Abstract

Invention is intended to optimize the production process of biomedical filaments. It affects the process and overall laboratory conditions, and its construction is designed for an extrusion system that meets the requirements of filament production. Control is ensured through the Adruino UNO open-source platform and the Adruino IDE program via a computer. It provides ideal conditions in the production process, such as the optimal ambient temperature, which according to standards should range from 18 to 19 degrees Celsius, using fan units (2), germicidal radiator (3) and LED panel (4 ) with cold white. The safety of the laboratory technician at work is ensured by holes (5) for hands with working gloves for laboratory researchers, a sensor (1) for harmful fumes and a panic emergency button (6) for immediate extrusion stop.
