Abstract
Description
[0001] The technical solution relates to the field of devices for performing emergency recovery work on power lines and can find application in the energy sector.
[0002] There are a large number of design options for various prefabricated transmission line supports, which are multi-link structures or spatial structures freely supported by the ground.
[0003] From the USSR Author's Certificate No. 1416647, the “Power Transmission Line Support” is known (Senkin N.A. et al., 1988), which consists of two X-shaped pivotally connected posts and a brace. This design became the basis for more modern designs known from Russian patents No. 2614180 "Quickly erected lightweight support for emergency restoration work on power transmission lines" (Vlasov V.V. et al., 2015), No. 2781646 "Quickly erected lightweight support for emergency restoration work on power transmission lines" (Savin I.M. et al., 2022), No. 2754615 "Quickly erected lightweight support made of composite materials for emergency restoration work on 35-220 kV overhead lines (variants)" (Zubkov A.S., Yakovlev V.A., 2021).
[0004] However, all the solutions considered, including the prototype, are aimed at carrying out emergency recovery work, primarily in hard-to-reach places, which determines the design solutions used in them.
[0005] The design of the supports according to A.S. Nos. 1416647 and 2614180 is primarily intended for transport in assembled form by helicopter on an external sling. For this reason, their structural components are quite large, making them unsuitable for transportation on public roads.
[0006] In the supports according to patents No. 2781646 and No. 2754615, this problem is solved, but at the cost of dividing the structure into a large number of components that require a large volume of manual assembly operations at the construction site, the execution of which is practically impossible to speed up if mechanization is available.
[0007] At the same time, a significant portion of accidents related to the destruction of power line supports occur in areas accessible to off-road trucks, which could reduce the time of emergency recovery operations through the use of crane-manipulator units.
[0008] The closest technical solution to the proposed device is a quickly erected power transmission line support [RU Patent No. 2806378, E 04 H 12 / 00, H 02 G 7 / 00, 2023.(prototype)], comprising at least three bases that are not lying on the same straight line, including those connected by flexible or rigid ties, to which at least one pair of composite posts are pivotally attached, connected to each other above the level of the bases by at least one horizontal beam and at least one strut connected to the horizontal beam through at least one hinge secured to it, insulating wire hangers, and / or crossbars, and / or holders of ground wires, the hinge secured to the horizontal beam is made quick-release, connected to a link located on the outer surface of at least one strut, specified as the leading one, with the possibility of moving along it and fixing it in the required position on parts of the support at least one winch is secured, telescopic links for adjusting the length of the posts are equipped with jacks.
[0009] However, the prototype is also designed for manual work in hard-to-reach areas, which causes its increased complexity, the need for manual preliminary assembly operations (albeit to a lesser extent than in analogs), high cost and poor suitability for the use of mechanization.
[0010] The proposed technical solution is aimed at improving the design of a quickly erected transmission line support in order to reduce the time of its installation by optimizing the design for the use of mechanization equipment, primarily trucks equipped with crane-manipulator units.
[0011] The technical result is achieved by reducing the time required to install the support on the ground and increasing the mobility of transport and installation teams, reducing labor costs for transportation and installation of the support.
[0012] This is achieved by the fact that in the proposed prefabricated transmission line support, the posts are pre-connected to the beam by hinges located on the edges of the beam, allowing the posts to rotate parallel to the flat sides of the beam; the struts are connected to the beam by hinges located in the middle part of the beam on opposite flat sides of the beam, allowing the struts to rotate perpendicular to the sides of the beam; the component parts of the posts and struts or sections are interconnected by hinges with the ability to rotate the sections in different planes, allowing the sections to rotate by an angle of up to 180 degrees and their coaxiality in the assembled state of the support; stops are located on the beam for fixing the posts and struts on the beam in the assembled state of the support, as well as stops on the posts and struts on which other movable elements of the support, mounting pads, support plates, flexible or rigid ties are located. The hinges are designed to rotate around an axis in the required direction. The hinges are designed to be locked in the required position and contain stops to prevent the structural elements from returning to their original, unassembled state. The beam has openings, loops, or brackets for gripping it with lifting mechanisms. The support is lifted vertically using the beam, which contains at least two grips. The upright sections and braces are unfolded and secured in the upright position, and then the uprights and braces are installed with their support plates oriented on the ground in the design position. The upright sections located above the beam are then lifted and secured, and mounting pads, insulating wire hangers, and / or crossbars, and / or ground wire holders, and flexible or rigid ties are installed on the uprights.
[0013] The essence of the technical solution is explained by drawings, where Figure 1 shows a diagram of a quickly erected transmission line support; Figure 2 shows a top view of the support without mounting platforms and devices for fastening wires installed on the support.
[0014] The prefabricated transmission line support consists of posts 1 and 2, respectively, left 1 and right 2 posts divided into component parts, sections, respectively, at the left support 3, 4 and 5, at the right support 6, 7 and 8, front 9 and rear 10 struts divided into component parts, sections, respectively, at the rear strut 11 and 12, at the front strut 13 and 14, beam 15. The number of sections in the posts and struts is determined by the overall dimensions of the support and the dimensions of the vehicles used to transport the unassembled support. The posts and struts contain support plates, respectively, 16 and 17. In the upper part of the posts 1 and 2, devices 18 for fastening the wire suspension are installed. On the posts 1 and 2, the central mounting platform 19 and the side mounting platforms 20 are secured with the help of hinges. The fastening of the posts 1 and 2 to the beam 15 is carried out with the help of hinges 21, the fastening of the braces 9 and 10 to the beam 15 with the help of hinges 22, and the connection of the mounting platforms 19 and 20 to the posts with the help of hinges 23.The sections of the uprights and braces are connected to each other by hinges 24 mounted on the section flanges. Beam 15 contains openings 25, or loops or brackets, for gripping and vertical lifting of the support using lifting mechanisms.
[0015] The support is installed as follows. The lifting mechanism lifts the support vertically from the vehicle body or trailer, or from a container, by gripping beam 15 by openings 25 with hooks. Sections 3, 4, 6, and 7 of posts 1 and 2 and struts 9 and 10 are gradually rotated by hinges 24 through an angle of up to 180 degrees and secured to each other coaxially with flange connections. Posts 1 and 2 and struts 9 and 10 are then rotated to the required angle using hinges 21 and 22, respectively, fixed to beam 15 and are placed on the ground with support plates 16 and 17. Next, sections 5 and 8 are rotated and fixed on posts 1 and 2 using hinges 24. After the final assembly of supports 1 and 2, mounting platforms 19 and 20 are unfolded using hinges 23 and fixed with stoppers in the required position.Devices 18 for fastening the wire suspension are mounted directly on posts 1 and 2 in advance of lifting the support or after mounting the support on the ground using mounting platforms 19 and 20. As necessary, the support posts are equipped with flexible or rigid connections.
[0016] The proposed prefabricated transmission line support, compared to existing devices, allows for multiple transmission line installations, rapid ground installation through the use of mechanization, and increased installation productivity due to reduced assembly and ground installation time. The device can be used for maintenance work on transmission lines and newly constructed temporary lines.
