Description

[0001] Description of the prior art

[0002] The invention relates to the oil and gas production industry and can be used to prevent and dissolve asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits (ARPD) on oilfield equipment, in the bottomhole zone of oil wells, and in oil pipelines. It can be used in the oil and other industries related to oil production, transportation, and storage.

[0003] A solvent is known (RU 2632845) for removing asphalt, resin and paraffin deposits, containing aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents and a non-ionic surfactant, which is a depressant-dispersant additive (DDP) containing the emulsifier "Yalan-E2" and a copolymer of ethylene with alpha-olefins with a molecular weight of 500 to 100,000 or polyalkyl acrylate, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: solvents - 97-98, depressant-dispersant additive - 2-3. However, the description of the invention does not provide information on the effective dosage, pour point, and this composition can only be used as a solvent for ASPO, but is ineffective for preventing deposits.

[0004] The prior art (RU 2480505) discloses a composition for a binary action asphalt resin paraffin deposit inhibitor based on reagent 1 and reagent 2 in a weight ratio of 33.4% to 66.6%, where reagent 1 is a product of the synthesis of stearic acid and polyethylene polyamines in a molar ratio of 1.63 to 1, and reagent 2 is a product of the synthesis of stearic acid and pentaerythritol in a molar ratio of 3 to 1. However, the description of the invention does not contain information on the freezing temperature, nor does it contain information on the dissolving capacity of the ASPD inhibitor.

[0005] The closest (RU 2078788) in technical essence (prototype) and the achieved result is an ASPD inhibitor and remover, which is an invert dispersion of Disin - a stabilized sludge from the production of a multi-ash calcium sulfonate detergent-dispersant additive, composition, wt.%: hydrocarbon phase 10-30, calcium sulfonates 20-30, calcium carbonate 15-30, calcium hydroxide 13-20, water 7-30. The disadvantage of the invention is the unpredictability of the reaction between the stabilized sludge of the multi-ash calcium sulfonate detergent-dispersant additive and asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits, where heavier, toxic, as well as organosulfur compounds can be formed. In addition, the inhibitor and ASPO remover have a relatively high freezing temperature (-30°C), which limits its use in the Far North.

[0006] Description of the invention

[0007] The objective of this invention is to create a new highly effective inhibitor-solvent for the formation of asphaltene paraffin and resinous oils with varying contents of resinous-asphaltene components, as well as to reduce economic costs and minimize the impact on the environment.

[0008] The technical result of the invention is the expansion of the range of oilfield reagents for the specified purpose, ease of preparation and use, and increased efficiency for the prevention and removal of paraffin deposits in oilfield equipment and pipelines during oil production and transportation.

[0009] The technical result is achieved in that the asphalt resin paraffin deposit inhibitor-solvent, containing an active base and a solvent, contains as an active base an alkyl polyglucoside, benzimidazole and a surfactant selected from the group including ethoxylated or propoxylated amine, dodecyl trimethylammonium bromide, cetyl trimethylammonium bromide, octylphenol ethoxylate, polysorbate 80 and / or a combination thereof, contains aromatic and aliphatic alcohols as a solvent and additionally contains a pour point depressant additive - a concentrate based on ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymers TyumNT-50 or a concentrate based on a mixture of ester and alcohol copolymers YH-205 with the following component content, wt.%:

[0010] The specified active base is 15-20;

[0011] Pour point depressant - 1-7;

[0012] Aromatic alcohols - 15-30;

[0013] Aliphatic alcohols up to 100.

[0014] A concentrate based on ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymers (TyumNT-50) and a concentrate based on a mixture of ester and alcohol copolymers (YH-205) are used as a pour point depressant.

[0015] Benzyl alcohol according to GOST 8751-72, phenylethyl alcohol CAS No: 60-12-8, edinol CAS No: 104333-09-7 are used as aromatic alcohols.

[0016] Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) according to GOST 9805-84; isobutyl alcohol (i-BuOH) GOST 9536-2013, octanol CAS No: 111-87-5 and nonanol CAS No: 143-08-8 and / or their mixture are used as aliphatic alcohols.

[0017] Implementation of the invention

[0018] The surfactants used as the active base are: ethoxylated amines (PEG-15 cocoamine CAS No: 61791-14-8; Chemeen C-10 CAS No: 61791-14-8), propoxylated amines (JEFFAMIN D-230 CAS No: 9046-10-0; JEFFAMINE T-403 CAS No: 39423-51-3), dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide (DTAB) CAS No: 1119-94-4, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) CAS No: 57-09-0, octylphenol ethoxylate CAS No: 9002-93-1, polysorbate 80 CAS No: 9005-65-6 and / or a combination thereof.

[0019] The alkyl polyglycosides used as the active base are: coco-glucoside CAS No: 110615-47-9, decyl glucoside CAS No: 68515-73-1, caprylyl / capryl glucoside CAS No: 161074-97-1.

[0020] Benzimidazole CAS No: 51-17-2 is used as benzimidazole

[0021] The effectiveness of the claimed composition is due to the use of a variety of hydrocarbon solvents—aliphatic solvents of varying carbon chain lengths and aromatic solvents of varying molecular weights. The use of surfactants in the mixture reduces the surface tension at the composition / ARPD interface and effectively destroys sulfur-containing ARPD. All components for the preparation of the claimed composition are readily available and inexpensive.

[0022] The effectiveness of the developed asphaltene-resin-paraffin (ARP) control compounds was tested on crude oils with high asphaltene-resin-paraffin content. The paraffin, resin, and asphaltene content of the crude oils used in the experiments is listed in Table 1.

[0023] Table 1 - Oil characteristics

[0024] Indicator Oil 1 Oil 2 Highly paraffin Highly resinous Density at 20°C, kg / m3 884,2 880,5 Tzast., °C +2 -5 Kinematic viscosity 20°C, mm2 / s 75,36 60,55 Mass fraction of silica gel resins, wt.% 16,3 35,1 Mass fraction of paraffins, wt.% 6,9 3,5 Mass fraction of asphaltenes, wt.% 1,59 2,22

[0025] The experimental technique is based on determining the effectiveness of the inhibitory effect of reagents on the paraffin deposition process using the “cold rod” method and is as follows.

[0026] Pour 400 cm into two glasses 3 Asphalt, resin, and paraffin-containing oil are added to a beaker and heated to 70°C. After the paraffins in the oil have melted, the inhibitor being tested is added to one of the beakers. The contents of the beakers are thoroughly mixed and left for 2 hours to dissolve the active base. After the temperature has dropped to 65°C, a pre-weighed, cold rod at +10°C is lowered into the beakers and left for 3 hours. The rods are then removed from the beakers and weighed after 10-15 minutes. The weight of the rods determines the mass of asphalt, resin, and paraffin deposits deposited on them.

[0027] The effectiveness of inhibitors is calculated using the formula:

[0028] ,

[0029] where m o - mass of deposits on the rod immersed in the original oil, g;

[0030] mи - the mass of deposits on the rod immersed in the original oil with the tested inhibitor.

[0031] The method for determining the detergent, solvent, and dispersant properties is as follows: a 2.00 g sample of ARPD is formed into a cylinder and placed in a weighed basket made of steel mesh with a mesh size of 1.5 x 1.5 mm. The basket containing the ARPD sample is weighed to two decimal places, and the mass of the ARPD sample is determined. Using a wire, the basket containing the ARPD sample is placed into a sealed glass bottle containing 100 ml of the test composition. The sample is then left to stand for 3 hours at room temperature. The basket containing the remaining ARPD is then removed and hung to dry at room temperature for 24 hours, then weighed.

[0032] Washing ability (E м ) in % is calculated using the formula:

[0033]

[0034] where m o - mass of ASPO in the basket before testing, g;

[0035] m1 - mass of ASPO in the basket after testing, g.

[0036] The bottle's contents are filtered through a filter. The bottle is rinsed with the filtered solution several times until all the ARPD particles are transferred to the filter. The filter with the ARPD particles is dried at room temperature until a constant weight is reached.

[0037] Solvency (E р ) in % is calculated using the formula:

[0038]

[0039] where m o - mass of ASPO in the basket before testing, g;

[0040] m1 - mass of ASPO in the basket after testing, g;

[0041] m2 - mass of ASPO filtered after testing, g.

[0042] Dispersing ability (E д ) in % is calculated using the formula:

[0043] E д = E м - Eh р .

[0044] The result is the arithmetic mean of two parallel measurements. The test results are shown in Table 3.

[0045] The data obtained during the above tests are shown in Table 3.

[0046] The following non-limiting examples are provided to further illustrate the present invention.

[0047] Example 1. Preparation of an inhibitor-solvent according to the claimed method

[0048] 10.0 g of PEG-15, 5.0 g of decyl glucoside, and 5.0 g of benzimidazole are placed in a 250 ml flask equipped with a mechanical stirrer at 25°C and atmospheric pressure. 58.0 g of isobutyl alcohol, 17.0 g of phenylethyl alcohol, and 5.0 g of TyumNT-50 are added with stirring. The mixture is then stirred until completely homogenized. 100.0 g of product is obtained as a dark brown liquid that does not separate into phases, without suspended or settling particles (see Table 2, composition 1).

[0049] Compositions for examples 2 - 5 are prepared similarly to example 1.

[0050] Example 11 (prototype)

[0051] The prototype is a ready-made hydrophobic emulsion-suspension system of the “water in oil” type and is produced under the name Disin by the Ufaneftekhim enterprise, TU 38.302-03-3-90.

[0057] As shown in Table 3, the inhibitory, cleaning, and dissolving efficiencies of the claimed compositions exceed those of the prototype by 11.2-13.7%, 35.8-38.1%, and 27.0-29.4%, respectively. Thus, the claimed compositions, representing an original composite mixture selected taking into account the specific group composition of ARPD, provide high inhibitory, dissolving, dispersing, and cleaning activity against deposits over a wide range of operating temperatures. The use of the claimed compositions will reduce the labor intensity of deposit removal, increase the interval between cleaning operations and well productivity, and improve the economic performance of oil production.
