Abstract

FIELD: automatic control and regulation systems.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of automatic control and regulation systems based on the properties of microelectromechanical electronic devices. The method for adjusting the control signals of the weapon stabilizer’s setpoint devices when firing from a tank while moving consists in aiming the weapon at the target via the control panel, using the control unit amplifier and actuators; proportional signals are supplied via rotating transformers from the corresponding gyroscopic sensors of angular velocities and position angles, compensating for external dynamic effects when the tank moves across the terrain; these signals are fed through rigid feedback to a summing circuit, which generates a control signal via the control unit amplifier to the actuators. In addition, the parameters of the linear movement of the tank hull and the stabilized weapon are measured along two axes using two arrays of microelectromechanical sensors. The first array is installed as close as possible and coaxially to the center of rotation of the gun mount’s trunnions attached to the tank hull, while the second array of microelectromechanical sensors is installed on the tank hull as close as possible and coaxially to the first sensor array. Each of the two arrays consists of five sensors mounted on a single board in an arrangement that ensures mutual correction of their signals by comparators and generates an output control signal for the summing circuit of the correction system. Next, the signal from the first array of weapons sensors is compared with the signal from the second array of sensors on the tank hull; then, a corrective signal is generated based on linear axial movements and fed into the standard tank weapons stabilizer adder.EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the accuracy of the weapons stabilizer when firing from a tank while it is moving.1 cl, 4 dwg

Description

[0001] The invention relates to the field of automatic control and regulation systems based on the properties of microelectromechanical electronic devices.

[0002] In today's rapidly evolving environment of fire control systems and modern combat techniques, increasingly stringent requirements are being placed on the quality and accuracy of weapon stabilization.

[0003] The tank weapon stabilizer is a set of equipment, systems, instruments and devices that provide control and automatic retention of the stabilized weapon - a tank gun, on a given calculated firing line, by means of actuators for vertical (angle α) and horizontal (angle β) guidance from control signals of the setting device.

[0004] At the same time, the setting devices of a typical weapon stabilizer are devices whose operation is based on the physical principles of rotary gyroscopes - devices that determine the angular position of a х , A у , a z , and angular velocity e х , e у , e z , the tank's armament in a spatial coordinate system (Fig. 1) for the purpose of generating control signals for the turret and gun actuators as the tank moves along the terrain. This ensures that the stabilized gun's calculated firing line is maintained in the target's intended direction, but does not allow for targeting, as the aforementioned control devices do not account for linear accelerations ω х , ω у , ω z guns, which certainly reduces firepower in terms of shooting accuracy.

[0005] The functional diagram (Fig. 2) shows the structural and functional connections of the elements of a typical tank armament stabilizer, the operation of which is implemented as follows:

[0006] The gunner, operator 1, uses control panel 2 to aim weapon 6 at the target via the control unit amplifier 3 and actuators 4, which create a stabilizing moment Mc counteracting the gun's own moment Mo, thereby establishing a predetermined direction of the calculated line of fire (CLF) to the aiming point. However, as the tank moves along the terrain, external dynamic influences, in the form of moments of influence Mv on the position angle, angular and linear velocities, at the point of application 5—the attachment points of gun 6 to the tank hull—tend to change the spatial position of the gun and, consequently, the CLF vector. These changes are subject to rigid feedback in the form of influences Ω. o angular velocity, ϕ oangle of position are fed to the rotating transformers of the corresponding gyroscopic sensors of angular velocity 7 and angles of position 8, which generate proportional signals U c - by angular velocity, U y - based on the position angle, the summing circuit Σ generates a control signal from the amplifier of the control unit 3 to the actuators 4, thereby compensating in servo mode for changes in the gun's position in space under the influence of the moment Mв of external dynamic influences. As shown in Fig. 3, a modern standard tank armament stabilization system with master gyroscopic sensors maintains the RLV in a given direction (position a), but it drifts horizontally Вг and vertically Ви from the aiming point, since the linear movements of the tank hull and armament along the Z and Y coordinate axes—the actual firing line of the FLV—are not taken into account.

[0007] The essence of the proposed method consists of measuring previously unaccounted parameters of the linear movement of the tank hull and stabilized weapons along the Z and Y coordinate axes and including the obtained results in the form of signals in the summation circuit of the control signals Σ of the tank weapons stabilization system (Fig. 2), in the proposed system 9.

[0008] The technical solution consists of using the above-mentioned proposed method in the system for correcting the control signals of the setting devices of the weapon stabilizer when firing from a tank on the move, the essence of which is as follows (Fig. 4):

[0009] Feedback signals from external dynamic effects of the stabilized weapon ω o and the tank hull ω кare fed to the corresponding arrays of microelectromechanical sensors (MEMS) 10 of the gun 11 - fixed as close as possible and coaxially to the center of rotation of the trunnions of its attachment to the hull and the MEMS of the hull 12 - fixed to the hull of the tank as close as possible and coaxially to the array 11, according to their axial directions. Each array 11 and 12 consists of five MEMS 10, placed on a single plane of the board in a planetary order, to ensure mutual correction of their signals by comparators DA МЭМС and the formation of the output control signal in the adder of the correction system Σ СК, where the signal from the gun array 11 is compared with the signal from the hull array 12 and the generated correction signal for the linear axial movements is sent to the standard adder of the tank armament stabilizer, whereby the stabilized direction of the armament is corrected, thereby achieving the result of Fig. 3 (pos. b) - in which the gun is held by the stabilizer not only in the direction of the target, but also remains directed at the aiming point, which significantly increases the firepower of the tank in terms of the accuracy of firing from stabilized armament on the move.
