Abstract

A handheld mobile laser scanner with a replaceable power supply and an inclined sensing module consists of a housing, a modular handle with a replaceable power supply (b) and a sensing sensor (a) stored in a durable housing in a fixed inclined position at an angle of 45 degrees. The housing houses a computing unit (h), which controls the collection of spatial data from the sensing sensor (a) and ensures data storage on a storage medium (f). Power is supplied from the replaceable power supply (b) via terminal blocks (k1, k2), while the sensing sensor (a) is electrically connected to the power supply (b) and the computing unit (h) is connected to the step-down power supply module (i). The sensing sensor (a) is connected to the computing unit (h) via a connector (g) and a cable (l) via an Ethernet interface (m).The device is controlled by switches (c1, c2, c3), with switch (c1) used to turn the device on and off, switch (c2) used to start and end continuous scanning and switch (c3) used to start static scanning. The operating states of the device are indicated by indicator LEDs (d1 to d4), which provide visual information, in particular, on the power status, device readiness and active data collection and are supplemented by a display (e) designed to indicate the power status of the replaceable power supply (b).
