[0002] A known unloading unit, which is part of a gas pressure regulator (patent RU No. 2035058 IPC G05D 16 / 06), contains an intermediate cavity 3, in which are placed: a control valve 7 with a rod 8, an unloading chamber 12, consisting of a lower base 13, a protective sensitive element 14, made in the form of an annular membrane, fixed between the lower base 13 and the rod 8, as well as a compensating sensitive element 15 in the form of a bellows, fixed between the lower 13 and the upper 22 bases, and between the lower base 13 of the unloading chamber 12 and the partition 9 there is a gap 16. The upper base 22 of the unloading chamber 12 has a rigid connection with the control valve 7 and the rod 8. In this case, an axial channel is made in the valve 7 21, connecting the intermediate cavity 3 of the gas pressure regulator with the unloading chamber 12.
[0003] The disadvantages of the known unloading unit include:
[0004] - poor quality of stabilization of the output pressure at a given level, especially when the input pressure fluctuates,
[0005] - low reliability due to the tendency of this design to generate vibration, which causes destruction of the membranes.
[0006] - design complexity and labor-intensive setup.

In this case, the rod 6 has a channel 11 connecting the inlet cavity 2 of the regulator with the unloading chamber 12. In this case, the flange and the rigid center of the membrane 13 are fixed at a distance from the seat, ensuring the full stroke of the valve 5. The rigid center of the protective membrane 14 is fixed with an offset in the direction of the seat and the valve relative to the fixing of the flange.
[0008] The disadvantages of the known unloading unit include:
[0009] - poor quality of stabilization of the output pressure at a given level, especially when the input pressure changes,

[0022] The closest analogue in terms of the set of essential features to the claimed technical solution is the unloading unit selected as a prototype, which is part of the gas pressure regulator (patent RU No. 2276804 IPC G05D 16 / 06), comprising: a base of the unloading unit 12 in the form of a cylinder with an internal unloading cavity, wherein the upper part of the base of the unloading unit 12 is connected by a thread to the body of the membrane drive 6 of the gas pressure regulator, and its lower part, having windows 13 for passing the working medium from the inlet cavity of the gas pressure regulator 2 to its outlet cavity 3, is connected to the working seat 14; a rod 11, located inside the base of the unloading unit 12 coaxially with its longitudinal axis;a control valve 10, secured in the lower part of the rod 11, a balancing element 15 in the form of a membrane, located inside the unloading cavity of the base of the unloading unit 12 and secured in the upper part of the rod 11, wherein the upper end of the rod 11 extends into the sub-membrane cavity of the drive 6 of the gas pressure regulator, and the lower end of the rod 11 is located in the outlet cavity of the gas pressure regulator 3.
[0023] The disadvantages of the known gas pressure regulator unloading unit include:
[0024] - poor quality of stabilization of the output pressure at a given level, especially when the input pressure changes,
[0025] - limited range of pressures at which the gas pressure regulator can be operated;
[0026] - predisposition to vibration with subsequent destruction of the balancing membrane used in the unloading unit, and as a consequence - low reliability of the unloading unit;
[0027] - design complexity, high labor intensity of manufacturing and setting up the unloading unit.
[0028] The problem that the claimed technical solution is aimed at solving is to improve the quality of gas pressure regulation.
[0029] The technical result that meets the problem formulated above consists in reducing the impact of changes in input pressure on the stability of maintaining a given value of output pressure.
[0030] The technical result also consists in increasing the reliability of the unloading unit operation, which is due to the absence of vibration with subsequent destruction of the structural elements of the unloading unit, as well as in simplifying the design and process of setting up the unloading unit of the gas pressure regulator.
[0031] The said technical result is achieved in that in the unloading unit of the gas pressure regulator, comprising: a base of the unloading unit in the form of a cylinder with an internal unloading cavity; a working seat; a control valve; wherein the upper part of the base of the unloading unit has a rigid fastening with the housing of the diaphragm drive of the gas pressure regulator, and the lower part of the base of the unloading unit has a rigid fastening with the working seat, and also has windows for passing the working medium from the inlet cavity of the gas pressure regulator to its outlet cavity; a rod located inside the base of the unloading unit coaxially with its longitudinal axis and having a rigid fastening of its lower part with the control valve; a balancing element located in the unloading cavity of the base of the unloading unit, according to the claimed invention, the following are introduced into the unloading unit of the gas pressure regulator: a guide bushing located inside the lower part of the base of the unloading unit,coaxially with respect to the rod and sealing rings, and a cylindrical unloading piston is used as a balancing element, located inside the unloading cavity of the base of the unloading unit, and coaxially with the longitudinal axis of the rod, the upper end of which is rigidly connected to the lower end portion of the unloading piston, in the upper end portion of which a transfer rod is secured coaxially with the longitudinal axis of the rod, the free end of which extends into the sub-membrane cavity of the gas pressure regulator drive, wherein during the manufacturing process of the gas pressure regulator unloading unit, equality of the effective area of the unloading piston and the effective area of the control valve, which are affected by the pressure from the inlet cavity of the gas pressure regulator, is ensured,
[0032] The cause-and-effect relationship between the technical result and the distinctive features of the claimed invention, namely: the use of a cylindrical unloading piston as a balancing element, located inside the unloading cavity of the unloading unit base coaxially with the longitudinal axis of the rod, the upper end of which is rigidly connected to the lower end portion of the unloading piston, in the upper end portion of which a transfer rod is fixed coaxially with the longitudinal axis of the rod, the free end of which extends into the sub-membrane cavity of the gas pressure regulator drive, as well as the introduction of a guide bushing into the unloading unit, located inside the lower part of the unloading unit base coaxially with respect to the rod, and the introduction of sealing rings into the unloading unit, eliminates the possibility of vibrations of the structural elements of the balancing element made in the form of a piston, in comparison with a membrane balancing element,which significantly improves the quality of stabilization of the output pressure, increases the reliability of the unloading unit and reduces the labor intensity of its manufacture and adjustment, along with this, compliance during the manufacture of the unloading unit with the equality of the effective area "A" of the unloading piston and the effective area "B" of the control valve, as well as the relative position of the unloading piston and the control valve, ensuring the effect of the input pressure on them in opposite directions, leads to mutual compensation of these effects and eliminates the influence of fluctuations in the input pressure on the stability of maintaining the output pressure at a given level.
[0033] Thus, achieving the above technical result is possible only if the entire set of distinctive essential features is present.
[0034] The applicant failed to locate any sources of information about a device that possesses the full set of distinctive, essential features reflected in the claims. Therefore, it is concluded that the proposed technical solution meets the criterion of "novelty."

[0056] Description of the unloading unit operation
[0057] The unloading unit operates to stabilize the gap between the working seat 3 and the regulating valve 4 at a level set by the diaphragm actuator 11 during pressure fluctuations in the inlet cavity "B" of the gas pressure regulator. The gap stabilization process is achieved by changing the position of the unloading piston 7 in a direction opposite to the direction of action of the inlet pressure on the effective area "B" of the regulating valve 4. Since the effective area "A" of the unloading piston 7 is equal to the effective area "B" of the regulating valve 4, and the forces caused by the inlet pressure on the unloading piston 7 and on the regulating valve 4 act in opposite directions, compensation for these effects is ensured and no change in the gap between the regulating valve 4 and the edge of the working seat occurs during fluctuations in the inlet pressure.
