Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to mining and can be used in the creation of mining combines in order to increase reliability and service life, as well as to reduce the amount of manual labor during the maintenance of their movement systems.
[0002] Feed units for mining combines are known, consisting of electric motors with speed controllers, gearboxes and propellers with drive elements (Mining machines for underground coal mining: A textbook for universities / P.A. Gorbatov, G.V. Petrushkin, N.M. Lysenko et al. - Donetsk: Nord Computer, 2006. - pp. 189-202). The mechanical sections of the gearbox groups of the feed units are formed on the basis of cylindrical and planetary gears, and toothed or pinwheels can serve as drive elements of the propellers.
[0003] The feed unit of the KDK500 shearer can be used as an analogue, the kinematic diagram of which is given on page 201 of the above-mentioned source of information.
[0004] The disadvantages of the analogue include the crankcase lubrication system of the planetary-cylindrical gearbox of the feed unit, in which carbon dust, entering the gearbox cavity from the mine atmosphere through the breathers, as well as metal particles from the wear of gears and other transmission elements, accumulate in the gearbox crankcase and, when lubricating gears and bearings with contaminated oil, significantly reduce the reliability and service life of the expensive transmission of the feed unit.
[0005] In addition, consistent lubrication of the bearing unit of the drive gear of the propeller under very harsh operating conditions (highly dynamic loads, water content and sludge) requires constant monitoring of the quality of the lubricant and labor-intensive manual work when replacing it.
[0006] Also known is the feed unit of the German SL300 shearer from Eickhoff (Eickhoff SL-300 shearer. Manual - part 14, section 2.4.2., https: / / www.zinref.ru / 000_uchebniki / 01701gornoe_delo / 015_00_00_kombain_ ochistnoi_Eickhoff_SL-300_2008_god_manual / 014.htm), one of the most widespread on the world market and used in highly loaded longwalls of Russian mines, adopted as a prototype.
[0007] The SL300 combine harvester feed unit consists of an electric motor with a speed controller (frequency converter), a planetary gearbox housed in separate chambers starting from the electric motor, three cylindrical gears, two planetary gears, and one low-speed cylindrical gearbox with torque output to the drive gear shaft. Each of the three gearbox housings, isolated by seals, has its own cavity filled with liquid lubricant, and the cavity of the drive gear bearing assembly is filled with grease.In this case, each cavity with liquid lubricant has its own filler and drain holes, its own breather (the source of mine dust getting into the lubricating fluid), as well as a sealing unit that separates the oil cavities from each other and leads to a loss of power due to friction of the gearbox elements rotating in contact with the seals, their heating and wear of the rubbing elements, the products of which additionally contaminate the lubricating fluid.
[0008] The bearing cavity of the drive gear is filled with grease. Grease is replaced using a special device by squeezing out used grease through gaps in the seals and injecting fresh grease into the unit through grease fittings or through service holes at a specified interval. This does not prevent the unit from becoming clogged and failing under extreme operating conditions, leading to costly repairs.
[0009] Despite the periodic replacement of contaminated lubricating fluid when filling the cavities of the planetary-cylindrical gearbox of the prototype, it has the following disadvantages:
[0010] - low reliability and service life of the feed unit, necessary for the efficient operation of the combine, due to the fact that the crankcase lubrication system is subject to the rapid accumulation of quartz particles from coal dust from the mine atmosphere, which enters the lubrication cavities of the gearboxes through the breathers, as well as wear products of transmission elements;
[0011] - high labor intensity of manual work requiring a high maintenance culture when replacing lubricant in gearbox housings and the cavity of the bearing unit of the drive gear wheel of the propeller in the conditions of a dusty and polluted atmosphere of the working face.
[0012] The utility model is based on the task of ensuring, by changing the design, the following:
[0013] - significant increase in the reliability and service life of the feed unit of the shearer by combining all the lubrication cavities of the gearbox group housings, including the cavity of the bearing unit of the drive gear (drive star), thereby ensuring the transition from the crankcase and autonomous lubrication systems to a progressive common forced circulation lubrication system with constant cooling and cleaning of the oil;
[0014] - significant reduction in the amount of manual labor when changing lubricants by eliminating the need to squeeze out the grease from the cavity of the drive sprocket bearing unit and reducing the frequency of replacing the lubricant in general.
[0015] The problem is solved as follows.
[0016] In the feed unit of a mining combine, containing a kinematically connected electric motor, a reduction gear group including a high-speed cylindrical reduction gear, a planetary reduction gear and a low-speed cylindrical reduction gear, as well as a feed mechanism mover with a drive star equipped with a bearing unit, characterized in that the housings of all the reduction gears and the cavity of the bearing unit of the drive star of the feed mechanism mover are combined with each other into a single housing of the reduction gear group, wherein the bottom part of the single housing of the reduction gear group is communicated with its upper part by a separate channel connected to a pump for pumping lubricating fluid from the bottom part through a filter and a cooler-sump into the oil sprinklers of the gear transmissions of the reduction gears.
[0017] The essence of the utility model is explained by drawings. Fig. 1 shows a general view of the feed unit of the mining combine, Fig. 2 - section A-A of Fig. 1, Fig. 3 - a basic hydraulic diagram of the lubrication of the feed unit.
[0018] The feed unit of the shearer consists of kinematically connected: an electric motor 1 with a speed controller, a reduction gear group 2, including a high-speed cylindrical reduction gear 3, a planetary reduction gear 4 and a low-speed cylindrical reduction gear 5, as well as a feed mechanism drive 6 with a drive star 7. In the bottom part 8 of the single housing of the reduction gear group, organized by eliminating the sealing units between the individual housings of the reduction gears, a gear transmission 9 of the low-speed cylindrical reduction gear 5 is placed, the driven wheel of which is connected by means of splines 10 with a drive star 7 of the feed mechanism drive 6. The bearing unit 11 of the drive star 7 is located in the bottom part 8 of the single housing of the reduction gear group.In the upper part of the single crankcase of the gear group, oil sprinklers 12 are located, which are connected by a separate channel 13 to a pump 14 for pumping lubricating fluid from the bottom part 8 through a filter 15 and a cooler-sediment tank 16 into the oil sprinklers of the gear transmissions of high-speed cylindrical and planetary gearboxes.
[0019] The technical result is achieved as follows.
[0020] When the feed unit of the mining combine is operating, the torque in the gear group 2 from the electric motor 1 is transmitted through the gears of the high-speed cylindrical gear reducer 3 to the gears of the planetary gear reducer 4 and further, to the gear transmission 9 of the low-speed cylindrical gear reducer 5, the driven gear of which, by means of splines 10, transmits rotation to the drive star 7.
[0021] During the operation of the supply unit, the pump 14 takes the lubricating fluid from the bottom part 8 of the single crankcase and forcibly supplies it through a separate channel 13 through a filter 15 and a cooler-sump 16 into the oil sprinklers 12. The lubricating fluid, cooled and cleaned of solid and abrasive particles, is sprayed through the oil sprinklers 12 over the gear transmissions of the high-speed cylindrical reducer 3 and the gears of the planetary reducer 4, as well as their bearings, including the gear transmission of the low-speed cylindrical reducer 5. The lubricating fluid, flowing down into the bottom part 8 of the single crankcase of the reduction group, also ensures effective lubrication and cooling of the bearing unit 11 of the drive sprocket 7.
[0022] The location of the bearing unit 11 of the drive sprocket 7 in the bottom part 8 of the single housing of the gear group eliminates the need to use the outdated method of lubrication with consistent materials in the supply unit, which requires a large amount of manual work when replacing them.
[0023] The implementation of the invention will significantly increase the reliability and service life of the feed unit of a mining combine and significantly reduce the labor intensity of manual labor for replacing lubricant during maintenance by providing forced circulation lubrication of all gears and bearings with cooled and filtered lubricating fluid.
