Mixing device

Abstract

A device for mixing two or more components is described, which consists of a fixed frame (10), the structure of which is fixed in the concrete floor with screws. The frame includes a cylindrical container (2) in which the material is mixed by a screw mixer (1), which is mounted in the lower part in a foot bearing (3) and in the upper part in a roller bearing (4). The screw mixer (1) performs a rotational movement using a chain drive (6) from a gearbox with an electric motor (5). The material is loaded into the hopper (8) by a wheel loader or other mechanism, which, after mixing, comes out as a finished material through a hopper (9). Furthermore, the possibilities of adjusting the engine speed by a frequency converter according to the need to achieve the required parameters of the finished mixed mixture. The threads of the screw mixer (1) for difficult-to-mix materials consist of an upper conical part and a lower cylindrical part.
