Abstract
Description
[0001] FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY
[0002] The invention relates to the field of production of armored vehicles, in particular armored car windows, and can be used to conduct defensive fire from inside the vehicle in the event of an attack from the outside.
[0003] STATE OF THE ART
[0004] A known design for a fire port installed in bulletproof glass includes a welded composite body, a pivot with a welded cover, a spring that holds the cover closed, a handle secured to the pivot with a pin, and a protective ring glued to the inside of the bulletproof glass, preventing fragments from flying off the glass edge (Russian Federation Patent for Utility Model No. 118040). A disadvantage of this solution is the poor seal between the cover and the inner flange, which can lead to moisture penetration into the fire port.
[0005] A loophole with an armored insert is known, comprising a housing made in the form of a single part, with an opening for firing, a shutter, a device that ensures the movement of the shutter, an opening with an axis located in it, which is connected on one side with the shutter, on the other with a handle for opening and closing the shutter, wherein the axis has a conical tip on the outside and the possibility of reciprocating and rotary movement in the opening, an armored insert, a flange with a conical surface, on the axis between the inner end of the loophole housing and the handle for opening and closing the shutter there is a guide sleeve and a spring (patent for utility model No. 117603). The well-known embrasure has a groove in the housing on the end surface of the recess under the shutter for laying a sealing material, which during operation, when the spring presses the shutter to the surface of the housing, creates a hermetic connection, preventing moisture from entering the embrasure. However, the disadvantage of this loophole is the lack of protection against penetration into the loophole opening from the outside through the shutter by means of pressing it down, for example, with a magnetic device, followed by rotation around the axis.
[0006] SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0007] One of the main objectives of the present invention is to create a loophole that has a simple design that prevents penetration from the outside into the interior space of the loophole and has increased tightness.
[0008] Technical result - increased reliability and security of the loophole design.
[0009] The stated problem is solved due to the fact that the proposed loophole, designed with the possibility of installation in a hole in armored glass, contains:
[0010] a cover (5) having an inner side and a side surface,
[0011] a body (1) having an outer end, an inner end and a through channel, wherein the outer end is provided with a rim and together form a recess for the cover (5), which makes it difficult to exert external influence on the side surface of the cover (5) in the closed position,
[0012] bushings (2, 3) having first and second ends and through holes, wherein bushing 2 is fixedly connected to the housing, and the first end of bushing 3 is placed in the second end of bushing 2 with the possibility of rotation and translational movement along the axis,
[0013] an axis (4) having a first end fixedly connected to the inner side of the cover (5) and a second end, wherein the axis (4) is threaded through the through holes of the bushings (2, 3) with the possibility of rotation and translational movement,
[0014] handle (6), one end of which is connected to the other end of the axle (4),
[0015] a shutter (7) configured to fix the second end of the axis (4) in the "closed" position, in which the axis (4) together with the cover (5) is shifted inward, in which the cover (5) is located in the said recess formed by the end and sides of the housing, its side surface is protected from external influences, the translational movement along the axis (4) is blocked, and in the "open" position the shutter (7) does not interfere with the translational movement of the axis (4) with the cover (5) in the outward direction; wherein
[0016] the axis (4) has radial projections, while the inner surface of the sleeve 2 is provided with grooves for them (protrusions), made in such a way that in the “closed” position they interact with the radial projections, preventing the rotation of the axis (4), and during the translational movement of the axis (4) to the “open” position they come out of interaction with the radial projections, thereby not preventing the rotation of the axis (4).
[0017] In one preferred embodiment of the above-described loophole, the body (1) is provided on the inside with a flange (12) attached to the body (1) by welding, threading, by means of threaded elements or by means of crimping.
[0018] In another preferred embodiment, in the above-described loophole, the said side is located along the entire perimeter of the recess for the cover (5).
[0019] In another preferred embodiment, in the above-described loophole, the first end of the axis (4) is fixedly connected to the inside of the cover (5) by welding.
[0020] In one of the preferred embodiments, in the above-described loophole, the sleeve (2) is fixedly connected to the body by welding.
[0021] In another preferred embodiment, in the above-described loophole, the handle (6) is spring-loaded relative to the second end of the sleeve (3).
[0022] In another preferred embodiment, in the above-described loophole, the handle (6) has a cylindrical opening and is spring-loaded relative to the second end of the sleeve (3) by means of a spring 8.
[0023] In one preferred embodiment, in the above-described loophole, the handle (6) is fixed to the end of the axis (4) by means of a pin (10).
[0024] In another preferred embodiment, in the above-described loophole, the bolt (7) is fixed to the handle (6) by means of a pin (10).
[0025] In one of the preferred embodiments in the above-described loophole, the radial projections of the axis (4) are formed by the ends of a pin (9) located transversely relative to the axis (4).
[0026] In the most preferred form of execution, the loophole installed in the armored glass consists of a housing with an opening for firing, a guide bushing welded to the surface of the opening for firing in such a way that its axis is parallel to the axis of the opening, a bushing installed in the guide bushing and connected to it by a welded joint, a cover consisting of two parts glued together from armored steel and serving to open and close the opening for firing, a spring holding the cover in the closed position, an axis welded to the cover and used as the main element of the opening-closing device, a handle secured to the axis by means of a pin, and a shutter serving to fix the opening-closing device in the locked position, protecting against arbitrary or intentional opening of the cover from the outside of the loophole, and a flange having a decorative function. The shutter is connected to the handle via the same pin that connects the handle to the axle. On the end surface of the housing, in a recess for accommodating the lid in the closed position, there is a groove filled with sealing material. This material can be, for example, a sealing cord manufactured according to GOST 64 67-7 9.
[0027] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF FIGURES
[0028] The proposed technical solution is illustrated by the graphic material shown in Fig. 1, which depicts the assembled embrasure. The dotted line shows the open position of cover 5.
[0029] Fig. 2 shows the shutter 7.
[0030] Positions 1-14 indicate the following elements:
[0031] 1 - body,
[0032] 2 - guide sleeve,
[0033] 3 - bushing,
[0034] 4 - axis,
[0035] 5 - cover,
[0036] 6 - handle,
[0037] 7 - shutter,
[0038] 8 - spring,
[0039] 9 - pin,
[0040] 10 - pin,
[0041] 11 - sealing material,
[0042] 12 - flange,
[0043] 13 - armored glass,
[0044] 14 - adhesive (sealant).
[0045] IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INVENTION
[0046] The loophole includes the elements shown in Fig. 1, in particular, the body 1 and the cover 5.
[0047] The side of the body 1 has a hole.
[0048] A guide sleeve 2 having a first and second end is welded to the inside of the hole in the housing.
[0049] The first end of the sleeve 3, which in turn has a first and second end, is installed in the second end of the sleeve 2.
[0050] Axle 4, having first and second ends, is threaded through bushings 2 and 3.
[0051] Axle 4 is welded with its first end to cover 5.
[0052] At the second end of the axis 5, a handle 6 is installed.
[0053] Handle 6 is fixed to the second end of axis 5 by means of pin 10 installed in a transverse hole in axis 4. Handle 6 has a cylindrical hole.
[0054] The second end of sleeve 3 is installed in the cylindrical hole of handle b.
[0055] Handle 6 is spring-loaded relative to sleeve 3 by means of spring 8.
[0056] The handle 6 is provided with a bolt 7.
[0057] The shutter 7 is connected to the pin 10 in such a way that in the “closed” position the handle 6 is fixed in a position in which the cover 5 is tightly adjacent to the body 1, and in the “open” position the shutter 7 does not interfere with the movement of the handle 6 in the axial direction together with the axis 4 and the cover 5 in such a way that the cover 5 moves away from the body 1 and is able to rotate relative to the axis 4.
[0058] A pin 9 is installed in the cross hole of axis 4.
[0059] The sleeve 2 is provided with grooves, wherein the pin 9 and the grooves in the sleeve 2 are arranged in such a way that in the closed position, when the cover 5 is pressed against the body 1, they, interacting with the pin 9, prevent the cover 5 from turning relative to the axis 4, and in the open position, when the axis 4 together with the pins are displaced closer to the first end of the sleeve 2, the ends of the pin 9 disengage from the grooves, thereby the latter do not prevent the rotation of the axis 4 and the cover 5.
[0060] Between the inner surface of the cover 5 and the body 1 there is a ring of sealing material 11, which prevents moisture from getting inside the loophole.
[0061] Flange 12 is a decorative element and serves to cover the inner end surface of the body 1 of the embrasure and a layer of adhesive (sealant) 14 applied to the surface of the body 1 to fix the embrasure in the opening of the armored glass.
[0062] The loophole is installed as follows.
[0063] The loophole is installed in the hole of the armored glass 13 with a gap for filling it with a layer of sealant 14.
[0064] By pressing the handle 6, the spring 8 is pressed, the axis 4 is extended along the axis of the sleeve 3 and, accordingly, the cover 5 is extended and then rotated around the axis 4, as a result of which the loophole is opened.
[0065] The shutter 7 is shown in Fig. 2 and is a part made of sheet metal, which can rotate around the pin 10, due to which it can be in two positions.
[0066] In the first position, bolt 7 is positioned along axis 4 and rests with one end against the end of embrasure housing 1. This results in additional compression of cover 5 against sealing material 11, locking cover 5 and protecting it from unauthorized opening. Rotation of cover 5 relative to axis 4 is prevented by the ends of pin 9 engaging the grooves in sleeve 2.
[0067] In the second position, the bolt 7 is positioned perpendicular to the axis 4, as a result of which the axis 4 is able to move freely along the guide sleeve 2 and it becomes possible to open the loophole without hindrance both from the inside and from the outside.
[0068] The proposed loophole is simple in design and reliable, capable of guaranteeing the prevention of moisture from entering it and protecting it from unauthorized opening both from the outside and from the inside.
