Description

[0001] The invention relates to mining, namely to means for mechanizing cleaning operations during the development of bedded minerals.

[0002] A known auger operating element (Mining machines and equipment: a textbook for universities / A.A. Khoreshok, A.V. Adamkov, T.A. Ishmaeva; Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "KuzSTU", Kemerovo, 2014. - pp. 61-62), which is accepted as an analogue. The auger consists of a housing in the form of a pipe, to which loading screw blades are welded, equipped with cams with cutters installed in them. Water for irrigation is supplied by a pipeline laid along the housing along the auger blades with nozzles installed near each cutter.

[0003] The disadvantage of the analogue is the low reliability of the water supply element of the auger, which is susceptible to breakage by fragments of the destroyed rock mass and wear and tear from the transported rock mass.

[0004] Also known is the auger operating element of a shearer (Design of mining machines and equipment: a textbook for universities / O.E. Shabaev, P.P. Zinchenko, E.Yu. Stepanenko et al.; FGBOU VO "DonNTU". Donetsk: IP Krinichnaya I.V., 2024 - pp. 140-148, 236), which is taken as a prototype.

[0005] The shearer auger consists of a housing to which spiral blades and toolholders with channels are rigidly mounted. These channels contain cutters and nozzles (sprinklers) located behind the cutters. Water is supplied to each cutter through an internal hole in the output shaft of the actuator drive gearbox, through a filter and flexible hoses to adapters, and then through channels made in the housing and blades and sealed with covers, as well as additional openings connecting these channels to the channels of each toolholder.

[0006] The disadvantages of the prototype include the complexity of the system of water supply channels to the nozzles (sprinklers) and the presence of elements (linings) subject to impact loads and abrasive wear, leading to a loss of tightness of the water supply channels, and, consequently, to a decrease in the reliability and service life of the auger.

[0007] The invention is based on the task of changing the design of the auger of a harvester, to ensure an increase in the reliability and service life of the auger by simplifying the system of water supply channels to the sprinklers and eliminating damage to the elements that form the water supply communications of the cutting part of the auger.

[0008] The problem is solved as follows.

[0009] In a screw conveyor of a harvester, including a tubular body, spiral blades rigidly fixed to the body and tool holders equipped with cutters and sprinklers, having water supply channels hydraulically connected to the water supply device of the harvester, the body is equipped with a hermetically installed removable end cover, according to the invention, the body is additionally provided with an inner shell, placed so that between the outer tubular shell of the body and the inner shell an annular cavity is formed, which is hydraulically connected to the water supply channels made in the removable end cover, wherein on the inner side of the removable cover there is a water receiving socket for hermetically sealed mating with an element of the water supply device of the harvester, in addition, the annular cavity is connected to the water supply channels of each tool holder by one radial opening made in the outer shell of the body.

[0010] The essence of the invention is explained by the drawings. Fig. 1 shows a general view of the auger, Fig. 2 shows a section A-A of Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 shows a section B-B of Fig. 1.

[0011] The auger of the harvester consists of a body 1 with spiral blades 2 rigidly attached to it and tool holders 3, with water supply channels 4 pre-made in them. In each tool holder, a cutter 5 and a sprinkler 6 are installed, providing a supply of water behind the cutter onto the cutting track.

[0012] The body 1 includes an outer 7 and an inner 8 shell, rigidly and hermetically connected to each other, between which an annular cavity 9 is formed.

[0013] In addition, in the bore of the downhole (left) part of the inner shell of the auger, with the formation of an annular channel 10, a removable end cover 11 is hermetically installed with a central water-dispensing cavity 12 and peripheral channels 13, connected through openings 14 in the inner shell 8 with an annular cavity 9.

[0014] On the inside of the removable cover 11 there is a water intake socket 15 for hermetically sealed connection with the element 16 of the water supply device of the combine.

[0015] In the outer shell 7 of the housing, radial channels 17 are made, connecting the annular cavity 9 with the water supply channels 4 of each tool holder 3.

[0016] The technical result is achieved as follows.

[0017] When a shearer's rotating auger breaks rock mass, fragments of coal and rock are separated from the face by the cutters, and the rock mass is loaded along the auger axis onto a conveyor by loading blades. To effectively suppress dust and friction sparks generated during these processes, water is supplied to the auger at a minimum pressure of 1.5 MPa and a flow rate of at least 2.5 l / min per sprinkler.

[0018] Water is supplied through cover 11 into annular cavity 9 via water intake socket 15, which is hermetically sealed with element 16 of the combine's water supply system. From annular cavity 9, water flows via radial channels 17 along the shortest route to water supply channels 4 of each tool holder 3 and then to each sprinkler 6.

[0019] In this case, the pressure in all sprinklers will be the same and equal to the pressure in the annular cavity 9. In addition, the design of the auger with the presented water supply device does not include elements that can be damaged by fragments of the rock mass or subject to wear and tear by the transported rock mass.

[0020] The implementation of the invention will increase the reliability and service life of the auger by simplifying its design and eliminating damage and abrasive wear of the elements of the water supply communications of the cutting part of the auger.
