Description

[0001] The invention relates to the field of mining, in particular to the design of mixing and charging machines used for the mechanized preparation of emulsion explosives and charging wells during underground mining operations in conditions of limited cross-section of workings.

[0002] A charging machine is known (patent RU 2304756 C1, 20.08.2007). The machine is characterized in that the hopper of the charging machine is made in the form of a removable container installed inside the car body and secured to its floor with four screw connectors, divided by longitudinal and transverse inclined partitions at an angle of 45 ° into 4 or 6 sections for loading explosives and an auxiliary compartment isolated from the explosives for installing a tank with process liquid, on the side walls of the sections at the junction of the partitions there are unloading hatches with slide gates, operated from the pneumatic system of the car, to which suspended volumetric dispensers with slide gates are attached, the container in the upper part is equipped with loading hatches with closing lids and fittings for attaching slings of lifting mechanisms.When using a charging machine for the production of igdanite-type explosives, the machine is additionally equipped with a liquid component supply system consisting of a tank, two dispensers, a liquid component sprayer, connected by a pipeline system that ensures the supply of the liquid component to the hanging dispenser of the container section.

[0003] The disadvantage of this device is its large dimensions, which do not allow it to be used in the limited space of underground mines.

[0004] A block of tanks for a mixing and charging machine is known (RU patent for utility model RU 49975 U1, 10.12.2005). The block of tanks for a mixing and charging machine includes tanks for a gas-generating additive, for process water, for petroleum products, a hopper for ammonium nitrate, an emulsion tank containing a body, in the upper part of which a loading hatch with a locking lid is made and a safety valve is located, and an unloading auger is installed inside the tank in its lower part, according to the invention, the locking lid of the loading hatch of the emulsion tank is made in the form of a ring installed with the possibility of pressing along the peripheral surface of the hatch, and a membrane fixed on the ring with the overlap of its central axial opening, wherein the membrane is made with the possibility of its destruction under the action of the maximum permissible excess pressure of the emulsion vapor inside the emulsion tank.

[0005] The disadvantage of this device is its large dimensions and the inability to pump emulsion explosive with the properties required for retention in the well.

[0006] A device for preparing and loading boreholes with a mixed emulsion explosive is known (patent RU 2312301 C1, 10.12.2007, bulletin No. 34). The device for preparing and loading boreholes with a mixed emulsion explosive includes a hopper with an ammonium nitrate screw feeder, an emulsion tank, tanks for a gas-generating additive, water and an oil product, as well as metering pumps for feeding the emulsion, gas-generating additive, water and an oil product. The device is equipped with a paddle mixer, the shaft of which is coaxially rigidly connected at its inlet section to the outlet section of the ammonium nitrate screw feeder shaft. The outlet section of the paddle mixer is in communication with the inlet section of the component mixer, and an oil product feed nozzle is located at the inlet section of the paddle mixer.In addition, the device has a second channel for feeding a mixture of emulsion with a gas-generating additive, the outlet of which is located at the outlet of the device, and the inputs of both channels are connected to the outlet of the emulsion mixer with a gas-generating additive through a distribution device.

[0007] The disadvantage of the known device is its large dimensions, due to the design features of the device, as well as the impossibility of loading ascending boreholes and wells.

[0008] A universal mixing and charging machine is known (patent RU 121174 U1, 20.10.2012), which includes a set of equipment mounted on a motor transport base and containing two bins, one of which is intended for ammonium nitrate and is made with upper loading hatches, and the second - universal - for the emulsion matrix and ammonium nitrate, made at the bottom with a rotary valve for releasing the emulsion matrix and a locking device for releasing ammonium nitrate, and at the top - with loading hatches, three series-connected augers - a horizontal bottom auger, an inclined auger and a mixing and charging auger, the horizontal bottom auger is connected to the outlet of the bin for ammonium nitrate and the locking device of the universal bin, the mixing and charging auger is connected by its outlet to the receiving bin, and the inlet is connected to the rotary valve of the universal hopper and the tank with the gas-generating additive, the inclined auger is connected to the tank with diesel fuel,The rotary valve of the universal hopper, the tank with the gas-generating additive, and the tank with diesel fuel are connected to the augers via the corresponding pumps, and the outlet of the receiving hopper is connected via the outlet pump to the charging hose of the hose reel. The inlet of the mixing and charging auger is connected to the rotary valve of the universal hopper and the tank with the gas-generating additive via a static mixer.

[0009] The disadvantage of this device is its low efficiency when charging ascending wells, due to its design features, as well as the increased labor intensity of the work.

[0010] Underground charging unit for charging boreholes with an emulsion explosive (patent RU 141174 U1, 05 / 27 / 2014), manufactured in the process of loading during underground mining operations, including a charger with a drum for a charging hose and a dispenser with a mixer, metering pumps and an automatic dosing system, according to the invention, the charger and the dispenser are made on different disconnected frames and are functionally connected to each other by means of two hoses - a hose for feeding the emulsion and a hose for feeding a gas-generating additive (GGA), while a pneumatic system, an emulsion pump with pressure and suction pipelines, an automatic dosing system for components, a water supply system and a GGA supply system with a supply tank are mounted on the dispenser frame, and the charger is placed on a wheeled frame and contains a hose drum with a pneumatic drive and a charging hose, an emulsion mixer and GGD, as well as the pneumatic system of the charger and the system of annular water injection into the charging hose.

[0011] The disadvantage of this invention is the complexity of the design and the possibility of deviation in the quality of the resulting emulsion explosive, caused by a violation of the mixing proportions of the non-explosive components.

[0012] A mixing and charging machine for underground mining operations is known, adopted as a prototype (patent RU 168286 U1, 26.01.2017), comprising a charger with a charging hose, pumps operatively connected by hoses for feeding an emulsion, water and a gas-generating additive, a suction pipeline, a component dosing system, tanks for water and a gas-generating additive, the charger is placed on a wheel frame and contains a mixer for the emulsion and the gas-generating additive, as well as a pneumatic system for the charger and a system for annular injection into the charging hose, according to the invention, the charger is made removable with the possibility of rigidly attaching to the wheel frame using a platform and is provided with protection for the cabin of the wheel frame and reinforcing elements, the container for the emulsion is made of a eurocube, and for dosing, pumping and mixing the components, a piston pump is used, installed in a protective cabinet, controlled using a control cabinet, wherein using the annular injection system, a gas-generating additive is introduced into the charging hose, and the emulsion mixer is installed at the end of the charging hose.

[0013] The disadvantage of this device is its limited scope of application, large dimensions and the impossibility of using it in workings of limited cross-section, as well as the short length of transportation of emulsion explosive through the hose.

[0014] The technical result of the invention is to expand the scope of application by reducing the dimensions of the mixing and charging machine with the possibility of using it in workings of limited cross-section, as well as to increase the length of transportation of the emulsion explosive through the hose by using an auxiliary cylinder in the piston pump circuit, which makes it possible to increase the pressure for forcing the components - the emulsion matrix and the gas-generating additive - into the charging hose.

[0015] The technical result is achieved in that in a rail-mounted mixing and charging machine for underground mining operations, including tanks for water and a gas-generating additive placed on a wheeled frame, a container for an emulsion matrix made in the form of a eurocube, a pump for feeding the emulsion matrix, a control cabinet, a piston pump controlled by the control cabinet for feeding the emulsion matrix, water and a gas-generating additive into a charging hose, a suction pipeline, an emulsion matrix mixer installed at the end of the charging hose, a system for annular injection of a gas-generating additive into the charging hose, according to the invention, the mixing and charging machine contains a main wheeled frame on which a supply tank for storing the emulsion matrix is mounted, equipped with a protective frame, a water tank and a tank for the gas-generating additive, as well as a piston pump of components, including a cylinder for the emulsion matrix,a main cylinder for feeding a gas-generating additive and an auxiliary cylinder for feeding a gas-generating additive, wherein the auxiliary cylinder for feeding a gas-generating additive is pivotally connected to the drive of the piston pump of the components through the frame of the hinged drive of the piston pump of the components; in addition, the mixing and charging machine contains an auxiliary wheeled frame on which an oil station, a power source and a switch are mounted, a drum for storing and feeding a charging hose, made with the possibility of installing internal thickeners in it, distributed along the length of the hose in the immediate vicinity of the loading point; in addition, the mixing and charging machine contains an additional wheeled frame, with tanks in the form of a eurocube for storing an emulsion matrix installed on it, and a membrane pump with an electric drive for hydraulically connecting said tanks via a pipeline with a supply tank for storing the emulsion matrix on the main wheeled frame.

[0016] The technical result is also achieved by the fact that the internal thickeners are made in the form of inserts with hydraulic resistance.

[0017] The technical result is also achieved by the fact that the internal thickeners are made in the form of inserts with hydraulic resistance in the form of Laval nozzles.

[0018] The technical result is also achieved by the fact that the internal thickeners are made in the form of inserts with static mixers.

[0019] The technical result is also achieved by the fact that the auxiliary cylinder of the gas-generating additive is installed on the axis of movement of the main cylinder for supplying the gas-generating additive.

[0020] The technical result is also achieved by the fact that the auxiliary cylinder of the gas-generating additive is installed in a mirror image relative to the main cylinder for supplying the gas-generating additive.

[0048] The use of emulsion explosives dramatically improves the safety of explosive transportation and loading, as non-explosive components are transported and loaded, and the final "explosive product" is formed only in charged boreholes after a chemical reaction between the emulsion matrix and the gas-generating additive. Technologies for using emulsion explosives in underground environments are currently undergoing intensive development. The main drawback of existing solutions is the large size of the equipment used to transport explosives and their components, which is unacceptable in confined spaces, such as underground. Furthermore, when using this equipment, it is often necessary to pump emulsion explosives through a hose over significant lengths, up to 500 meters, requiring new solutions to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of the SPM.

[0049] The rail-mounted mixing and charging machine for underground mining is designed for temporary storage and delivery of non-explosive components with subsequent preparation of emulsion explosives at the site of use with the possibility of manual loading of ascending boreholes and boreholes through a charging hose.

[0050] The claimed rail-mounted mixing and charging machine for underground mining comprises a main wheeled frame 1 on a rail track, on which a supply tank 8 for the emulsion matrix is mounted and rigidly secured, equipped with a protective frame 9 consisting of several sections. Also mounted on the main wheeled frame 1 are a control cabinet 4, a water tank 6 with a capacity of, for example, 70 liters, and a tank 7 for a gas-generating additive, for example, with a capacity of 70 liters. The piston pump of components, controlled by the control cabinet 4, includes a cylinder 25 for the emulsion matrix, a main cylinder 10 for supplying a gas-generating additive and an auxiliary cylinder 22 for supplying a gas-generating additive, wherein the auxiliary cylinder 22 is pivotally connected to the drive 24 of the piston pump of components through the frame of the hinged drive 23 of the piston pump of components.Thus, the piston pump of the components is hydraulically connected via suction line 5 to the supply tank 8 for storing the emulsion matrix, the water tank 6, and the gas-generating additive tank 7. Suction line 5 of the emulsion matrix connects the supply tank 8 for the emulsion matrix to the cylinder 25 for the emulsion matrix. Valve 13, for example, in the form of a three-way valve, is used to switch the supply of the gas-generating additive to cylinders 22 and 10 from tank 7 to the supply of water from tank 6 when flushing the charging hose 14. The volume of tanks 7 and 8 is determined based on the required mixing proportions of the components to obtain an explosive substance after undergoing a chemical reaction with the formation of nitrogen bubbles.

[0051] In addition, the mixing and charging machine contains an auxiliary wheel frame 2, on which an oil station 15, a power source 18 and a mine switch 19 are mounted, optionally connected to an external power source to ensure the safety of work, a drum 12 for storing and feeding a charging hose 14, made with the possibility of installing internal thickeners 20 in it, distributed along the length of the hose in the immediate vicinity of the loading site and an emulsion mixer 17 at the end of the charging hose 14.

[0052] In addition, the mixing and charging machine contains an additional wheel frame 11, with two tanks 3 installed on it for storing the emulsion matrix, with a slope towards the drain to ensure more complete emptying, and a diaphragm pump 21 with an electric drive for hydraulic connection of the said tanks 3 through a pipeline 16 with a supply tank 8 for storing the emulsion matrix on the main wheel frame 1. Tanks 3 for storing the emulsion matrix can be made in the form of a Eurocube with a capacity of 1000 l. This solution makes it possible to pump additional volumes of the emulsion matrix during the operation of the SPM in order to prevent the stoppage of work on charging wells.

[0053] Wheel frames 1, 2, 11 can be based on Russian-made trolley frames, reducing depreciation costs. Wheel frames 1, 2, 11 can be two-axle or multi-axle multifunctional wheelsets, allowing for the installation of various types of process equipment. Wheel frames 1, 2, 11 can have a universal frame design. A crane-manipulator (not shown) can also be mounted on wheel frame 11, allowing for the replacement of emulsion matrix storage tanks 3 as they become empty.

[0054] Internal thickeners 20, implemented as inserts with hydraulic resistance, either as inserts with hydraulic resistance in the form of Laval nozzles, or as inserts with static mixers, installed within the loading hose 14 in the immediate vicinity of the emulsion explosive loading point, contribute to an increase in the viscosity of the emulsion matrix only at the end of the loading hose 14, which facilitates the operation of the piston pump components and helps increase the emulsion matrix transport distance. Furthermore, the use of thickeners 20 increases the viscosity of the emulsion explosive, ensuring its retention in uphole wells.The presence of an auxiliary cylinder 22 of the piston pump of components for additional supply of the gas-generating additive also contributes to an increase in the length of transportation of the emulsion matrix by increasing the pressure for forcing the components - the emulsion matrix and the gas-generating additive - into the charging hose 14.

[0055] The auxiliary cylinder 22 can be installed in several variants: Fig. 5 and 6 show a variant of the piston pump of components with the auxiliary cylinder 22 of the gas-generating additive, installed on the axis of movement of the main cylinder 10 for supplying the gas-generating additive, Fig. 7 and 8 show a variant of the piston pump of components with the auxiliary cylinder of the gas-generating additive 22, installed mirror image relative to the main cylinder 10 for supplying the gas-generating additive, Fig. 9 shows a variant of the piston pump of components with the auxiliary cylinder 22 of the gas-generating additive, installed parallel to the main cylinder 10 for supplying the gas-generating additive. The variants of the arrangement of the auxiliary cylinder 22 relative to the movable elements of the piston pump of components are selected based on the possibilities of their compact placement within the wheel frame 1, as well as operating experience from the point of view of reliability.Auxiliary cylinder 22 for supplying gas-generating additive serves to synchronize operation with the component piston pump. Use of auxiliary cylinder 22 for supplying gas-generating additive increases the amount of gas-generating additive supplied, providing a "water jacket" effect within charging hose 14. Auxiliary cylinder 22 is pivotally connected to component piston pump drive 24 via frame 23 of the component piston pump pivot drive.

[0056] The proposed rail-mounted mixing and charging machine operates as follows. The device can utilize high-pressure air supplied underground to operate the oil station 15, which in turn drives the piston pump for the components. An electric drive (not shown) can be used as an option.

[0057] Before starting the device, it is necessary to check the following indicators and systems:

[0058] - emulsion matrix level in supply tank 8;

[0059] - water level in tank 6;

[0060] - level of gas-generating additive in tank 7;

[0061] - all containers and tanks must be covered with lids to prevent components from leaking during transportation;

[0062] - There should be no leaks on the piston pump components;

[0063] - there should be no visible leaks in all areas of the hydraulic system;

[0064] - valves 13 and pipelines 5 and 16 must be closed;

[0065] - All emergency shutdown systems must be in good working order. All three wheeled frames 1, 2, and 11, which form the SZM train, are connected by couplings and, when hydraulically and electrically connected to each other, form the SZM using a drive, such as an electric locomotive (not shown), and are moved to the blasting operations site along rails. By means of a membrane pump 21, the supply tank 8 is filled. Then, at least two internal thickeners 20, made in the form of inserts with hydraulic resistance, are installed inside the loading hose 14 in the immediate vicinity of the place of loading with emulsion explosive, and an emulsion mixer 17 is installed at the end of the hose 14. The SPM is connected to a pneumatic energy source, for example, a compressor mounted on a wheel frame 2 or to an external energy source, for example, a mine pneumatic network.The required composition formula and the parameters for feeding the emulsion matrix and gas-generating additive are set in control cabinet 4 by the component piston pump, which is a positive displacement component pump and produces a pulsed flow. Charging hose 14 is unwound from reel 12, after first installing at least two thickeners 20 inside the hose, for example, 5 m before the end, and then emulsion mixer 17 is screwed onto its end, for example, in the form of a static mixer. The component piston pump is driven by oil unit 15, through drive 24. The emulsion matrix, located in supply tank 8, enters cylinder 25 for emulsion matrix of the component piston pump through suction line 5. The component piston pump feeds the emulsion matrix, for example, based on ammonium nitrate, and the gas-generating additive into charging hose 14.In this case, the gas-generating additive is injected into the charging hose 14 through a ring injector (not shown). An auxiliary cylinder 22 of the gas-generating additive, pivotally connected to the frame 23 of the articulated drive of the piston component pump, supplies a synchronized supply of additional gas-generating additive to ensure a greater range of pumping of the emulsion matrix along the charging hose 14. The supply of gas-generating additive is controlled by a valve 13, for example, a three-way valve from the piston component pump. The gas-generating additive is introduced into the emulsion flow coaxially with the flow of the emulsion matrix, due to which the gas-generating additive forms a film over the entire inner surface of the feed line and the charging hose 14, i.e., it acts as a lubricant to facilitate the pumping of the emulsion explosive. Without a gas-generating additive in the charging hose 14, the pumping will slow down and eventually stop.Loading hose 14 is fed to the face manually by unwinding it from reel 12. A filter and pressure gauge can be integrated into the feed end of the component piston pump. The filter prevents contaminants, such as stones and emulsion matrix crystals, from entering the component piston pump. A static mixer 17 is installed at the end of the loading hose, which additionally mixes the gas-generating additive and emulsion matrix to ensure proper mixing and thereby sensitize the product. The speed of the component piston pump is regulated, set, and tested using control cabinet 4, which is connected to the component piston pump. The piston pump's operating data is displayed on the display panel in control cabinet 4, taking into account the weight of the product being loaded.After loading the required amount of emulsion explosive into the borehole, loading hose 14 is removed and inserted into the next borehole. The required quantity of product is set on the control cabinet, and further loading proceeds. After completion of the work, loading hose 14, component piston pump, main 10 auxiliary cylinder 22, and static mixer 17 are flushed using the water reserve in tank 6, mounted on wheel frame 1, by switching valves 13 to the flushing position. After loading, wheel frames SZM 1, 2, and 11 are moved to a safe area or to another mining face.

[0066] The use of the proposed rail-mounted mixing and charging machine for underground mining operations provides the following advantages:

[0067] - expansion of the scope of application due to the reduction of dimensions through the constructive implementation of all elements of the mixing and charging machine;

[0068] - minimization of the overall dimensions of the device due to the compact design layout - all devices are grouped by functionality in order to minimize the area.

[0069] - increasing the length of transportation of emulsion explosives through a hose due to the dispersed installation of thickeners inside the hose and the use of an additional auxiliary cylinder in the piston pump of the components;

[0070] - simplification of design due to the use of standard energy sources;

[0071] - reducing the cost of purchasing a wheel frame - bogies on rails are used.
