Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to agricultural engineering, in particular to devices for precision seeding of agricultural crops.
[0002] A precision seed meter for single-grain seeding is known, equipped with a driver with a stop for interaction with a cut made on the end of the sector on its inner side. The driver is connected to the screw housing and allows for longitudinal movement relative to the housing (USSR A.S. No. 1644761, IPC A01C 7 / 04, 1991, "Seeding Machine", authors I.I. Gureev et al.). The sector includes a spring-loaded end in the form of a flat spring with a circular cross-section. The use of a driver with a stop allows the seed meter to be adjusted for single seeding without disassembling it.
[0003] The disadvantage of this seeding unit is the design's complexity, due to the addition of an additional element—a leash with an adjustment mechanism. Furthermore, flat seeds can be trapped twice in the cell, causing the spring-loaded end to jam.
[0004] The closest to the proposed technical solution is a seeding apparatus that improves the quality of single-grain seed selection by eliminating damage to seeds in the cell and has a tubular guide for them in the furrow, including a sector with a spring-loaded end in the form of a continuous strip (RU Patent No. 2474103 C1, IPC A01C 7 / 04, 2011, “Seeding Apparatus”, authors V. A. Semykin et al.).
[0005] The disadvantage of this seeding device is the complexity of its design and the falling of seeds not along the row axis, which will disrupt the accuracy of their distribution.
[0006] The technical objective of the invention is to ensure high quality seed sowing, which consists in achieving the ability to regulate the depth of the cells without disassembling the seeding apparatus and the ability to visually monitor the change in the gap.
[0007] This is achieved by the fact that the seeding device includes a housing, a reflector roller, a hopper, a cellular disk with through cylindrical cells vertically installed in the housing, a housing cover, two sector cell depth limiters, one of which has a spring-loaded end, installed inside the cellular disk and having a rigid connection with it by brackets with a groove, which are secured to the housing and the housing cover with locking screws with the ability to move relative to the cellular disk.
[0008] What is new is that the tubular guide has been removed from the seeding unit and a second sector limiter has been added, installed in continuation of the first and secured to the housing cover by means of brackets with grooves and having the ability to be adjusted.
[0009] The presence of grooves in the brackets allows you to adjust the depth of the cells without disassembling the seeding unit, which greatly simplifies the adjustment process.
[0010] The use of the proposed seeding unit will simplify the design by eliminating the additional element - a tubular guide, which will allow the seeds to move along with the cellular disk to the point where they fall directly into the furrow formed by the coulter and improve the quality of sowing and reliability in operation.
[0011] Fig. 1 shows a general view of the seeding unit. The proposed seeding unit comprises a housing 1, a deflector roller 2, a seed hopper 3, a vertically mounted cellular disk with through cylindrical cells 4, a housing cover 5, inside, in the upper part of the cellular disk, a sector cell depth limiter with a spring-loaded end 6 is located. The sector limiter has rigidly fixed brackets with a groove 7, by means of which it is attached to the housing cover 5. The depth of the seed 9 falling into the cell is adjusted using locking screws 8 and brackets 7. To transport seeds to the sowing zone, a second sector limiter 10 is attached to the housing 1 with the possibility of its movement by brackets 7 and screws 8. The seed after the first sector limiter falls on the second sector limiter and, due to the rotation of the disk, moves downwards to the seed drop zone, where it falls into the furrow. To install and adjust the second sector limiter 10, it is necessary to loosen the locking screw 8 and move the second sector limiter 10 relative to the vertically installed seeding disc with through cylindrical cells 4, thereby changing the depth of the seed 9 falling into the cell.
[0012] To adjust the unit for seeding a different seed size, proceed as follows: Loosen locking screw 8 and move sector stop with spring-loaded end 6 relative to housing 1, setting the required gap between deflector roller 2 and sector stop with spring-loaded end 6. The gap is adjusted to fill the cells individually, preventing another seed, even a small one, from entering a cell. The seeds in the disc cells then move to the discharge zone and fall into the furrow.
