Abstract

FIELD: instrument making.SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the production, in a single technological cycle, of strain gauge force sensors with parallelogram-type elastic elements for different loads. The method for manufacturing strain gauge force sensors includes the production of elastic element blanks in a flat strip, their heat treatment, and gluing on a matrix of foil strain gauge bridges. Inside the tape, symmetrically to its transverse axis O-O, two rows of identical, sequentially and coaxially located holes are formed, forming stepped channels with diameter d1, d2 and d3 successively decreasing from the ends of the tape to its longitudinal axis of symmetry O'-O' and having the same length b. The axes of the rows of holes are located in the median plane of the tape αsymmetrical to the O'-O' axis, parallel to the lines of intersection of the median plane αwith side edges of the tape O''-O''. Then the rows of holes are connected by a through groove of thickness h, located symmetrically to the mentioned middle plane α, then along the markings with a step of t=b perpendicular to the median plane αholes are made for installing power input units and pairs of holes for mounting sensors on supports. After which the tape with the elastic element blanks is subjected to hardening to a hardness of 38...42 HRc. Then, the power input units are secured in the holes, then the matrix of foil strain gauge bridges is glued to one side of the tape, and the output conductors are connected to the nodal points of the bridges. After which, with a step t, the tape is divided into sensors for different nominal loads.EFFECT: possibility of manufacturing a batch of rigid force sensors in a single technological cycle: up to 20 strain gauge force sensors, 4 strain gauge force sensors for each of 5 nominal loads from 0.5 to 200 kt; simplification of the technology due to the use of a group manufacturing method and an increase in productivity due to a reduction in the manufacturing cycle time of strain gauge force sensors.2 cl, 2 dwg

Description

[0001] The invention relates to instrument making and can be used for the single-cycle production of foil strain gauge force sensors (FGS) with parallelogram-type elastic elements (EE) for various nominal loads. There is a method for producing FGS according to A.S. No. 1118876 A, BI No. 38, 1984, wherein the EE for one load are assembled into a block, mechanically processed, and a foil strain gauge bridge matrix (FSBM) is glued to the working surface of the block, after which the block is divided into individual sensors [1]. The method is labor-intensive, since it requires the precise production of 4 holes in the EE, along which the EE are assembled into a block, and additional fine grinding of 2 working surfaces of the block for gluing the matrix. The method also does not allow for the simultaneous production of FGS for different nominal loads.

[0002] The closest to the invention is the method for manufacturing TDS according to the patent No. 1258169 A, 1984 [2]. Here, in a strip of alloy steel with one pitch, rows of identical holes are made and connected with through grooves, the strip is heat-treated, it is divided into separate UE and UE of the same width are connected into separate blocks, onto the working surfaces of which MPTR bridges are also glued.

[0003] This method also does not implement the idea of simultaneously producing TDS for different nominal forces.

[0004] The technical result of using the invention consists in the possibility of simultaneously manufacturing up to 5 types of rigid TDS, 4 copies of each, for nominal loads from 0.5 to 200 kg; simplifying the manufacturing technology and increasing productivity.

[0005] The stated objectives are achieved by the fact that inside the tape, symmetrically to its transverse axis OO, two rows of identical, sequentially and concentrically located holes of different diameters and the same length are formed, the axes of the rows of holes are located in the median plane of the tape α symmetrically to the axis O'-O', parallel to the lines of intersection of the plane α with the side faces of the tape O''-O'', then the rows of holes are connected by a through groove of thickness α, located symmetrically to the plane α, then, according to the markings with a step t=b, holes are made perpendicular to the plane α for installing force-input units and pairs of holes for fastening sensors on supports; after which the tape with the UE blanks is subjected to hardening to a hardness of 38...42 HRc, then the force-input units are fixed in the holes, then a matrix of foil strain gauge bridges (MFTG) is glued to one side of the tape, the output conductors are connected to the nodal points of the bridges, after which the tape is divided into sensors with a step t for different nominal loads;and the fact that two rows of concentrically located holes of different diameters are formed, starting with two through holes of a smaller diameter and then from the two ends of the tape the remaining holes are sequentially made, moving from larger diameters to smaller ones.;

[0006] Fig. 1 shows a flat tape (4 UE blanks for three nominal loads) with glued MPTR - front and top view; Fig. 2 - TDS manufactured according to the proposed method, fixed on the object, and loaded with the nominal load Рн. The following designations are used in the figures: 1 - flat tape, for example, made of 35KhGSA steel; 1' - parallelogram-type UE; 2 - force-introducing unit; 3 - insulating and connecting calibrated layer, for example, made of BF-2 glue; 4 - monolithic TP bridge; 4 - matrix of bridges made of 5 μm thick foil, fixed on an adhesive film 20 μm thick; 5 - electrical terminals from the nodal points of the bridge; 6 - bolts (screws) for fixing the TDS on the object; 7-through groove with thickness h=1…3 mm (hereinafter all dimensions are in mm); 8-two rows of concentrically located holes (from 3 to 5 in each row from the ends of the tape to the O-O axis); hole diameters: d1, d2, d3, d4, d5 (Fig. 1 shows 3 pairs of holes on each side of the tape) from 20 to. 5, and their lengths - from 30 to 10; 9-tape cutting lines.for discrete sensors; LxvxH=(80…120) x (10…30) x (10…30) - length x width x height of the UE; l=20…40 - calculated length of the parallelogram beams; h1, h2, h3 - minimum thickness of the UE beams: from 0.3 to 3.0; Рн from 0.5 to 200 kg (nominal loads of the TDS are formed according to the series 1:2:5).

[0007] The method is as follows: a flat strip of the required dimensions is made from 35KhGSA alloy; then two parallel rows of coaxial cylindrical holes are formed in the strip: 6...10 pieces in each row, of the same length and different diameters (in Fig. 1-6 the holes in each row are: 2 -a with diameters d1, d2, d3); the holes are connected with a through groove of thickness h; then holes are formed for the force-input units and fasteners; after which the strip is hardened to a hardness of 38...42 HRC; the matrix with TP bridges is glued, the leads are soldered to the bridge units; the force-input units are fixed on the strip and the strip is cut into discrete sensors with a step B.

[0008] Technical advantages of using the proposed method:

[0009] - the possibility of group production of rigid force sensors for various loads from 0.5 to 200 kg in one technological cycle;

[0010] - reduction of the cycle time for manufacturing a batch of TDS for different loads.
