Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to mining, namely to means of mechanizing cleaning and preparatory work during the development of bedded minerals.
[0002] A mechanism for disconnecting the drive electric motor from the gearbox is known (see Design of mining machines and equipment: a textbook for universities / O.E. Shabaev, P.P. Zinchenko, E.Yu. Stepanenko et al.; FGBOU VO "DonNTU". Donetsk: IP Krinichnaya I.V., 2024. - pp. 219-222), which is accepted as an analogue.
[0003] In the analog, the disconnect mechanism is integrated into the electric motor via a splined connection between the electric motor's rotor and its hollow shaft. The hollow shaft is, in turn, kinematically connected via a splined connection to the drive pinion shaft of the gearbox, allowing for axial movement along the rotor shaft. The lever mechanism for switching from the open to the connected state of this kinematic chain is located on the end face of the electric motor, opposite its output shaft.
[0004] A disadvantage of this alternative is the need to position the electric motor so that its end face, opposite the output shaft, is easily accessible. This requires a customized layout for the miner, which is not always feasible or particularly challenging, particularly when designing miners for mining thin seams in the lower range.
[0005] The closest to the proposed invention in terms of technical essence and the achieved result is the mechanism for disconnecting the drive electric motor from the gearbox of the executive body of the UKD200-250 combine, presented in the above-mentioned source of information on pp. 219-220, adopted as a prototype.
[0006] In the prototype, the electric motor is disconnected from the actuator gearbox via a toothed half coupling interlocked with a bearing race. The bearing race moves along the splines of the mating power shaft by engaging a fork with two cams on the bearing race. The fork is connected via splines to a rod and a rotary shaft, which is equipped with elements for rotation and locking in extreme positions, thereby enabling the opening or closing of the toothed half coupling with the mating part of the axially fixed gear wheel.
[0007] The disadvantages of the prototype include:
[0008] - low reliability and service life due to high dynamic loads on the gear rims of the movable half coupling and the mating part of the gear wheel, especially when they are closed, as well as rapid wear of the crackers, the products of which have a negative impact on the service life of the gearbox;
[0009] - risk of injury when switching on due to impact loads on the toothed half coupling in the axial direction and further along the kinematic chain to the handle on the rotary shaft, which poses a danger to the operator, in the case when the toothed half coupling, rotated by an electric motor disconnected from the network at a sufficiently high “damping” speed of rotation, is brought into engagement with the stationary toothed ring of the counterpart of the gearbox.
[0010] The invention is based on the task of, by changing the design of the shutdown mechanism, increasing the reliability and service life of the mechanism for disconnecting the drive electric motor from the gearbox and eliminating the risk of injury to the mechanism when the gearbox is engaged.
[0011] The problem is solved as follows.
[0012] In a mechanism for disconnecting a drive electric motor from a gearbox of a mining machine, consisting of a toothed half coupling, interlocked with a bearing cage, and mounted movably, with the possibility of reciprocating movement along a splined section of a power shaft in the positions of closing and opening with its counterpart, as well as a rotary shaft connected to a rod equipped with an element for acting on the bearing cage, according to the invention, the movable toothed half coupling, located at the input to the gearbox, is made with an internal toothed rim for closing and opening with the counterpart in the form of a fixed toothed half coupling with an external toothed rim, rigidly fixed on the shaft of the drive electric motor, the bearing cage is made with an external toothed rim, which is in engagement with a gear mounted on the rod, and located in a stepped opening of the gearbox housing with the possibility of reciprocating movement due to rotation around a hollow support, rigidly fixed in the stepped opening of the gearbox housing and forming a "screw-nut" pair with the sleeve portion of the bearing cage, in addition, the rod of the rotary shaft, located parallel to the power shaft, is equipped with a gear engaged with the outer toothed rim of the bearing cage, and on the section of the rotary shaft, located outside the gearbox housing, a flywheel is fixed with the possibility of rotating and fixing the rotary shaft in the closed and open positions of the movable and fixed toothed half couplings, while on the end of the power shaft opposite the electric motor, a socket "for a key" is made, closed by a lid with a built-in spring-loaded L-shaped key, installed with the possibility of mating with the socket "for a key".,
[0013] The essence of the invention is explained by the drawings. Fig. 1 shows a general view of the gearbox of a mining machine with the control elements of the shut-off mechanism, and Fig. 2 shows a section A-A of Fig. 1.
[0014] The mechanism for disconnecting the drive electric motor from the gearbox of a mining machine consists of a movable toothed half coupling 1 located at the input of the gearbox, interlocked with a bearing cage 2, and mounted movably, with the possibility of reciprocating movement along the splined section 3 of the power shaft 4. The movable toothed half coupling 1 is made with an internal toothed rim for closing and opening with a counterpart in the form of a fixed toothed half coupling 5 with an external toothed rim, rigidly fixed on the shaft 6 of the drive electric motor.
[0015] Parallel to the power shaft 4, a rotary shaft 7 is placed in the gearbox housing, connected to a rod 8 equipped with a gear 9. The bearing cage 2 is made with an external toothed rim 10, which is in engagement with the gear 9, and is installed in a stepped opening 11 of the gearbox housing with the possibility of reciprocating movement due to rotation around a hollow support 12, rigidly fixed in the stepped opening 11 of the housing, and forming a “screw-nut” pair with the sleeve part 13 of the bearing cage.
[0016] On the section of the rotary shaft 7, located outside the gearbox housing, a flywheel 14 is secured with the possibility of rotating and fixing the rotary shaft in the closed and open positions of the movable 1 and fixed 5 toothed half couplings.
[0017] On the end of the power shaft 4 opposite the electric motor, a socket 15 “for a key” is made, closed with a cover with a built-in spring-loaded L-shaped key 16, installed with the possibility of mating with the socket 15 “for a key”.
[0018] The technical result is achieved as follows.
[0019] The drive electric motor is disconnected from the gearbox when the electric motor is disconnected from the electrical network. Rotation of the flywheel 14 causes rotation of the rotary shaft 7 with the rod 8 and the gear 9, as well as the bearing race 2, which, during rotation, is screwed onto the fixed support 12 and, due to the screw-nut pair, moves the toothed half coupling 1 in the axial direction until its internal toothed rim is completely disconnected from the external toothed rim of the half coupling 5. When the extreme position of the movable toothed half coupling 1 is reached, the flywheel 14 is locked with a locking device mounted on the gearbox housing.
[0020] The connection of the drive electric motor to the gearbox is also carried out with the electric motor disconnected from the electrical network and the rotor stationary.
[0021] By rotating the flywheel 14 in the opposite direction, the rotary shaft 7 with the rod 8 and the gear 9 is set in rotation, as well as the bearing cage 2, which, by means of the screw-nut pair, is unscrewed from the fixed support 12 during rotation and moves the movable toothed half coupling 1 in the axial direction until the ends of the toothed rims of the half couplings 1 and 5 contact (in the event of a misalignment of the teeth and the depressions of adjacent toothed rims). By pressing on the spring-loaded L-shaped key 16 and simultaneously turning it, it is coupled with the socket “under the key”, after which by turning the power shaft 4, the required alignment of the toothed rims of the half couplings 1 and 5 is achieved. By rotating the flywheel 14, the complete closing of the toothed half couplings is achieved, during which it is fixed in the final position.
[0022] The implementation of the invention will allow for the mechanical disconnection of the mining machine's drive electric motor from the gearbox and connection to the gearbox with the electric motor's rotor stationary, eliminating shock loads in the gearbox transmission, which increases the reliability and service life of the mechanism and eliminates hazardous situations during its operation.
