Abstract
Modular system of idler stations and tensioning assemblies for the digital transformation of static measuring devices is intended for the adjustment, monitoring, and measurement of belt tension and clamping forces acting within a conveyor belt system. The system comprises a conveyor belt (1) mounted within the frame (10) of a static measuring device. The structural arrangement includes belt sensors (6), a belt sensor holder (7), a belt servo drive holder (8), and a belt servo drive (9), which are attached by detachable joints (11) to the tensioning assembly (2) of the opening conveyor belt section and to the tensioning assembly (5) of the closing conveyor belt section. The system further comprises idler stations (3) for the closing conveyor belt section and idler stations (4) for the closed tubular conveyor belt section. Mounted on the idler stations are roller servo drive holders (8A) carrying roller servo drives (9A). Attached thereto are roller sensor holders (7A) equipped with roller sensors (6A), all interconnected by means of detachable joints (11).
