Abstract

The device for the production of prestressed reinforced concrete products, in particular bridge and ceiling beams, comprises a mold assembly (5) with opposing side walls (6), where each side wall (6) has a lower longitudinal section (7) and a height-adjustable upper longitudinal section (8), between which there is a cassette (9) determining the height of the web (11). The cassette (9) may be a smooth metal or non-metal plate, in particular made of waterproof plywood, and may be supported by a support (16) with a longitudinal support profile (21) and a crossbar (22). The upper longitudinal section (8) may have an adjustable bar (18) for changing the width of the upper head (13). The device may also include a vibrator for compacting fresh concrete in the cavity (15) and a walkway (19) for improving access to the upper part of the mold. The end caps can be sliding and their shape corresponds to the cross-section of the prestressed reinforced concrete product (10). The opposing side walls (6) are connected at the top by a transverse tie rod (14).On one molding path (1), several separate products (10) can be produced simultaneously or sequentially from one series of prestressed reinforcement (4) without cutting their concrete bodies.
