Description

[0001] The invention relates to the field of ammunition, namely to remote detonators for ammunition, for example, the VOG-25 grenade, and is intended to combat unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

[0002] A head fuse is known from the prior art, which contains a long-range safety mechanism that holds a transverse gate valve in a position where a detonator cap installed in it is displaced relative to the firing chain, where an actuator detonator is mounted, initiating the filling of the ammunition, wherein the safety mechanism includes a loaded spring stopper, kinematically connected to the gate valve and resting on a pyrotechnic charge, which communicates with the ignition unit through distributed pyro-receiving communication channels (RU 55120 U1, published 27.07.2006).

[0003] The closest thing to this invention is the VMG-K detonator for the VOG-25 grenade, which is designed to detonate the grenade's explosive charge. The detonator is a semi-safety type, with a pyrotechnic remote arming and self-destruct feature. It is safe in service, during transport, firing, and in flight before arming, as well as when dropped from a height of up to 3 meters onto any surface in any position. It consists of a firing and ignition mechanism, a long-range safety mechanism, and a self-destruction mechanism (Manual for the 40-mm underbarrel grenade launcher GP-25, https: / / web.archive.org / web / 20220519030215 / https: / / www.rulit.me / books / rukovodstvo-po-40-mm-podstvolnomu-granatometu-gp-25-read-208657-4.html).

[0004] The disadvantage of known solutions is the lack of the ability to detonate ammunition at a given altitude.

[0005] The technical problem that the claimed invention is aimed at solving is the development of a fuse for a remote-controlled munition that allows it to be used to destroy UAVs.

[0006] The technical result of the invention is that the fuse can be used to set the required delay for detonating the ammunition.

[0007] The technical result is achieved in that the remote detonator for ammunition includes:

[0008] the glass in which the mechanism is located,

[0009] a cone-shaped head screwed onto a glass,

[0010] top cover,

[0011] a lower cover designed to accommodate a primer cap and having a thread for screwing the detonator into the ammunition,

[0012] at the same time

[0013] There is a through hole in the side wall of the cup, inside the cup under the hole there is a seat for the pin, and above the hole there is a protrusion for the coil spring, inside the cup opposite the hole there is a seat for the rocker arm,

[0014] There is a hole in the center of the top cover,

[0015] The mechanism contains:

[0016] a cylindrical shaft, movably fixed by the top cover, having vertical slots oriented along its axis, and a protrusion for attaching a spiral spring,

[0017] a drum with a toothed surface, mounted on a cylindrical shaft in the slot area and having a cutout,

[0018] a drum tooth located in a recess in the drum and secured to it by a movable joint, fixed in a slot in the cylindrical shaft,

[0019] a striker placed inside a cylindrical shaft,

[0020] drum stopper located in the hole of the side wall of the cup,

[0021] a pin placed in a seat made in a cup, fixing the drum stopper and pressed from below by a compression spring,

[0022] a rocker arm having a projection for engagement with the surface of the drum and made with a blind hole on the opposite side from the projection for accommodating the spring,

[0023] a drum shaft cup that fixes the drum on a cylindrical shaft, in the wall of which a horizontal blind slot is made,

[0024] a spiral spring, one end of which is fixed to the protrusion of the cup, the other to the cylindrical shaft,

[0025] a damper that fixes the striker, located in a blind slot in the drum shaft cup, pressing the compression springs,

[0026] a die placed under the drum shaft cup, having a cylindrical protrusion for placing the bottom of the drum shaft cup in it, made with a cutout for installing a valve in a blind slot of the drum shaft cup.

[0027] The top cover has a scale that allows you to set the firing time of the ammunition charge.

[0028] All design elements are necessary to achieve the stated invention's intended purpose and ensure delayed remote actuation of the fuse and detonation of the munition, including to ensure UAV destruction. The fuse's safety catch, designed as a pin and a shutter, ensures its reliable and safe operation.

[0075] 19 - cylindrical shaft slot,

[0076] 20 - blind hole of rocker arm,

[0077] 21 - rocker arm seat.

[0078] The invention can be implemented as follows.

[0079] The remote detonator consists of a cup 14, in which a mechanism is placed, driven by a spiral spring 12.

[0080] Rocker 8 (Fig. 3) is installed in cup 14 onto its mounting seat 21 (Fig. 21) and secured, for example with a bolt, with the protrusion facing away from the cup wall. Rocker 8 has a through hole for mounting. The mounting is movable, i.e., the rocker can rotate relative to its mounting axis.

[0081] The rocker arm 8 has a blind hole 20 (Fig. 14) on the opposite side of the projection, which is designed to receive a compression spring (not shown in the figures). The other side of the compression spring rests against the wall of the cup 14 and pushes one side of the rocker arm away from the wall, thereby pressing the rocker arm against the drum 2, while the rocker arm projection engages with the toothed surface of the drum 2. When the drum 2 rotates, the rocker arm 8 oscillates and prevents the drum 2 from instantly rotating around its axis; thus, the rocker arm 8 serves as a speed regulator for the drum 2.

[0082] Tooth 6 is inserted into the recess of drum 2 and is movably secured with a bolt to drum 2. The connection is movable and allows the tooth to rotate around the bolt at a slight angle.

[0083] A compression spring is inserted between tooth 6 and drum 2, which moves tooth 6 away from drum 2.

[0084] Drum 2 is installed on cylindrical shaft 4 in the area of slots made on the cylindrical shaft.

[0085] Tooth 6 engages slot 19 (Fig. 9) on cylindrical shaft 4, thereby allowing cylindrical shaft 4 to rotate within drum 2 in only one direction. In the opposite direction, cylindrical shaft 4 can only rotate with drum 2 as a single unit. This occurs after firing, when drum stopper 3 can shift and release drum 2.

[0086] The cup of the drum shaft 13 is screwed onto the cylindrical shaft 4, which fixes the drum 2 on the cylindrical shaft 4. After assembly, a spiral spring 12 is placed on the cylindrical shaft 4 (Fig. 18), one end of which is hooked onto the protrusion on the cylindrical shaft 4.

[0087] After the assembled part is inserted into the cup 14.

[0088] After installing the part in the cup 14, the second end of the spiral spring 12 is secured to the protrusion made in the cup 14 (Fig. 4).

[0089] Through the opening in the side wall of the cup 14, the drum stopper 3 is installed, which has a blind opening 17 (Fig. 7-8), designed to accommodate the pin 1 (Fig. 2) in it.

[0090] Pin 1 is placed in seat 18 (Fig. 21) of cup 14 from below, which rigidly fixes drum stopper 3.

[0091] At the location where the drum stopper 3 is installed, a free space is provided (Fig. 3) so that after the shot the drum stopper has somewhere to move and release the drum 2.

[0092] Pin 1 is pressed from below by a compression spring (not shown in the figures).

[0093] After the shot, the pin 1 is moved downward by the force of gravity that occurs when the shot is fired, and releases the drum stopper 3.

[0094] The striker 15 is inserted into the cylindrical shaft 4.

[0095] A die 11 is inserted from below the cup 14, placing the bottom of the cup of the drum shaft 13 in the cylindrical protrusion of the die. The cup of the drum shaft 13 has a blind slot, where the compression springs are inserted, and then the striker shutter 5 is installed, which presses the springs, placing it through the cutout of the cylindrical protrusion of the die 11. The cylindrical shaft 4 is turned until the shutter rests against the wall of the protrusion of the die 11 (Fig. 5), and the bottom cover 10 is screwed on.

[0096] The spiral spring 12 (Fig. 4) is cocked (wound up to the maximum degree of compression) before being installed in the cup of the drum shaft 13 of the striker valve 5.

[0097] The striker shutter 5 is held by a plate 11 with a slot so that at a set point in time, when the drum 2 rotates around the axis, the striker shutter 5 reaches the slot, and the compression springs push out the striker shutter 5, the striker 15 is released and hits the primer cap of the igniter, which is placed in the lower cover 10, after which the ammunition (grenade) will be detonated.

[0098] The top cap 9 is installed on the cup 14. This cap secures the cylindrical shaft 4, which rotates freely within the opening in the top cap. Also marked on the top cap 9 are numbers that determine the position of the shutter 5 relative to the slot on the plate 11 (a mark is marked on the top of the cylindrical shaft), i.e., the delay time. The higher the number, the greater the delay, and the longer the time it takes for the projectile to detonate.

[0099] Lastly, the cone-shaped head 7 is screwed on, which is designed to protect the cylindrical shaft 6 from accidental changes in the time delay and external influences.

[0100] To change the fuse response time, unscrew the cone-shaped head 7, turn the cylindrical shaft 4 so that the mark on the shaft is above the desired number, holding the part of the cylindrical shaft 4 that protrudes beyond the top cover 10.

[0101] The minimum delay is expected to be 0.5 seconds, which will ensure the ammunition detonates in the air at an altitude of 30-40 meters, up to 8 seconds at an altitude of 450 meters.

[0102] The proposed solution enables counter-UAV operations. Its effectiveness lies in its use with the VOG-25 grenade, which has a 6-meter lethal radius and, unlike small arms fire, does not require precision aiming. This significantly increases firing efficiency and the survivability of troops.

[0103] The proposed solution can also be used for the VOG-17 grenade.
