Abstract
Device for sensing the transported volume in continuous transport systems or measuring stands for digital transformation is intended to increase the reliability and automation of the process of controlling the transported volume of bulk material. This design is provided by sensors (2) of the transported volume of bulk material, A / D - analog-to-digital converters (3), a programmable platform - PLC (4), from which the signals are processed by a notebook (5) with control software. In the event of an overfilling of the conveyor belt (1), the latter will send a control signal to the servo drive (6), thereby stopping the movement of the conveyor belt (1). If the opposite condition occurs, i.e. the size of the transported volume will be lower than the required amount, a signal will be sent to the control dispatch center to increase the amount of loaded bulk material.
