Mixture for the preparation of long-life pastries containing extracts from medicinal mushrooms with immunomodulatory effects and method for preparing pastries

Abstract

The mixture for the preparation of long-life pastries contains composite flour, salt in an amount of 1.5 to 3.0 g per 100 g of composite flour, fat in an amount of 30 to 40 g per 100 g of composite flour, a leavening agent in an amount of 1.5 to 2 g per 100 g of composite flour and water in an amount of 10 to 30 g per 100 g of composite flour, wherein the composite flour is a mixture of flour and extracts from medicinal mushrooms in an amount of 5 to 10% by weight of the composite flour, and the fat is vegetable fat or animal fat. A method for producing long-life pastries from this mixture is also described.
