Abstract

The device for sawing wooden cutouts consists of a handling part (A) and a sawing part (B), where the handling part (A) has a frame (1) which is anchored to the floor. On the frame (1) are movably mounted longitudinal rails (2) to enable automatic movement of the cutout in a direction parallel to the saw blade (P), on the rails (2) is movably mounted a transverse support (3) to enable automatic movement of the cutout in a direction transverse to the saw blade (P).The transverse support (3) has brackets (4) fixed on the sides, where on one bracket there is a flange (5), on which a pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder (6) is fixed on one side, where its piston (7) is on one side equipped with a retractable rotating toothed disc (8) for pressing and fixing the sawn section during the sawing process, then on the other bracket (4) there is a holder (9) for rotatably fixing the rotating toothed disc (10), where the toothed rotating disc (10) is connected to a gearbox (11) and an electric motor (12) or a servo drive for precise automatic adjustment of the inclination of the sawn section before sawing.Behind the extendable rotating toothed disc (8) and the toothed disc (10) there is a surface (D), on the edges of which there are hinged hydraulic hooks (H) for holding the sawn section when it is caught between the rotating toothed discs (8, 10), near the manipulation part (A) there is a multi-axis manipulator (C) containing at least two arms (19) and three multi-axis joints (20), at the end of which a gripper (21) is rotatably and hingedly mounted, which has sliding faces (22) with toothed flanges (23) facing each other at the ends for gripping the sawn section. Next to the frame (1) of the handling part (A), a height-adjustable belt conveyor (13) is installed, which is part of the sawing part (B) as well as the band saw (18), while the belt conveyor (13) has a first belt (14) for feeding the cutout to the saw blade (P) of the band saw (18), where the first belt (14) ends before the saw blade (P), and behind the saw blade (P) there is a second belt (15) for removing the sawn boards from the sawn cutout.Between the first belt (14) and the second belt (15) there is a roller track (16) containing freely rotating rollers with bearings, where between the pair of rollers there is a space for the moving saw blade (P) of the band saw (18), then the band saw (18) has at least two discs on which an endless saw blade (P) in the form of a belt is wrapped, one disc being connected to a drive mechanism (17) (electric motor) and the other disc being connected to a tensioning mechanism for correctly tensioning the saw blade (P). A 3D scanner (E) with a conveyor belt (EE) is located at the multi-axis manipulator (C) for scanning a wooden log, half log, graft or sawn section, while between the manipulation part (A) and the multi-axis manipulator there is a camera for capturing the cutting plan marked on the front of the sawn section.
