Device for capturing impurities in liquid systems

Abstract

The device for collecting coarse impurities in liquid systems is intended for collecting coarse impurities present in a flowing liquid while maintaining low flow resistance. The body (1) of the device for collecting coarse impurities is, after being inserted into a line, a separate body or directly into a component of the liquid system, placed in the flow path of the liquid and collects coarse impurities during the flow of the liquid through a permeable structure (3) formed on the shell (2) of the body (1). A connecting part (4) is formed at the wider end of the body (1) and the narrower end (5) of the body (1) is closed by a solid wall.
