Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to mining and can be used in the creation of portal-type mining combines for the processing of low-power strata minerals with complex mining and geological conditions.
[0002] A portal-type cutting machine for thin seams, the UKD200-250, is known (see Mining machines for underground coal mining: A textbook for universities / Gorbatov P.A., Petrushkin G.V., Lysenko N.M. et al. - Donetsk: Nord Computer, 2006. pp. 286-287), which is accepted as an analogue.
[0003] The shearer comprises a housing located between auger actuators mounted on rotary gearboxes pivotally attached to the housing edges. The housing is located on the face side of the scraper conveyor's pan section, and above the conveyor section is the shearer portal, rigidly attached to the housing and equipped on its infeed side with grippers for kinematic connection to guide beams rigidly attached to the infeed side of each conveyor section, and with towing devices for kinematic connection to the chain traction element of the shearer's remote feed system.
[0004] The combine body contains: one electric motor with a rotor rotation axis perpendicular to the auger rotation axes, and transmissions based on bevel-cylindrical gears, installed on both sides of the electric motor and kinematically connected to the transmissions of the rotary gearboxes.
[0005] A disadvantage of the analog is the long rigid body of the combine and its portal, which makes it difficult to penetrate the seam when working in the lower range of thin seams (0.8 - 0.9 m), especially with complex bedding. Furthermore, the presence of bevel gears in the auger drive transmissions significantly reduces the service life and reliability of the combine.
[0006] The closest in technical essence and achieved result is the K103M portal-type cleaning combine (see Mining machines for underground coal mining: Textbook for universities / Gorbatov P.A., Petrushkin G.V., Lysenko N.M. et al. - Donetsk: Nord Computer, 2006. pp. 153, 192), which is taken as a prototype.
[0007] The combine harvester comprises a housing located between the auger actuators, with a portal rigidly attached to it on the infeed side. Along the edges of the portal, on the infeed side, are grippers for kinematic connection with guide beams rigidly attached to sections of the scraper face conveyor. Towing devices for kinematic connection with the chain traction element of the combine's remote feed system. The augers are mounted on the output shafts of rotary gearboxes, pivotally attached to the ends of the combine harvester housing. The combine harvester housing contains two electric motors with rotor axes parallel to the auger axes, and a transmission based on cylindrical gears, kinematically connected to the rotary gearbox transmissions. Due to the parallel arrangement of the first row of high-speed transmission gears to a row of electric motors and a row of medium-speed gears, the prototype has a shortened housing compared to its analogue.
[0008] The prototype's shortcomings also include the relatively long body with the portal, compared to the length of the rotary gearboxes. This complicates the miner's penetration into the seam when working in the lower range of thin seams (0.8 - 0.9 m), especially with complex bedding. Furthermore, the placement of high-speed transmission gears along the entire face wall of the body complicates their maintenance and repair in underground mining conditions. The presence of a number of large-diameter holes for the electric motors and gears also weakens the body's strength and rigidity.
[0009] The invention is based on the following task:
[0010] - in a portal-type cutting machine, by changing the design, to ensure an increase in the possibility of fitting into a thin layer with complex bedding hypsometry at a layer thickness of 0.8 - 0.9 m without cutting wall rocks;
[0011] - significantly increase the strength and rigidity of the combine body, subject to tensile and bending stresses caused by reactive forces from the destruction of the face by auger actuators, as well as forces from the traction element of the remote feed system.
[0012] The stated problem is solved in that in a portal-type harvester, containing a housing located between auger actuators mounted on the output shafts of rotary gearboxes, pivotally fixed along the edges of the housing, and kinematically connected with electric motors, the rotation axes of which are parallel to the rotation axes of the output shafts, in addition, a portal is rigidly attached to the housing on its dump side, having grippers located within its overall length, for kinematic connection with longitudinally located guide beams of the harvester, as well as towing devices for kinematic connection with the chain traction element of the remote feed system of the harvester, according to the invention, electric motors with transmissions are placed in rotary gearboxes, and the length of the housing with the portal is comparable to the length of each of the rotary gearboxes, and does not exceed twice the length of the guide beam of the harvester.
[0013] The essence of the invention is explained by drawings, which show: Fig. 1 - a general view of a combine installed on a face conveyor (view from the face side) with a minimum permissible bending radius of the seam, Fig. 2 - the same (view from the heap side), Fig. 3 - a view of the combine from above, Fig. 4 - a kinematic diagram of the combine and the drive of its cutting part.
[0014] The shearer consists of a body 1 with a portal 2 rigidly attached to it, equipped on its entry side within the overall length with grippers 3 for kinematic connection with the shearer's guide beams 4, located along the face on sections of the scraper conveyor, having the same length as them, as well as with towing devices 5 for kinematic connection with the chain traction element 6 of the shearer's remote feed system. Along the edges of the body 1, two rotary gearboxes 7 with auger actuators 8 are pivotally mounted in the vertical plane, secured to the output shafts of the gearboxes. Each rotary gear reducer 7 contains an electric motor 9, kinematically connected by means of a transmission 10 based on planetary and cylindrical gears with the output shaft 11 of the rotary gear reducer 7. The change in the position of the rotary gear reducer 7 relative to the housing 1 is carried out using a hydraulic jack 12 by turning it around a hinge 13.
[0015] The length of the body with the portal is comparable to the length of each of the rotary gearboxes, and does not exceed twice the length of the combine guide beam.
[0016] The technical result is achieved as follows.
[0017] When the face is being destroyed, the electric motors 9, via the transmission 10, rotate the output shafts 11 with the auger actuators 8. In this case, the body of the combine 1 with the rigidly attached portal 2 with grippers 3 moves along the face along the guide beams 4 installed along the face on the sections of the scraper conveyor, by means of the chain traction element 6 of the remote feed system of the combine, kinematically connected with the towing devices 5 of the portal 2.
[0018] In case of mining a low-thickness seam with wavy hypsometry with a minimum permissible radius of curvature, the combine grippers move along the guide beams of each two adjacent sections of the conveyor with a maximum permissible angle of rotation of the beams relative to each other of 5° with their length not exceeding 1.5 m (the maximum angle of rotation and the length of the sections are specified in the technical conditions for the conveyor), which corresponds to the minimum permissible radius of curvature of the seam R min = 17 m.
[0019] To develop a seam with wavy hypsometry, it is necessary to change the positions of the rotary gearboxes at an angle of at least 5° relative to the combine body towards the bottom, with the length of the body and the portal with grips no more than two lengths of the conveyor sections.
[0020] Thus, the proposed combine can overcome sections of the seam with a minimum permissible radius of curvature R min = 17 m in contrast to the permissible possible radii of curvature of the formation overcome by the prototype Rmin пр. = 25 m and analogue - R min ан. = 30 m.
[0021] The proposed technical solutions in the design of a portal-type mining combine will also significantly increase the strength and rigidity of its body by reducing the overall length (the likelihood of the combine getting stuck in the seam and the magnitude of bending stresses are reduced), as well as eliminating large-diameter holes for installing electric motors and gears, which weaken the box-shaped structure of the body.
