily compensates for the vibration of the vacuum motor unit 200.
[0138] Additionally, the vibration of the vacuum motor unit 200 is transmitted to the motor mounting connecting members 743, that is, the motor mounting bolts, and the vibration transmitted to the motor mounting bolts is transmitted to the second vibration-absorbing pad 720 and compensated.
[0139] Additionally, the vibration transmitted to the first vibration-absorbing pad 710 is transmitted to the second vibration-absorbing pad 720, and the second vibration-absorbing pad 720 is fixed together with the first vibration-absorbing pad 710 by pad mounting bushings 741 protruding from the base support member 730, thereby completely compensating for the vibration generated by the vacuum motor unit 200, while absorbing the vibration of the first vibration-absorbing pad 710.
[0140] In other words, the vibration generated by the vacuum motor unit 200 is primarily compensated by the first vibration-absorbing pad 710, and the second vibration-absorbing pad 720 absorbs the vibration that is transmitted to the motor mounting connecting members 743 that fix the position of the vacuum motor unit 200 by being directly attached to the vacuum motor unit 200, and the vibration remaining after being absorbed by the first vibration-absorbing pad 710, as a result of which the vibration of the vacuum motor unit 200 is completely prevented from being transmitted to the base support member 730.
[0141] Accordingly, the vacuum therapeutic treatment device according to the present disclosure absorbs the vibration generated by the vacuum motor unit 200 so that the vibration is not transmitted to the operator and the subject during the procedure, thereby significantly improving the convenience and satisfaction of the procedure.
[0142]
[143] Meanwhile, Fig. 8 is a circuit diagram showing an embodiment of a controller 500 that controls the operation of a vacuum motor unit 200 in an embodiment of a therapeutic treatment device using vacuum according to the present disclosure. Referring to Fig. 8, in the embodiment of a therapeutic treatment device using vacuum according to the present disclosure, the controller 500, as an example, controls the operating parameters, that is, the operation of the vacuum motor unit 200, by converting a DC voltage into an AC voltage and then regulating the AC voltage.
[0144] Generally, the working parameters of the AC motor and vacuum motor are adjusted by AC phase control, and in this case, the AC motor such as the vacuum motor has the problem that the vibration becomes strong and significant noise is generated.
[0145] Referring to Fig. 8, in the embodiment of the therapeutic treatment device using vacuum according to the present disclosure, the controller 500 controls the operating parameters, i.e., the operation of the vacuum motor unit 200, by converting the DC voltage into the AC voltage and then regulating the AC voltage, thereby making it possible to reduce the vibration and noise generated by the vacuum motor unit 200 and more specifically control the operation of the vacuum motor unit 200.
[0146] The controller 500 is connected to the DC power supply unit 500a, converts the DC power into a DC power supply with a wider bandwidth, converts it into AC power, that is, variable power, and supplies the converted AC power to the vacuum motor unit 200, thereby controlling the operation of the motor.
[0147] In more detail, the controller 500 includes a PWM signal generation unit 510, which is connected to the DC power supply unit 500a and converts the DC power supply into a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal, a signal amplification unit 520, which amplifies the PWM signal generated by the PWM signal generation unit 510, a DC power conversion unit 530, which converts the AC power supply amplified by the signal amplification unit 520 into DC power supply, and an AC generation unit 540, which converts the converted DC power supply into AC power supply, i.e. AC power supply, and supplies it to the vacuum motor unit 200.
[0148] For example, the DC power supply unit 500a supplies 12V DC power, and the signal amplification unit 520 and the DC power conversion unit 530 amplify the PWM signal generated by the PWM signal generation unit 510 and convert it into DC power in the range of 0 to 220V.
[0149] Additionally, the AC generating unit 540 converts the DC power in the range of 0 to 220 V into the AC power with a frequency acceptable to the vacuum motor unit 200, for example, a frequency of 50 / 60 Hz, and supplies the converted AC power to the vacuum motor unit 200, thereby controlling the operation of the vacuum motor unit 200.
[0150] The controller 500 is connected to the PWM signal generation unit 510 and generates a frequency by converting the DC power supply into an AC signal (PWM signal) in the PWM signal generation unit 510, and controls the operation of the vacuum motor unit 200, i.e., the vacuum intensity and the time interval of the repeated creation and release of the vacuum in the cup element 100, by adjusting the DC power supply to the AC power supply level converted through the AC generation unit 540.
[0151] When DC power is directly converted to AC power (50 / 60Hz), the frequency is low, resulting in low efficiency of the transformer used for conversion.
[0152] Accordingly, in the embodiment of the therapeutic treatment device using vacuum according to the present disclosure, the controller 500 first converts the DC power into an AC signal (PWM signal) to improve the efficiency of the transformer, amplifies it to a high frequency (kHz), obtains the required voltage by generating AC power (from 0 to 220 V), and generates DC power by smoothing the high frequency AC power again.
[0153] In other words, the 12V DC power is converted into DC power (0V to 220V), and the amplified DC power (0V to 220V) is secondarily converted into the frequency (50 / 60Hz) at which the vacuum motor unit 200 runs, resulting in it being used as the working power of the motor.
[0154] Since the controller 500 converts the amplified DC power (0 to 220V) into the frequency (50 / 60Hz) at which the vacuum motor unit 200 operates and uses it as the motor's operating power, the controller 500 controls the operation of the vacuum motor unit 200 by adjusting the AC power level rather than controlling the AC power phase, thereby reducing motor noise and vibration. Furthermore, since the voltage can be precisely adjusted within the range of 0 to 220V, the operation of the vacuum motor unit 200 can be precisely controlled.
[0155]
[156] According to the present disclosure, it is possible to filter and remove foreign substances from the air in an air duct that repeatedly creates a vacuum, and it is possible to reduce the noise generated during the operation of a vacuum motor. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent breakdowns and failures of devices due to foreign substances, significantly improve the usage environment, and significantly enhance the market appeal of the devices.
[0157] According to the present disclosure, it is possible to minimize the time during which the vacuum is repeated by reducing the interval of suction and discharge of air by the 4-way electromagnetic valve unit 410, thereby making it possible to significantly improve the treatment effect of the vacuum and obtain various therapeutic effects.
[0158] The present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiments and can be modified in various ways without departing from the scope of the present disclosure, and such modifications should be construed as being included in the present disclosure.
