Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to the field of medicine and cosmetology, and can be used as a medical and cosmetic product.
[0002] The use of medicinal and cosmetic products (ointments, creams, etc.) for the treatment and prevention of human joints is widely known, however, for the most part they are aimed at pain relief / pain relief and do not provide a healing effect on human joints.
[0003] The closest analogue is the decision RU 2813750 C2, 02 / 16 / 2024, which discloses a medicinal and cosmetic cream for hands and feet containing lanolin, and it also additionally contains the following components (wt.% of the weight of the finished product):
[0004] Lanolin 45-60 lotus nucifera extract 0,03-0,2 Centella asiatica extract 0,03-0,2 wild bamboo extract 0,03-0,2 cucumber fruit extract 0,03-0,2 corn leaf extract 0,03-0,2 cabbage leaf extract 0,03-0,2 watermelon fruit extract 0,03-0,2 PEG-60 0,03-0,2 sodium polyacrylate 0,03-0,2 carbomer 0,03-0,2 triethanolamine 0,03-0,2 flavoring agent 0,03-0,2 phenoxyethanol 0,03-0,2 aloe leaf juice rest
[0005] The disadvantage of this solution is the insufficient penetrating ability of the cream, as well as the weak effect of lanolin, as a base, on human joints and the therapeutic effect of the cream.
[0006] The objective of the stated solution is to develop a composition for a therapeutic and cosmetic cream for joints that eliminates the shortcomings of the closest analogue.
[0007] The technical result is the creation of a therapeutic and cosmetic cream for joints, which has good penetrating ability, as well as a positive medicinal effect on human joints.
[0008] This result is achieved by the fact that the medicinal and cosmetic cream for joints includes liquid obtained by evaporation from cabbage leaves, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, refined almond oil, caprylic / capric triglyceride, isononyl isononanoate, C12-15 alkyl benzoate, glycerin, lecithin gelling agent, phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin, in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
[0009] - ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid 0,04-0,06 - refined almond oil 0,8-1,2 - caprylic / capric triglyceride 2,0-2,5 - isononyl isononanoate 1,8-2,2 - alkyl benzoate 1,8-2,2 - glycerin 0,8-1,2 - lecithin gelling agent 2,0-2,4 - phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin 0,75-1,25 - a liquid obtained by evaporation from cabbage leaves up to 100
[0010] Next, we will take a closer look at each component of the medicinal and cosmetic cream and their influence on the technical result.
[0011] This therapeutic and cosmetic joint cream contains ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid. This component acts as a chelating agent and stabilizes the composition, preventing oxidation of the ingredients.
[0012] Therapeutic and cosmetic cream for joints includes refined almond oil, which is rich in vitamins and fatty acids, which helps nourish and soften the skin for better penetration of the components of the therapeutic and cosmetic cream.
[0013] Therapeutic and cosmetic cream for joints includes caprylic / capric triglyceride - a transparent, slightly yellowish polar oil without odor, an emollient, softens the skin, creates a protective barrier and promotes the penetration of the active components of the therapeutic and cosmetic cream.
[0014] This therapeutic and cosmetic joint cream contains isononyl isononanoate, a light moisturizing and emollient agent that improves the cream's texture and facilitates its spreading over the skin. Isononyl isononanoate provides a silky, dry feeling and improves skin hydration.
[0015] This therapeutic and cosmetic joint cream contains C12-15 alkyl benzoate, a cosmetic emollient. It is a fat-soluble ester consisting of long-chain (C12-15) benzoic acid alcohols. It gives the cream a silky texture and helps retain moisture in and on the skin, extending the effect of the therapeutic and cosmetic cream on the skin and joints, achieving a cosmetic and healing effect.
[0016] The therapeutic and cosmetic cream for joints also includes glycerin, another powerful humectant that helps retain moisture in / on the skin, to increase the effect time of the therapeutic and cosmetic cream on the skin and joints, to achieve a cosmetic and healing effect.
[0017] This therapeutic and cosmetic joint cream contains lecithin gelling agent—a gelling agent, viscosity regulator, and emulsifier. It is a mixture of polymer and lecithin, typically derived from sunflower. This component acts as a thickener and stabilizer, ensuring the cream's desired consistency at a specified ratio. This emulsifier helps enhance moisture penetration through the skin, ensuring the deep penetration of the active ingredients in the therapeutic and cosmetic cream.
[0018] This therapeutic and cosmetic joint cream contains phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin. Phenoxyethanol is a broad-spectrum cosmetic preservative and fragrance fixative in perfumes. Ethylhexylglycerin is an organic compound derived from glycerin and ethylhexanol. It is classified as a preservative and excipient, used in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. The mixture of these components can be made in varying proportions, as both components are preservatives and are aimed at preventing the growth of fungi and other unwanted microorganisms in the resulting cream.
[0019] The base of a therapeutic and cosmetic cream for joints is a liquid obtained by evaporating cabbage leaves to a concentration of 100% by weight. The liquid is obtained from the cabbage leaves using an evaporator, such as the evaporator described in patent RU 2802439 C1, issued August 28, 2023, owned by the author, or another device that separates the liquid from the cabbage leaves. The cabbage leaves are crushed, heated, and the liquid is evaporated in an evaporation vessel. This resulting liquid is used as the base of the proposed therapeutic and cosmetic cream at a concentration of up to 100% by weight. Any variety of cabbage, such as white or red cabbage, can be used as the cabbage leaves. The liquid obtained by evaporation from cabbage leaves is rich in phytoncides - biologically active substances produced by plants that play a key role in plant immunity and allelopathy.
[0020] The liquid obtained by evaporating cabbage leaves contains a large amount of ascorbic acid and vitamins. These substances enhance the body's natural defenses, normalize blood flow, and promote the formation and strengthening of bone tissue. Cabbage also contains vitamins B, D, and PP, trace elements (iodine, iron, manganese, silicon, and fluorine), and macronutrients (potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, sulfur, oxygen, nitrogen, chlorine, sodium, and hydrogen).
[0021] Cabbage and its liquid, obtained by evaporating cabbage leaves, are an indispensable aid for cosmetologists. Its valuable properties help restore and soothe the skin, nourish it with vitamins and other beneficial substances, providing a cosmetological effect. It effectively relieves inflammation and eliminates flaking, imparts radiance and tone to the skin, has a firming effect, and prevents the appearance of wrinkles and age spots.
[0022] The benefits of cabbage and its liquid, obtained by evaporating cabbage leaves, for joints are due to its richness in ascorbic acid. It also contains folic and pantothenic acids, which help reduce inflammation. It's also worth noting that the composition contains calcium and phosphorus salts, as well as trace elements such as zinc and iron, which have a beneficial effect on joint treatment.
[0023] For arthritis and other joint conditions, apply a cabbage leaf to the painful area. In our case, use the liquid obtained by evaporating the cabbage leaves as a base for a therapeutic and cosmetic cream. This procedure relieves pain and reduces swelling, if any. The liquid obtained by evaporating the cabbage leaves acts as an analgesic, eliminating the need for harmful medications.
[0024] In view of the above, a therapeutic and cosmetic cream for joints, made on the basis of a liquid obtained by evaporation from cabbage leaves, is able to relieve swelling and inflammation, which ensures joint mobility.
[0025] With regular use of this medicinal and cosmetic cream for joints, made from a liquid obtained by evaporation from cabbage leaves, it provides the following assistance:
[0026] • Relieves pain and strengthens joints.
[0027] • Relieves inflammation.
[0028] • Disinfect the affected area.
[0029]
[0030]
[0031] The test results of samples from Examples 1-3 showed good penetrating ability and positive medicinal effect on human joints.
[0032] When using components outside the specified ranges, the characteristics of the proposed therapeutic and cosmetic cream for joints deteriorated, thereby preventing the implementation of the stated task and the achievement of the technical result.
