Description

[0001] The invention relates to electrified railway transport, namely to devices for testing contact materials.

[0002] The closest to the claimed one is a test rig for contact wires and contact inserts of current collectors, comprising a frame on which a disk with a contact wire fixed to it is mounted with the possibility of rotation in a horizontal plane, a disk rotation drive with a device for regulating the speed of its rotation, contact inserts interacting with the contact wire and equipped with clamping mechanisms, a unit for feeding and regulating the current load in the wire-insert contact pair, while the rig is equipped with a device for simulating a zigzag of the contact wire (Patent No. 205558 for Utility Model (RF), IPC B60M 1 / 02, G01R 1 / 04, G01R 19 / 00. Rig for testing contact wires for wear / M.K. Portnov, P.V. Moryakov, V.G. Moryakov, Ya.I. Anisimov, R.F. Zinnatullin / / - No. 2021114857; Declared on May 25, 2021; Published on July 21, 2021; Bulletin No. 21).

[0003] A drawback of the well-known rig for testing contact wires and contact inserts of pantographs is the difficulty of implementing tests at high speeds. Increasing the rotational speed of the disk with the contact wire mounted on it leads to an increase in centrifugal forces, which are related to the square of the disk's rotational speed. Furthermore, increasing the rotational speed can cause damage to the rig, including destruction of the disk.

[0004] The aim of the invention is to expand the functionality of a test bench for contact wires and contact inserts.

[0005] The said objective is achieved in that in a known test bench for contact wires and contact inserts of current collectors, comprising a frame on which a disk with a contact wire fixed thereto is mounted with the possibility of rotation in a horizontal plane, a disk rotation drive with a device for regulating the speed of its rotation, contact inserts interacting with the contact wire and equipped with clamping mechanisms, a unit for feeding and regulating the current load in the wire-insert contact pair, wherein the bench is equipped with a device for simulating a zigzag of the contact wire, the contact inserts and their clamping mechanisms are fixed at the ends of a two-arm holder mounted on the frame with the possibility of rotation in a horizontal plane in a direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the disk, and the holder is mounted coaxially with the axis of rotation of the disk and is connected to an additional drive for rotation of the holder, equipped with a rotation speed regulator.

[0006] Fig. 1 shows a diagram of the proposed test bench for testing contact wires and contact inserts of current collectors, Fig. 2 shows a section A-A.

[0007] A test rig for wear testing of contact wires and contact inserts of current collectors, comprising a frame 1, on which a disk 2 with a contact wire 3 secured to it is mounted with the possibility of rotation in a horizontal plane, a rotation drive 4 of the disk 2 with a device for regulating the frequency 5 of its rotation, contact inserts 6 that are in interaction with the contact wire 3 and equipped with clamping mechanisms 7, a unit for feeding and regulating the current load 8 in the contact pair wire-insert, wherein the rig is equipped with a device for simulating a zigzag of the contact wire.

[0008] the contact inserts and their clamping mechanisms are secured at the ends of the double-arm holder 9, mounted on the frame 1 with the possibility of rotation in a horizontal plane in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the disk 2, and the holder 9 is installed coaxially with the axis of rotation of the disk and is connected to an additional drive 10 for rotation of the holder 9, equipped with a rotation speed controller 11.

[0009] The test bench for wear testing of contact wires and contact inserts of current collectors operates as follows.

[0010] Contact inserts 6 are brought into contact with contact wire 3 secured on disk 2 mounted on frame 1 due to operation of clamping mechanisms 7 installed on holder 9. Drive 4 ensures rotation of disk 2, frequency control device 5 is used to regulate rotation speed. Holder 9 is driven into rotation by additional rotation drive 10, rotation speed of which is controlled by rotation speed regulator 11. In this case, directions of rotation of holder 9, with contact inserts 6 mounted on it via clamping mechanisms 7, and disk 2 with contact wire 3 are opposite, which ensures addition of their rotation speeds and, accordingly, linear speed of contact inserts 6 relative to contact wire 3.

[0011] Current supply to the wire-insert contact pair is carried out using the current supply and load control unit 8, which transmits current to the holder 9 and disk 2. Electric current is supplied to the holder 9, from which it is transmitted to the contact inserts 6. Due to transmission via the sliding contact, the current is supplied to the contact wire 3, fixed on disk 2.

[0012] Using the proposed test bench for testing contact wires and contact inserts of pantographs will expand its functionality by increasing the simulated speed of electric rolling stock by rotating the inserts of the elements towards the disk with the contact wire installed on it.
