The binder (2) is, for example, a silicone resin, such as alkylphenylsiloxane and / or alkylvinylsiloxane, and / or derivatives thereof. The activator (3) is preferably an alcohol-based solvent, for example ethyl alcohol and / or isopropyl alcohol, and / or alcohol, and / or denatured alcohol, or aqueous solutions thereof.
