Description

[0001] The invention relates to skin care compositions intended for topical application to the skin, namely for skin whitening.

[0002] Arbutin is currently used in skin lightening cosmetics because, unlike synthetic ingredients with similar effects, it is non-toxic and does not cause side effects. In addition to whitening, arbutin has antibacterial and antioxidant properties.

[0003] Whitening compositions containing arbutin are known.

[0004] A method for preparing an enzyme whitening lotion for skin is known (patent CN106852905A, IPC A61K8 / 44; A61K8 / 49; A61K8 / 60; A61K8 / 63; A61K8 / 66; A61K8 / 67; A61K8 / 73; A61K8 / 9728; A61K8 / 9789; A61K8 / 9794; A61K8 / 98; A61K8 / 99; A61Q19 / 00; A61Q19 / 02; A61Q19 / 08, published on 16.06.2017), the composition of which includes the following components: arbutin, glabridin, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, maltase, apple extract, Pediococcus acidilactici, cactus extract, tranexamic acid, aloe extraction solution, yeast extraction solution, rhodiola rosea extraction solution, honeysuckle flora extraction solution, horse chestnut extraction solution, rhubarb root extraction solution, propolis extraction solution, grape seed extraction solution, atractylodis macrocephalea rhizome extraction solution, gynostemma pentaphyllum extraction solution, kochia fruit extraction solution, clove extraction solution, hydrolyzed pearl solution, sodium phosphate vitamin C, raspberry ketone glucoside, vitamin A, vitamin D3, nicotinamide, emulsifying wax, menadione sodium bisulfite, fragrances and ionized water.

[0005] The closest analogue (prototype) of the claimed invention based on the set of essential features is the essence for whitening and removing freckles and the method for its preparation (patent CN111297788A, IPC A61K8 / 44; A61K8 / 49; A61K8 / 60; A61K8 / 63; A61K8 / 66; A61K8 / 67; A61K8 / 73; A61K8 / 9728; A61K8 / 9789; A61K8 / 9794; A61K8 / 98; A61K8 / 99; A61Q19 / 00; A61Q19 / 02, published on 19.06.2020).The essence contains the following raw materials: Component A1: Deionized water, Raspberry Ketone Glucoside, Glycerin, Resveratrol, Chuanxiong Rhizome Extract, Angelica Extract, Licorice Root Extract, Peony Root Extract and Emollient; Component A2: Nicotinamide and Humectant; Component B: Tranexamic Acid, Arbutin, Propylene Glycol, Licorice Root Extract, Ellagic Acid, Magnolia Bark Extract, Angelica Root Extract and Emulsifier; Component C: Preservative; Component D1: Bisabolol and Folic Acid; Component D2: Pearl Extract, Emulsifier and Thickener; Component D3: Ethylhexylglycerin and Thickener; and component D4: deionized water, ginseng root extract, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, hydroxyethylcellulose, tocopherol, octylglycol, hydrogenated lecithin and sodium hyaluronate.

[0006] The disadvantage of the compositions described above is the high content of various biologically active substances (vitamins, extracts), which can have a negative effect on the skin of the face and body, as a result of which the effect of using the product may be reduced, and may also cause an allergic reaction.

[0007] Vitamin C is poorly absorbed when combined with other vitamins, particularly vitamin PP, vitamin A, and vitamin D3. Even stable forms of vitamin C (vitamin C ethyl ester) should not be combined with other vitamins, as this increases the risk of skin irritation.

[0008] The purpose of the present invention (technical result) is to create a cosmetic product with an improved stable whitening effect, the use of which minimizes the occurrence of negative side effects.

[0009] The stated goal is achieved by the fact that the composition of the cosmetic product includes the following components: α-Arbutin, vitamin PP, raspberry seed oil in a certain percentage ratio.

[0010] Accordingly, the technical result of the claimed technical solution is as follows.

[0011] The proposed technical solution allows maintaining a stable whitening effect without the occurrence of negative side effects.

[0012] The technical result is achieved in that the cosmetic product for skin care with a whitening effect includes cetyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol, myristic acid, isopropyl myristate, stearic acid, glyceryl monostearate, pentylene glycol, agidol (ionol), caprylic / capric acid triglyceride, squalane, raspberry seed oil, grape seed oil, emulgin, triethanolamine, allantoin, D-panthenol (vitamin B5), α-Arbutin, vitamin PP, trilon B (EDTA), citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, preservative, lavender essential oil, lavender hydrolate.

[0013] To obtain the technical result, the invention can be implemented in the following preferred manner, which does not exclude other methods of implementation within the framework of the stated invention formula.

[0014] Below is a brief description of the raw materials included in the cosmetic product, their properties and role in the composition of the product.

[0015] Hydrosol (lavender water) is a product of steam distillation (evaporation) of lavender flowers and leaves, which acts as the aqueous phase. It has antiseptic, antibacterial, and soothing properties.

[0016] Grape seed oil improves the penetration of other beneficial components into the skin. It promotes skin cell regeneration and has antioxidant and moisturizing properties.

[0017] Caprylic / capric acid triglyceride acts as a conduit for fat-soluble active ingredients to penetrate the skin. It has softening, moisturizing, and nourishing properties.

[0018] α-Arbutin acts as a whitening agent. It has sunscreen properties, helps even out skin tone, and eliminates pigmentation of any type.

[0019] Stearic acid acts as an emulsifier and thickener. It has moisturizing and protective properties: it strengthens the lipid barrier, prevents moisture loss, and protects the skin from harmful environmental influences.

[0020] Glyceryl monostearate acts as an emulsifier, thickener, and stabilizer. It has antioxidant and emollient properties.

[0021] Squalane acts as a moisture retainer in the upper layers of the epidermis. It has soothing, softening, and restorative properties.

[0022] Pentylene glycol acts as an emulsifying agent. It retains moisture in the skin, maintaining its natural hydration level, improves the penetration of active ingredients through the stratum corneum, and has antimicrobial properties.

[0023] Triethanolamine acts as an emulsifier and pH regulator. It has stabilizing properties, improving the product's texture.

[0024] Myristic acid acts as a blending aid for water- and oil-based ingredients. It has emulsifying, cleansing, and softening properties.

[0025] Cetyl alcohol acts as a thickening agent. It has stabilizing properties, protects the skin barrier from drying out, and prevents moisture loss.

[0026] Cetostearyl alcohol acts as a thickening agent and has softening and stabilizing properties.

[0027] Isopropyl myristate acts as an emollient—a substance that softens the skin, leaving it smooth and supple. It has emollient properties that help retain moisture and enhance the penetration of active ingredients.

[0028] The role of emulgin is to stabilize the emulsion and transform immiscible substances into a homogeneous mixture. It has moisturizing properties, and thanks to emulgin, the product is easier to apply to the skin, spreads evenly, and is absorbed faster, without leaving a greasy residue.

[0029] D-Panthenol (vitamin B5) attracts and retains moisture in the skin. It has restorative and soothing properties.

[0030] Raspberry seed oil acts as a powerful antioxidant. It has sunscreen, anti-inflammatory, and restorative properties.

[0031] Allantoin moisturizes and restores the skin. It has anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties.

[0032] Vitamin PP protects the skin from UV rays and combats pigmentation. It has moisturizing, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties.

[0033] The preservative has stabilizing and anti-oxidation properties.

[0034] Agidol (ionol) acts as a preservative and has stabilizing properties.

[0035] Trilon B (EDTA) acts as a stabilizer and preservative. It has water-softening and foaming properties.

[0036] Citric acid acts as a pH regulator, has antioxidant properties, and exfoliates.

[0037] Sodium bicarbonate acts as a pH regulator. It has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties and promotes cellular renewal.

[0038] Lavender essential oil acts as the product's fragrance. It has refreshing, renewing, and regenerating properties.

[0039] Table 1 shows the quantitative ratio of the components included in the cosmetic product.

[0040]

[0041] The effect stated in the technical result is achieved by including in the cosmetic composition such components as a-Arbutin, raspberry seed oil and vitamin PP in a certain ratio.

[0042] The inclusion of these specific ingredients in specific quantities allows for comprehensive skin care aimed at solving several aesthetic problems simultaneously: reducing the intensity of age spots, improving overall complexion, effectively eliminating superficial age-related changes, achieving the stated effects of the cosmetic product.

[0043] The method for preparing the proposed cosmetic product consists of the following stages:

[0044] - preparation of oil phase (O), which includes measuring, heating, stirring;

[0045] - preparation of aqueous phase (W), which includes measurement, heating, stirring;

[0046] - connection of the oil phase with the aqueous phase during stirring;

[0047] - homogenization;

[0048] - cooling, introduction of additives, perfume;

[0049] - mixing;

[0050] - packing and packaging.

[0051] To prepare the oil phase, measure cetyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol, myristic acid, isopropyl myristate, stearic acid, glyceryl monostearate, agidol (ionol), caprylic / capric acid triglycerides, pentylene glycol, squalane, raspberry seed oil, grape seed oil using an electronic scale.

[0052] Load the measured raw material (oil phase) into the fat melting container and stir with a stirrer at a speed of 40-45 rpm until the material temperature reaches 70-80°C.

[0053] To prepare the aqueous phase, emulgin, triethanolamine, allantoin, D-panthenol (vitamin B5), α-Arbutin, vitamin PP, trilon B (EDTA), citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, and lavender hydrolate are measured using electronic scales.

[0054] Load the measured raw material (aqueous phase) into a vacuum homogenizing apparatus and stir with a stirrer at a speed of 40-45 rpm until the temperature of the materials reaches 70-80°C.

[0055] Once the raw material temperature in the fat melting tank and vacuum homogenizer reaches 70-80°C, the two phases (oil and water) are combined from the fat melting tank into the vacuum homogenizer with continuous mixing. The oil phase is fed semiautomatically through a circulation pipeline using a pump and a control valve. After draining, the combined phases (oil phase and water phase) are continuously mixed for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 70-80°C at a speed of 40-45 rpm. The mixture is then homogenized for 2 minutes using a homogenizer-disperser.

[0056] The resulting composition is then stirred at a speed of 40-45 rpm and cooled to a temperature of 40-45°C by introducing cold water into the jacket of the vacuum homogenizing apparatus from the water supply system.

[0057] Next, measure the preservative and lavender essential oil using an electronic scale and add them to a vacuum homogenizing apparatus at a temperature of 40-45°C, then stir until completely dissolved and homogenized, until a uniform consistency and color are achieved.

[0058] The results obtained during the study of the cosmetic product showed the effectiveness of its use: 85% of the subjects observed an evening out of skin tone, namely a gradual lightening, 50% - an improvement in skin structure, an increase in the level of moisture and elasticity, 30% - the prevention of the appearance of new pigmentation.

[0059] Thus, during the tests, the cosmetic product showed a significant reduction in the intensity of pigment spots, an improvement in the overall complexion and demonstrated a positive effect against age-related pigmentation.

[0060] The offered cosmetic product may come in various forms for facial and body skin care, such as face cream, body cream, body lotion, and others. The form of the offered cosmetic product may vary depending on the consumer's goals, skin characteristics, and preferences. It is important to choose a product that suits your skin type and preferred skincare methods.

[0061] The claimed solution relates to cosmetic products and can be used for facial and body skin care for the purpose of whitening.
