[0009] The invention is explained by drawings, where Fig. 1 shows the general diagram of the degassing system, and Fig. 2 shows the degasser.

[0034] Before incubating sturgeon eggs, degassing is necessary. If the growing medium becomes oversaturated with gas, excess gases can be absorbed by the eggs, leading to gas bubble disease (the formation of gas emboli in the tissue). Degassing is especially important in hatcheries located near hydroelectric power plants (HPPs), whose discharges saturate the water with oxygen at 12 mg / L, with a saturation level of 150% or higher.
[0035] The "Osetr 16" incubator is used for incubating fertilized, de-glued sturgeon eggs. Incubation of the eggs occurs in a suspended state, which is maintained by the oscillating movements of the hatchery boxes through the periodic supply of water from tilting buckets. After hatching, the prelarvae are transferred through drainage trays to the larval collection chamber. Incubation of eggs in the improved, silent "Osetr 16" incubator promotes a higher hatch rate and increases their survival rate.
[0036] The design of the overflow pipelines of the upper and lower tanks, consisting of horizontal, vertical and drain parts, where the vertical part of each overflow pipeline is directed upwards - is used to regulate the water level in the system during its cyclic operation, during the incubation period of fertilized eggs in the incubation apparatus "Osetr 16" (this is approximately 5 days, depending on temperature, oxygen, etc.).
[0037] The creation of two rows of holes with specified geometric characteristics along the entire length of the degasser’s inner pipe ensures the supply of the required jet pressure, which, reaching the inner wall of the outer pipe, breaks against it, and thus the water is finally degassed.
[0038] The design of the outer pipe with specified geometric characteristics ensures the flow of already degassed water directly into the Osetr 16 incubation apparatus.
[0039] The use of polyvinyl chloride pipelines and propylene tanks ensures the environmental friendliness, durability and ease of installation of the degassing system structure and the absence of corrosion.
[0040] Example of specific implementation.
[0041] The implementation of the declared method for degassing water before incubating sturgeon eggs (e.g. beluga, stellate sturgeon, sterlet) was carried out at the sturgeon farm of Rybosetr LLC, which operates at the source of the Akhtuba River in close geographical proximity to the Volga Hydroelectric Power Station lock (about 300 m), due to the discharge of lock water from which additional feeding of the Akhtuba is carried out.
[0042] Pontoon 1 with rigidly fixed metal supports 4 with tanks 2, 3 and incubation apparatus “Osetr 16” 5 was installed on the water.
[0043] The degasser consisted of an outer (16) and inner (17) PVC pipe located on the same axis. The inner pipe (17) had a diameter of 30 mm and a length of 3120 mm. It was installed inside an outer pipe (16) with a diameter of 160 mm and a length of 3070 mm. The outer pipe had a row of 5 mm holes (21) along its entire length, spaced 45 mm apart. The inner pipe (17) had two rows of 2 mm holes (22) along its entire length, spaced 23 mm apart, and spaced 30 mm apart. These geometric characteristics ensured sufficient water pressure for final degassing.
[0044] The outer pipe 16 was fitted with plugs 18 on both ends. The inner pipe 17 was installed into the openings 19 of the plugs 18, with its openings 22 facing upward. One end was connected to the filling pipe 15, and on the other end, a shut-off valve 13 was installed behind the outlet of the outer pipe to drain excess water.
[0045] All pipe connections were made in a known manner, for example using PVC corners.
[0046] The degasser was attached to the Osetr 16 incubation apparatus 5 at a height of 210 mm from the bottom of the water supply trough by means of three brackets 20 equally spaced from each other.
[0047] Water was collected from the Akhtuba River (the reservoir depth at this location is 3000 mm) using a submersible pump 11 (in our case, this is a pump with Q max 280 1 / min, H max 11.5 m, W 230 V 50 Hz). The pump was powered by a single-phase network with a voltage of 230 V. Water was supplied through an intake pipe 12. Water was supplied continuously, and its level rose in the upper tank 2. When the water fell, the first partition of the water occurred, i.e. the first stage of degassing took place. Upon reaching the required level in the upper tank 2, the water entered the horizontal part of the overflow pipe 8 through the drain hole 6 along the conical adapter 7, where it rose along its vertical part and overflowed through the drain part 10 into the lower tank 3. That is, The water overflowed and broke into the lower tank 3, thereby ensuring the required water level in the upper tank 2, thus completing the second stage of water degassing.
[0048] At the same time, the water level in the upper tank 2 and in the overflow pipe 8 rose simultaneously. The water level in the lower tank 3 and in the overflow pipe 9 also rose simultaneously.
[0049] When the water in the lower tank 3 rose above the required level, the water rose up along the horizontal part of the overflow pipe 9 and overflowed back into the Akhtuba River through the drain part 10, thereby maintaining the required water level in the upper tank 2.
[0050] The second submersible pump 14 (in our case it is Q max 280 1 / min, H max 11.5 m, W 230 V 50 Hz) supplied water from the lower tank 3 through the filling pipeline 15 into the degasser, where through the openings 22 of the inner pipe 17 the water under pressure broke against the walls of the outer pipe 16 (this is the third stage of water degassing) and through its openings 21 naturally flowed into the incubation apparatus "Sturgeon 16" 5, equipped with 16 trays (this is the fourth, final stage of water degassing).
[0051] When flowing into the Osetr 16 incubation apparatus, the water was characterized by an oxygen content of 10 mg / l at a saturation level of 100%.
[0052] Thus, the declared water degassing system before incubation of sturgeon eggs on the Osetr 16 incubation apparatus provided the supply of water characterized by an oxygen content of 10 mg / l at a level of 100% saturation of water with oxygen.
