Description
[0001] Technical field
[0002] The invention relates to a method for manufacturing equipment for mineral enrichment and can be used for washing gold-bearing sands, including clay and frozen pellets, at placer gold deposits, as well as in other industries.
[0003] Technology Level
[0004] A method is known for extracting gold during hydromechanized development of clay placers (patent RU 2259886, IPC B03B 5 / 00, published 10.09.2005, bulletin No. 25), which includes washing, disintegration, gravity enrichment in deep-filling sluices, screening, gravity enrichment in shallow-filling sluices, rinsing of concentrate from collecting surfaces and finishing of concentrate, wherein after washing and disintegration in a hydraulic cradle, softening of clay pellets is performed during the transportation of pulp in a pulp pipeline by periodic impact of moving clay pellets on metal pins installed in the lower part of the pulp pipeline.
[0005] The disadvantage of the known method is the low efficiency of softening clay pellets.
[0006] The closest in technical essence to the proposed method is the use of a hydrodynamic pulp pipeline device (patent RU 82597, IPC B03B 5 / 02, B22C 5 / 00, B65G 53 / 30, published 10.05.2009, bulletin No. 13), including a housing in the form of a pipe with swirlers located periodically along the pipe to form a repeating swirling flow in the liquid and soften the sand-clay pellets in the pulp.
[0007] The disadvantage of the closest object is the low softening of clay pellets.
[0008] Disclosure of invention
[0009] The technical result is an increase in the efficiency of softening clay and frozen pellets, due to the repeated swirling of the flow during transportation.
[0010] The technical result is achieved in a method for manufacturing a hydrodynamic hydraulic cradle slurry pipeline, including the production of a slurry pipeline body in the form of a pipe with swirlers located along it, forming a repeating swirling flow in the liquid, wherein the slurry pipeline body in the form of a pipe is cut in the form of blanks of pipe sections, on the inner side of which, according to markings, a template is fixed on clamps, indicating the location, direction of installation and tack welding of the next swirler, made in the form of working guide plates, which are pre-cut on a laser cutting machine from sheet metal in the form of an irregular trapezoid with an inclined side at the inlet of the flow stream and installed in a template for fixation in the direction of the swirler, and welded along the large base of the trapezoid to the inner surface of the blank of the pipe section, with preliminary alignment of the vertical side of the trapezoid along the radius of the pipe, then the prepared blanks with swirlers are joined along the seam and welded in the same sequence of their cutting, along the longitudinal marking line previously made on the original pipe.
[0011] Distinctive features are:
[0012] the slurry pipeline body in the form of a pipe is cut in the form of pipe section blanks, on the inner side of which, according to the markings, a template is fixed on clamps, indicating the location, direction of installation and tack welding of the next swirler, made in the form of working guide plates, which are pre-cut on a laser cutting machine from sheet metal in the form of an irregular trapezoid with an inclined side at the entrance of the flow jet and installed in a template for fixation in the direction of the swirler, and welded along the large base of the trapezoid to the inner surface of the pipe section blank, with preliminary adjustment of the vertical side of the trapezoid along the radius of the pipe, such a technological scheme for the manufacture of a hydrodynamic slurry pipeline increases the efficiency of softening of clay pellets due to the repeated swirling of the flow during transportation with high hydrodynamic turbulence;
[0013] Then the prepared blanks with swirlers are joined along the seam and welded in the same sequence of their cutting, along the longitudinal marking line previously made on the original pipe, this increases the efficiency of softening the clay pellets due to the repeated swirling of the flow and its turbulence during transportation.
[0014] A comparative analysis of the features of the claimed solution with the features of the prototype and analogues indicates that the claimed solution meets the criterion of “novelty”.

[0021] Implementation of the invention
[0022] The assembly of the device used in the method for manufacturing a hydrodynamic hydraulic cradle slurry pipeline is performed using fabricated structural components. The slurry pipeline body element 1 is cut from a pipe of the appropriate diameter in the form of blanks 12 of a cut piece of pipe, the length of which is specified by the design. The swirler 2 of the driving medium is manufactured from a pipe similar to the slurry pipeline body 1. The working guide plates 6 of the swirler are welded to the inside of the cut piece 12 of the pipe. The plates 6 are pre-cut from sheet metal on a laser cutting machine, with a streamlined counter edge 9 of the inclined side of the trapezoid, the guide plate 6 of the softener, and the vertical side of the trapezoid is aligned radially in the radial direction of the pulp flow.Plate blank 6 is installed in a template on the inner surface of the pipeline pipe to secure it in the direction of the swirler, and the large base 10 of the trapezoid is welded to the pipe. Guide plates 6 are evenly spaced along the inner surface of the cut pipe blank 12 using a template pre-fixed to clamps along markings 11, indicating the location, installation direction, and tack welding of the next swirler plate 6. In the next prepared cut pipe blanks 12 with tacked swirler plates 6, the latter are welded, and the prepared cut pipe blanks 12 with the swirlers are joined along seam 13 and welded in the same cutting sequence, along the longitudinal marking line previously made on the original pipe.
[0023] An example of the application of a method for manufacturing a hydrodynamic hydraulic cradle slurry pipeline, including a casing in the form of a pipe with swirlers periodically arranged along the pipe, creating a repeating swirling flow in the liquid. Initially, the elements of the casing 1 of the slurry pipeline of the appropriate diameter are cut from the pipe in the form of blanks 12, in which the swirlers are made in the form of working guide plates 6, with streamlined shapes in the form of an irregular trapezoid with an inclined side 9 at the inlet of the flow stream. Guide plates 6 are secured by welding along the large base of the trapezoid to the inner surface of the pipe blanks 12, with the vertical side of the trapezoid first aligned with the pipe radius. For this purpose, a template for securing the working guide plates 6 is made along the length of the pipe blank 12.Using a template pre-fixed to clamps along markings 11, indicating the location and direction of installation, tack weld the next swirl plate 6. On a workbench with a width less than the length of workpiece 12, the welder and an assistant clamp the template along markings 11 on the edges of workpiece 12. The welder then tack welds the working guide plates 6. The template for fixing the working guide plates 6 is moved to subsequent markings uniformly around the circumference of the pipe and tack welds the plates 6 in a circular pattern around the pipe of workpiece 12. Next, in the next workpieces 12, the cut pipe pieces with tacked swirl plates 6 are welded by a second welder in parallel mode. The prepared workpieces 12 with swirl plates are joined along seam 13 and welded in the same cutting sequence, along the longitudinal marking line previously made on the original pipe.Guide plates 6 in the pulp flow form the active portion of the swirl region 7, which can rotate the entire flow around the slurry pipeline axis in a given direction due to hydrodynamic coupling with the passive portion of the swirl region 8. Guide plates 6, designed with streamlined shapes 9, reduce hydrodynamic drag and increase the efficiency of clay pellet softening. In a rotating flow, centrifugal force will draw heavy pellet-like formations toward the inner surface of the pipe. The slurry pipeline channels, the passage of sand-clay pulp, and the preceding swirler 3 and subsequent swirler 5 prepare the pulp for the softening process for the next stage. Repeated swirling flows are generated in the liquid by the action of swirlers 4 of the driving medium subsequent to them in the feed system.Swirling is achieved in a pipe 1 with working guide plates 6, which are uniformly welded to its inner surface and feature streamlined shapes 9. Under these conditions, the processes of swirling, increased turbulence, pellet preparation for impact, softening, and disintegration are periodically repeated. Moreover, the softening of sand-clay pellets in the pulp is achieved by hydrodynamic disruption by the guide plates during transport to the sluice gate. Additionally, if a sand-clay pellet accidentally hits the streamlined shapes 9 of the guide plates 6 and their sides in the moving pulp, they are physically destroyed and disintegrated by hydrodynamic impact.
[0024] A control experimental recording of the operation of the proposed device showed an increase in the softening of pellets by 24%.
[0025] Thus, the proposed technology in the method of manufacturing a hydrodynamic hydraulic cradle slurry pipeline with a repeating swirling flow increases the efficiency of softening clay and frozen pellets due to the repeating swirling of the flow during transportation.
