Abstract

FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the manufacture of pre-stressed building structures reinforced with polymer composite reinforcement. The device for tensioning polymer composite reinforcement can be used for the production of prestressed concrete structures both in factories and on construction sites. The proposed technical solution for a device for tensioning polymer composite reinforcement is developed in two versions: automated using an electric motor and manual. The polymer composite reinforcement tensioning device is a traction mechanism based on winding a steel cable onto a drum. In the case of an automated version of the device, the winding of the rope occurs using an electric motor; for a manual version of the device, a lever-operated drum rotation is used with the winding of a fastening rope onto the drum, hooked onto a fixed structure with a hook. The tensile force is transmitted to the articulated joint of the flexible cable and the steel cup by rotating the drum. A cylindrical steel cup rigidly fixes the anchor in itself using four bolts.EFFECT: ability to tension rod elements made of various composites to the required tensile force in any direction relative to the reinforced element itself.1 cl, 3 dwg

Description

[0001] The invention relates to the field of construction, and in particular to devices intended for tensioning polymer composite reinforcement made from various raw materials in concrete structures using the “on stops” or “on concrete” method.

[0002] Several types of rebar tensioning devices are known. The first group of devices includes patents: Russian Federation No. 118662, No. 2101435, No. 2098572, No. 2094580, No. 657154, all E04C 21 / 12. The task of rebar tensioning is solved by a rebar tensioning device, including a housing, a hydraulic cylinder with a rod, and a rebar gripper. The device rests against a special socket on the stand and transmits tensile forces to the rebar through the reciprocating motion of the rod. The disadvantages of such devices are the limited scope for bench-scale production of reinforced concrete elements, as well as the complexity of the device itself, which requires careful operation.

[0003] The second class of devices includes patent SU 1013612 A E04 C21 / 12, which consists of a hinged strut, with tensioning occurring by bringing two rods together when a nut is tightened. Patent SU 1011839 A E04 C21 / 12 has a similar design, comprising a support plate, hinged levers, and rods. The rods are tensioned by bringing the levers together when a force element acts on the free ends. Both devices require a large amount of space for tensioning operations, which is a drawback.

[0004] The devices in the listed patents do not provide the ability to tension polymer composite reinforcement due to the lack of special equipment for clamping it.

[0005] The closest technical solution to the proposed one is Russian patent 2410509 E04 C21 / 12, which is capable of transmitting tensile forces to polymer composite rods. When tensioning the reinforcement in a factory setting, a thrust tube and an adjusting nut are used, screwed onto the threads of the device body. The disadvantage of this technical device is that tensioning is performed in a factory setting, and the tension magnitude is limited by the length of the device body.

[0006] The proposed technical solution for a device for tensioning polymer composite reinforcement is developed in two versions: automated using an electric motor and manual.

[0007] The essence of the invention is explained by drawings.

[0008] Fig. 1. - View of the device for tensioning polymer composite reinforcement using an electric motor;

[0009] Fig. 2. - View of the device for manually tensioning polymer composite reinforcement;

[0010] Fig. 3. - Device for tensioning polymer composite reinforcement in section A - A.

[0011] The polymer composite reinforcement tensioning device 1 is a traction mechanism based on winding a steel rope on a drum 2. In the case of an automated version of the device, the rope is wound by means of an electric motor 3, while for a manual version of the device, a lever 4 version of drum rotation is used with winding a fastening rope onto the drum, hooked to a fixed structure by a hook 9. The tensile force is transmitted to the articulated joint 8 of the flexible rope and the steel cup 6 by rotating the drum. The cylindrical steel cup 6 rigidly fixes an anchor for reinforcement 5 made according to the type of patent for utility model No. RU 176504 U1 E04C 5 / 12. The anchor 5 is fixed in the steel cup 6 using four bolts 7, which fall into channels with pre-cut threads.The bolts center the anchor 5 and reinforcement 1 relative to the axis of tension force application, which is especially important for supporting the longitudinal force of the polymer composite reinforcement. Tensile force is monitored by incorporating a mechanical or electronic dynamometer into the system.

[0012] The polymer composite rebar tensioning device operates as follows. First, the polymer composite rebar 1 is secured in anchor 5, which is then secured with bolts 7 in steel cup 6. The traction device, consisting of drum 2 and rotation mechanism 3 or 4, is attached to a fixed base, and the cable is pre-tensioned. If there is no cable bending or movement restrictions, the tensioning process begins at a rate of no more than 10 mm per minute. As a result of the polymer composite rebar tensioning process, the required (design) tensile force is achieved, both in the factory and on the construction site.
