Description

Field of technology to which the invention relates

[0001] The present disclosure relates to laundry cleaning and processing equipment, and more particularly to laundry cleaning and processing equipment capable of removing foreign substances such as dust by applying physical force to clothes placed therein. Background Art

[0002] In general, laundry cleaning and processing equipment may refer to a device for washing clothes, drying wet or washed clothes, and / or removing wrinkles from clothes at home or in a laundromat. Laundry cleaning and processing equipment may conceptually include a washing machine for washing clothes, a dryer for drying wet or washed clothes, a washer / dryer for both washing and drying clothes, a freshener for deodorizing and refreshing clothes, a steamer for removing wrinkles from clothes, etc.

[0003] Recently, laundry cleaning and treatment equipment has emerged that can keep clothes neat and clean without washing them with detergent by soaking them in water. This traditional laundry cleaning and treatment equipment can remove fine dust from clothes, deodorize clothes, dry clothes, and add fragrance to clothes. In addition, laundry cleaning and treatment equipment can prevent static electricity, remove wrinkles from clothes using dry air or steam, and sterilize and disinfect clothes.

[0004] Fig. 1 is a diagram illustrating a conventional laundry cleaning and processing equipment disclosed in Patent (Korea) Registration No. 10-1525568.

[0005] Referring to Fig. 1, the conventional equipment for cleaning and processing laundry may include a casing 50 forming its appearance and having an opening located in the front, an inner box (T) provided in the casing and having a space for placing clothes, a door 60 for opening or closing the opening, and a feeding unit 70 provided below the door 60 for feeding hot air or steam into the casing 50.

[0006] The conventional laundry cleaning and processing equipment can refresh the clothes hanging on the clothes hanger 94 in the casing by supplying hot air or steam from the supply unit 70.

[0007] However, traditional laundry cleaning and treatment equipment struggles to remove fine dust stuck to clothes using only hot air or steam. Because hot air or steam is not evenly distributed across the clothes, traditional laundry cleaning and treatment equipment cannot guarantee refreshing performance.

[0008] Therefore, the conventional laundry cleaning and processing equipment may further include a drive unit 90 that allows the clothes to be vibrated by shaking the clothes hanger 94.

[0009] The drive unit 90 may include a frame 92 attached and supported by a casing, an electric motor 95 mounted in the frame 92 to generate rotational power, and a transmitting unit 97 configured to transmit the rotational power of the electric motor 95, a switching unit 977 configured to convert the rotational power transmitted by the transmitting unit 97 into a rectilinear reciprocating motion, a support rod 919 configured to be shaken due to the movement of the converting unit 977, and a support rib 93 attached to the frame 92 fixing the support rod 919.

[0010] The transmission unit 97 may include a belt 975 and a pulley 973 connected to the rotary shaft 971 of the electric motor. The switching unit 977 may include a cam structure for converting rotary motion into reciprocating linear motion.

[0011] The support rod 919 may include a support groove 917, in which the support rod 911 and the clothes hanger 94 are seated. When the electric motor 95 rotates, the support rod 919 may vibrate in the width direction of the casing due to the movement of the switching unit 977.

[0012] As a result, the clothes hanger 94 can shake off fine dust from the clothes by horizontally vibrating along the support rod 919, so that the area over which hot air or steam can come into contact with the clothes hanging on the clothes hanger 94 can increase in size.

[0013] However, the conventional laundry cleaning and processing equipment has such disadvantages that, in order to overcome the inertial force at the time point at which the support rod 919 changes the direction of movement, strong vibration or noise may inevitably occur due to such characteristics that the support rod 919 makes a rectilinear reciprocating movement along the width direction of the casing.

[0014] For example, when the support rod 919 moves to the left relative to the casing and then changes direction to the right, or when the support rod 919 moves to the right and then changes direction to the left relative to the casing, strong vibration may occur.

[0015] In other words, when the support rod 919 moves quickly to the left and then changes direction to the right, the speed immediately becomes zero "0" and then quickly accelerates to the right again. Furthermore, when the support rod 919 moves quickly to the right and then changes direction to the left, the speed of the support rod 919 immediately becomes zero "0" and then quickly accelerates to the left again.

[0016] Accordingly, strong vibration is generated when the speed and direction of the support rod 91 change rapidly, and this vibration is transmitted to the casing 50 to shake the casing 50, so that problems arise that vibration and noise are generated outside the casing 50.

[0017] In addition, such vibration not only weakens the wear resistance of the drive unit 90, but is also transmitted to the clothes in such a way that the clothes collide with each other or are shaken violently, thereby causing damage to the clothes.

[0018] To solve this problem, a laundry cleaning and processing equipment that does not quickly change the direction of movement of clothes is proposed, for example, in the patent (Japan) registration number 6355075.

[0019] Fig. 2 is a diagram illustrating a conventional laundry cleaning and processing equipment to which a new driving method is applied.

[0020] Referring to Fig. 2, the equipment for cleaning and processing laundry may include a rotary shaft 95 configured to extend in the width direction of the inner box in the casing, and a plate 96 connected at an angle to the rotary shaft 95.

[0021] The plate 96 may include an inclined bearing connected in such a way that it is inclined relative to the axial direction of the rotational shaft 95.

[0022] Accordingly, the inclined bearing attached to the inner portion of the plate 96 can precess relative to the rotational shaft 95, but the plate 96 can be movable to change only the axial direction without rotating together with the rotational shaft 95.

[0023] The axial direction of the plate 96 may change regularly, as if the plate 96 moves along a conical shape, and only the direction of movement of the plate 96 may change, but the moving speed of the plate 96 may not vary significantly. Accordingly, only the moving direction of the clothes hanger 94 mounted on the plate 96 changes, but the moving speed of the clothes hanger 94 may be uniform or may not change significantly.

[0024] Therefore, since a large inertial force is not generated in the clothes hanger 94, the occurrence of strong vibration in the clothes hanger 94 can be prevented.

[0025] When the clothes hanger 94 is mounted on the plate 96, the clothes hanger 94 can be shaken as the axial direction of the plate 96 changes.

[0026] The axial direction of plate 96 is not changed abruptly by the continuous rotation of rotary shaft 95, but rather changes with uniform acceleration. As a result, clothes hanger 94 can also be shaken while moving under uniform acceleration.

[0027] Specifically, the clothes hanger 94 may be continuously twisted relative to the side surface of the casing 50 by changing the axial direction of the plate 96 or may be moved back and forth (i.e., pendulum motion) relative to the plate 96.

[0028] As a result, such disadvantages arise that the rotary shaft 95 is accessible to hot air or steam and is subject to corrosion, and the user may unexpectedly touch the rotary shaft 95 in such a way that the user may be burned by the overheated rotary shaft 95 or may be injured by the moving rotary shaft 95.

[0029] In particular, if a child etc. hangs on the rotary shaft 95 for fun, or heavy clothes are hung on the rotary shaft 95 at the same time, the rotary shaft 95 bends due to the large weight so that the rotary shaft 95 cannot rotate by the electric motor, and the ability to shake clothes quickly deteriorates.

[0030] On the other hand, in such laundry cleaning and processing equipment, the clothes hanger 94 can be directly mounted on the plate 96. Since the clothes hanger 94 does not have a separate supporting member, the clothes hanger cannot move as a single unit with the plate 96 due to its own inertial force.

[0031] In addition, the conventional laundry cleaning and processing equipment shown in Fig. 1 has such disadvantages that the clothes hanger 94 is mounted only on the support rod without being attached or supported by the support rod, so that the clothes hanger 94 cannot move as a single unit with the support rod 911.

[0032] Fig. 3 is a diagram illustrating a problem that the clothes hanger and the drive unit cannot move as a unit in the traditional laundry cleaning and processing equipment.

[0033] Referring to Fig. 3(a), only the hook portion of the clothes hanger 94 can be mounted on the plate 96 without being separately supported by the plate 96.

[0034] Referring to Fig. 3(b) and 3(c), even if the axial direction of the plate 96 is changed such that the plate 96 can shake the clothes hanger 94, the clothes hanger 94 has no choice but to move later than the plate 96 due to its own inertial force.

[0035] For example, when the plate 96 guides the clothes hanger 94 to the left, the clothes hanger 94 cannot move instantly, so that the clothes hanger 94 may be inclined to the right relative to the plate 96.

[0036] In addition, when the weights of the items of clothing hanging on the plurality of clothing hangers 94 differ from each other, since a difference in the inertial force occurs between the clothing hangers 94, the plurality of clothing hangers 94 may shake with different amplitudes in different directions.

[0037] Accordingly, respective clothes hangers 94 may be arranged in such a way that they are inclined at different angles with respect to the plate 96 such that the clothes hangers 94 may collide with each other, or clothes hanging on the clothes hangers 94 may also collide with each other, thereby causing damage to the clothes.

[0038] The above problem may also occur when the clothes hangers 94 are mounted on the support rod 911 and shaken horizontally.

[0039] In addition, when the hook portion of each clothes hanger 94 is simply caught in the groove provided in the upper end of the plate 96, the force of the plate 96 may not be transmitted to the clothes hanger 94 unchanged.

[0040] In other words, the hook portion of the clothes hanger 94 is not attached to the plate 96, but is positioned within the plate 96 in such a way that the hook portion of the clothes hanger 94 can rotate with a certain degree of freedom. As a result, although the axial direction of the plate 96 changes in all directions, including the forward-backward direction, the left-right direction, and the up-down direction, the clothes hanger 94 inevitably shakes only in the left-right direction due to its own weight and inertial force.

[0041] Therefore, even if the plate 96 moves in multiple directions, the clothes hanger 94 can only move in one direction, so that the conventional laundry cleaning and processing equipment cannot guarantee the effect of shaking the entire surface of the clothes in multiple directions.Summary of the inventionTechnical problem

In the following description, a detailed description of related known configurations or functions included herein is omitted in order to avoid obscuring the understanding of the subject matter of the invention. The accompanying drawings illustrate exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure. The exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are provided merely to describe the present disclosure in detail, and the technical scope of the present disclosure is not limited by the exemplary embodiments.

[0125] Fig. 4 is a view illustrating one example of equipment 1 for cleaning and processing laundry according to the present disclosure.

[0126] Referring to Fig. 4, the laundry cleaning and processing equipment according to the present disclosure may include a case 10 having an opening on the front side, a door 11 rotatably provided in the case 10 to open and close the opening, an inner box 200 provided in the case to provide an accommodation space in which clothes (L) are placed, a machine compartment 300 communicating with the inner box 200 so as to form at least one of air (hot air) and moisture supplied to the accommodation space 21, and a holder 400 provided in at least one of the inner box 20 and the door 11 such that clothes (L) are placed or attached to the accommodation space.

[0127] The casing 10 may be provided so as to form the appearance of equipment for cleaning and processing laundry, and the height of the casing 10 may be greater than the width of the casing 10. Accordingly, clothes (L) having a long length, such as trousers (pants), can be accommodated in the accommodation space 21 without being folded, so that creases in the clothes (L) can be prevented.

[0128] The casing 10 may be formed from a metal material, and may also be formed from a resin-based material such as reinforced plastic, as long as the strength of the casing 10 can be maintained.

[0129] The inner box 20 may be provided in the casing 10 and may be in the form of a box forming a space 21 for accommodation.

[0130] The inner drawer 20 may be made of a material that maintains its strength without deforming or reacting chemically with foreign substances released from clothing (L), or by hot air or moisture supplied from the supply unit. For example, the inner drawer 20 may be made of a styrene resin family such as ABS, ASA, etc.

[0131] The inner box 20 may be provided with the ability to communicate with the engine room 30 in order to receive heated air or moisture from the engine room 30 or to discharge air into the engine room 30. As a result, provided that the machine room 30 is located below the accommodation space 21, hot air or steam can be uniformly supplied to the accommodation space 21 without a separate blower.

[0135] Although not shown in the drawings, the machine room 30 may include a circulation air duct communicating with the inner box 20 and a heat pump located in the circulation air duct capable of dehumidifying and heating the air circulating in the circulation air duct. The heat pump may include an evaporator and a condenser located based on the air circulation direction, a compressor for compressing the refrigerant discharged from the evaporator and supplying the compressed refrigerant to the condenser, and an expansion valve for expanding and cooling the refrigerant passing through the condenser.

[0136] In addition, the circulation duct may be connected to a steam supply unit for supplying steam. The steam supply unit may include a water container mounted in the engine room 30, a conversion unit for converting water stored in the water container into steam by heating or vibrating the water, and a steam pipe through which steam passing through the conversion unit can communicate with the circulation duct.

[0137] Since the above-described configuration may be identical to the configuration of the conventional laundry cleaning and processing equipment of Fig. 1 or 2, a detailed description thereof is omitted herein for the sake of brevity.

[0138] Meanwhile, door 11 can be rotatably attached to casing 10 to open and close the opening. Door 11 can be provided so as to shield not only inner drawer 20 but also the front side of machine compartment 30.

[0139] Accordingly, not only can the hot air or moisture supplied to the accommodation space 21 be prevented from leaking outward, but also the heat generated in the engine room 30 can be prevented from being transferred outward.

[0140] Since the door 11 is provided with the ability to open and close the front side of the inner box 20, the inner surfaces of the inner box 20 and the inner surface of the door 11 can form the outer surface of the accommodation space 21.

[0141] The holder 400 may be provided to hold the clothes L in the space 21 for placement in the inner drawer 20.

[0142] The holder 400 may be provided on the upper surface 22 of the inner box 20 or may be provided on the upper portion of the side surface of the inner box 20 so that the clothes (L) can be held in the space 21 for accommodation in a fully unfolded state in which the clothes (L) are unfolded.

[0143] Therefore, the holder 400 can allow the clothes (L) to be held in the space 21 for being placed in a laid-out state due to gravity, so that the clothes (L) can be uniformly exposed to air or moisture supplied from the machine room 30.

[0144] The laundry cleaning and processing equipment according to the present disclosure may further include a pressing unit 40 attached to the door 11 for pressing the clothes.

[0145] The pressing unit 40 can press the clothes (L) in a state in which the clothes (L) are hung on the door 11. Accordingly, the pressing unit 40 can remove creases from the clothes (L) or can form desired folds in the clothes (L).

[0146] Meanwhile, the laundry cleaning and processing equipment according to the present disclosure may further include a drive unit 200 provided with the ability to stir the holder 400.

[0147] The fact that the drive unit 200 shakes the holder 400 means that the drive unit 200 causes vibration or sets the reciprocating motion of the holder 400 or performs a pendulum motion of the holder 400. When the holder 400 is shaken, the clothes hanger mounted on the holder 400 is also shaken to move the clothes hanging on it.

[0148] When the holder 400 is shaken, the clothes hanger 800 mounted on the holder 400 is also shaken, so that the clothes hanging on the clothes hanger 800 can be cleaned of dust.

[0149] Furthermore, when the clothes hanger 800 is shaken due to the shaking of the holder 400, the clothes move inside the inner box 20 such that they are more uniformly exposed to the hot air or steam supplied to the accommodation space 21, thereby maximizing the performance of refreshing the clothes.

[0150] Fig. 5 is a view illustrating an example of a drive unit of a laundry cleaning and processing equipment according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0151] Referring to Fig. 5, the laundry cleaning and processing equipment according to the present disclosure may include a support 500 that can be attached to a casing 10, and a drive unit 200 seated in the support 500.

[0152] The drive unit 200 may include an electric motor 220 mounted in the support 500, a rotary shaft 210 rotated by the electric motor 220, and a rotary unit 230 for connecting to transfer the rotational force of the electric motor 220 to the rotary shaft 210.

[0153] The lower portion of the drive unit 200 may include a power transmission unit 300 that converts the rotational motion of the rotational shaft 210 into a rectilinear reciprocating motion. The power transmission unit 300 may include a cam member configured to rotate by being connected to the rotational shaft 210, and a linear motion conversion unit 340 configured to move rectilinearly by means of the cam member.

[0154] The lower end of the support 500 may include a holder 400 for holding a clothes hanger 800.

[0155] The holder 400 may include a holding plate 410 attached to the lower portions of both sides of the support 500 such that its lower end can be shaken horizontally, and a support rod 440 supported by the holding plate 410.

[0156] The support rod 440 can be connected to the linear motion conversion unit 340 and can be shaken from side to side by the linear motion conversion unit 340.

[0157] The clothes hanger 800 is mounted on the support rod 440 such that the clothes hanger 800 can vibrate and shake from side to side by means of the support rod 440.

[0158] In this case, the holder 400 may further include a hanger support 430 for supporting the main body of the clothes hanger 800.

[0159] The hanger support 430 may be designed to be in surface contact with one or both surfaces of the clothes hanger 800 and may be connected to the holding plate 410 or located below the holding plate 410.

[0160] The hanger support 430 may be provided to move integrally with the holding plate 410 or the support rod 440. Accordingly, the hanger support 430 may cause the clothes hanger 800 to move integrally with the holder 400 while supporting at least one surface of the clothes hanger 800.

[0161] By means of the hanger support 430, the clothes hanger 800 can move together with the holder 400 while overcoming its inertial force.

[0162] The amplitude or direction of the clothes hanger 800 shaking in the holder 400 can be limited to a certain level or less by the hanger support 430. For example, the relative movement of the clothes hanger 800 in the holder 400 can be limited by the hanger support 430.

[0163] Accordingly, even if a plurality of clothes hangers 800 are provided in the laundry cleaning and processing equipment, the clothes hangers 800 can be prevented from colliding with each other by simultaneously moving with the same amplitude in the same direction.

[0164] In addition, since a plurality of clothes hangers 800 are guided so as to be movable as a unit by the hanger support 430, collision of clothes mounted on the clothes hangers 800 can be prevented.

[0165] In addition, the arbitrary movement of each of the clothes hangers 800 in the holder 400 is restricted by the hanger support 430, so that the stability of the drive unit 200 and the holder 400 can be guaranteed.

[0166] Although the hanger support 430 is shown as supporting only one side of the clothes hanger 800 in the drawings, the scope or essence of the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the hanger support 430 may also be provided with the ability to support both sides of the clothes hanger 800, if necessary.

[0167] Fig. 6 is a view illustrating one example of a hanger support 430.

[0168] Referring to Fig. 6, the holder 400 may include a fixing plate 414 connected to the support bar 440 in order to support the load of the clothes hanger 800.

[0169] The fastening plate 414 may include a fastening body 4141 that is attached to the support rod 440 and moves integrally with the support rod 440, and a fastening groove 4142 formed in the support rod 440 by penetrating the fastening body 4141. The fastening groove 4142 may have a shape corresponding to the cross-section of the support rod 440, and can be connected to the support rod 440 in various ways, for example, by an interference fit.

[0170] The fastening body 4141 can be attached to the hanger block 420 on which the hook of each clothes hanger 800 is mounted, and can also be attached to the intermediate body 441 to which a fastening member is attached that allows the hanger block 420 to be attached to the fastening body 4141.

[0171] The hanger support 430 can be connected to the fixing body 4141 such that the hanger support 430 can support at least one surface of the clothes hanger 800 while being in surface contact with at least one surface of the clothes hanger 800.

[0172] The hanger support 430 may include a support body extending further downward than the hanger block 420 by connecting with the holding plate, and a support member 432 connected to one surface of the clothes hanger 800 by connecting with the support body 431.

[0173] The support body 431 may be formed from a metal plate so as to ensure bonding strength and wear resistance with the holding plate 410, and can prevent its deformation even when a load is transmitted to the clothes hanger 800.

[0174] The support member 432 can be provided as an elastic member and can be in surface contact with one surface of the clothes hanger 800. The support member 432 can increase the contact force with the clothes hanger 800 and can prevent damage to the clothes hanger 800 by generating a force that allows the clothes hanger 800 to move.

[0175] The support body 431 may be formed to be extendable in such a manner that its upper end is attached to the fixing plate 414, and its other end is configured to be facing one surface of the main body of the clothes hanger 800.

[0176] The support body 431 may include a first body 4311 attached to one surface of the fixing plate 414, and a second body 4312 extending downward from the hanger block 420 in the first body 4311.

[0177] The second body 4312 can bend toward the hanger unit 420 or the clothes hanger 800 such that the second body 4312 can be positioned closer to the clothes hanger 800.

[0178] The first housing 4311 may include a cavity 4313 in the housing through which the fastening element 450 can pass. The cavity 4313 in the housing may be implemented as a plurality of cavities in the housing, if necessary.

[0179] The support member 432 can be connected to the support body 431 so as to support one surface of the clothes hanger. The support member 432 can be provided as an elastic member and can be connected and secured to the second body 4312.

[0180] The support member 432 may be larger in width than the second body 4312 so that one surface of the clothes hanger 800 can be supported more securely.

[0181] The second body 4312 may comprise a cavity 4314 in the second body connected to the support member 432.

[0182] The support member 432 may include a projection 4322 inserted and connected to the cavity 4314 in the second housing.

[0183] Of course, the support member 432 can be attached to the second body 4312 by means of a separate fastening member.

[0184] The support member 432 may comprise a recessed surface that is recessed according to the shape of the second body 4312 in such a way that it is fixed in direct contact with the second body 4312. The projection 4322 may protrude from the recessed surface.

[0185] The first housing 4311 may be positioned at a height where the first housing 4311 partially overlaps the hanger unit 420. Therefore, the first housing may be attached to the holding plate 410 together with the hanger unit 420 via a single fastener.

[0186] Accordingly, the clothes hanger 800 can be supported by the hanger support 430 such that the clothes hanger 800 can move as a single unit with the holder 400.

[0187] Fig. 7 is a view illustrating another example of a drive unit of the laundry cleaning and processing equipment.

[0188] Referring to Fig. 7(a), the casing 10 may further include a frame 12 supporting a panel located outside the casing 10.

[0189] The frame 12 may be provided in a rectangular parallelepipedal shape such that the outer portion of the frame 12 is attached to the casing panel 10, and the inner portion of the frame 12 is configured to support the inner box 20.

[0190] Specifically, the frame 12 may include a first frame 121 arranged in the forward and reverse directions, a second frame 122 connected to the first frame 12 and arranged in the width direction, and a third frame 123 connected to the first frame 121 or the second frame 122 and arranged in the height direction.

[0191] The first frame 121, the second frame 122 and the third frame 123 can be combined to form a body frame having a rectangular parallelepipedal shape.

[0192] The drive unit 200 may include an electric motor 220 connected and supported by the frame 12 to generate power, and a rotary shaft 210 provided to rotate by the electric motor 220.

[0193] The rotation shaft 210 may be disposed in the width direction of the inner box 20, and the electric motor 220 may be attached to the frame 12 to generate power for rotating the rotation shaft 210.

[0194] Meanwhile, the rotation shaft 210 may be provided with the capability of transmitting power for shaking the holder 400 during rotation by means of the electric motor 220.

[0195] In addition, the holder 400 may be provided as a plurality of holders 400, the holders 400 may be spaced from each other by a predetermined distance in the longitudinal direction of the rotation shaft 210.

[0196] The rotary shaft 210 may be provided with the ability to shake all the holders 400 while supporting all the holders 400.

[0197] Accordingly, the laundry cleaning and processing equipment 1 according to the present disclosure can be designed such that a plurality of holders 400 can be simultaneously shaken by one electric motor 220 and one rotary shaft 210.

[0198] Meanwhile, since the rotation shaft 210 is configured to rotate and is positioned in the height direction in the inner box 20, the rotation shaft 210 may have difficulty in directly supporting the holder 400 on which clothes or hangers are hung.

[0199] Accordingly, the laundry cleaning and processing equipment 1 according to the present disclosure may further include a power transmission unit 300 that allows the holder 400 to be shaken by transmitting the power of the rotational shaft 210 to the holder 400.

[0200] The power transmission unit 300 can be connected to the rotational shaft 210 in order to support the holder 400. The power transmission unit 300 can connect the rotational shaft 210 to the holder 400 and at the same time can transmit the load of the holder 400 to at least a portion of the rotational shaft 210 so that the power when the rotational shaft 210 rotates can be transmitted to the holder 400.

[0201] Meanwhile, since the holder 400 is supported by the rotational shaft 210 through the power transmission unit 300, the rotational shaft 210 does not necessarily need to be directly accessible from inside the inner box 20.

[0202] In other words, the rotary shaft 210 may be disposed outside the inner box 20, and the power transmission unit 300 connected to the rotary shaft 210 may be connected to the holder 400 by being pulled into the inner box 20.

[0203] In addition, the inner box 20 may be disposed outside the inner box, and the holder 400 may be formed to be extended by penetrating through the inner box 20 so that the holder 400 can be connected to the power transmission unit 300 connected to the rotation shaft 210.

[0204] In any case, since the rotation shaft 210 is located outside the inner box 20, the accessibility of the rotation shaft 210 from inside the inner box 20 may be blocked.

[0205] In addition, the electric motor 220 and the rotary shaft 210 can also be directly supported by the inner box 20.

[0206] However, since the inner box 20 is formed of resin, the rigidity or wear resistance of the inner box 20 may not be sufficient to directly support the electric motor 220 and the rotary shaft 210.

[0207] Therefore, the laundry cleaning and processing equipment according to the present disclosure may further include a support 500 for supporting the electric motor 220 and the rotary shaft 210.

[0208] For example, the support 500 may be provided to support the drive unit 200 when connected and supported by the frame 12. In addition, the support 500 may be seated and supported by the first frame 121 and the second frame 122, and the electric motor 220 may be fixed and supported by being connected to the support 500.

[0209] The support 500 may be formed of a metal material, which is supported by the box 10 or the inner box 20 and supports the rotary shaft 210 or the electric motor 220.

[0210] When at least a portion of the support 500 is located at a lower position than the rotation shaft 210, the rotation shaft 210 may be prevented from being accessible from the outside, or may be minimally accessible from the outside.

[0211] At least a portion of the support 500 may be provided so as to shield the rotational shaft 210.

[0212] As a result, the laundry cleaning and processing equipment 1 according to the present disclosure can provide the power required to shake the holder 400, and the rotation shaft 210 located in the width direction of the inner box can be prevented from being accessible from the outside, or it can be accessible from the outside in a limited way.

[0213] In this way, the rotary shaft 210 and the electric motor 220 can be prevented from being accessible from inside the inner box 20.

[0214] As a result, the accessibility of the rotary shaft 210 and the electric motor 220 to the hot air or steam supplied into the inner box 20 can be blocked, so that corrosion, short circuit, etc. of the rotary shaft 210 and the electric motor 220 can be prevented, and heating of the rotary shaft 210 and the electric motor 220 can also be prevented.

[0215] Therefore, the laundry cleaning and processing equipment can prevent the rotating shaft 210 from bending downward or being damaged by the user.

[0216] Furthermore, the laundry cleaning and processing equipment can minimize contact between the user's body and the rotary shaft 210 or can prevent the user's body from coming into contact with the rotary shaft 210, thereby preventing accidents in which the user's body is injured by the rotary shaft 210 or burned by the overheated rotary shaft 210.

[0217] In addition, since the drive unit 200 and the power transmission unit 300 are located outside the inner box 20, the laundry cleaning and processing equipment can completely block the contact of the clothes or hanger with the power transmission unit 300 or the inner box 20.

[0218] Meanwhile, at least a portion of the power transmission unit 300 may be located above the support 500. As a result, a portion of the power transmission unit 300 may also be supported by the support 500.

[0219] Therefore, the load applied to the rotary shaft 210 can be dissipated through the support 500, thereby preventing bending of the rotary shaft 210. Consequently, continuous rotation of the rotary shaft 210 can be ensured, thereby maintaining the performance of the laundry cleaning and processing equipment that shakes clothes.

[0220] Referring to Fig. 7(b), the rotation shaft 210 and the electric motor 220 may be located outside the inner box 20. The rotation shaft 210 and the electric motor 220 may be supported by the support 500 and located above the upper surface 22 of the inner box 20.

[0221] In this way, the accessibility of the rotation shaft 210 or the electric motor 220 to the hot air or steam supplied to the space 21 for accommodating the inner box 20 can be minimized or prevented.

[0222] Therefore, short circuit of the electric motor 220 can be prevented, and corrosion or heating of the rotary shaft 210 or the electric motor 210 can also be prevented.

[0223] The drive unit 200 is located outside the inner box 20, and the holder 400 is accessible in the inner box 20 such that the clothes hanger 800 can be mounted thereon. Therefore, the inner box 20 may further include a through cavity 23 through which the holder 400 or the power transmission unit 300 can pass.

[0224] At least a portion of the through cavity 23 may be shielded by the support 500 or may be shielded by the sealing block 700, which is described below.

[0225] Fig. 8 is a view illustrating an example of a power transmission unit of the laundry cleaning and processing equipment according to the present disclosure.

[0226] Referring to Fig. 8, the power transmission unit 300 may support the holder 400 and may allow the holder 400 to swing (or oscillate), thereby moving the holder 400 back and forth (i.e., a pendulum motion).

[0227] Pendulum motion can mean a motion in which the direction of motion does not change quickly, or even when the direction of motion changes, the direction of motion changes gradually, unlike a straight-line reciprocating motion.

[0228] The power transmission unit 300 is connected to the rotary shaft 210 in such a way that the rotary shaft 210 can penetrate the power transmission unit 300. When the rotary shaft 210 rotates, the shaft is variable by the power of the rotary shaft 210 such that the holder 400 can move back and forth (i.e., a pendulum motion).

[0229] Referring to Fig. 8(a), the power transmission unit 300 may include a bearing block 310 and a rigid housing block 320. In more detail, the inner peripheral surface of the bearing block 310 is connected to the rotation shaft 210 in such a way that the bearing block 310 can rotate, and the outer peripheral surface of the bearing block 310 can rotate independently of the inner peripheral surface of the bearing block 310. The rigid housing block 320 is connected to the bearing block 310 in such a way that the axial direction of the rigid housing block 320 can change together with the bearing block 310.

[0230] Therefore, the bearing block 310 can rotate together with the rotation shaft 210, but the rigid body block 320 can be prevented from rotating together with the rotation shaft 210. Accordingly, the holder 400 can be extended or connected to the rigid body block 320 in such a way that the holder 400 does not rotate with the rotation shaft 210, and can ensure that the clothes hanger 800 is held in the inner box 20.

[0231] The rigid body block 320 may also be provided in the form of a cam or the like such that the position of the rigid body block 320 is variable when the rotation shaft 210 rotates.

[0232] However, when the rotation shaft 210 rotates, the rigid body block 320 can move in a so-called rocking plate motion in which only the axial direction of the rotation shaft 210 changes.

[0233] Accordingly, the holder 400 connected to the rigid body block 320 is moved in such a manner that its axial direction is changed such that the holder 400 can also be moved by the swing plate movement or by the pendulum movement in the pendulum movement.

[0234] For this purpose, the rigid housing block 320 may be positioned at an angle relative to the rotational shaft 210, the bearing block 310 may be provided at an angle, and the rigid housing block 320 may accommodate the bearing block 310 and may move integrally with the bearing block 310.

[0235] The bearing block 310 may be provided such that the inner ring is attached in parallel to the rotational shaft 210, and the outer ring is positioned at an angle relative to the rotational shaft 210 such that a central axis corresponding to the outer ring is subjected to precession based on the rotational shaft 210.

[0236] However, in order to apply the existing bearing structure to the equipment for cleaning and processing laundry, the bearing block 310 according to the present disclosure may include an inclined tube 311 and a rotary bearing 312. The inclined tube 311 can be connected to the rotational shaft 210 with the ability to rotate together with the rotational shaft 210 in such a way that the outer peripheral surface of the inclined tube 311 is located at an angle relative to the rotational shaft 210. The rotational bearing 312 can be connected in such a way as to accommodate the inclined tube 311.

[0237] The rotary bearing 312 can be provided as a general bearing in which the inner and outer rings can be arranged parallel to each other, and the rigid housing block 320 can be attached and secured to the outer ring of the rotary bearing 312. Therefore, it is not necessary to separately manufacture the structure of the rotary bearing 312, resulting in a reduction in manufacturing costs.

[0238] The 320 rigid body block can be provided in cylindrical or ring shape with a much larger diameter than height.

[0239] As the diameter of the hard body unit 320 increases, the movement of the holder 400 attached to the hard body unit 320 increases, so that the shaking effect (also called dust cleaning effect) of the clothes can increase.

[0240] The 320 block with a rigid body can contain a much larger diameter than the thickness of the axial direction.

[0241] Referring to Fig. 8(b), the inclined tube 311 can be connected to the rotation shaft 210 when the rotation shaft 210 is positioned.

[0242] If the axial direction or the extending direction of the rotation shaft 210 is set as the reference axis direction (B), and if the axial direction of the outer peripheral surface of the inclined tube 311 is set as the inclined axis direction (A), the inclined axis direction (A) may be joined to the reference axis direction (B) in such a manner that the inclined axis direction (A) is disposed to have an inclined angle (C) with respect to the reference axis direction (B).

[0243] Therefore, while the inclined tube 311 is connected to the rotational shaft 210 and rotates integrally with the rotational shaft 210, the inclined tube 311 rotates with the rotational shaft 210 while twisting at an angle (C) of inclination relative to the rotational shaft 210 such that the inclined tube 311 can precess relative to the rotational shaft 210.

[0244] Referring to Fig. 8(c), the inner peripheral surface 3112 of the inclined tube 311 may be arranged parallel to the rotational shaft 210, and the outer peripheral surface 3113 of the inclined tube 311 may be inclined at an inclination angle (C) relative to either the inner peripheral surface of the inclined tube 311 or the rotational shaft 210.

[0245] However, the outer peripheral surface 3113 of the inclined tube 311 may have a cylindrical shape.

[0246] As a result, when the rotary bearing 312 is attached at an angle to the outer peripheral surface 3113 of the inclined tube 311, the rotary bearing 312 is subjected to precession by an inclined angle (C) relative to the rotation shaft 210. In addition, when the rigid body block 320 is attached to the rotary bearing 312, the axial direction of the rigid body block 320 can change together with the axial direction of the inclined tube 311 and the axial direction of the rotary bearing 312.

[0247] The rotary bearing 312 may include an inner ring 3121 configured to accommodate the outer circumferential surface of the inclined tube 311, an outer ring 3122 accommodated in the rigid housing block 320, and a rotating member 3123 provided with the ability to rotate the inner ring 3121 and the outer ring 3122 independently of each other.

[0248] The rotating element 3123 may include, without limitation, a plurality of balls that rotate while simultaneously contacting the inner ring 3121 and the outer ring 3122. Provided that the rotating element 3123 can rotate the inner ring 3121 and the outer ring 3122 independently of each other, the rotating element 3123 may also be provided in any structure, for example, as a fluid, a magnet, etc.

[0249] The inner ring 3121 may be attached to the outer peripheral surface 3113 of the inclined tube 311 and rotate together with the outer peripheral surface 3113, without being limited thereto. If necessary, the outer ring 3122 may not rotate together with the inner ring 3121 due to the movement of the rotating member 3123.

[0250] Accordingly, since the outer ring 3122 is attached to the rigid body block 320, and the rigid body block 320 supports the load of the holder 400, the outer ring 3122 may not rotate even when the rotation shaft 210 and the inner ring 3121 of the rotation bearing 3121 rotate.

[0251] As a result, the outer ring 3122 can be provided in such a way that only its axial direction changes when the inner ring 3121 precesses together with the inclined tube 311, and the rigid body block 320 can also swing by changing the direction of its central axis.

[0252] On the other hand, in order to increase the force of attachment to the rotation shaft 210, the inclined tube 311 may be provided so as to accommodate at least a portion of the outer circumferential surface of the rotation shaft 210 or may be provided so as to be inserted into the outer circumferential surface of the rotation shaft 210.

[0253] For example, the rotary shaft 210 may include a protrusion 2111 protruding from the outer peripheral surface with the ability to be inserted into the inclined tube 311. The inclined tube 311 may include an inclined groove 3111, which may be formed with the ability to include the protrusion 2111 on the inner peripheral surface.

[0254] Fig. 9 is a view illustrating a process for driving a power transmission unit of the laundry cleaning and processing equipment according to the present disclosure.

[0255] Referring to Fig. 9(a), the inclined tube 311 can be positioned at an inclination angle (C) relative to the rotation shaft 210 when viewed upward from the ground. As a result, when viewed from a cross-section of the inclined tube 311, the direction (A) along the support axis and the direction (B) along the inclined axis can be arranged as if they are parallel to each other.

[0256] However, since the axial direction of the bearing block 310 is twisted, the left surface of the bearing block 310 may be accessible, and the right surface of the bearing block 310 may be invisible.

[0257] Referring to Fig. 9(b), when the inclined tube 311 rotates 90 degrees (90°) together with the rotation shaft 210, the direction (A) along the inclined axis of the inclined tube 311 may be positioned such that it faces upward by the inclination angle (C) of the inclined tube 311.

[0258] Referring to Fig. 9(c), when the inclined tube 311 is further rotated by 90 degrees (90°) together with the rotation shaft 210, the inclined tube 311 is positioned such that it is inclined by an inclination angle (C) relative to the rotation shaft 210 in the direction in which the inclined tube 311 moves downward from the ground. As a result, when viewed from a cross-section of the inclined tube 311, the direction (A) along the support axis and the direction (B) along the inclined axis can be arranged as if they are parallel to each other.

[0259] However, since the axial direction of the bearing block 310 is twisted, the right surface of the bearing block 310 may be accessible, and the left surface of the bearing block 310 may be invisible.

[0260] Referring to Fig. 9(d), when the inclined tube 311 rotates further by 90 degrees (90°) together with the rotation shaft 210, the direction (A) along the inclined axis of the inclined tube 311 may be arranged such that the direction (A) along the inclined axis of the inclined tube 311 faces downward by the angle (C) of inclination of the inclined tube 311.

[0261] When the inclined tube 311 rotates together with the rotation shaft 210, the inclined tube 311 can precess by an angle (C) of inclination of the inclined tube 311, and the bearing block 310 can rotate in a direction corresponding to the rotation of the inclined tube 311.

[0262] Although the bearing block 310 serving as one configuration is constructed such that the outer ring is inclined relative to the inner ring, the bearing block 310 can move while its axial direction is changed, as shown in the drawings.

[0263] As a result, the inclined tube 311 can rotate in the axial direction while tracking the conical path relative to the rotation shaft 210.

[0264] Accordingly, the rigid body block 320 connected to the inclined tube 311 can also receive the axial rotation force when tracing the conical route in the axial direction, and the holder 400 connected to the rigid body block 320 can also perform a rotational motion or a pendulum motion when tracing the conical route.

[0265] In other words, the bearing block 310 can precess relative to the rotational shaft 210, and the outer ring of the bearing block 310 can change, as if the axial direction of the bearing block 310 rotates while tracing a conical route based on the rotational shaft 210.

[0266] Since the rigid housing block 320 is attached to the outer ring of the bearing block 310 (for example, to the outer ring of the rotary bearing 312), the axial direction of the rigid housing block 320 changes identically to the axial direction of the bearing block 310.

[0267] Fig. 10 and 11 are views illustrating states of clothes hangers moving by a power transmission unit of the laundry cleaning and processing equipment according to the present disclosure.

[0268] Referring to Fig. 10(a) and 11(a), the power transmission unit 300 may be attached at an angle to the rotation shaft 210 such that the power transmission unit 300 can move in such a way that its axial direction is twisted.

[0269] The holder 400 may be located at a lower position than the rotation shaft 210 and may extend to the lower surface of the inner box 20.

[0270] The holder 400 is attached to the power transmission unit 300 and can move as a unit with the power transmission unit 300. Since the clothes hanger 800 is mounted on the holder 400, the clothes hanger 800 can also move as a unit with the power transmission unit 300.

[0271] As a result, when the axial direction of the power transmission unit 300 is moved in such a way that it changes, the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can also move as a unit in accordance with such axial movement of the power transmission unit 300.

[0272] Assuming that the direction in which the rotation shaft is positioned is called the "Y-axis direction," and the forward and reverse directions are called the "X-axis direction," the state of Fig. 10(a) can be considered a situation in which the left surface of the power transmission unit 300 is positioned at an angle to the axial directions (+X+Y). Therefore, the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can also be positioned at an angle to the axial directions (+X+Y).

[0273] Referring to Fig. 10(b) and 11(b), the rotation shaft 210 rotates such that the axial direction of the power transmission unit 300 can twist upward on the Y-axis.

[0274] As a result, the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can also move so that they are inclined toward the upper left side. In other words, the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can rise upward by an inclination angle (C) while simultaneously facing the XY-axis direction and then rotate so that they face the Y-axis direction.

[0275] Referring to Fig. 10(c) and 11(c), the rotation shaft 210 may further rotate such that the axial direction of the power transmission unit 800 is inclined to the axial direction (-X+Y).

[0276] As a result, the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can be positioned at an angle such that their right sides face forward. In other words, the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can be positioned in the Y-axis direction and then twisted in the (-X+Y) axis direction such that the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can move downward at least by the angle of inclination.

[0277] Referring to Fig. 10(d) and 11(d), the rotation shaft 210 may further rotate such that the axial direction of the power transmission unit may be inclined downward on the Y-axis.

[0278] As a result, the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can also be positioned at a downward tilt on the Y axis. In other words, the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can twist while simultaneously facing the (-X+Y) axis direction and then moving downward on the Y axis, so that the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can further move downward by the tilt angle.

[0279] Referring to Fig. 10(e) and 11(c), when the rotation shaft 210 further rotates by a total of 360 degrees (360°), the resulting state of the rotation shaft 210 can return to the state of Fig. 10(a). In other words, the left side of the power transmission unit 300 can be positioned at an inclination toward the axial direction (+X+Y) and the holder 400, and the clothes hanger 800 can also be positioned at an inclination toward the axial direction (+X+Y), so that the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can move upward by an inclination angle.

[0280] In general, the axial direction of the power transmission unit 300 can rotate while tracing a conical route relative to the rotation shaft 210. As a result, the power transmission unit can perform a reciprocating motion by an inclination angle (C) in the forward and reverse direction and in the upward and downward direction, respectively.

[0281] Specifically, the holder 400 can be connected to the rigid body block 320 so as to move integrally with the rigid body block 320. Furthermore, the clothes hanger 800 is also connected to the holder 400 so that the clothes hanger can move integrally with the rigid body block 320.

[0282] As a result, each of the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can also perform a reciprocating movement by an angle (C) of inclination in the vertical direction, and can also perform a reciprocating movement by an angle (C) of inclination in the forward and reverse directions.

[0283] As a result, when the axial direction of the rigid body 310 changes, as if the rigid body 310 axially precesses relative to the rotation shaft, the left or right side of the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can be repeatedly moved up or down so that one hanger or the other hanger of the clothes hanger 800 can be moved so that it repeatedly faces left and right.

[0284] As a result, the clothes hanging on the clothes hanger 800 can perform a reciprocating motion so that they repeatedly face up and down relative to an arbitrary surface, and can repeatedly perform a reciprocating motion so that they twist in the forward and reverse directions relative to the arbitrary surface.

[0285] Accordingly, since all the clothes are rolled in different directions of the inner box 20, all the clothes can be uniformly exposed to the hot air or steam supplied to the accommodation space 21.

[0286] Because the holder 400 extends from the rigid body 310 to the bottom surface of the inner drawer 20, the holder 400 can serve as the axis of rotation of the pendulum motion. Thus, the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can perform a pendulum motion.

[0287] Specifically, as the axial direction of the power transmission unit 300 rotates in a conical shape based on the Y axis, the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can receive a rotational force generated by moving in a conical shape relative to the height direction.

[0288] In addition, the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can rotate at any time in the XY-axis direction and can perform a pendulum movement in the (+Y)-axis and (-Y)-axis directions every time the rotation shaft 210 rotates.

[0289] In addition, the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 may also be provided with the ability to perform a pendulum movement in the (+X)- and (-X)-axis directions, each time a conical rotation force is received.

[0290] For this reason, the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can perform a pendulum motion based on the X-axis direction when twisting, and can also perform a pendulum motion based on the Y-axis direction. Therefore, the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can perform a pendulum motion or a rotating motion in a three-dimensional manner, so that the effect of cleaning dust from clothes in the vertical direction can be achieved.

[0291] In this pendulum motion, the direction of motion does not change rapidly at a specific point in time, such as forward and reverse reciprocating movements. In other words, such a pendulum motion may have a constant change in angular momentum at all points in time, or may have a very slight change in angular momentum at all points in time. Therefore, since the change in angular momentum of the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 attached to the rigid body 310 is constant at all points in time, a large inertial force may not arise at a specific point in time. Therefore, since the sudden inertial force does not arise in all of the power transmission unit 300, the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800, the noise or vibration generated in the laundry cleaning and processing equipment 1 can be significantly reduced, and the wear resistance of the drive unit 200, the power transmission unit 300, the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can be guaranteed.

[0292] In addition, since the clothes hanging on the clothes hanger 800 have a constant change in angular momentum or perform a moderate pendulum motion, the laundry cleaning and processing equipment can prevent the clothes from suddenly colliding with the inner box 20 and the like, or can prevent the clothes from colliding with each other, thereby preventing damage to the clothes.

[0293] On the other hand, referring to Fig. 11(a), the rigid housing block 320 may not move strictly as a single unit with the bearing block 310. In other words, even if the bearing block 310 rotates in the axial direction based on the rotational shaft 210, since the rigid housing block 320 rotatably accommodates the bearing 310, the rigid housing block 320 can move independently of the bearing block 310.

[0294] In other words, the rigid body block 320 does not move exactly as a single unit with the bearing block 310 due to the loads of the holder 400, the clothes hanger 800 and the clothes, and can receive the inertial force so that it remains in place.

[0295] Therefore, even if the bearing block 310 is axially rotated in a conical shape, the rigid body block 320 can rotate along the outer circumferential surface of the bearing block 310 so that the lower portion of the rigid body block 320 and the holder 400 can rotate while tracing a figure-eight route.

[0296] In other words, each time the rotary shaft 210 rotates once, the bearing block 310 also rotates once in a circle in the axial direction based on the rotary shaft. However, the movement of the rigid body block 320 is limited due to the load of the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800, so that the rigid body block 320 can perform a pendulum motion while tracing a figure-eight pattern.

[0297] In other words, the rigid body unit 320 can perform a pendulum motion when tracking a figure-eight route based on the XY axes. This pendulum motion of the rigid body unit 320 appears as a simple pendulum motion and reciprocating motion when viewed from the X-axis direction, and appears as a simple pendulum motion and reciprocating motion when viewed from the Y-axis direction.

[0298] In addition, when the pendulum motion is performed based on the XY axes, the length of the holder 400 is fixed, so that the height of the holder 400 also changes periodically.

[0299] As a result, due to the movement of the power transmission unit 300, the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can be shaken in all directions of the XYZ axes during one revolution of the rotation shaft 210.

[0300] In other words, the holder 400 and the clothes hanger 800 can perform a reciprocating motion not only in the width and height directions of the casing 10, but also in the forward and reverse directions of the casing 10 during one cycle of the pendulum motion.

[0301] As a result, the laundry cleaning and processing equipment according to the present disclosure can obtain the effect of removing fine dust from clothes (clothes dust cleaning effect) in all directions.

[0302] Fig. 12 is a view illustrating a situation in which the clothes hangers 800 do not move as a single unit with the holder 400.

[0303] Referring to Fig. 12, although the power transmission unit 300 and the holder 400 perform an arc-shaped pendulum motion or a figure-eight pendulum motion depending on the direction, the clothes hanger 800 can move independently of the holder 400 due to its own inertial force.

[0304] In other words, although the power transmission unit 300 and the holder 400 are moved in a complex manner, only the hook unit 810 of the clothes hanger 800 is hung on the holder 400 so that the hanger body 820 on which the clothes are hung can move independently of the holder 400.

[0305] As a result, the clothes hanger 800 can perform a simple reciprocating motion or a pendulum motion in the +Y-axis and -Y-axis directions, instead of performing a reciprocating motion or a figure-eight pendulum motion while twisting in the XY-axis directions together with the holder 400 due to the load of the clothes hanger 800 or the load of the clothes.

[0306] Furthermore, when the clothes hanger 800 is raised up or down relative to the holder 400, the clothes hanger 800 may twist at an angle different from that of the holder 400 due to inertial force. When the loads of the clothes hanging on the clothes hangers 800 differ from each other, the twist angles of the corresponding clothes hangers 800 may differ from each other.

[0307] As a result, the plurality of clothes hangers 800 may collide with each other, or the clothes hanging on the plurality of clothes hangers 800 may collide with each other, so that the clothes hangers 800 and the clothes may be damaged or worn out due to such a collision.

[0308] In order to solve this problem, the laundry cleaning and processing equipment 1 according to the present disclosure may further include a hanger support 430 that allows the clothes hanger 800 to move as a single unit with the holder 400.

[0309] Hereinafter, this document will describe not only specific embodiments of the power transmission unit 300 and the holder 400, but also specific embodiments of the hanger support 430 applicable to each of the above embodiments, with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0310] Fig. 13 is a view illustrating one example of a power transmission unit and a holder.

[0311] Fig. 13(a) is a front view of the power transmission unit and the holder, and Fig. 13(b) is a perspective view of the power transmission unit and the holder.

[0312] In the laundry cleaning and processing equipment according to the present disclosure, the holder 400 may be located in the inner box 20, the drive unit 200 may be located outside the inner box 20, and the power transmission unit 300 may mutually connect the drive unit 200 and the holder 400 after passing through the inner box 20.

[0313] The drive unit 200 may be disposed on the upper surface of the inner box 20, and the support unit 500 may be disposed above the inner box 20 in order to support the drive unit 200.

[0314] The power transmission unit 300 passes through the through cavity 25 provided in the inner box 20. One end of the power transmission unit 300 can be connected to the rotation shaft 210 from the outside of the inner box 20, and the other end of the power transmission unit 300 can be accessible from the inside of the inner box 20 and connected to the holder 400.

[0315] The support 500 may include a connection body 512 mounted on the frame 12 and a main body 511 extending from the connection body 512 so as to be able to support the drive unit 200.

[0316] The main body 511 may be disposed parallel to the rotation shaft 210, and the connection body 512 may extend on both sides of the main body 511 and may be connected to the frame 12.

[0317] The main body 511 can be extended in a downward bending manner from the connection body 512, thereby providing a space in which the drive unit 200 is seated.

[0318] The main body 511 can be maintained in contact with the upper surface of the inner box 20 and can be spaced from the upper surface of the inner box 20 by a predetermined distance.

[0319] The rotary shaft 210 may be disposed above the main body 511 when positioned between the connection housings 512, and the electric motor 220 may be supported by being connected to the outer surfaces of the connection housings 512.

[0320] The main body 511 and the connection body 512 can be formed from a metal plate.

[0321] The holder 400 may be disposed below the main body 511, and the power transmission unit 300 may be disposed above the main body 511.

[0322] The support 500, provided to penetrate the main body 511, may further include a passage cavity 550 through which the power transmission unit 300 can pass, and a support holder 540 for supporting the power transmission unit 300.

[0323] The through cavity 550 may be provided so as to face the through cavity 25, and the power transmission unit 300 and the holder 400 may be arranged so as to be spaced from each other by a predetermined distance in the longitudinal direction of the rotational shaft 210. The support holder 540 may be arranged so as to correspond to a position in which the lower portion of the power transmission unit 300 can be supported.

[0324] The power transmission unit 300 may include a connecting member configured to pass through the through cavity 550 and the through cavity 25, and the holder 400 may be connected to the connecting member at the lower portion of the support 500 and then supported by the support 500.

[0325] As a result, the power transmission unit 300 may be provided to be capable of connecting the holder 400 located below the support 500 to the drive unit 200 located above the support 500.

[0326] As a result, the manufacturer can install the drive unit 200 and the power transmission unit 300 on the support 500 and can attach the support 500 to the upper portion of the inner box 20 so that the power transmission unit 300 can be located in the inner box 20. After that, the manufacturer can install the holder 400 in the inner box 20 by attaching the holder 400 to the power transmission unit 300.

[0327] As a result, the holder 400 and the power transmission unit 300 can increase the attachment force and the fixing force through the inner box 20 and the support 500.

[0328] The clothes hanger 800 may be provided to be hung on the holder 400 so that clothes can be arranged in the inner drawer 20.

[0329] The drive unit 200 may include a rotary unit 230 for connection, which transmits the rotational force of the electric motor 220 to the rotational shaft 210 by connecting the electric motor 220 to the rotational shaft 210.

[0330] The rotary unit 230 for connection may be provided as a gear box that changes the revolutions per minute (RPM) of the electric motor 220 and transmits the resulting RPM to the rotary shaft 210, and may be provided as a configuration for connecting the drive shaft of the electric motor 220 to the rotary shaft 210.

[0331] The electric motor 220 may be disposed on the outer surface of the connection housing 512. The rotary connection unit 230 may be provided as a gearbox and may be connected and secured to the outer surface of the connection housing 512.

[0332] The support 500 may include a shaft connection block 520 that rotatably supports one or more of both ends of the rotational shaft 210.

[0333] Meanwhile, the clothes hanger 800 may include a hook block 810 that can be attached to the holder 400, and a hanger body 820 connected to the hook block 810 so as to hold clothes.

[0334] The hanger body 820 may have a triangular shape, and the lower side of the hanger body 820 may be lowered.

[0335] The hook block 810 can be attached to the upper end of the hanger body 820.

[0336] The clothes hanger 800 may further include a clothes clip 830 (i.e., a clothes fastener) for interconnecting the lower ends of the hanger body 820 so as to grip the clothes.

[0337] One surface of the hanger body 820 is maintained in contact with the holder 400 such that the hanger body 820 can move as a single unit with the holder 400.

[0338] Fig. 14 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the connection structure between the power transmission unit and the holder shown in Fig. 13.

[0339] The rotation shaft 210 can be rotatably fixed through a shaft connection block 520 provided in an upper portion of the support plate 510, and the electric motor 220 can be attached to the support plate 510 to rotate the rotation shaft 210 through the rotation connection block 230.

[0340] The power transmission unit 300 can also be implemented as a plurality of power transmission units 300, so that the power transmission units 300 can be spaced from each other by a predetermined distance in the longitudinal direction of the rotational shaft 210.

[0341] Since the holder 400 is also connected and supported by the power transmission unit 300, the holder 400 is also provided as a plurality of holders 400 such that the holders 400 can be spaced from each other by a predetermined distance in the longitudinal direction of the rotational shaft 210.

[0342] Thus, when the rotary shaft 210 rotates, the plurality of power transmission units 300 move so that all of the holders 400 can be shaken.

[0343] The power transmission unit 300 may include a bearing unit 310 that is attached at an angle to the rotation shaft 210 and rotates, and a block 320 with a rigid housing provided with the ability to accommodate the bearing unit 310 and provided in an annular shape.

[0344] The rigid body block 320 may include a rigid body 321 provided with the ability to receive the bearing block 310, and a connecting rod 322 extending from the rigid body 321 with the ability to pass through the support 500 and the inner box 20.

[0345] The outer peripheral surface of the rigid body 321 may be provided as a curved surface having a convex outer peripheral surface, and the length of the connecting rod 322 may be greater than the thickness or diameter of the connecting rod 322.

[0346] The connecting rod 322 may be provided to pass through the passage cavity 550 formed to penetrate the support plate 510.

[0347] The holder 400 may include a holding plate 410 connected to the power transmission unit 300 and extending to the lower surface of the inner box 20.

[0348] The holding plate 410 can be configured to have a width or length greater than the diameter of the rigid body block 320. Thus, the holding plate 410 can reliably act as an axis for the pendulum motion that shakes the clothes.

[0349] The holding plate 410 can be connected to the connecting rod 322 and supported by the power transmission unit 300.

[0350] The holder 400 may include a hanger unit 420 connected to the holding plate 410 and provided with the ability to allow the clothes hanger 800 or clothes to sit thereon.

[0351] The hanger block 420 can be attached and secured to one surface of the holding plate 410 via the first fastening member 460.

[0352] The holder 400 may further include a hanger support 430 connected to the holding plate 410 to support one surface of the hanger.

[0353] The hanger support 430 can be attached and secured to the other surface of the holding plate 410 via the second fastener 450.

[0354] The holder 400 may further include an intermediate block 440 that allows the hanger block 420 and the hanger support 430 to be secured by connecting the hanger block 420 and the hanger support 430 to the holding plate 410.

[0355] The intermediate block 400 may be disposed between the holding plate 410 and the hanger support 430.

[0356] The hanger block 420 and the intermediate block 440 may be formed from resin, and each of the hanger block 420 and the intermediate block 440 may include a screw cavity that can be connected to the first fastener 460 and the second fastener 450.

[0357] As a result, although the holding plate 410 is made of a metal material, the formation of a screw thread in the holding plate 410 can be eliminated, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process.

[0358] The first fastening member 460 can be inserted from the outer surface of the hanger block 420 to the holding plate 410. In addition, the first fastening member 460 can be attached and secured to the intermediate block 440.

[0359] The second fastening member 450 may be provided to be inserted from the outer surface of the intermediate block 440 to the holding plate 410. In addition, the second fastening member 450 may be attached and secured to the hanger block 420.

[0360] Each of the first fastening member 460 and the second fastening member 450 may be provided in a plurality, and any of the first fastening member 460 and the second fastening member 450 may also be omitted if necessary.

[0361] Therefore, the holder 400 can stably accommodate the clothes hanger 800 or clothes in the inner box 20 through the holding plate 410 and the hanger unit 420, and the power received from the power transmission unit 300 can be accurately transmitted to the clothes hanger 800 or clothes.

[0362] The hanger support 430 can extend further downward than the hanger block 420 so as to support one side of the clothes hanger 800, thereby allowing the clothes hanger 800 to move as a single unit with the holding plate 410.

[0363] The support holder 540 may be provided to support the bottom surface of the rigid body321.

[0364] The support holder 540 may include a seating surface 541 for contacting and supporting the lower surface of the rigid body 321. The support holder 540 may further include a reinforcing surface 543 extending from the support plate 510, which can reinforce the rigidity of the seating surface 541 and distribute the load, and an extension surface 542 through which the reinforcing surface 543 and the seating surface 541 are connected to each other.

[0365] Accordingly, when the axial direction of the rigid body 321 rotates conically around the rotation shaft 210, only the direction of the connecting rod 322 changes, and the connecting rod 322 also rotates conically in the changed direction. As a result, each of the holding plate 410 and the hanger block 420 can move back and forth (i.e., a pendulum motion).

[0366] The connecting rod 322 has a configuration in which the region located above the support 500 has a longer length than the region located below the support 500, so that the amplitude of the holder 400 can be further expanded.

[0367] The length of the connecting rod 322 may be longer than the diameter of the rigid body 321.

[0368] Fig. 15 is a view illustrating an example of the power transmission unit and the holder shown in Fig. 13.

[0369] Referring to Fig. 15(a), the rigid housing block 320 may be provided to accommodate the bearing block 310 and move integrally with the outer peripheral surface of the bearing block 310. The rigid housing block 320 may comprise a separation prevention ring 3121 to prevent separation of the bearing block 310 in the axial direction.

[0370] The connecting rod 322 can extend from the lower portion of the rigid body block 320 and can be connected to the holding plate 410 after passing through the holding plate 410.

[0371] The hanger block 420 may be attached to one surface of the holding plate 410, and the intermediate block 440 or the hanger support 430 may be attached to the other surface of the holding plate 420.

[0372] The fastening member 450 may be provided to attach the hanger block 420, the intermediate block 440, and the hanger support 430 to the holding plate 410.

[0373] The hanger support 430 may include a support body 431 and a support member 432. The support body 431 may be connected to the holding plate 420 and may extend further downward than the hanger block 420. The support member 432 may be connected to the support body 431 and may be supported by one side of the clothes hanger 800.

[0374] The support body 431 can be provided as a metal plate so as to ensure wear resistance and the connection force to the holding plate 410. Even when a load is transferred to the clothes hanger 800, the support body 4321 can prevent the clothes hanger 800 from being deformed.

[0375] The support member 432 can be provided as an elastic member and can be provided so as to be in surface contact with one surface of the clothes hanger 800. As a result, the support member 432 can increase the contact force with the clothes hanger 800, can provide a force allowing the clothes hanger 800 to move, and can thereby prevent damage to the clothes hanger 800.

[0376] Referring to Fig. 15(b), the inclined tube 311 may be provided with the ability to accommodate the rotational shaft 210. The inclined tube 311 may further include a fastening ring 3114 provided at one end and formed with the ability to have a larger size than the diameter of the inclined tube 311. The fastening ring can prevent the rotational bearing 312 from separating from the inclined tube 311.

[0377] The length of the inclined tube 311 can be greater than the thickness of the rotary bearing 312. Accordingly, the laundry cleaning and processing equipment can prevent the inclined tube 311 from separating from the rotary bearing 312 and can fully transmit the power transmitted from the inclined tube 311 to the rotary bearing 312.

[0378] The rotary bearing 312 can be attached to the outer peripheral surface of the inclined tube 311 and attached to the inclined tube 311. Accordingly, the shaft of the rotary bearing 312 can move in a similar manner to the movement of the shaft of the inclined tube 311 when the inclined tube 311 precesses.

[0379] The rigid housing 321 can be attached to the outer peripheral surface of the rotary bearing 312 and attached to the rotary bearing 312.

[0380] The rigid housing 321 can be provided as a thin circular ring. The rigid housing 321 can include an outer peripheral support surface 3213 provided as a spherical shape or an outwardly convex curved surface, an inner peripheral surface for receiving connected to the outer peripheral surface of the rotary bearing 312, and a support ring 3212 located on any of one surface and the other surface, which open on the inner peripheral surface 3211 for receiving, so as to prevent separation of the rotary bearing 312.

[0381] The thickness or length of the rigid housing 321 in the axial direction may be greater than the thickness or length of the bearing block 310 in the axial direction. Accordingly, when the bearing block 310 is accommodated in the rigid housing 321, the bearing block 310 may not protrude outward from the rigid housing 321.

[0382] The inner peripheral surface 3211 for receiving can be recessed in a shape corresponding to the outer peripheral surface of the bearing block 310 on the inner peripheral surface of the rigid housing 321. The inner peripheral surface 3211 for receiving can form a groove in which the bearing block 310 is fitted and connected to the inner peripheral surface of the rigid housing 321. Thus, the outer peripheral surface of the bearing block 310 can be fitted and connected to the inner peripheral surface of the inner peripheral surface 3211 for receiving.

[0383] Since the axial thickness of the rigid housing 321 is larger than the axial thickness of the bearing block 310, the inner peripheral surface 3211 for receiving can form a support ring 3212 on both exposed surfaces of the inner peripheral surface of the rigid housing 321.

[0384] The support ring 3212 can support both sides of the bearing block 310 in order to prevent the bearing block 310 from separating from the rigid housing 321.

[0385] The connecting rod 322 can extend downward from the outer peripheral surface 3213 of the support.

[0386] The rigid body block 320 may be formed of a metal material and can support the holder 400 when the holder 400 is shaken with the power transmitted from the bearing block 310.

[0387] The diameter of the connecting rod 322 may be smaller than the thickness of the rigid body 321 in the axial direction. The connecting rod 322 may have a smaller diameter because it extends downward, may be made of a metal material, and may be integrally formed with the rigid body 321.

[0388] A screw thread 3221 for connecting, to which a connecting member such as a nut can be connected, may be provided at a lower portion of the connecting rod 322.

[0389] The connecting rod 322 can extend from the rigid body 321 and can serve as a thread or axis of the pendulum when the rigid body 321 swings so that its axis changes. As a result, when the rigid body 321 moves via the bearing block 310, the free end of the connecting rod 322 can perform a pendulum motion while tracing an arc shape or a figure-eight shape.

[0390] The holder 400 may include a holding plate 410 connected and supported by a connecting rod 322.

[0391] The holding plate 410 has a plate shape made of a metal material and can perform a pendulum motion as a unit with the connecting rod 322 while supporting the load of the clothes hanger 800.

[0392] The holding plate 410 may have a thin plate shape with a thickness smaller than the diameter of the connecting rod 322. The holding plate 410 may be connected to the connecting rod 322 by penetrating through the connecting rod 322 so that the holding plate 410 can extend to the bottom surface of the inner box 20.

[0393] The holding plate 410 may be provided with the ability to have a length much greater than the width.

[0394] The holding plate 410 may include a first plate 411 through which the connecting rod 322 penetrates and is connected, and a second plate 412 extending from the first plate 411.

[0395] The first plate 411 may be positioned at an angle with the connecting rod 322 such that the connecting rod 322 can pass through it. For example, the first plate 411 may be positioned vertically on the base of the connecting rod 322.

[0396] The second plate 412 may extend from the first plate 411 to the bottom surface of the inner box 20. The length of the second plate 412 may exceed the length of the first plate 411.

[0397] Accordingly, the amplitude of the clothes hanger 800 can be increased by arranging the hanger unit 420 as far away from the rigid body unit 320 as possible.

[0398] The hanger block 420 may be attached to one surface of the second plate 412 and may be located below the first plate 411. The upper end of the hanger block 420 may be provided to face the first plate 411.

[0399] The hanger block 420 may be attached to the lower portion of the second plate 412. The hanger block 420 may be located closer to the lower end of the second plate 412 than to the upper end of the second plate 412.

[0400] The hanger unit 420 may include a hanger body 421 connected to the second plate 412, and an annular groove 4221 into which the hook unit of the clothes hanger 800 can be inserted may be provided in an upper portion of the hanger body 421.

[0401] The annular groove 4221 can be recessed to a depth greater than the thickness of the hook block of the clothes hanger 800 in the hanger body 421. The hanger body 421 can include an annular body 422, spaced from the upper portion of the hanger body 421 by a predetermined width corresponding to the hook block of the clothes hanger 800 when pulled out from the upper portion of the hanger body 421, and the annular groove 4221 can be provided between the annular body 422 and the upper portion of the hanger body 421.

[0402] The hanger body 421 may include a cavity 4121 in the hanger through which the first fastening member 460 passes, and the cavity 4121 in the hanger may be implemented as a plurality of hook cavities 4121.

[0403] Therefore, the hook provided at the upper end of the clothes hanger 800 can be captured by the annular groove 4221 so that the clothes hanger 800 can be mounted on the hanger block 420.Therefore, the clothes hanger 800 and the clothes hanging on the clothes hanger 800 can receive the power generated when the holder 410 and the hanger block 420 perform a pendulum motion.

[0404] However, when only the hook provided on the top of the clothes hanger 800 is mounted on the hanger block 420, there is a possibility that the main body of the clothes hanger 800 performs a pendulum motion again relative to the holder 410.

[0405] As a result, the rigid body unit 320, the holder 410, and the hanger unit 420 can move as a unit, but the clothes hanger 800 can move independently.

[0406] Therefore, there is a possibility that the 800 clothes hanger does not perform the pendulum movement.

[0407] In a situation in which a plurality of holders 410 are provided, if the clothes hanging on the clothes hangers 800 mounted on the respective holders 410 differ in length from each other, the amplitude or time of the reciprocating movement of the clothes for each holder 410 is also changed so that each piece of clothing is shaken independently.

[0408] In this case, the clothes may collide with each other, so that the clothes cannot move with the intended amplitude, and frictional force is generated between the shaken clothes, thereby causing damage to the clothes.

[0409] Therefore, the holder 410 may further include a hanger support 430 that supports the main body of the clothes hanger 800 so that the clothes hanger 800 can move as a single unit with the holder 410.

[0410] In other words, the clothes hanger 800 is pushed or supported while the hanger support 430 supports the load of the clothes hanger 800 and the clothes, thereby preventing the clothes hanger 800 from moving independently of the holder 410.

[0411] As a result, the clothes hanger 800 can perform a pendulum motion together with the holder 410, and the clothes hangers 800 mounted on a plurality of holders 410 can move in the same direction at the same time, thereby maximizing the shaking effect of the clothes.

[0412] The hanger support 430 can extend further downward from the second plate 412 than the hanger block 420, so that the hanger support 420 can support the clothes hanger 800 mounted on the hanger block 420.

[0413] The hanger support 430 may be provided to contact one surface of the main body of the clothes hanger 800 when the hook of the clothes hanger 800 is mounted on the hanger unit 420.

[0414] The hanger support 430 may include a support body 431 in which the upper end is connected to the second plate 412, and the other end is extended to face one surface of the main body of the clothes hanger 800.

[0415] The support body 431 may include a first body 4311 attached to one surface of the second plate 412, and a first body 4311 extending further downward from the first body 4311 than the hanger block 420.

[0416] The second body 4312 can be bent toward the hanger unit 420 such that the second body 4312 can be positioned closer to the clothes hanger 800.

[0417] The first housing 4311 may include a cavity 4313 in the housing through which the second fastening member 450 can pass, and a plurality of cavities 4313 in the housing may be provided.

[0418] The hanger support 430 may include a support member 432 connected to the support body 431 so as to support one side of the clothes hanger. The support member 432 may be provided as an elastic member and may be connected and secured to the second body 4312.

[0419] The support member 432 is wider than the second body 4312 so that one side of the clothes hanger 800 can be supported more securely.

[0420] The second body 4312 may comprise a cavity 4314 in the second body connected to the support member 432.

[0421] The support member 432 may include a projection 4322 inserted and connected to the cavity 4314 in the second housing.

[0422] Of course, the support member 432 can be attached to the second body 4312 via a separate fastener.

[0423] The support member 432 may include a recessed surface that is recessed according to the shape of the second body 4312 in such a way that the support member 432 can be fixed in direct contact with the second body 4312. The projection 4322 may protrude from the recessed surface.

[0424] At least a portion of the first body 4311 may be located at a height at which the first body 4311 partially overlaps the hanger block 420. Therefore, the first body 4311 may be attached to the holding plate 410 together with the hanger block 420 via a single fastener.

[0425] In addition, since each of the support body 431 and the holding plate 410 is provided as a metal plate, it may be difficult to form a screw thread attached to the fastener.

[0426] Therefore, an intermediate block 440 can be used, which is connected to the first fastening member 460 for connecting the hanger block 420 to the holding plate 410, and is also connected to the second fastening member 450 for connecting the support body 431 to the holding plate 410.

[0427] The intermediate block 440 may be positioned at a height at which the intermediate block 440 overlaps the hanger block 420 on the other surface of the holding plate 410.

[0428] The second plate 412 may be disposed between the intermediate block 440 and the hanger block 420, and the intermediate block 440 may be disposed between the hanger support 430 and the second plate 412.

[0429] The intermediate block 440 may include an intermediate cavity 441. At least one of the first fastening element 460 and the second fastening element 450 may pass through the intermediate block 440 or may be connected to the intermediate block 440.

[0430] The intermediate cavity 441 may be located at a position in which the intermediate cavity 441 may face the hook cavity 4211 and the cavity 4313 in the first housing.

[0431] As a result, the holder 410 can allow the clothes hanger 800 to perform a pendulum motion via the hanger unit 420.

[0432] Fig. 16 is a view illustrating another example of a power transmission unit and a holder.

[0433] Hereinafter, in order to avoid redundant descriptions, the following description focuses on specific parts different from those of the above-described embodiments. Some configurations omitted from the following description may be considered identical to the above-described configurations.

[0434] The inner box 20 may be disposed in a frame of a casing 10 formed by a first frame 121, a second frame 122 and a third frame 123, and the drive unit 200 may be provided in an upper portion of the inner box 20.

[0435] The power transmission unit 300 may be located above the inner box 20. A portion of the holder 410 may be located in the accommodation space 21, and the remaining portions, except for the holder portion, may be located above the inner box 20 by penetrating through the upper surface of the inner box 20.

[0436] The holder 410 can be directly connected to the power transmission unit 300 after passing through the inner box 410 and can therefore be supported by the power transmission unit 300.

[0437] The holder 410 may include an attachment plate 413. One end of the attachment plate 413 may be attached and secured to the rigid body 320, and the other end of the attachment plate 413 may be located in the inner box 20.

[0438] A support 500 formed of a metal material may be provided between the upper portion of the inner box 20 and the upper panel of the casing 10.

[0439] The support 500 may be supported by the upper surface of the inner box 20 or may be attached to the frame 12 and supported by the casing 10.

[0440] Since the support plate 410 of the support 500 is located below the rotation shaft 210, the attachment plate 412 can pass through the support plate 410.

[0441] The electric motor 220 can be attached and supported by the support plate 510.

[0442] In addition, the electric motor 220 can be attached and supported by the frame 120 and can be spaced from the support plate 510 in either the forward or backward directions. As a result, the electric motor 220 can be positioned without being limited in installation space by the presence of the support plate 510.

[0443] On the other hand, since the rotation shaft 210 is disposed parallel to the support plate 510, a rotational connection block for connecting the rotation shaft 210 to the electric motor 220 may be additionally provided.

[0444] Fig. 17 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the connection state between the power transmission unit and the holder shown in Fig. 16.

[0445] The electric motor 220 may be positioned such that its drive shaft does not face the support plate 510.

[0446] For example, the electric motor 220 may be located behind the support plate 510.

[0447] On the other hand, the rotation shaft 210 may be disposed parallel to the support plate 510 in an upper portion of the support plate 510 and may be rotatably supported by a shaft connection block 520 provided in the support plate 510.

[0448] The rotary block 230 for connection may be provided with the ability to transfer the power of the electric motor 220 to the rotary shaft 210, spaced apart from the electric motor 220. For example, the rotary block 230 for connection may include a drive pulley 233 connected to the drive shaft 210, a rotating pulley 232 provided with the ability to rotate together with the rotary shaft 210, and a belt 231 for simultaneously rotating the drive pulley and the rotary pulley by mutually connecting the drive pulley and the rotary pulley.

[0449] The rotational shaft 210 may include a plurality of power transmission units 300 spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the rotational shaft 210. A holder 410 may be provided for each power transmission unit 300, so that the holders 410 can be attached to the power transmission units 300, respectively.

[0450] The support plate 510 may include a passage cavity 550 through which the plate 413 can pass for attachment.

[0451] The passage cavity 550 may be formed to allow the attachment plate 413 to pass through it and may also have a larger area than the area facing the rigid body block 320.

[0452] Accordingly, when the attachment plate 413 attached to the rigid body block 320 performs a pendulum motion, the attachment plate may not be restricted by the support plate 510.

[0453] The attachment plate 413 may include an attachment end 4131 attached to the rigid body block 320, and a plate body 4132 extending from the end for attachment to the inner box 420.

[0454] The end 4131 for connection can be connected to the side surface of the rigid body block 320. The end 4131 for connection can be provided in such a way that the holding fastener 4134 can pass through it, and the holding fastener 4134 is connected to the side surface of the rigid body block 320 to fix the end 4131 for connection.

[0455] As a result, the connecting rod 322 extended from the rigid body block 320 can be lowered, and the connecting plate 413 can be formed in a straight plate shape, thereby simplifying the configuration, the manufacturing process, and the connecting process.

[0456] In addition, the attachment plate 413 can be directly attached to the lower portion of the side surface of the rigid body block 320 and can more directly receive the power of the rotational shaft 210 when moving integrally with the rigid body block 320, so that the attachment plate 413 can perform a pendulum motion.

[0457] The clothes hanger 800 can be provided with the ability to be mounted on the attachment plate 413.

[0458] Fig. 18 is a view illustrating an example of a detailed structure of the power transmission unit and the holder shown in Fig. 16.

[0459] Referring to Fig. 18(a), the inclined tube 311 and the bearing block 310, such as the rotary bearing 312, may be identical in structure to the tube and block of the above-described embodiments.

[0460] Since the rigid body block 320 is directly attached and supported by the attachment plate 413, the rigid body block 320 may be provided to have higher rigidity or may be provided to have a larger peripheral surface thickness.

[0461] The rigid housing 321 may include at least one of the reinforcing cavities 3214 and the reinforcing ribs 3215. Each of the reinforcing cavities 3214 may be provided with the ability to axially penetrate through the space between the inner peripheral surface 3211 accommodating the bearing block 310 and the outer peripheral surface 3213, or may be recessed in the axial direction. The reinforcing ribs 3215 may be provided with the ability to mutually connect the inner peripheral surface 3211 and the outer peripheral surface 3213.

[0462] In other words, the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the rigid body 321 may not be arranged to face the outer peripheral surfaces and the inner peripheral surfaces of the plate, but the inner and outer peripheral surfaces 3211 and 3213 may be spaced apart from each other by a certain thickness or more.

[0463] As a result, the diameter thickness of the rigid body 321 is further increased so that the rigidity of the rigid body 321 can also be increased.

[0464] In addition, as the diameter thickness of the rigid body 321 becomes larger, the area with respect to which the attachment plate 413 can be in contact or secured can also increase.

[0465] Meanwhile, the hard shell of 321 may be made of reinforced plastic instead of metal material.

[0466] Accordingly, to increase the rigidity of the rigid body 321, reinforcing cavities 3214 can be formed by penetrating the thickness of the rigid body 321 in the axial direction. A plurality of reinforcing cavities can be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance along the periphery of the rigid body 21. A reinforcing rib 3215 can be located between the reinforcing cavities 3214.

[0467] As a result, the load transferred to the inner circumferential surface 3211 or the outer circumferential surface 3213 of the rigid body 321 can be distributed to strengthen the rigidity of the rigid body 321.

[0468] In addition, since the attachment plate 413 is attached to the side surface of the rigid body 321, the load transmitted to the side surface of the rigid body 321 is distributed by the reinforcing cavities 3214 and the reinforcing ribs 3215 so that the wear resistance of the rigid body 321 can be guaranteed.

[0469] In order to further provide an attachment area of the attachment plate 413, the rigid body block 320 may further include an attachment body 323 protruding outward from the rigid body 321.

[0470] The attachment body 323 may be provided to further protrude downward from the outer peripheral surface 3213 of the rigid body 321, and the attachment plate 413 may be attached and secured to the rigid body 321 while facing the side surface of the lower portion of the rigid body 321 and the side surface of the lower portion of the attachment body 323.

[0471] The attachment body 323 may include an attachment cavity to which the holding fastener 4134 can be attached.

[0472] Meanwhile, the hanger block 420 can be attached to one surface of the attachment plate 413.

[0473] At this time, the hanger block 420 can be spaced a predetermined distance from the lower end of the attachment plate 413 to the upper end of the attachment plate 413 and can be attached to the attachment plate 413.

[0474] The region located below the hanger block 420 in the attachment plate 413 can serve as a hanger support 430. In other words, the attachment plate 413 can include an extension support block 433 extending downward from the hanger block 420.

[0475] The support extension block 433 may be provided integrally with the plate body 4132. In addition, the support extension block 433 may be disposed such that it bends in a direction from the hanger block 420 in the plate body 4132.

[0476] Accordingly, when the clothes hanger is attached to the annular seat groove 4211 provided in the upper end of the hanger block 420, the support extension block 433 can be in surface contact with the main body of the clothes hanger so as to support the clothes hanger.

[0477] Meanwhile, the attachment plate 413 may include an attachment groove 4135 to which the hanger block 420 can be attached. The attachment grooves 4135 may be formed by recessing the side surface of the attachment plate 413 in the width direction. The attachment grooves 4135 may be spaced from the lower end of the attachment plate 413 by a predetermined distance.

[0478] Accordingly, the hanger block 420 can be inserted into the attachment groove 4135 identically to the clamp such that the hanger block 420 can be attached to both surfaces of the attachment plate 413.

[0479] In other words, the hanger block 420 may be provided as a single unit with the intermediate block 440, and the spacing between the hanger block 420 and the intermediate block 440 may correspond to the thickness of the plate body 4132.

[0480] Accordingly, a plurality of through cavities that need to be connected to the fastener can be omitted.

[0481] Referring to Fig. 18(b), the attachment plate 413 may include an attachment end 4131 and a plate body 4132. The attachment end 4131 may be connected to the attachment body 323 while simultaneously contacting the body 323 to attach the rigid body 321 at one end. The plate body 4132 may extend downward from the attachment end 4131.

[0482] The attachment plate 413 may further include a holder support 4133 for connecting the attachment end 4131 to the plate body 4132.

[0483] Since the end 4131 for connection is provided parallel to the side surface of the rigid body 321, the holder support 4133 can extend parallel to the rotation shaft 210 at the lower end of the end 4131 for connection.

[0484] The holder support 4133 may be provided to be larger than the thickness or width of the plate body 4132 in order to prevent the seal block 700 described later from being separated, or supported by the support holder 540.

[0485] The attachment plate 413 may further include reinforcing ribs 416 for connecting the end 4131 for attachment to the support 4133 of the holder. Each of the reinforcing ribs 416 may have a triangular shape, so that one surface of the reinforcing rib 416 can extend from the end 4131 for attachment, and the other surface of the reinforcing rib 416 can extend from the support 4133 of the holder.

[0486] The reinforcing rib 416 may be located at the center of the width of the end 4131 for attaching or supporting the holder 4133. Alternatively, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 416 may be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance in the width direction.

[0487] The holding fastener 4134 can be spaced apart from the reinforcing rib 416 and connected to the end 4131 for connection.

[0488] The end 4131 for attachment may include an end cavity into which the retaining fastener 4134 can be inserted, in a region spaced from the reinforcing rib 416.

[0489] The end cavity can be provided in a plurality, and the holding fastener 4134 can also be provided in a plurality, so that the end cavities and holding fasteners 4134 can be connected to the housing 323 for connection. As a result, the connection force between the holding plate 410 and the rigid body block 320 can be further increased.

[0490] As described above, among the members of the attachment plate 413, the attachment block 420 and the extension plate 4137 formed to extend downward from the intermediate block 400 can serve as a hanger support 430.

[0491] In other words, at least a portion of the extension plate 4137 may be provided as a support extension unit 433 capable of supporting one surface of the clothes hanger 800.

[0492] As a result, the attachment plate 413 can be tightly attached to the rigid body 321. In this way, as the rigid body 321 moves in the axial direction, the attachment plate 413 can perform a pendulum motion in the accommodation space 21.

[0493] Meanwhile, the attachment plate 413 may further include a recessed groove 4133a provided along the periphery of the plate body 4132 in the lower portion of the holder support 4133.

[0494] The recessed groove 4133a may be provided so as to correspond to the thickness of the sealing block 700, which is described below, so that the sealing block 700 can be fitted and attached thereto.

[0495] Fig. 19 is a view illustrating an example of a support block for supporting a power transmission block or a rotary shaft.

[0496] The equipment 1 for cleaning and processing laundry according to the present disclosure has a configuration in which the rotation shaft 210 is located outside the inner box 20, and at least a portion of the holder 400 is accessible from inside the inner box, thereby supporting the clothes.

[0497] Accordingly, the upper surface 22 of the inner box 20 must include a through cavity 23 through which at least one of the holder 400 and the power transmission unit 300 can pass.

[0498] Meanwhile, the rotation shaft 210 can be rotatably supported by the upper surface 23 of the inner box 20.

[0499] However, since the rotary shaft 210 is connected to the power transmission unit 300, and the power transmission unit 300 includes the holder 400, the load of the power transmission unit 300 and the load of the holder 400 can be simultaneously added to the rotary shaft 210.

[0500] As a result, when the rotary shaft 210 is directly supported by the upper surface 22 of the inner case 20, the upper surface 22 is formed of resin such that there is a possibility that the upper surface 22 of the inner case 20 is damaged by excessive load.

[0501] In addition, the rotation shaft 210 is arranged in the width direction of the inner drawer 20 and is rotatable, and a plurality of power transmission units 300 are connected to the rotation shaft 210 so that the loads of the plurality of holders 400 can be supported. Accordingly, when an excessive load is applied between both ends of the rotation shaft 210 and the rotation shaft 210 is bent (or twisted), the rotation of the rotation shaft 210 is not guaranteed, and the other power transmission unit 300 sags downward, or the installation angle of the other power transmission unit 300 changes, resulting in damage to the holder 400 having the function of holding the clothes hanger 800.

[0502] Therefore, if the rotation shaft 210 is curved (or bent), a problem arises that the laundry cleaning and processing equipment 1 has difficulty not only in shaking the clothes located in the inner box 20, but also in holding the clothes in the inner box 20.

[0503] In order to solve this problem, the laundry cleaning and processing equipment according to the present disclosure may include a support 500.

[0504] The support 500 may be provided as a steel plate made of a metal material, so that the support 500 can support all the loads that are to be applied to the rotation shaft 210 and can prevent excessive load from being applied to the rotation shaft 210 or the inner box 20.

[0505] The support 500 may be located below the rotation shaft 210 so as to directly or indirectly support the lower portion of the rotation shaft 210, thereby dissipating the load that must be added to the rotation shaft 20. In other words, the support 500 may be provided with the ability to support at least one of the rotation shaft 210, the power transmission unit 300 and the holder 400.

[0506] In addition, when the support 500 is attached to the upper surface of the inner box 20, damage to the upper surface of the inner box 20 can be prevented.

[0507] In addition, when the support 500 is completely separated or isolated from the upper surface of the inner box 20, any impact or vibration can be prevented from being transmitted to the inner box 20, thereby ensuring the wear resistance of the inner box 20.

[0508] For example, the support portion 500 may be supported by the upper surface of the inner box 20. However, the support 500 may be connected to the frame 12 in order to support most of the loads through the casing 10.

[0509] The support 500 may include a support plate 510, at least a portion of which is located under the rotation shaft 210. The support plate 510 may comprise a steel plate made of metal.

[0510] The support plate 510 may be positioned between the casing 10 and the upper surface 22 of the inner box.

[0511] The support plate 510 is located below the rotation shaft 210 in order to shield the rotation shaft 210 even when the rotation shaft 210 is located in the inner box 210 or is accessible from inside the inner box 210. Therefore, the rotation shaft 210 can be prevented from hanging or touching by the user.

[0512] In addition, at least a portion of the support plate 510 may be located below the rotational shaft 210. Accordingly, the support plate 510 may directly or indirectly support the lower portion of the rotational shaft 210, thereby preventing the rotational shaft 210 from bending.

[0513] The support 500 may include a shaft connection block 520 that rotatably supports the rotational shaft 210. The shaft connection block 520 may be connected to an upper portion of the support plate 510 to support both ends of the rotational shaft 210.

[0514] Meanwhile, the support 500 may have one or more passage cavities 550 formed to pass through the support plate 510 in such a way that at least a portion of the power transmission block 300 or the holder 400 can pass through the passage cavities 550. The passage cavities 550 may be arranged in such a way that they correspond to the numbers and positions of the power transmission blocks 300 or the holders 400. The passage cavities 550 may be arranged in the longitudinal direction of the rotational shaft 210. The passage cavities 550 may be arranged in the region corresponding to the through cavity 23.

[0515] Although it is shown that the penetration through the through cavity 23 is carried out in accordance with the shape of the support plate 510, for convenience of description, the scope or essence of the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the through cavity 23 may be provided as a passage cavity 550 or may also be provided as a plurality of cavities having a larger diameter than the passage cavity 550, if necessary.

[0516] The support 500 may further include a support holder 540, which is provided in the support plate 510 in order to support the power transmission unit 300 or the holder 400.

[0517] The support holder 540 can be provided so as to support the lower portion of the power transmission unit 300 and can be recessed downward from the support plate 510 in such a manner that the power transmission unit 300 can perform a reciprocating movement or a swinging movement. The support holder 540 can be formed so as to protrude from the support plate 510 in order to strengthen the rigidity of the support plate 510 and distribute the load applied to the support holder 540.

[0518] Thus, when the user hangs on the rotation shaft 210 or on the clothes hanger 800, or when an excessive load is applied only to a specific holder 400, the support holder 540 supports the power transmission unit 300 in order to distribute such an excessive load to the support plate 510, thereby preventing the deformation of the rotation shaft 210 or preventing damage to the power transmission unit 300 or the holder 400.

[0519] The support holder 540 may have a passage cavity 550.

[0520] The laundry cleaning and processing equipment according to the present disclosure may further include a sealing unit 700 for shielding the passage cavity 500 in order to prevent hot air or flow from leaking into the passage cavity 550.

[0521] Fig. 20 is a view illustrating an example of a support holder 540.

[0522] Referring to Fig. 20(a), the support holder 540 may be provided such that the region facing the rigid body block 320 is recessed downward.

[0523] Therefore, the support holder 540 can accommodate and support at least a portion of the rigid body block 320. The support holder 540 can support the load applied to the rotary shaft 210 and all the power transmission blocks 300 by supporting the rigid body block 320. In addition, the support holder 540 can distribute the load applied to the support holder 540 in various directions according to the recessed shape, thereby preventing the load from concentrating in a specific area and direction.

[0524] In addition, the support holder 540 may protrude upward from the support plate 510. Therefore, even if the support plate 510 is spaced apart from the rigid body block 320, the support holder 540 can contact and support the lower portion of the rigid body block 320.

[0525] In addition, since the support holder 540 protrudes upward from the support plate 510, the rigidity of the support plate 510 can be significantly increased. Furthermore, the load applied to the support holder 540 can be distributed in more different directions, and the protruding portion can also apply an elastic force similar to a cantilever, so the rigidity and wear resistance of the support holder 540 can be significantly increased.

[0526] Although the connecting rod 322 extends into the rigid body block 320, the connecting rod 322 can pass through the passage cavity 550 provided in the support holder 540, and only the lower portion of the rigid body block 320 can be supported by the support holder 540.

[0527] Referring to Fig. 21(b), the support holders 540 may be disposed below the plurality of rigid body blocks 320, respectively.

[0528] The support holder 540 may be provided so as to prevent contact with the rotational shaft 210 and may be provided so as to partially accommodate the lower region of the rigid body block 320.

[0529] The support holder 540 may also be provided such that the rigid body block 320 can be in surface contact or in linear contact with a lower region of the rigid body block 320.

[0530] In addition, the support holder 540 may be spaced from the rigid body block 320 by a predetermined distance such that it comes into contact with a lower portion of the rigid body block 320 when an excessive load is applied to the rigid body block 320.

[0531] Therefore, the support holder 540 can prevent the rigid body block 320 from descending by a certain distance or less, thereby preventing permanent deformation of the rotational shaft 210 from occurring.

[0532] Meanwhile, the upper surface of the support holder 540 that accommodates and supports the rigid body block 320 can form a partial spherical surface. Accordingly, the axial direction of the rigid body block 320 can change, and at the same time, the rigid body block 320 can perform a reciprocating motion or a pendulum motion.

[0533] Fig. 21 is a view illustrating a specific shape of the support holder 540.

[0534] The support holder 540 can indirectly support the rotation shaft 210 by supporting the power transmission unit 300.

[0535] When the bearing block 310 precesses relative to the rotational shaft 210, the rigid housing block 320 can also rotate in the axial direction relative to the rotational shaft 210.

[0536] Accordingly, the lower surface of the rigid body block 320 can rotate while tracking a circular arc shape.

[0537] Accordingly, the support holder 540 may include a seating surface 541 that is recessed downward to support the rigid body block 320 while allowing the rigid body block 320 to move.

[0538] The radius of curvature of the seating surface 541 may be equal to or greater than the radius of curvature of the outer circumferential surface of the rigid body block 320. Accordingly, even if the seating surface 541 contacts the rigid body block 320, movement of the rigid body block 320 may be permitted.

[0539] The width of the seating surface 541 may be greater than the axial thickness of the rigid body block 320. The width of the seating surface 541 may be greater than the axial thickness of the outer peripheral surface 3213 of the rigid body block 320. Therefore, the seating surface 541 can support the entire lower surface of the rigid body block 320.

[0540] Meanwhile, the depth of the seating surface 541 is smaller than the width of the seating surface 541, so as not to interfere with the movement of the rigid body block 320.

[0541] The seating surface 541 may have a spherical shape and may have a radius of curvature corresponding to a portion of a sphere.

[0542] In other words, the seating surface 541 may be provided in a funnel shape that is recessed toward the passage cavity 550 therein.

[0543] The radius of curvature of the seating surface 541 may be greater than or equal to the radius of curvature of the path along which the outer peripheral surface of the rigid body block 320 moves.

[0544] The radius of curvature of the seating surface 541 may be greater than or equal to the radius of curvature of the outer peripheral surface of the rigid body block 320.

[0545] As a result, when the rigid body block 320 moves while tracking a round shape or a spherical shape relative to the rotation shaft 210, the seating surface 541 can support the rigid body block 320 in surface contact so that the load of the rigid body block 320 can be distributed in a wider plurality of directions over a wider area.

[0546] The seat surface 541 can bend downward from the support plate 510.

[0547] Meanwhile, the support holder 540 may further include a reinforcing surface 543 that allows the seating surface 541 to rise relative to the support plate 510 toward the rigid body block 320. The reinforcing surface 543 may protrude upward from the support plate 510, and the seating surface 541 may be provided in the reinforcing surface 543.

[0548] The reinforcing surface 543 may protrude from the support plate 510 in order to strengthen the rigidity of the support plate 510, and the load applied to the seating surface 541 may be distributed in the vertical direction from the support plate 510.

[0549] In addition, the support holder 540 may further include an extension surface 542 extending from the inner peripheral surface of the reinforcing surface 543 to the seat surface 541.

[0550] In other words, the extension surface 542 may be provided in the strengthening surface 543, the seat surface 541 may be provided in the extension surface 542, and the passage cavity 550 may be provided in the seat surface 541.

[0551] The extension surface 542 may include a seating surface 541 provided on its inner peripheral surface, and may include a reinforcing surface 543 provided on its outer peripheral surface.

[0552] The extension surface 542 may be positioned parallel to the support plate 510 or may have an upwardly convex shape.

[0553] Therefore, the extension surface 542 radially distributes the load received from the seating surface 541 in a radial direction parallel to the support plate 510, thereby preventing the seating surface 541 from being deformed.

[0554] Meanwhile, the reinforcing surface 543 may protrude upward in such a manner that the lower portion of the seating surface 541 can be prevented from protruding downward from the support plate 510. In other words, the protrusion height of the reinforcing surface 543 may be greater than the recess depth of the seating surface 541.

[0555] As a result, the seating surface 541 can be prevented from protruding downward from the support plate 510, thereby preventing injury to the user through the seating surface 541.

[0556] The passage cavity 550 may be provided on the inner circumferential surface of the seat surface 541, and the connecting rod 322 may pass through the passage cavity 550.

[0557] The support holder 540 can support the rigid body 320 while distributing the load transmitted to the block with the rigid body 310 in multiple directions, since the support holder 540 includes a spherical seating surface 541, an annular extension surface 542 and a vertical or inclined reinforcing surface 543.

[0558] In addition, the extension surface 542 and the reinforcing surface 543 can provide a large elastic force to the seat surface 541, similar to the console, so that the wear resistance of the entire support holder 540 can be guaranteed.

[0559] Fig. 22 is a view illustrating another example of the support 500.

[0560] Referring to Fig. 22(a), the support 500 may be provided to directly support the holder 400. The support 500 may indirectly support the power transmission unit 300 or the rotary shaft 210 with the support of the holder 400.

[0561] The support 500 may be provided to support the holder 400 passing through the support plate 510.

[0562] The seating surface 541 provided on the support holder 540 may be provided so as to support the holder 400.

[0563] Specifically, the seating surface 541 may be provided to support the attachment plate 413 directly attached to the rigid body block 320.

[0564] The attachment plate 413 may include a holder support 4133 that projects from the attachment end 4131 much further than the diameter of the passage cavity 550 and fits onto the seat surface 541.

[0565] Based on the fact that the attachment plate 413 is provided to penetrate through the passage cavity 550 provided in the seating surface 541, the attachment plate 413 can be supported by the upper surface of the seating surface 541 via the holder support 4133.

[0566] Since the seating surface 541 has a circular shape when viewed from above, the central portion of the seating surface 541 has the largest diameter.

[0567] This is because the diameter of the rigid body block 320 is larger than the width of the attachment plate 413, so that it is most preferable if the area corresponding to the rigid body block 320 is centered on the seating surface 541.

[0568] Therefore, since the rigid body block 320 is located in the center of the seating surface 541, and the attachment plate 413 is attached and secured to the side surface of the rigid body block 320, the passage cavity 550 can also be formed to be offset from the center of the seating surface 541 to one side of the seating surface 541 in accordance with the position of the attachment plate 413.

[0569] The seating surface 541 may be provided as a curved surface such that the axial direction of the seating surface 541 can rotate relative to the rotation shaft identically to the precession of the rigid body block 320.

[0570] Therefore, the holder support 4133 may also be provided with the possibility of having a curved lower surface such that the holder support 4133 can be supported by the seating surface 541 while being in surface contact with the seating surface 541.

[0571] Meanwhile, the plate body 412 may be provided in a rod shape rather than a plate shape so as not to excessively increase the diameter of the passage cavity 550.

[0572] In particular, the plate body 4132 may further include a first plate body 4132a, provided in a rod-shaped form extending from the holder support 4133 to the region to which the hanger unit 420 is connected. The first plate body 4132a may have a much narrower width than the main body of the plate body 4132 to which the hanger unit 420 is connected.

[0573] As a result, the plate body 4132 passes through the passage cavity 550 and can stably support the hanger unit 420 through the main body located under the first plate body 4132a, without interference by the seating surface 541 during its pendulum movement.

[0574] Fig. 23 is a view illustrating a detailed structure of the attachment plate 413 applied to the structure of Fig. 22.

[0575] The holder support 4133 may include a holder body 4133a formed such that it is thicker than the end 4131 for attachment, and a body surface 4133b that is provided below the holder body 4133a and has a curved surface supported by the seat surface 4133b.

[0576] The holder body 4133a can be extended in a direction parallel to the rotation shaft 210 from the end 4131 for connection.

[0577] The housing surface 4133b may have a smaller area than the seating surface 541, and the seating surface 541 may have a radius of curvature equal to or greater than the radius of curvature of the housing surface 4133b.

[0578] The holder support 4133 may further include an extension surface 4133c extending downward from the end 4131 for attachment so as to provide the thickness of the surface 4133b of the housing.

[0579] The housing surface 4133b may be provided to extend the holder housing 4133a and the extension surface 4133c.

[0580] The hanger block 420 can be attached and secured to a lower portion of the first plate body 4132a of the plate bodies 4132.

[0581] The hanger unit 420 may include a first hanger body 421 supported by one surface of the plate body 4132, and a second hanger body 422 supported by another surface of the plate body 4132.

[0582] Each of the first hanger body 421 and the second hanger body 422 may have a greater width than the plate body 4132 and the first hanger body 421 and the second hanger body 421. The first hanger body 421 and the second hanger body 422 may be spaced from each other by the thickness of the plate body 4132, and one surface of the first hanger body 421 and one surface of the second hanger body 422 may be formed to be extendable in such a way that the first hanger body 421 and the second hanger body 422 may be formed as a single unit.

[0583] Thus, it can be seen that any of the first hanger body 421 and the second hanger body 422 serves as an intermediate block 440. The first hanger body 421 may include an annular groove 4211 for attachment, into which a hook of a clothes hanger can be seated.

[0584] Fig. 24 is a view illustrating an example of the attachment plate 413 performing a pendulum motion.

[0585] Referring to Fig. 24(a), the rigid body block 320 is attached to the rotation shaft 210, and the attachment end 4131 is attached to the lower portion of the rigid body block 320.

[0586] The holder support 4133 can extend from the end 4131 for connection and can be seated on the seating surface 541 around the passage cavity 550 such that the holder support 4133 can be supported by the seating surface 541.

[0587] The rigid body block 320 may be configured to be inclined so that it faces upward relative to the rotational shaft 210. The holding plate 410 may be configured to be inclined to the left in response to the degree of inclination of one surface of the rigid body block 320 connected to the end 4131 for connection.

[0588] Referring to Fig. 24(b), the rotation shaft 210 rotates in such a way that the rigid body block 320 can be positioned at an angle so that it faces downward relative to the rotation shaft 210. The holder support 4133 is supported by the seating surface 541 and can rotate based on the passage cavity 550. The holding plate 410 can be configured to be inclined to the right in response to the degree of inclination of one surface of the rigid body block 320 connected to the end 4131 for connection.

[0589] Therefore, the holding plate 410 can be provided with the ability to perform a pendulum motion.

[0590] The support holder 540 can support the holding plate 410, thereby distributing the loads applied to the power transmission unit 300 and the rotation shaft 210.

[0591] In addition, the support holder 540 can indirectly support the power transmission unit 300 and the rotation shaft 210.

[0592] Fig. 25 is a view illustrating an example of a support 500 directly supporting a rotary shaft 210.

[0593] The support 500 may include a support post 530 that surrounds the rotational shaft 210 or is in contact with a lower portion of the rotational shaft 210, thereby supporting the rotational shaft 210.

[0594] The support post 530 can be provided to support the intermediate region of the rotational shaft 210 such that the support post 530 can prevent the rotational shaft 210 from bending downward. Here, the intermediate region is located between both ends of the rotational shaft 210.

[0595] The support post 530 may be provided to contact and support the lower surface of the rotational shaft 210. In a situation in which the support post 530 is spaced from the lower surface of the rotational shaft 210 by a predetermined distance, when the force applied to the support post 530 reaches a region in which the rotational shaft 210 is bent to the elasticity threshold value or more, the rotational shaft 210 can be supported by the support post 530.

[0596] Although not shown in the drawings, the support column 530 may also be provided as a structure that completely rotatably surrounds the rotation shaft 210 and simultaneously supports the rotation shaft 210.

[0597] The support post 530 may include a post body 531 connected to the support plate 510, and post grooves 532 provided in an upper portion of the post body 531 capable of supporting the rotational shaft.

[0598] The post groove 532 is provided as a groove in which the upper end of the post body 531 is recessed so as to accommodate the rotation shaft 210, and the upper portion of the post groove 532 is opened so that the rotation shaft 210 can be detachably attached to the post groove 532.

[0599] Although not shown, a bearing configured to rotatably support the rotation shaft 210 may also be provided on the inner circumferential surface of the post groove 532.

[0600] Alternatively, the support post 530 may also be implemented as a plurality of support posts that are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance in the longitudinal direction of the rotational shaft 210. In other words, the plurality of support posts 530 may be provided so as to support the remaining areas in addition to both ends of the rotational shaft 210.

[0601] The support posts 530 may be located in the passage cavity 550 or in the through cavity 23 at a distance from each other.

[0602] The inner circumferential surface of the post groove 532 may include a support projection 5321 protruding from the inner circumferential surface of the post groove 532 with the ability to support the rotational shaft 210.

[0603] The support projection 5321 may be provided along the inner circumferential surface of the groove 532 of the pillar.

[0604] The support projection 5321 may be provided as a plurality of support projections 5321 such that the support projections 5321 are spaced from each other by a predetermined distance in the longitudinal direction of the rotational shaft 210.

[0605] The support post 530 can minimize the friction force by minimizing the size of the contact area with the rotational shaft 210 through the support projection 5321, and when the rotational shaft 210 bends downward, the support post 530 can intensively provide a large reaction force to the rotational shaft 210.

[0606] As a result, the support 500 can support both ends of the rotational shaft 210 via the shaft connection block 520 and can support the area between both ends of the rotational shaft 210 via the support post 530.

[0607] The support post 530 may be positioned between the blocks 520 for connecting the shaft.

[0608] As a result, the support 500 can be in contact with the rotational shaft 210 in order to directly support the rotational shaft 210.

[0609] In addition, as described above, the support 500 can indirectly support the rotational shaft 210 by supporting the power transmission unit 300 connected to the rotational shaft 210 or the holder 400 connected to the power transmission unit 300.

[0610] The support 500 may include a support plate 510 disposed parallel to the rotational shaft 210 at a lower position than the rotational shaft 210.

[0611] Specifically, in the support plate 510, only the portion facing the lower portion of the rotation shaft 210 may be located at a lower position than the rotation shaft 210, and the remaining regions except both ends of the rotation shaft 210 may be located at a higher position than the rotation shaft 210.

[0612] The support plate 510 is entirely made of a metal material, ensuring strong rigidity and a certain elasticity. Accordingly, the support plate 510 can support the load of at least one of the drive unit 200, the holder 400, and the power transmission unit 300.

[0613] The support plate 510 may include a main body 511 disposed below the rotation shaft 210, and an attachment body 512 extending from both sides of the main body 511 so as to support the main body 511.

[0614] The attachment body 521 may include an inclined body 5122 extending upward from both ends of the main body 511 to form a space in which the rotation shaft 210 is located, and a fixing body 5121 extending from the inclined body 5122 in a direction away from the rotation shaft 210 so that the fixing body 5121 can be seated on the frame 12.

[0615] The fixing body 5121 may include a fixing cavity 5123, which can be fixed to the frame 12 using bolts or the like.

[0616] The support 500 may include a shaft connection block 520 connected to the main body 511 to rotatably support both ends of the rotational shaft 210. The shaft connection block 520 may include a bearing that protrudes upward from the main body 511 and is rotatably connected to at least one of both ends of the rotational shaft 210.

[0617] The main body 511 can support the load of the rotation shaft 210 through the shaft connection block 520.

[0618] The main body 511 can contact the upper surface of the inner box 20 such that it is supported by the inner box 20.

[0619] Alternatively, the main body 511 may be spaced apart from the upper surface of the inner box 20 and may be supported by the frame 12 forming the frame of the casing 10 through the body 521 for attachment.

[0620] As a result, it can be seen that the support 500 is supported by at least one of the casing 10 and the inner box 20.

[0621] The main body 511 can support the rotational shaft 210, the power transmission unit 300 can be connected to the rotational shaft 210, and the power transmission unit 300 can include a holder 400, thereby supporting all the loads of the rotational shaft 210, the power transmission unit 300 and the holder 400.

[0622] Therefore, the support plate 510 may further include a reinforcing bead 513 provided to be bent along the extending direction of the main body 511 so that the rigidity of the main body 511 can be ensured.

[0623] On the other hand, since the main body 511 of the support plate 510 is located below the rotational shaft 210, the support plate 510 may include a passage cavity 550 through which at least one of the power transmission unit 300 connected to the rotational shaft 210 and the holder 400 connected to the power transmission unit 300 can pass.

[0624] Therefore, although the rotation shaft 210 is located above the support plate 510, and at least a portion of the support portion 400 is located below the support plate 510, interference with the support plate 510 can be prevented by the support portion 400 or the power transmission unit 300.

[0625] Meanwhile, the support 500 may further include a support post 530 capable of supporting the region between both ends of the rotation shaft 210 by contact with the rotation shaft 210.

[0626] Although excessive load is applied to the rotary shaft 210 due to the presence of the support 500, bending of the rotary shaft 210 can be prevented. Therefore, bending of the rotary shaft 210 is prevented so that the movement of the rigid body block 320 and the bearing block 310, each of which follows a circular shape in the axial direction, can be maintained, so that the shaking function of the laundry cleaning and processing equipment can be always guaranteed.

[0627] In addition, since the support 500 is located at least partially below the rotational shaft 210, the rotational shaft 210 can be prevented from being accessible to the user, so that accidents that may be caused when the user hangs on the rotational shaft 210 or touches the rotational shaft 210 can be prevented.

[0628] Fig. 26 is a view illustrating an example of a sealing unit of the laundry cleaning and processing equipment according to the present disclosure.

[0629] The laundry cleaning and processing equipment according to the present disclosure may include a sealing unit 700 for preventing hot air or steam from leaking into the through cavity 23.

[0630] The through cavity 23 can be shielded by the support frame 510, and the through cavity 550 can be provided to face the through cavity 23. Since the through cavity 550 must allow the pendulum movement of the power transmission unit 300 or the holder 400, the through cavity 550 has a larger diameter than each of the power transmission unit 300 and the holder 400 formed to penetrate through the through cavity 330.

[0631] For example, the passage cavity 550 has a larger diameter than the connecting rod 322 or the connecting plate 413.

[0632] Therefore, there is a possibility that hot air or steam is discharged outside through the passage cavity 550.

[0633] The sealing block 700 may be provided to prevent hot air or steam from leaking into the passage cavity 550.

[0634] The sealing block 700 can be mounted on the support frame 510 to shield the passage cavity 550.

[0635] The sealing block 700 may surround the power transmission block 300 or the holder 400 in the passage cavity 550 and at the same time may prevent hot air or flow from leaking into the space between the passage cavity 550 and the power transmission block 300 or between the passage cavity 550 and the holder 400.

[0636] The sealing block 700 may include a through cavity 720 through which the holder 400 or the power transmission block 300 passes, and a sealing body 710 extending from the transmission cavity 720 with the ability to seal the through cavity 550.

[0637] The sealing body 710 may be provided to allow movement of the holder 400 or the power transmission unit 300.

[0638] The seal body 710 can be seated on the support frame 510 to seal the passage cavity 550.

[0639] On the other hand, the sealing block 700 may further include a fixing block 730 for preventing the sealing block 700 from being separated or isolated from the passage cavity 550.

[0640] Fig. 27 shows one example of a sealing block.

[0641] Specifically, the sealing block 700 may include a first sealing block 701 seated on the support holder 540 so as to be able to block the leakage of steam or hot air into the passage cavity 550.

[0642] The first sealing unit 701 may include a first sealing body 711 seated on the support holder 540 so as to support the lower portion of the holder 400 or the power transmission unit 300.

[0643] The first seal body 711 can be seated on the support holder 540 so as to support the lower portion of the holder 400 or the power transmission unit 300.

[0644] The first seal body 711 may be provided in the form of a circular annular plate disposed in the seat surface 541 of the support holder 540.

[0645] The lower surface of the first sealing body 711 is seated on the seating surface 541, and the upper surface of the first sealing body 711 is provided to support a portion of the holder 400 or a lower portion of the power transmission unit 300.

[0646] The first sealing unit 701 may include a first transmission cavity 721 provided to penetrate through the first sealing body 711 so as to communicate with the passage cavity 550.

[0647] The first sealing body 711 may have a shape corresponding to the upper surface of the seating surface 541. The first sealing body 711 may comprise a spherical or curved surface, in which each of the upper surface and the lower surface is provided as a downwardly convex spherical surface or a downwardly curved surface.

[0648] Seating surface 541 may be provided in a funnel shape having a greater width than its depth, and first sealing body 710 may also be provided in a funnel shape having a greater width than its depth. In other words, seating surface 541 is provided in a funnel shape having a smaller diameter in the downward direction. First sealing body 710 may be provided in a funnel shape having a smaller diameter in the downward direction.

[0649] The seating surface 541 may have a smaller diameter or width in the direction from the outer peripheral surface to the passage cavity 550. The first sealing body 710 may have a smaller diameter or width in the direction from the outer peripheral surface to the first transmission cavity 721.

[0650] As a result, at least a portion of the lower surface of the first sealing body 711 can be in surface contact with the seating surface such that the first sealing body 711 can be supported.

[0651] Therefore, the first seal body 711 can be seated on the seating surface 541, and can be prevented from extending beyond the support holder 540.

[0652] The diameter or width of the first seal body 711 may be larger than the axial thickness or width of the lower surface of the holder 400 or the power transmission unit 300.

[0653] As a result, the first seal body 711 can continuously support the lower surface of the holder 400 or the power transmission unit 300 during the process of moving the holder 400 or the power transmission unit 300 relative to the rotational shaft 210.

[0654] For example, the first seal body 711 may be made of a metal material, and at least one of the hardness, strength, and specific density may be greater than the hardness, strength, and specific density of the support holder 540.

[0655] The first sealing body 711 can be seated on the seating surface 541 to support the rigid body block 320. The first sealing body 711 can be provided to shield the passage cavity 550 while supporting the lower surface of the rigid body block 320.

[0656] When the connecting rod 322 is provided in the rigid body block 320, the connecting rod 322 can penetrate the first sealing body 711 through the first transmission cavity 721 provided on the inner peripheral surface of the first sealing body 711.

[0657] The first transmission cavity 721 may have a larger diameter than the connecting rod 322. Therefore, the above-described configuration can not only allow the connecting rod 322 to penetrate the first transmission cavity 721, but can also prevent the connecting rod 322 from being interfered with by the first transmission cavity 721, even when the connecting rod 322 performs a pendulum motion.

[0658] The diameter of the first transmission cavity 721 may be smaller than the axial thickness of the rigid body block 320. As a result, the lower surface of the rigid body block 320 may be provided to shield the first transmission cavity 721.

[0659] The rigid body block 320 can perform a pendulum motion in the upper portion of the first transmission cavity 721 relative to the first transmission cavity 721. Even in this case, the lower surface of the rigid body block 320 can always be provided with the ability to shield the first transmission cavity 721.

[0660] As a result, the first sealing body 711 can be provided to shield the passage cavity 550, and the rigid body unit 320 can be provided to shield the first transmission cavity 721 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the first sealing body 711. Therefore, hot air or steam can be prevented from leaking into the passage cavity 550 and the first transmission cavity 721.

[0661] On the other hand, the first sealing unit 700 may include a first fixing unit 731, which may prevent the first sealing body 710 from being separated from the support holder 540 or may prevent the first sealing body 710 from changing its position.

[0662] The first fixing block 731 may have an annular protrusion shape that protrudes from the first sealing body 711 or the outer peripheral surface of the first transmission cavity 721 so as to be at least partially inserted into the passage cavity 550.

[0663] The diameter of the first fixing block 731 may be equal to or smaller than the diameter of the passage cavity 550. Thus, the first fixing block 731 may be located in the passage cavity 550.

[0664] The first fixing block 731 may extend downward from the lower surface of the first sealing body 711 or the inner peripheral surface of the first transmission cavity 721.

[0665] The first fixing block 731 may also be provided in a hook shape, the cross-section of which can be supported by the inner peripheral surface of the passage cavity 550.

[0666] Therefore, even if the first sealing body 711 is pressed by the movement of the rigid body block 720, or the vibration generated by the rotation shaft 210 or the clothes is transmitted, the first fixing block 731 is supported by the inner peripheral surface of the passage cavity 550 in order to prevent the first sealing body 711 from separating or sliding from / on the seating surface 541.

[0667] As a result, the placement position of the first sealing block 701 can be prevented from changing due to the first fixing block 731.

[0668] The first fixing block 731 may be provided such that its lower surface is inaccessible to the lower portion of the seating surface 541 or the lower portion of the support plate 510. The protruding length of the first fixing block 731 may be less than the vertical thickness of the passage cavity 550.

[0669] Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the first fixing unit 731 from coming into contact with the user's body or with the constituent components located in the inner case 20.

[0670] Fig. 28 is a view illustrating the operating methods of the first sealing unit 701 according to the present disclosure.

[0671] Referring to Fig. 28(a), the width of the upper portion of the seating surface 541 may be greater than the total area in which the rigid body block 320 can move relative to the rotation shaft 210.

[0672] In addition, the overall diameter of the first sealing block 701 may be larger than the maximum area in which the rigid body block 320 can move relative to the rotary shaft 210.

[0673] Therefore, the rigid body block 320 can move while being supported always by the first seal body 711.

[0674] In particular, the maximum radius of the first sealing body 711 may be greater than the radius obtained when the lower surface of the rigid body block 320 moves farthest from the outer peripheral surface of the first sealing body 711. The diameter of the first transmission cavity 721 may be smaller than the diameter obtained when the lower surface of the rigid body block 320 moves closest to the inner peripheral surface of the sealing body 711.

[0675] Therefore, the rigid body block 320 can always shield the first transmission cavity 721 and can be located in the first sealing body 711.

[0676] Referring to Fig. 28(b), the rotary shaft 210 rotates so that the shaft of the bearing block 310 is inclined upward, and the shaft of the rigid housing block 320 can also be arranged parallel to the shaft of the bearing block 310.

[0677] The left portion of the lower surface of the rigid body block 320 moves toward the outer peripheral surface of the first sealing body 711, and the right portion of the lower surface of the rigid body block 320 moves toward the transmission cavity 721 of the first sealing body 711.

[0678] Even at this time, the left portion of the lower surface of the rigid body block 320 may be located further inward than the outer circumferential surface of the first sealing body 711, and the right portion of the lower surface of the rigid body block 320 may be located further outward than the first transmission cavity 721.

[0679] Referring to Fig. 28(c), the rotation shaft 210 is further rotated such that the shaft of the bearing block 310 and the shaft of the rigid housing block 320 can be parallel to the rotation shaft 210 when viewed from the height direction.

[0680] Of course, even in this case, the outermost portion of the lower surface of the rigid body block 320 may be located further inward than the outer circumferential surface of the first sealing body 711 with respect to the forward and reverse directions, and the innermost portion of the rigid body block 320 may be located further outward than the first transmission cavity 721.

[0681] Referring to Fig. 24(d), the rotary shaft 210 rotates such that the shaft of the bearing block 310 is inclined downward, and the shaft of the rigid housing block 320 is also located parallel to the shaft of the bearing block 310.

[0682] The left portion of the lower surface of the rigid body block 320 moves toward the transmission cavity 721 of the first sealing body 711, and the right portion of the lower surface of the rigid body block 320 further moves toward the outer peripheral surface of the sealing body 711.

[0683] Even at this time, the right portion of the lower surface of the rigid body block 320 is located further inward than the outer circumferential surface of the first seal body 711, and the left portion of the lower surface of the rigid body block 320 is located further outward than the first transmission cavity 721.

[0684] As a result, the first sealing body 711 can support the rigid body block 320 while shielding the passage cavity 550, and the rigid body block 320 can continuously shield the first transmission cavity 721.

[0685] Fig. 29 is a view illustrating another example of a compaction unit 700 of the laundry cleaning and processing equipment according to the present disclosure.

[0686] The sealing block 700 may include a second sealing block 702 connected to the passage cavity 550 and provided with the ability to contact the holder 400 or the power transmission block 300.

[0687] Referring to Fig. 29(a), the second sealing unit 702 may include a sealing body 710 for shielding the passage cavity 550 when inserted into the holding plate 410, a passage cavity 720 formed to penetrate the sealing body 710 so as to allow the holding plate 710 to pass through it, and a fixing unit 730 for attaching the sealing body 710 to the passage cavity 550 or the support plate 510.

[0688] Referring to Fig. 29(b), the second sealing block 702 may be provided so as to shield the plurality of passage cavities 550 when fitted into the plurality of holding plates 410.

[0689] The second sealing unit 702 may be entirely made of an elastic material such that the sealing body 710 can be deformed based on the passage cavity 550.

[0690] Therefore, the second sealing unit 702 can continuously seal the passage cavity 550 while allowing the holding plate 410 to move back and forth.

[0691] Fig. 30 is a view illustrating other examples of the second sealing unit 702 according to the present disclosure.

[0692] Typically, in all embodiments, the second sealing unit 702 may include a second sealing body 712 made of an elastic material.

[0693] The second sealing body 712 can be inserted into the holding plate 410 to seal the passage cavity 550. For example, the second sealing body 712 can be provided with the ability to seal the passage cavity 550 when attached or seated on the support plate 510.

[0694] The second sealing body 712 may be provided as a corrugated pipe structure such that it has a variable shape or is stretched or compressed along its length.

[0695] In addition, the second seal body 712 may have a larger area than the passage cavity 550 in order to shield the passage cavity 550, and may also have a box shape capable of accommodating a portion of the holding plate 410.

[0696] The second seal body 712 may have a corrugated pipe structure or a multi-stage structure extending upward from the passage cavity 550.

[0697] The second transmission cavity 722 may have a cross-sectional shape identical to the cross-sectional shape of the holding plate 410, or may have a slightly smaller area than the holding plate 410. Accordingly, the second transmission cavity 722 is forcibly fitted into the holding plate 410 in order to prevent hot air or steam from leaking outside the second transmission cavity 722.

[0698] The second sealing unit 702 may include a second fixing unit 732 extending from the second sealing body 712 and connected to the passage cavity.

[0699] The second fastening block 732 may include a contraction block 7322 located below the second sealing body 712 such that it has a smaller diameter than the second sealing body 712, and an extension block 7321 extending from a lower portion of the contraction block 7322 such that it has a larger diameter than the contraction block 7322.

[0700] Due to the contraction block 7322 and the extension block 7321, the second sealing block 702 can be extended or contracted by a predetermined length in the width direction and / or the vertical direction, similar to a corrugated pipe.

[0701] The cross-sectional area or width of the extension block 7321 may be larger than the area or diameter of the passage cavity 550, and the cross-sectional area or width of the second seal body 712 may be larger than the area or diameter of the passage cavity 550.

[0702] The second sealing body may include a fastening ring 7121 that expands the area of the second sealing body 712 and supports a much larger area than the tightening block 7322.

[0703] The fastening ring 7121 may be provided integrally with the second seal body 712 and may protrude from the inner peripheral surface of the second seal body 712.

[0704] The upper surface of the second sealing body 712 may be provided to support the holder support 4133. The inner peripheral surface of the second transmission cavity 722 may be inserted into the recessed groove 4133a.

[0705] As a result, the upper surface of the second seal body 712 can be inserted into the recessed groove 4133a provided in the holding plate 410 so that the position of the second seal body 712 can be fixed.

[0706] The holding plate 410 may include a support extension block 4133d capable of supporting the upper surface and the lower surface of the second seal body 712 in the recessed groove 4133a.

[0707] The extension block 4133d of the support may have a larger diameter than the recessed groove 4133a.

[0708] Referring to Fig. 30(a), the extension block 7321 may be seated on the outer peripheral surface of the passage cavity 550 in order to shield the passage cavity 550. The contraction block 7322 may be located above the support plate 510.

[0709] This is because the holder 410 and the power transmission unit 400 are only pressed against the support plate 510 by the load, but are not lifted upward. The overall height of the second sealing body 712 may be greater than the distance between the holder support 4133 and the support plate 510.

[0710] As a result, the second sealing block 702 is seated on the support plate 510 in which the passage cavity 550 is located, seals the passage cavity 550, and enables the pendulum movement of the holder 400.

[0711] Referring to Fig. 30(b), the extension block 7321 is disposed below the support plate 510, the contraction block 7322 is disposed so as to be inserted into the passage cavity 550, and the second seal body 712 may be disposed above the passage cavity 550.

[0712] As a result, the extension block 7321 and the contraction block 7322 can be inserted into the passage cavity 550 and can be adjusted into the passage cavity 550.

[0713] Therefore, even if the holding plate 410 performs a pendulum motion, or temporary vibration or impact is transmitted to the second sealing unit 702, the second sealing unit 702 can be prevented from being separated from the support plate 510.

[0714] It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the present disclosure without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention.
