Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to the field of operation of weapons and military equipment (WME) objects in general, in particular, to the evacuation of WME objects from dangerous areas that are threatened by capture by the enemy, or by the defeat of the crew of an armored repair and recovery vehicle (BREM) by fire or toxic means.
[0002] A known method of evacuation using the SKM-608 device for evacuating weapons and military equipment using an armored recovery vehicle (ARV), comprising a towing rope connected to the hull or winch of the tractor, secured to a detachable lever (with the ability to release from the lever when the rope is tensioned), mounted on the blade of the bulldozer share. The device is controlled from inside the tractor. The operating principle consists of using the blade of the bulldozer share to throw a rope loop onto the towing hook of the object of evacuation by maneuvering the ARV and lowering the share-bulldozer, followed by towing in reverse to the nearest shelter (RU Patent No. 210958, Application No. 2021111710) - prototype.
[0003] This method allows vehicles to be evacuated from hazardous areas without the crews leaving, but it has a number of disadvantages:
[0004] 1) There is no possibility of coupling with evacuation objects equipped with additional protection or a log for self-extraction;
[0005] 2) Requires certain skills of the ARV driver-mechanic;
[0006] 3) It is difficult to connect with evacuation objects in conditions of poor visibility;
[0007] 4) Long coupling time.
[0008] Considering the limited time for coupling the ARV with the evacuation object and its implementation mainly in the dark, the use of this coupling device in practice (in combat conditions) becomes impossible.
[0009] The purpose of the present invention is to ensure quick and easy coupling of an ARV with an evacuation object without the crew members leaving the armored space in any weather conditions and at any time of the day.
[0010] To achieve the stated goal in the known device, comprising a detachable lever with elements for coupling with the towing object, a rod with a hook with a spring latch is inserted into the detachable lever, fixed at the top in the middle of the BREM bulldozer-shaft blade, for gripping by maneuvering the BREM and lowering the BREM bulldozer-shaft blade and holding in the hook with a spring latch a standard towing rope, previously installed to the front or rear towing hooks of the towing object, held in place by a binding wire. The thimbles of the towing ropes are attached at one end to the rod with a hook with a spring latch through a clevis, and the other end of the standard towing rope or a pair of standard ropes, secured together by clevises, is attached to the front or rear towing hook of the BREM.When towing of the evacuation object begins, the towing cables are tensioned, the rod with the hook and spring latch comes out of the detachable lever, then, depending on the use case, the evacuation object is towed to the nearest shelter by reversing the ARV, if the towing cable is attached to the front towing hook of the ARV, or the ARV is turned around if a pair of towing cables is installed on the rear towing hooks of the ARV and towing to the nearest shelter is carried out.
[0011] The technical result of the invention is that the stated objective is achieved by using a rod with a hook with a spring latch, connected to a detachable lever mounted on the BREM bulldozer blade, to couple the towing vehicle to the towing vehicle. The standard towing cables are secured with a clevis to the coupling hook and the BREM's front or rear towing hooks. If rear towing hooks are used, two pairs of towing cables connected with a clevis are required. At the towing vehicle, the standard towing cable is installed to the front or rear towing hooks and secured with binding wire.In case of necessity of evacuation, the driver-mechanic of the ARV (in the “combat” position) moves towards the evacuation object in such a way that the hook of the coupling device is above the towing cable, after which he lowers the dozer coulter blade, the cable overcomes the force of the spring latch, then moving in reverse, the rod with the hook of the coupling device is released, and the driver-mechanic of the ARV carries out towing of the evacuation object, forward or reverse, depending on the option of securing the cables.
[0012] The composition of the invention is shown in Fig. 1-3 and its essence is explained in Fig. 4-5, where:
[0013] Fig. 1 Hook with spring latch;
[0014] Fig. 2 Towing device detachable lever;
[0015] Fig. 3 detachable lever 2 assembled with a rod with a hook with a spring latch 1;
[0016] Fig. 4 invention installed on the blade of the BREM bulldozer coulter;
[0017] Fig. 5 Towing a tank using the invention.
[0018] The split towing arm (Fig. 4) is mounted on the dozer blade and secured with four bolts. The towing cables are attached to a rod with a spring-loaded hook using a clevis, which in turn is installed in the split towing arm (Fig. 3).
[0019] The proposed invention is simple in design and is implemented using known design methods.
Claims
