Abstract

FIELD: military technology.SUBSTANCE: method for increasing the combat readiness of a tank's weapons system. To regulate the air pressure, the value of the air pressure and temperature in the recuperator at any time, except for the recoil of the moving parts of the gun, are read; the pressure value in the recuperator is calculated based on the measured temperature and pressure in the air cavity of the recuperator in its initial state. An electrical signal from the pressure and temperature sensor, proportional to the pressure value, is sent to the control unit, where it is compared with the electrical signal value reduced to the normal pressure in the rebound valve. When the pressure is below the required value, a command is generated to open the solenoid valve and admit air into the air cavity of the recuperator to achieve the nominal pressure. When the required pressure is reached, the signal from the solenoid valve is removed. At higher pressure, a command is given to open the relief valve.EFFECT: automatic circuit for maintaining the working pressure in the reel is achieved.1 cl, 2 dwg

Description

[0001] The invention relates to the field of military technology, in particular to a method for increasing the combat readiness of a tank's weapons system.

[0002] One of the important tasks when preparing a tank's armament system for firing is checking the recoil devices of the tank gun, in particular checking the air pressure in the recoil mechanism, since a drop in air pressure in the recoil mechanism reduces the firing efficiency several times or even leads to the failure of the gun (weak recoil of the moving parts of the gun, spontaneous recoil at elevation angles, etc.).

[0003] A known method for monitoring the air pressure in the recuperator of a tank gun consists of giving the gun an angle of depression, screwing in a special device with a pressure gauge, opening the shut-off valve and reading the pressure value on the pressure gauge scale (125-mm Tank Guns 2A46 and 2A46-1. Technical Description and Operating Instructions. Parts 1 and 2. - M .: Voenizdat, 1979. Open edition).

[0004] The disadvantage of the known method is the absence in the individual tank kit of a special device with a pressure gauge, necessary for carrying out such control, and the long time spent on performing this operation, which generally makes it impossible to constantly and quickly control the air pressure in the recuperator of a tank gun.

[0005] The closest analogue, taken as a prototype, is a method for controlling the air pressure in the recuperator of a tank gun (see patent for invention No. 2227259. IPC F41A 25 / 00 published on 04 / 20 / 2004 based on application No. 2003107880 / 02 dated 03 / 25 / 2003. Patent holder: Combined Arms Academy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.)

[0006] The proposed prototype method for monitoring the air pressure in the recuperator of a tank gun consists of the fact that the air pressure in the recuperator is read, after the gun is given an angle of descent, from a pressure indicator that is permanently installed and rigidly secured to the recuperator, while a signal about the pressure value is fed to the indicator from a pressure sensor installed in the cavity of the recuperator filled with air, and power is supplied to the sensor through contacts that are closed when the moving parts of the gun are in the initial position and open when the moving parts roll back, which protects the sensor and pressure indicator from failure during a pressure surge.

[0007] Fig. 1 schematically shows a control and measuring device built into the recuperator, where 1 - fixed parts of the gun; 2 - moving parts of the gun; 3 - pressure indicator; 4 - pressure sensor; 5 - fixed contact; 6 - moving contact.

[0008] The method consists of reading the pressure value from indicator 3 after the gun is depressurized. The pressure signal is sent from sensor 4, located in the air-filled recuperator cavity. Power is supplied to sensor 4 via contacts 5 and 6, which are closed when the movable 2 and fixed 1 parts of the gun are in the initial position. If the pressure surges during the recoil of the movable 2 parts of the gun, sensor 4 and pressure indicator 3 are disconnected by opening contacts 5 and 6. The pressure indicator is rigidly attached to the recuperator body, allowing readings to be taken from it during pressure monitoring and when refilling the recuperator with air, if necessary.

[0009] The proposed method allows for quick and tool-free control of the air pressure in the recuperator of a tank gun, which makes it possible to significantly reduce the time required to prepare the gun for firing and, in general, increase the combat readiness of the tank's armament system.

[0010] The disadvantage of the known method is the inability to bring the air pressure in the cylinder to normal, taking into account the air temperature and automatically filling the air cavity of the recuperator with air to achieve the nominal pressure when necessary.

[0011] The proposed method for regulating the air pressure in the reel is implemented using a device, the block diagram of which is shown in Fig. 2.

[0012] The technical result is achieved by monitoring the pressure in the air cavity of the cylinder, taking into account the air temperature in the recuperator of the tank gun, if necessary, bringing the air pressure in the cylinder to normal, as well as the ability to perform this operation without the use of special tools and accessories.

[0013] The solution is achieved by reading the air pressure and temperature in the recuperator at any time, except during recoil of the gun's moving parts. The recuperator pressure is calculated from the measured temperature and pressure in the air cavity of the recuperator in its initial state. An electrical signal from the pressure and temperature sensor, proportional to the pressure, is sent to the control unit, where it is compared with the electrical signal normalized to the normal pressure in the recuperator. If a positive pressure signal is detected in the object's air system, the air pressure control unit enables control of the solenoid valves. When the pressure falls below the required value, a command is generated to open the solenoid valve and admit air into the recuperator's air cavity to achieve the nominal pressure. When the required pressure is reached, the signal from the solenoid valve is removed. At higher pressure, a command is given to open the relief valve. Fig. 2 schematically depicts the block diagram of the proposed air pressure regulation device in the recuperator: 1, 2 - two air pressure sensors, 3 - temperature sensor, 5, 6 - electromagnetic pressure control valves, 4 - air pressure control unit.

[0014] The method consists of the following: during the gun loading process, air pressure control unit 4 simultaneously generates a signal to measure temperature 3 and pressure 1 in the recuperator's air cavity. If a positive signal is received regarding pressure 2 in the object's air system, air pressure control unit 4 enables control of solenoid valves 5.

[0015] Based on the measured temperature and pressure in the air cavity of the recuperator in its initial state, the nominal pressure in the recuperator is calculated. If the pressure falls below the required value, a command is generated to open solenoid valve 6 and admit air into the recuperator's air cavity. When the required pressure is reached, the signal from solenoid valve 6 is removed. If the pressure is higher, a command is sent to open relief valve 5.

[0016] The claimed method of regulating the air pressure in the recuperator differs from the existing one by the possibility of bringing the air pressure in the cylinder to normal, taking into account the air temperature directly during the process of preparing the shot.

[0017] The proposed method allows for quick and tool-free monitoring of the air pressure in the recuperator of a tank gun, taking into account the air temperature in the recuperator of a tank gun, and, if necessary, bringing the air pressure in the cylinder to normal, which makes it possible to significantly reduce the time required to prepare the gun for firing and, in general, increase the combat readiness of the tank's armament system.
