Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to machines for forming cylindrical bales by winding and pressing.
[0002] There are various designs of devices for spraying various objects.
[0003] This is a known design of a device for introducing biological preservatives (Patent No. RU 2 485 753 C2 A01D 43 / 08 dated 06 / 27 / 2013 Bulletin No. 18), which includes a container, a pump, a control panel, a nozzle and hoses.
[0004] The design flaw is the insufficient fine dispersion of the working fluid spray.
[0005] The prototype of the claimed invention is a “Baler with a device for increasing the uniformity of distribution of a preservative” (Patent No. RU 216113 U1 A01F 15 / 00 A23K 30 / 00 dated 01 / 17 / 2023 Bulletin No. 2) comprising a body on which a drum-shaped pick-up is mounted, a device for introducing preservatives into plant mass mounted on the body of the baler using a frame on which a container for the preservative and a system for its supply are mounted.
[0006] The disadvantages of the prototype design are the insufficient fine dispersion of the working fluid spray, as well as the fact that a fairly large amount of energy must be expended to create the working pressure.
[0007] The technical result is a reduction in the consumption of biopreservatives and an improvement in the quality of material processing.
[0008] The technical result is achieved in that in a roll-type baler, comprising a body on which a pick-up in the form of a drum is installed, a device for introducing preservatives into plant mass mounted on the body of the baler with the help of a frame on which a container for the preservative is installed and a system for its supply, which has a compressor unit, an air duct, a jet generator, an air distribution cavity, a tappet for supplying air, a gasket with slotted nozzles, a cover, a liquid collector, feeders, wherein the jet generator is installed in the swath pick-up zone above the pick-up drum on a removable bracket at an angle to the supplied material with the ability to adjust these parameters.
[0009] According to scientific, technical and patent information, the claimed set of features has not been identified that obviously follows from the existing level of technology, which allows us to conclude that the proposed invention has an inventive level.
[0010] The essence of the invention is explained by drawings, where Fig. 1 shows a basic diagram of the operation of a device for applying biopreservatives when picking up a swath, Fig. 2 shows a sectional view of a jet generator, and Fig. 3 shows a general view of a roll-type baler with a device for applying biopreservatives when picking up a swath.
[0011] For greater clarity, the graphic material shows only those elements that are necessary for understanding the essence of the invention, and related elements that are well known to specialists in this field are not shown.
[0012] A roll baler with a device for applying biopreservatives when picking up a swath, mounted on the baler frame, includes a tank with a solution of working fluid 1 (Fig. 1), pipelines 2, an equalizing tank 3 with a tap 4, a compressor unit 5 with a tap 6, an air duct 7, communicated with a jet generator 8 (Fig. 2), which has an air distribution cavity 9 in a housing 10, fittings for supplying air 11, a gasket 12 with slot nozzles 13, a cover 14, a liquid collector 15, fixed on the sides 16, with feeders 17. The number of slot nozzles of the jet generator 8 is selected taking into account the required overlap between the air-droplet streams and can be adjusted by changing the gaskets on the base of the sprayer. The manifold with feeders has additional holes for attaching feeders when changing the number of sprayed air-droplet jets. The feeders are located above the slot nozzles, and their position above the jet generator is adjusted by moving the collector mount on the sides of the device in height.
[0013] The roll baler with a device for applying biopreservatives when picking up a swath operates as follows. A swath located on the field is picked up by the pick-up 18 (Fig. 3) and sent to the pressing chamber 19. A jet former 8 is installed in the swath pick-up area. Air from the tractor compressor under pressure enters the air distribution cavity 9 of the jet former 8 through the nozzles 11, then flows out through the slot nozzles 13 formed by the gasket 12 and the cover 14. Jets of liquid are fed to the air jets flowing out under pressure from the working fluid collector 15 through the feeders 17, which are dispersed into small drops and directed to the object of processing. Next, the processed mass passes through a chopper 27, a drum 20 and is pressed by a conveyor 21. After the formation of the bale is completed, the signaling device 23 opens the valve of the pressing chamber 25, using hydraulic cylinders 24, after which the bale is unloaded onto the surface of the field through a frame 26.
[0014] To confirm the technical result achieved, production tests were conducted on experimental models. A model manufactured using the "Baler" prototype, as described in patent 216113, served as a control sample, while a model of the claimed baler served as a test sample. 5-liter preservative containers were filled with the same volume (4 liters) of preservative, applied through a nozzle (ejector) in the prototype and through slot nozzles in the claimed model. The processed material consisted of chopped straw, in the form of two parallel windrows. One of these windrows was processed by the prototype, the other by the claimed baler.
[0015] When applying the preservative using the developed device, a uniform coating of the working fluid was observed on the treated surface. At the end of the treatment, some working fluid was observed in the preservative tanks of the proposed baler, while the preservative in the prototype tank was completely consumed. When weighed, the remaining preservative was 200 ml, representing a 5% reduction in consumption.
[0016] The flow rate of the working fluid was regulated by changing the gasket with slotted nozzles, changing feeders with different diameters of outlet openings, air pressure of the compressor unit reducer and the equalizing tank.
[0017] Thus, the use of the utility model will improve the quality of material processing and reduce the consumption of preservatives.
